The major thing I liked was the menu was in Kannada that's a great thing which we don't see too often.

Very good service and the desserts are pretty good too. Like the other Polar bear branches this one too is well lit and spacious with plenty of seating. Staff is pleasant and friendly and service is really good.
Two wheeler parking is available right outside and cars can be parked in the by lanes or on the main road if one can manage to find parking.

I find Polar Bear the best ice-cream parlour in this area. All their items are really wonderful. They have recently redecorated the place as well and it looks really good now. The service is fast and its a great place to have some really nice desserts and hang out. It has good seating area and is usually not crowded. Would definitely recommend this place.

Huge fan of this brand! After Corner House, if I love a dessert shops DBC - Death By Chocolate, it would be Polar Bear's. Amazing quality and very well packed when delivered at home. Other must tries are the Litchi Sundae & Movie Matinee. I've always gone for the sundaes here, so will not be able to comment on the milkshakes or the scoops. However, one sundae I absolutely did not like was the red velvet chocolate sin. The flavour's did not compliment each other at all.

Visited this place last Saturday. The place is spacious and the ambience is good. We ordered Black Magic (Tastes OK), Red Velvet Choco Sin (Tastes good), Choco Lava Fudge (there was no lava and the lava cake didn't taste good, disappointing) and one scoop each of fig and honey and black currant icecream (Good). An OK experience. We felt that the staff could be more polite in approach.

Ordered it home through zomato- DEATH BY CHOC- Packing was fine. Quantity was too less and the big tub seems like it is full when you receive it. However, when you actually find only 40% food ice cream inside. They work same as the lays chips packet where that is filled with air with hardly 10 chips inside. They surely fool people with the quantity as compared to a corner house. Its ok and surely over rated.

Itโs okayish. <br/>I recently had lichi with orange jellies- it was horrible! Jellies were hard and difficult to chew. <br/>Previously I had sandwichs - they were average. Review based on home delivery.<br/>K<br/>Ordered Hot Chocolate Fudge Sundae (Junior).<br/><br/>First let me talk about the packaging. Just by adding extra tapes doesn't help in keeping the ice cream at place and save it from melting. The paper cup had become soggy as my ice cream had started melting, and if the delivery would have took more time I don't think the cup would have been in any good state.<br/>As per the Online order page, the description of the item had no where CASHEW NUTS written in it. When I got to see so many cashew nuts I was shocked. You can't expect all to assume/know what goes into the product by just reading the name. The description is supposed to be very clear to help decide people who are allergic to nuts or any other thing for that matter.<br/><br/>Edit : The customization options have cashew, chocolate and almonds as Add-ons, but on extra cost which I didn't opt for.

Polar bear is a big ice cream parlour chain all over the Bangalore. Have been to its bel road branch numerous times. It's a nice place with a variety of ice cream flavours available. Their death by chocolate is a must have. Apart from that, kesar kulfi and tiramisu won't disappoint you as well. They don't offer much in shakes but there are small bites like spinach corn sandwich etc. which are pretty decent.

Unfortunately they have about 6-7 employees wandering about doing nothin to make the service quick even though the place was not very crowded. The taste of the ice-creams are good and we have been regular visitors of polar bear but the menu also has changed recently and it was disappointing to see some all time favorites missing

A simple place to go and eat with your family. The staff are very courteous and friendly. The ice cream quality is very good and have maintained the quality through the years. Dark chocolate ice cream has to be darker. Parking is not so bad (if you get space). Ambiance gives you a relaxing feel very quickly.
