The place is pretty good ambience wise and the staff are very thoughtful. We ordered the Tandoori platter and we were promptly informed that it may take sometime. They also provided some fried nuts for us to pass time. Service is excellent. Taste is also above average for sure. Giving 4 stars only because the quantity is not up to the price charged for the platter and also the pepper chicken ordered was very rubbery. The draught beer served was not exactly chill i.e. the first pitcher... the next 2 were perfect.

Worst place I have ever been to. It’s written Zomato Gold is available, but they denied to accept it. Poor service, poor ambience where water was clogged in the sitting area. No much options for food and drink. Food is too expensive but taste and quantity wise not at all worth it. They take min 45mins for one single order. They had added service charge which is not supposed to be taken!The waiter and cashier were arrogant when I questioned it. It it unfair to charge extra!!! Crowd wasn’t that standard too. They say happy hours, buy one get one free beer, but its of low quality! Where the picture is of small size! Moctail is nothing but tropicana. Thats all. Totally not a place to hangout. AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER! 👎🏼

One of the worst beers ever. No good ambience. Hookah is not at all hookah. Feels like pulling charcoal. No matter how many times you ask for a coal change, it's still worse. Rates don't match even closely to what you get.

I was very unhappy with the service here. It took almost an hour for us to receive our order and they refused to serve us drinking water forcing us to buy mineral water. It took the staff a good 10+ minutes to change the coal of the hookah. The food was very average tasting. Wouldn't recommend this place to anybody.

They set their own rules on top of ZOMATO gold rules. 2+2 on drinks is modified to 1+1 here and only on selected drinks the option is applicable. So without a choice ended up ordering draught beer which tasted no less than water. I wouldn’t suggest this place for ZOMATO gold members.

The best part about the place is the karoake nights. You could request the manager/dj for you singing your karoake. But the issue here is if you try to outshine the singers appointed in the bar, you would not be given a second chance to sing again. Otherwise it a great place for hookka and beer.

Around 10 of us visited the place on a Saturday night. The ambience isn't very nice and is very noisy. The service is very slow and the management is very poor. The waiters take a long time to attend to you and the orders take too long to arrive. The attitude of the staff is rude. Giving one star just because of the untrained staff. The staff is rude and they even blackmailed one of my friend who entered the female washroom to help her puke. They said they peeked into the female washroom from a "hole" and saw them getting "making out" They blackmailed asking for money or else they would call the Police. That's when we called the owner and told him how his staff was acting. ***Never ever go to this place*** Isn't safe also the waiter's said "they peeped into the washroom from the hole"

Few friends and I met at this place on a Saturday evening to watch a cricket match. This was my first time here as I live in a different part of the town. This place is basically a hookah joint that also serves beer. The ambience is very minimal, tyres are used as chairs for few tables and has a couple of small TVs to screen the matches. The place was crowded as it was a Saturday evening and the crowd was mostly college students. They have happy hours on beer, we ordered beer, fries, chilli chicken and chicken 65. The service was quick and the food was great. Considering the prices on the menu, this place is a definite hit for me. Easy on the pocket and value for money. Though India lost the cricket match that day, we had a great time. Will definitely visit this place again.

Quite reasonable , about 400 for a pitcher ,150 for a mug. Service : crowded on weekends , hence the service was quite slow. Value for money : scores a lot here :) Go if you are into the old Bangalore Kannada pubs 😊 Also if u stay near Vijayanagar , this is perhaps one of the best options around for a drink . P.S: a big shoutout to the amazing singers who sounded like the original playback singers 😎

First mention goes to staff. Friendly and cordial. It a place to come for a quick hooka,nice flavours I felt cost of hooka was a bit less, the food serving was good. The ambience was not bad considering the place, I felt it was bit cramped, but the space is used optimally. The food, hooka and the staff are highlight of the place, I can’t comment if beer as I am jot fan of beer. Suggestion to management if possible introduce cocktails, as they go along with hooka. This is a good place for a group.

But, there is a ventilation problem and all the smoke of the hookah gets accumulated in the seating area. They need to work on this. Had been here during appy hours which was a totally crap, they get us a mug and call it a pitcher and normal pitcher would be large pitcher, food was cold when asked servers said it's hot though it was very clear it was cold , food selection is very little ,hookah was good but over experience was really bad. Panner was very dry and rubbery which is not suggested by any one was bad. Penut masala was muddy not worth the time.

I had fries and iced tea which came along with the combo. The ice tea was good, but the fries weren't. Overall, not a good place if you need to smoke or eat anything filling. The last time I had been there to drink red wine. That was the only thing worth there. Parking is available and the staffs are professional. Not a family place at all!

Bad food ! Bad service Alert alert - The food here will definitely spoil your taste buds. First of all the menu is very limited. You can go have street food better than this. We ordered Gobi and cold coffee. The gobi made me forget what it tastes like ever. The worst taste and felt like it was burnt a little. Wouldn't recommend trying that. The cold ice coffee though, that was really really good. The place is dim with lights and there's literally no difference between smoking and non smoking zone. You can feel it all over your face. Coming to the service, well not really providing the much needed privacy. When we were billed , we asked why the service tax was applied and we got a very rude reply. We disagreed to pay the extra charges and the waiter responded -Ma'am only 30 Rupees extra no, can't u pay. We were shocked by the response. However, we didn't pay the extra 30 bucks and ended up getting weird looks from the waiter gang. Suggestions - 1. Please add more food items to your menu. 2. Please keep a chef for your cooking, not someone you hired to clean the tables with no sense of what they are doing.

Nothing more than a Chinese Hookah Parlour. Things they have : Hookah, Wine and Chinese Food The hookah was good and the waiter made sure that the coal was changed at regular intervals. Apart from Hookah they just have Chinese food which mainly compromises of Panner, Gobi, Baby Corn and Mushroom for veggies. We had ordered a mix flavour Hookah combo along with schezwan baby corn and the food was good. Come here only for Hookah and Chinese food

If you want to kill time with friends and don't want to spend too much money,this is the place for you.They have hookah and the only alcoholic drink they have is wine,so if you're planning to booze this is the wrong place.The food is okayy type and the ambience is good. If you have all the time in the world and just want to hang out with buddies u can do here with hookah and some small dishes. But if it is to drink or have a big eat then I wouldn't recommend here (services are slow by the way and the food was barely OK).. The thing that caught our attention was karaoke nights and would want to try that out.

Being opened newly had been to tis place for lunch but unfortunately the place was so smoky. We weren't aware tat it was a hookah bar and the place was filled wit smoke. The sign outside the which read abt the buffet was misleading, coz there was no sign of food at all and the staff there did not bother to cme n check if we wanted to be seated or hw many members we were so we just had to walk out. Tis place is a big strike out of my list.

My friend gifted me a BBQ pit after ordeal at this place saying I cook way better BBQ. This has been a long pending review. Had been to this place during noon and if was a furnace. Steel sheets for the roof and portable ac added to the fury by flying ash from BBQ pot. Super slow service, sometimes they forgot that we placed orders, lack of items in the menu and average tasting food made the whole experience not worth it. Night time might be good here looking at the pics, but I never intend to go here again.

A good place for Hookah lovers and note that they don't serve beer or any other liquor except Wine at this time. We thought that they'll at least have beer on the outlook of the place and were terribly disappointed when the waiter announced otherwise. We ordered Ginger Chicken, Chicken 65 and Charcoal Non Veg Rice among a few other dishes. Garlic Chicken was bland, without flavors, chicken was rubbery. Chicken 65 was slightly better than the garlic chicken but not something that I would order again. Charcoal Rice way the only item that was good, not great but a very different kind of fried rice with large chunks of fried chicken, tasted bland initially but adding a little extra salt and pepper improved the taste instantly. They also had run out of meat & fish barbeque we were interested in either, part of the family pack offer. *Not a very pleasant first time impression. Service was fine and the ambience is at most unique, nothing great at least during noon times, place will very likely look better during night time. Note: They don't have AC either, it's more of a open space but they do have Air Coolers

I love barbeque food so we decided to go to this place. Their speciality should be barbeque food but I was disappointed by the veg barbeque food here. Not at all up to the standards. The food was cold and not heated at all! They also serve Chinese food which is still better than the barbeque. We ordered for cold coffee which was very sweet, potato fries were good n crispy. Any barbeque restaurant a vegetarian wants paneer but these guys ran short of it and even without informing us they blindly served cauliflower skewers. That was not expected by the staff!! If you don't have anything on the menu, ideally they should let their customers know first!! Separate hookah space would be better as there could be familians also coming there who might want to avoid the smoking zone.

I visited this place on a Saturday with a couple of my friends which turned out to be exciting with Hookah and their timely service. Food is great has a typical menu we ordered some pepper chicken and fries every one loved the chicken had an authentic taste. What's so great about this place is the ambience, music and the tasty food along with Hookah. Karaoke is an add on , the whole concept at this Barbeque and cafe is excellent. I would surely be excited to visit this place again to have a great time with my buddies. Keep up the good work !!!

We were 8 friends walked into this place without any expectations, as soon as we entrered into the place we were impressed with the Ambience, very creative ambience. We ordered 2 hookah 2 barbecue chicken and 3 charcoal special rice, the food was very tasty and the staff were very kind and attentive. It's seems they have live singing on weekends. Very poor service!!! Walked in on a weekday, and the place was super hot! Beat it, no fan or air conditioning in this hot summer. To top it, they dont have half the things listed in the menu. And the worst part of all, they take ages to serve you. And dont even care to serve the basics like water and tissues. Had to wait for half an hour for it. And when we say anything they just giggle! Really? Is this a childs play. Dont waste some1s time and money for this.

Ambience was nice well that's the only reason for a 1.0 rating. Walked in to this will kept and well lit place, had to change seats multiple times as there was no air-conditioning and was very hot inside. Crowd was not good there had some issues but that is not in the hands of the management. Ordered 3 red wines 1 charcoal special rice, one noodles, barbecue chicken and kungpao chicken. Withing five minutes the staff came back saying noodles is not available and barbecue chicken not available, and started giving Venusian options. We settled for one schezuan rice non veg as a substitute and dragon chicken instead of barbecue chicken. Now the service. Got two red wines instead of 3 when told 3 were ordered got two cold coffee with that and the waiter said sorry I forgot. Both side dishes came out 30 minutes prior to the rice and by the time we got the rice the side dishes were cold. Again a mess up got two schezuan rice instead of a veg charcoal special rice. Again the excuse was sorry I forgot. By this time we were too hungry to send it back. Not impressed with the food quality. Another surprising turn is they do not follow the basic courtesy of providing glasses of water. A bottle of packages drinking water is kept on the table and you are charged without your consent. Very disappointed a must avoid restaurant for all.

First thing as soon as I enter is the ambience and the set up. Creatively used the rugged out truck tires as base to support the table glass, me being a Motorhead, this idea really excited. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Their suggestions by em for any food is brilliant. Don't miss Salt Pepper Chicken! It's the best pepper chicken I've tasted. Though it came as a pleasant surprise to us to find a lounge kind of a place in an area like Chandra Layout, the experience was not as it was expected. This place having opened only recently has a long way to go so far as service quality, infrastructure etc are concerned. The people serving there need to be a little more attentive when it comes to deciding their next course of action. The menu card, drinking water, taking order, getting us the bill were the things that had to be reminded of and which would get a little annoying when it would take more than the usual time to have these things at the table. However, once told, they would readily and happily make them available. Also, so far as the infrastructure is concerned, air-conditioners are a must, especially in a scorching hot weather like now. Having said that, the food was quite good and the set-up of the place was quite a refreshing change from what we normally see in places like Nagarbhavi/ Chandra Layout

Ambience is the attraction which pulled us to this place. Very welcoming indeed. We were 6 of us together and headed to this place in the afternoon. Since it was already occupied ,we had to sit near the deck. Ordered for silver fox hookah and since we were hungry as well we ordered two starters.. chilly panner and chilly chicken, chicken "szechwan chicken noodles and veg "szechwan noodles. The waiter taking our orders din't bother to even write it down at the beginning. After initiation he wrote the order. The starters were good. Hookah was very average. We couldn't actually feel the flavor at all. Food was served after 25 minutes. He bought us szechwan fried rice and told us, this was your order'and insisted on it. "Why would any customer order something he doesn't wanna eat". Very disappointing service. On being asked to cancel this order and serve us with Noodles then he mentions they don't have noodles. Service is very poor. It is ideal to just smoke hookah, and have snacks along. Ambience is the best. But could improve on the hookah flavor and provide better service in terms of food.

After having our stomachs' full in a near-by Dhaba, I and my friends headed to Charcoal. The ambience of the place was what caught us at first. The place looked beautiful at night. We were not able to get a table at the outdoors, so we headed to a table close to the dias. Karaoke music with some bollywood numbers, and a song of Dr.Rajkumar- Damn, the music was good. Since we had already had our stomachs' full, we had no intentions on trying the food here. But Hookah alone is not provided, and is a part of Combo. We bought a combo with Hookah, milkshake, and french fries, and later, babycorn barbeque. Hookah (Pan Rasna) was not the best I have had, but the food was good. With good ambience, food, availability of hookah, and good service, this place is definitely worth a visit. I wish to go back and try more things on their menu.

Best of all, you get live music where you can sing Karaoke on request. Prices are on the steeper side, but you could make use of their Happy hours if you want to have fun on a limited budget. Overall, a good place to spend an evening with friends, along with some music and sheesha.

The place is really nice and lots of creativity can be seen like they've made the tables out of tires and stuff.. A must visit.. It's a happening place for the young crowd probably.. Ambience is good and the prices are less compared to other hookah parlours.. Yes ofcourse, French fries are the best.. And hookah should be improved because the coal burns out quickly and has to be changed every 10 minutes. Otherwise it's a nice place to hang out with friends😊

The Ambience is good. Reasonable pricing. Tried Pan Salsa (flavor) and was not disappointed. However, the menu needs a little variety. The hookah needs to be looked into because it (sometimes) chokes and the one who makes the hookah needs to be a little more skilled!

Charcoal owner have negative look to there customers specially on couples .3rd grade taste of food. staff never have attention to thier customers. They did' nt have good singer good singer was changed now at this time owner was singing i visit 1 week and always heard one song soch na shake ( air lift) they insult song,and singer. They have long list of barbeques but never provided all facilities of barbeques. Note= couples be careful......... hookah are given without cleaning it . It is harmful for us kitchen are also dirty they clean all plates again and again in one bucket of water.

The Charcoal is one of the best ones simply because of the ambience. This place is very spacious and has a very classy and royal ambience. They play live music in the background, making it a good place for lunch or dinners with family and friends. The rates are reasonable, and the service and quality of food is excellent. One of the very few good places to have delicious food and get along with friends for Hookah. The quantity of food served is also good. I love the starters here, I've tried most of them and they taste great. :) Try out for a change - great ambience for a night party.
