Nostalgia!! This is a place that I have been visiting for 20 years. The same taste and same set of people. My favorite here is always Gobi Manchurian. Have been eating from my school days. Crispy, tasty and tangy (especially with the ketchup). Chats are also good. Should try Bhel puri with extra masala and sweet chatni!

Decent chats corner for a evening hangout. Pani puri, Masala puri and Chinese items (Gobi manchurian, Fried rice and Noodles) available here. Taste wise good not the best.

This place is very famous for fast food and Chinese food Gobi mounchari is very 😋 yummy The Gobi Manchurian Benefits all stem from the goodness of cauliflower. It is extremely rich in vitamins and minerals and is a very nutritious vegetable that your diet is sure to benefit from. It provides a good amount of fiber that helps ease digestive distress and significantly improves digestion.

Top quality chats! They serve a wide variety of chats at a moderate price and the quantity is also more than adequate.

This is a place to stop by for chats, ice creams, juices, snacks etc.. Till 5 pm in the evening, Chinese isn’t served. Bhel puri is the best that I have tried here. The other chats are also good. Ice creams are also tasty which are served as a scoop with a cone. There is no place to sit but a lot of college students stop by. They also sell snacks like chakli etc..

Most of the time I visit Lakshmi Sweets to have Chinese food like Gobi, fried rice etc. Good tasty food. Even price is reasonable.

Still as good as I remember it from 2010. Great masala for the chaat, if you’re a fan of wet chaat.

This is a place I love to visit everytime I'm in BDA complex, BSK 2nd stage. It's value for money. The portion is huge and very stomach filling. The taste is amazing.

Found a cockroach in their bhel Puri, showed it to the show guys and they just replaced it with another plate. Absolutely no apology or remorse and the biller cheated in his calculation and the shop owner did not bother to rectify the situation.

Been visting this place since I was in school .....pretty old place ...located smack in the middle of BDA complex banashankari 2nd stage .

There is not seating facility .....it just a small place. They serve chats and tomato soup and gobi Manchurian. And also sweets.

Coming to food
1.chats- they are definitely not great .....but good enough. The masala puri is good really like it......nothing special about it .
2.gobi Manchurian- not that good....Problem is the the taste varies a lot ....there is no consistency ......don't really recommend it of your looking for taste ......its floury and bland and raw sometimes .
3.tomato soup - it's kinda nice......the tomato flavour really gives you the tang that it's suppose to give ...

Prices are a little high for chats ( all are 30 bucks and above ) .......gobi Manchurian (50 bucks ) and soup are nominal .

Visit if u like the taste or if you don't have an option .
This eatery in the banashankari bda complex Used to be our adda during school days :) they have good chaats and Chinese food. Can just stop by anytime during the day. Lighter on the pocket. Great food! And that is why it is always crowded :P

My favorite chaats place as a schoolkid! Very nice flavor present in all chaats. My favorites being paani puri, Masala puri, samosa chaat, and the gobi Manchurian.

Initially this place was Good but later on the Taste went down and so did the Hygiene. A Horrible Experience which has prompted me to Miss this place every single time I think of Chat or Sweets.

Very old place at BSK complex... Other only place to get chats those days at that locality... Used to go there those time very long back but the only problem here is the place is so shabby the owner has to rethink his place cleanliness and food making...

The gobi manchurian here is the best in Banashankari. Very tasty and good quantity as well. Even the chats are good. It's quite hygienic as well. Popular hub for all college students in the area.

Lakshmi Sweets and Chaats has been around for ages and was probably the only chaat joint in the BSK BDA complex those days. Very popular among college students and neighboring South Indian families stepping out in the evenings for a chaats.
The masala puri and gobi manchurians are the most fast moving items here and my personal favorites too. My mouth waters as I write this review when I recollect the taste.
Simple old place with no seating because the charm lies in having your food while crouching on the nearby steps.
If you happen to be in the vicinity, not too fussy about the hygiene and craving for some Bangalore style chaats, this is the place to be!

The main item to try here is the gobi manchurian. The chaats too are pretty good. If you are looking for some hang out place with decent rates in bda complex then this is the place to go.

Lakshmi sweets and chats has been around in the BDA complex for several years. I have eaten here on several occasions. They are very popular for the yummy hot jalebis, which get sold very fast... and also for the various chats. Note that their chats are not made the typical north Indian style, so do not go with that expectation. The masala puri, samosa chat and Bhel puri are my favorites. The gobi manchurian too is very tasty, and is made only in the evenings. However, please be ready to wait as the place is always crowded and Gobi is the most sought after item. I have never got to taste their Dosas though. The items are all very reasonably priced and total value for money! If you are in the vicinity, do give it a try!

Sigh * this place makes me nostalgic. Used to be our engineering hangout spot after every internal!:D
Well one of the popular chat outlets in bda and is famous for quite a no of yrs now... I love their uniquely tasting masala, sev, aloo, dahi, dahi batata puris... Different masalas, the peas gravy n the slight tanginess along with a pinch of meets! Lovely..,
They also prep quality sweets,.. Jamun, jilebi, rasmalai is what I've tried and tastes good.. They need to pay more attention to the cleanliness of the place and the utensils... The feel of hogging chats on the bda steps is crazy.. Come here n relive some college moments here:)

This is one of the oldest street food / chat serving restaurant around this vicinity, most of the residents around this area have always visited this place for more than 17 years; way before other places opened up. I remember visiting this place since we were kids sometime around middle school. Over the years lot has changed they have grown bigger and expanded the place.

Its still renowned for their flavourful chat's. However, only their cleanliness has deteriorated.
But if you aren't comfortable eating there, you could always opt a take away.

Highly recommended for their chat's (Masala Puri, Bhel & Pani) and other street food. Very wallet friendly too. Overall a good place to grab some tangy food.
