Review Zaica Dine & Wine - Bengaluru

Karthik Srinivas
I had breakfast multiple times here and I really loved it. but Today I had lunch and I was not satisfactory with the taste and there were lot of flies in the hotel. Poor service also.
Vishnu Vijay
Every thing is good but some food is Little costly, for Parotta single piece is 30₹ too costly not worth it, prawn biryani is nice and chicken pepper fry also good, Don't try Parotta here!!!!!!!!!
Abhimanue
This is a top-notch restaurant offering authentic and flavorsome Kerala cuisine. The menu features a wide variety of dishes, and the service is attentive. The ambiance is inviting, though prices are slightly higher. A must-visit for South Indian food enthusiasts.

I had booked Zaica Dine and wine in Brookfield for lunch for my daughter's birthday. I had interacted with Manzer who is the manager here. I had specified my food requirement for lunch buffet and Manzer took care of all the arrangements very well. Starters were excellent with good spread and was provided throughout 3 hours as was asked by me. Mutton was also very good with good quality mutton used. Even the desserts were very good especially the malpua and moving dal halwa. I was overall delighted with the staff and the service provided. Definitely, I will reccomend others for birthday and other parties. Special thanks to Manzer again for all the arrangements
SATHYA KARTHEEK
Buffet mentioned PRAWNS FISH MUTTON FOR STARTERS but only served chicken very very bad, staff stopped serving after 1 hour, they deliberately serves late so that we will leave quickly, you ask for water fork food nothing comes we should get all by ourselves, staff behaviour is worse, terribly bad
Sanjana Goswami
Cozy fine dine ambience and great hospitality. Loved the chicken biryani, tasted absolutely delicious! The only downside I felt was the quantity of gravy ordered for the price. It was way too less compared to the other restaurants I've been to.
David Rodrigue
Went for their lunch buffet a couple of days back. Little bit on the expenaive side but good food...
Suraj
Amazing place to have an authentic food. Unlike other place they don't use same gravy for all items in fact every if you will order here is just so different and awesome. I went with my family there for a new year dinner and really impressed with the hospitality of their staff, and really served with smile face. I would recommend specially for family visit. Keep rocking all the team of Zaica.

Super staff were good and courteous. Anup and Prakash both were polite and helpful and were very quick in responding to our queries . 5 star is because of that and talking about food quality, Butter chicken, chicken lollypop, jeers rice ,Dal tadka was awesome. I would recommed to everyone for this restaurant. Overall experience was really good.

I came to this restaurant for a lunch buffet with my family. The food was good and staff was very polite and provided good service. Their is good variety in buffet.

Horrible experience is not the word!! We were promised for a replacement as part of this order & when contacted along with the next order this person named Shiv & Manzar both were horrendous in their response & when i insisted to talk to the owner regarding this they bluntly denied & the way they are having conversation with us seems like they are not operating on behalf of Zaica & they are the sole owners who can promise one thing & have the right to change their words after we posted the review. They are not fit to be running the business as managers...... I am highly surprised to the fact that the management hasnt even looked into the issue or they havent contacted us to know what was the issue. I have the call recording which clearly states we will ensure for a replacement of certain number of boxes & i will be picking this up further with the media if i do not get any response from the OWNER of Zaica since you people have cheated us & lost your reputation with our company. I have been ordering for the team since 2years with every order being more than 300+ boxes & i am highly highly surprised with the customer experience which we have faced & management irresponsible behaviour to check back with us.... We have 1000+ employees in our company & i will be circulating this message to everyone not to get cheated by this restaurant ever again!!!

I went there with friends, not a great place to go for drinks though they have the bar but it's just a place holder. Cocktails aren't value for money. I tried LIT and mojito and they tasted like medicine and were nowhere close to the original standards.<br/><br/>The service is poor but somehwat staff is nice. They don't have great vegetarian starters but their chicken 65 was okay. <br/><br/>Final review: visit this place only if you're tight on your alcohol budget and are okay with families looking at you while you drink. <br/>

The food was very tasty and the quality was good. Verity was less specially in main course and dessert. But it was OK no issues. Service was not good. We asked for less spicy starter for my daughter but they denied to give. Even we didn't finish our starter they brought main course. At 3:15 pm one person came and told they were closing. We went to celebrate my wife's birthday. I mention specially when I booked but they didn't provide cake. Service was very poor.

Thanks Biswajit for serving us nicely !! Chicken Mughlai tasted deliciously served with butter tandoori rotis. Delightful and A+++++ service.

Dofin Captain Service is really good and food taste is awesome. Ambience is just amazing.<br/>I highly recommend this restaurant for buffet. My special thanks to Dophin Captain and his team for their great service and their cool behaviour. Location of this restaurant is also good, beside the main road. Overall it's was a very good experience.

In Internet they show a big buffet Menu, upto 40+ items, but after entering restaurant, it felt cheated. They just had 3 tables with very limited items. Just one fruit, "Watermelon" in name of Cut fruits. Menu says 9 Veg Main course, they just had 5 items. No Jalebi, Pav Bhaji, Or Chat available. Taste is okay, States are really good, but they lose Customer trust, by doing such cheap tricks. Displaying something and presenting completely different. Serving Staff were very polite and friendly. But, overall Not Recommended. Spoke to Manager, he was aware of everything and response was "you will get only this much with discount offer". Please update Menu and deliver, whatever you commit.

Used Zaica for corporate order for our office, gave them business of more than 60,000rs .extremely horrible and pathetic service. They did not take care of the food packaging, the food got spoilt and when contacted, the person Manzar was indifferent, rude and did not care.though we asked for replacement, he went ahead claiming it's technical issue n did not take any ownership.. All my corporate friends have been warned.. Please do not go to these people. Total waste of money and absolutely no customer friendly experience ☹️☹️☹️

Been here for team lunch couple of times. Food is good. Service can be improved. Menu can be improved, very boring. Buffet price seems like competitive but veggies felt they less options. Desserts could be creative. Usually I noticed very sugary.
Vishxyz
Place has a big drinks menu but upon request they said they don’t have any beer or specific drinks we liked to have. I had a Zomato offer so not sure if that was the reason for bad service. I had to walk out . I have always avoided zaica as I felt it sucks. And that way it exceeded my expectations. The ambience is well lit and spacious for a fine dine. And for a sat night it was not very crowded so setting for a good evening were there. Just that it didn’t start at all for me.

Nice place for a get together in the kundnahalli- Brookfield region. Have been here for some casual dinners and for some birthday celebrations too and have always been back as a happy person.

If you consider something good and doesn't look to go far from Brookfield area. This is the place you can be.<br/>Let's break it to pros and cons<br/>Pros:<br/>1. Location is very good. Near to Brookfield mall and just on the road. So getting here is not at all a problem.<br/>2. Ambience is good (3.5 🌟). The glass theme where you can have a sound dinner and see the busy Banglore pass by.<br/>3. Perfect for a family gathering.<br/>4. Affordable and suits your budget. Good for college students and also for corporates.<br/>Cons:<br/>1. Service is a bit slow.<br/>2. Biryani can be better ( as it was suggested as their specialty) but I felt the other way.<br/>3. Can improve on the interior a bit but not an issue.<br/><br/>What to order :<br/>1. Kalmi kebab<br/>2. Fish Punjabi Tikka( I don't recall the exact name)<br/>3. You also try the veg and non veg thali ( it's really good).<br/>4. Biryani but I wouldn't recommend.<br/>5. Any non veg starter is fine.<br/>6. Crispy corn: taste wise it was goos but presentation was not up to the mark.<br/>6. Buffet is a bit cheap but good to try.
Neeraj Kumar
The food has been one of the best we recently had. Partha who was serving us for the day was in excellent form and he made sure we had the right choices for the veg food. I usually wont have veg food in a restaurant but will definitely recommend the veg food here. Thanks and amazing food. Will visit soon again.
Abhi
Organised my kid's birthday party and Mr. Manzer made all the efforts to make it an awesome event. The service was great and food was delicious. All my guests enjoyed thoroughly.
Foodiefrom Amritsar (Shailja Sehgal)
The place is from a walking distnace from my office and we have been there few times. If i talk about food, nothing stands out, the food is average the variety is limited like starters and options for veg.<br/><br/>The staff and service is ok, the food is not kept in presentable form, they take long to replenish dishes, so overall and average place to visit<br/><br/>Food: 2/5<br/>Service: 2.5/5<br/>Location: 3/5<br/>Ambience: 2.5/5

We tried the Zaica -Kundanahalli for the first time and the food was great, freshly cooked , tasty and well presented. The waiter Chiranjiv was very much attentive and service overall was good. Overall a good meal and great value we will surely think to revisit.<br/>This place is perfect for groups or a casual dine.<br/>

Good ambience , Quick service (by Chiranjeev),<br/>Delicious food ( specially Paneer Tikka Masala),<br/>Refreshing mocktails (sea breeze and cinderella)<br/>Good place for small get togethers , team lunches .... Etc ....................<br/>

Thank you Mr. Chiranjiv for the delicious food and great service. The team enjoyed the food, drinks and service. Good place to go anytime and nice and supportive staff. Thank you again.<br/>

Was dining out with my friends and what a bad service we faced. Long wait for getting our order placed. Didn't know if it was because we were redeeming our Zomato gold offers. The AC was not on and we complained couple of times but in vain. Food was average and the worst pain was getting our billing done. They didn't even know how the machine worked. Had to wait for the long process of the staff learning how to do it. Very bad service and very very very bad customer satisfaction .. never recommend this to people who stress more on customer satisfaction.

Yesterday i went to this restaurant, the environment lightnings are pretty good, the way of service especially hospitality is excellent, the taste of food is very nice, they satisfied my expectation with their food and their service. And there is no hesitation to visit again...

Guys think 10 times before visiting here . We three visited this place at 10:25 PM on Tuesday night (5th March ) .We ordered beers, 1 starter , 1 Biryani and 1 Chinese Main course .<br/>At 10:45 the waiter comes to us long with a guy saying that you would have to finish the beer by 11 PM and you can eat food till 11.05 saying that it's election time you cannot stay after 11PM . We asked him you should have told us this before , we would have gone some where else .<br/>Next thing I asked him that parcel whatever is prepared and cancel other orders.<br/>We cannot finish everything in 15 mins .<br/>The guy said everything is ready and but will cancel starter .<br/>After 10 Mins he gets the food .now please check the packing and quality of food in pictures .<br/>The guy was polite but this is not the way you service your customers .<br/>And the food quality was worst than a road side stall.<br/>They sell this biryani and fried rice for Rs.280 with taxes .<br/>
Midhun Nair

As a North Indian living in Bangalore (if you can call Whitefield as “Bangalore” per the locals), it is quite surprising that down south there are many amazing restaurants serving top notch North Indian cuisine, some are even better than North Indian counter parts (in my view). I believe this is because when an exotic culture is widely accepted by the locals – it is because of the love and respect which makes them adopt the cuisine as their own! Some of the world’s best food comes out of this fusion and don’t we love them all! Bangalore is at the epicenter of the fusion which has continued to happen since the IT boom and is still going strong! This inflow of other cultures leads to high demand for North Indian food and provides chefs with a lot of opportunities. Taking advantage of one such opportunity, Zaica tries to cater to the everyday North Indian food enthusiasts in the Brookefield area!

This place is pretty close to my house and i have Always thought of trying it out and finally went for a dinner with few friends. Since it was a weekday so reservation wasn't required as most of the tables were unoccupied.<br/><br/>We started off with lemon and coriander soup which was quite nice and a tangy taste. Next came in paneer tikka, chilli gobhi and crispy corn. Out of the three i found corn to be better than the rest.<br/><br/>For mains, we ordered paneer makhan walla, dal tadka with laccha parantha. Everything was good in terms of flavors.<br/><br/>We ended with gulab jamun served with ice cream 😍<br/>

Zaica has been the friendly neighbourhood for delicious North Indian Fare & Some Delectable chinese. On a recent visit with a bunch of friends, I got to relive that experience once again.<br/><br/>I must say their service quality & food quality has improved tremendously from my previous visits.<br/><br/>I started off with a Delicious Bowl Of Warm & Comforting Lemon Coriander Soup. The Best Part Apart From The Balanced Lemon Flavours, Was Actually The Tiny Green Chilli Hit That I Got On My Palate.<br/><br/>The Zafrani Murg was wonderfully cooked & char grilled in the Tandoor to perfection.<br/><br/>The Paneer Tikka was super delicious & delicious.<br/><br/>The pepper fried prawns were nicely cooked with strong pepper flavours, loved it.<br/><br/>The Chicken Biriyani was decent, and the star of the show was the humble dal Chawal. Perfectly cooked & seasoned dal with the right flavours in the right balance, way too perfect.<br/><br/>The other Curries that we ordered that night to share were ok, with a few hit & misses.<br/><br/>The Gulab Jamoon with ice cream was as classic as it could be, very delicious & tasty.<br/><br/>Overall a good place for a visit with large family or with a group of friends, the place has some decent food & a great service to accompany and some amazing buffet options & deals.

Zaica is located conspicuously in Brookfield near the kudlu gate. Reached here for dinner on a typical Bangalore Monday. The experience was certainly a good enough one to alleviate me of all the tiredness.<br/><br/>Coming to the interior of the place, it was lively. The lighting was adequate and the background music kept on improving as the evening progressed.<br/><br/>Moving to the elephant in the room- food. The starter comprised of a lavish spread: paneer Tikka, corn salt & pepper, gobhi Manchurian, pepper friend prawns, jafrani murg tikka and chilly chicken. I enjoyed the Chinese items the most. They were the USP of the place in my opinion.<br/>For drink, they offered us a mocktail- blue lagoon which was an eye candy to look at and was refreshing!<br/><br/>Next on our tray was the main course. It comprised of paneer makhani (succelent cottage cheese doused in Indian butter based gravy;I loved the gravy), mix veg (they call it jaipuri veg), chicken biryani (a decent biryani fused with aromatic spices slowly simmered), murg do pyaza (tender chicken pieces cooked in red gravy; my favorite) and the quintessential Indian dal- chawal. I loved the dal- dal tadka which was just like homemade<br/><br/>I was pretty much satiated but then I just couldn't say no to desserts. The gulab jamun and vanilla ice cream were a perfect concoction to wrap us a true gastronomic extravaganza.<br/><br/>To summarize, it is a place which is ideal for a North Indian dining. Looking to revisit again for sure!
Partha Protim
Good service and nice food.<br/>Partha pratim axom was great help in serving and suggestions on food. Chilly chicken, chilly prawns and gobi manchurian served was very nice . Buffet non veg main course are very tasty specially murgh do pyaza . Good place to visit with your family....<br/>
Anup Barman
I visited zaica for dinner with my family. Staff was really good and helpful. Ambience and food was aswome . It was a great exprience for us.
CHIRAG KHARWAR
Horible experience. We opted for buffet, suprisingly veg and non veg prices are same. Nothing great in the starters, main course was missing most imp item which they did mentioned in the menu. When i checked they told by mistake they gave me yesterdays menu (really!!!). Staff told me they ll get the curry prepared, but no one came with the curry so out of frustration we went away. Talking about service, it challenges their taste of food in horiblness. You have to keep waiting for the waiter and call him twice or thrice just to get water. When we went, there were not many tables occupied still the service was worst. Never recommend this restaurant to anyone.
Bkalathiya
Nice food, nice ambience and great service. A special mention for Chiranjeev who adjusted the central air conditioning to suit my young daughter. He also explained the dishes on the menu and helped us order the right dish. Thank you Chiranjeev!!<br/>Overall a great fine dine experience.
Abhilash KP
Service is very good. Ambience is too good. Amazing service by Mr. Chiranjeev. Recommended : Margarita, Kadai Chicken , Hara Bhara Kabab. 10/10 :)

While entering into restaurant itself you will get bad smell<br/>....and food is not good and worthy also. They charged 2 coke around 130rs +GST also and they gave it in normal glass they are very money minded.....don't go they looting people. If you want order something ask prices and then order.

We visited for dinner for 25th Dec. Service is very slow. We ordered chicken Biriyani which is cost around 275 rupees.. Trust me.. We got chicken fried rice.. Having 4 small chicken pieces. They served chilled tandoori roti and when I asked about it they said -sir it's because of AC. Price tag neither justified quantity or quality.. I will suggest friends don't bliendly go this over rated restaurant. No wonder on 25th evening restaurant was empty..
Pikon Taluckdar
Pathetic foods and drinks such waste of money biryani seems like fried rice and one fourth of beer are chilled water only. U can't eat the foods we been there 25th that was the worst experience.
KK619
Decent place for a dinner with group of friends or a couple dinner.they have buffet at a very reasonable price. I liked the non-veg platter very much. They serve alcohol as well.
Nitesh Panigrahy
Very bad food. the worst experience in my life.<br/>First soup was cold, then comes the starter chicken...which was very hard. Never ever try buffet here. All the food were worst, none of the food was tasty neither soft. Very bad experience. None of the food was eatable. Chicken salad was worst to worst.
Neeta
Good food. Dal makhni and the starters are worth trying. The tandoori starters are well cooked and masaledar. The servers here are very much on their toe to help or attend to any need. Ambience os okayish. Reasonable rates with good quantity.<br/>Tried ala carte every tym so cant say much about the buffet menu.<br/>Overall a good north indian restaurant.
Neha Sohaney
We visit this outlet very often, warmth, service and the food they serve make you feel like coming again and again. I will share my part of story with some twist 😁<br/>Last Saturday, we went there for lunch buffet for the first time usually we order alakarte and we were quite disappointed with the food quality, taste and very limited options and frankly speaking that was quite suprising for me too as being a regular and satisfactory customer it was not expected at all. I had given my feedback accordingly. To my surprise the very next day I got a call from head chef Mr. RAHUL and he had personally invited us for lunch. We went there yesterday and had an amazing and royal experience. They have treated us so well and also made sure for everything, the food, the taste also if we want to order anything extra apart from what they had prepared for us. Staring from the soup, starters and main course everything was beyond our expectation. We were served 8-9 items for starters including veg/nonveg and same no of items for main course too. We had to stop them literally to not prepare anything more as we were already full to the neck.<br/>I would personally say thank you to chef Rahul for treating us with the delicious food also Mr. shaizamuddin who attended our table as he was extremely courteous and very attentive to our needs. I would highly recommend to zaica for the real north indian taste.
Hemanth Guna
Good food....Good service by Mr.chirenjeev..great pleasant ambience!!....Overall worthy experience!!<br/>The spread was excellent, tasty n served hot!!<br/>
Vishnu Rajan
The food was OK. However, the service was extremely bad. The AC was turned off probably as the crowd was very low and it was suffocating inside. Even after repeated requests, the management was hesitant to turn on/increase the AC. Also, we were asked to place the last order when we reached itself which is fine if there is a cut off time. However for a couple who entered 30 minutes post we reached, they served food.
Sourav Roy
It was a good experience of dining here on a weekday. The food was good. The Afghnai fish was perfectly soft and the spices had blended I to the same. The murg shorba with coriander was a good recommendation by the staff there. The biriyani was different in a way...it was not Hyderabadi Biryani nor awadhi biriyani or the Kolkata style biriyani. It was not very spicy but had a mild taste and more like chicken pulav. But it tasted good. Next I would go there to try their buffet.
Sonal Priya
Food was nice ans services were also good thano<br/>Nice place to visit and quite peaceful in every aspect.. Place is good for a friend party...<br/>
Pavan
Caption Dofin. He was very attentive and print. Felt good thought the restaurant was adamant on Zomato gold rules. Very quick with the service and accepted our requests with respect to the food.
Sanup
Dofin, Prosant and Bindu were excellent in their service. Very happy they took care of all our needs . They took care of our baby while we could enjoy our food.

Mohit Singhal
Most horrible place to go. Food was so bad. We had gone in a group. We ordered starters . It took one hour for only sarter to come. When we asked why waiter started behaving rudely that it is tandoori item you have to wait or you can go. And when it came it was so uncooked and stale. When we asked them one of waiter said our chef is changed . We are getting lot of complaint against him. But we had to suffer lot. Horrible place to go
Anshik Kulshreshtha
Buffet was very good.<br/>Prashant was quick enough to serve hot food with taste..<br/>He was excellent. This is the first time for me for buffet here but it was quite a good experience.<br/>

Average restaurant. Although the buffet spread is pretty good, taste wise there's lot of scope for improvement. Nothing extraordinary and wouldn't recommend.

Very delicious food and warm service are specialties of this place. Mr Prashanta who attended our table would need a special mention as he was extremely courteous and very attentive to our needs. Definitely worth another visit.
Mubarak Habeeb
Visited Zaica with my family for a dinner. Ambience was okay, however the food quality and taste was awesome. I have used my Zomato gold and got decent discount. <br/><br/>Coming to other side of coin- I have visited this restaurant with one of my friend and tried to claim Zomato Gold, however they played a cheap game by giving a different pricing for Zomato Gold. They didn’t follow thier menu instead gave us a printed paper where the price of items were aprox double when compare with original menu.
Bishwajeet Chakraborty
Been here for lunch buffet with team.<br/>#Ambiance is okay.<br/>#Food is awesome, staffs were friendly . <br/>#Fish item in starter was superb.<br/>#Comparatively less number of items in main course and desserts.<br/><br/>Overall, I would recommend this place for nice buffet in less budget .
Apoorv Gupta
The food was very good. Service was very good. Shaikh served us very well. He even served complimentary dessert coz the food was getting delayed. Keep it up .
Sakam Anilkumar
We friends visited zaica Brookfield for the 10 time and can say it proudly that every time the service level has gone up and they have raised the bar !!<br/>Appreciate the hospitality and servings and would like to acknowledge Thanu & Shiva Kumar from Zaica Brookfield for their utmost hospitality. Would recommend all my friends to visit the place definitely.

This place is food hazard. We ordered food from here and found a plastic particle in food, photo attached. Just glad that we found it initially and didnt eat rest of the food. Dont know if any hygiene check is done for this place.

Giving 1 because there is no option for zero. Two of us decided to go for dinner to this place. I decided to go for ala carte while my partner chose buffet option. I was patiently waiting for my food which only arrived when my partner had finished his 3 course meal! Inspite of asking the waiter repeated why is the meal delayed. Secondly, while ordering I asked for food which is less oil and cream and asked him to take special note of this..but when my methi chaman arrived it had a layer of butter, even green colour was completely lost because of so much butter! When asked the guy replied 'it is not oil or cream, it is butter'. We had had enough and wanted to cancel the order and move out, when the waiter said we have to buy something else from the menu and he would charge us for this. Only after giving a piece of my mind to the manager we were able to walk out paying for the buffet.<br/>The staff is not courteous, the service is bad, the experience was pathetic!<br/>I even saw the customers on the next table getting anxious and complaining about the wait time to the manager.<br/>This place is best avoided!

I been to zaica dine & Wine twice... Once with my office team and once with my frnd.<br/><br/>We have ordered couple of Beer Towers, Few starters and Biryani.. There were also few offers on liquor when I went.. It is worth spending time there and cost was also worth affordable.. Tast was time..<br/><br/>Nice Ambience.. Nearby to brookfield I felt this is a good place to hangout

Zaica offers one of the beat places to dine in Brookfield. The ambience is pleasant, the staff is courteous and the food never disappoints! They take care to suit your taste buds as specified- whether you like it super spicy or mildly spicy. There is a fair amount of variety in the menu as well, except for the Soups section. The staff do not leave you unattended and offer wonderful recommendations for dishes as well. Special mention to Thanu, who has served us on several occasions.<br/><br/>Some of the dishes I would recommend are tandoori mushroom and babycorn (if you love spicy), andhra chicken which is part of the buffet and our regular - naan and butter chicken, chicken pataudi are mouthwatering! The only improvement area is the desserts section. Gulab jamun is good, however the other desserts should be improved.
Manish Pyati
Dear Dofinsk, the food was really yummy n delicious. Thank you.<br/>And also the hospitality was good.<br/>The peas pulav was very very yummy. We will definitely recommend this place to others.<br/><br/>

I visited the restaurant recently and figured out that the service was too bad. We had to tell repeatedly after placing the order to get what we asked because they were not properly managing the table. The food was good and freshly prepared. Ambience is ok.
Tushpreet Sokhi

I was ordered mashroom tandoori but it came with little amount(50g something weight) not sufficient for 1/2 person also.. waste of money....
Anuradha Gupta
A nice fine dine place to be at in Whitefield area. They play slow music which lets you enjoy the place with your loved ones. They serve both buffet and a la carte. The taste is value for money and it's up to you, you can choose any thing.. naan were very nice and soft😋😋<br/>.<br/>Staffs were pretty friendly.<br/>Cost for 2 without alcohol: 800rs
Rahul Joy
THANU was incredible! He served us very well! Amazing Butter Chicken! Loved the ambience, beautiful place! The Butter naan also was mind-blowing

Had been here on Saturday night. The staff is very lazy here and we had to call them and ask for the a la carte menu.<br/>We ordered chicken side dish and naan which was good.<br/>But major disappointed was the drink- Margarita.<br/>There was more ice than the drink which kind of killed the mood of a good dining experience.<br/>I guess you can see the amount of ice they put in the margarita in the pic I attached.<br/>I guess this place is good for only "dine" and NOT "wine".
Kaveri Chatra
Very good in terms of service, music and ambience. The waiter Shaikh was friendly and efficient. I would recommend to my friends. Also food is good.

The food is nice. Pocket friendly and service provided by Shaikh, was exceptional. I loved the crisp hot just out of tandoor nans<br/>Nice food and nice service.
Malathi
Have been to this bcoz it had good reviews.however it was totally disappointing to us.we booked a table for 12:30pm. The food was cold, including the starters. It didn't taste fresh because the chicken was hard and everything had the same sour taste.<br/>We also had uninvited guest (RAT)running around the restaurant. I wonder how would they be maintaining the kitchen.
Soham Harshe
Good ambience and Peaceful place for dinner. And friendly staff especially Shaikh and Prashant served very well.<br/>Masala Papad is v good. Butter Naan is very good<br/>

Chiranjeevi excellent service...he is a rockstar material.whenever I visit he is an excellent care taker and entertainer. So good to interact with him<br/>
Sanchi Bhasin
Food quality was strictly ok. Half the drinks were not available to order. The service was slow and there were rats roaming around in the restaurant
Komal Tiwari
It was really a good experience.. The service (by chiranjiv and shivu )was courteous and prompt..staff are polite.. specially food taste was best, all the types of starters were available both veg and non veg..Thanks Chiranjiv..<br/><br/>
Subhranil Deb
Really appreciate the effort these guys took to improve the quality (from my last feedback). They called me, apologized, offered complimentary food but most importantly over last 3-4 orders, they are doing a good job. Good to see the feedback is well taken and corrective measures taken.  0.5 star extra for the service!<br/><br/>[2 months ago] Ordered food from here as I have been here multiple times. Sad to see the dip in quality and taste here. From a North Indian cuisine they have converted into a Andhra mess types. Tastes bad and super spicy even after asking it to be made less spicy. Ordered online Tandoori Chicken and Kadai Murg...
Karthik
We were too lazy to drive back home and cook for dinner so tried the palak shorba, lemony chicken tikka and mutton biryani. I must say the mutton biryani was just as it is suppose to be. The combination of palak shorba and lemon chicken tikka was a good start munch. The only annoying thing on weekend that too when hungry was the service which could be better. The ambience is average reducing 0.5 due to arrive and ambience.
Daman
The most loveable place in Whitefield to dineout. The perfect enviornment for dinner and with large variety of dishes from multiple cusines.<br/>Sharing few picutres if the dishes we had and loved.<br/>The staff is customer oriented and treats you like homely. Specifically Mr. Shiva Kumar and Tanu are so much concerned for customer satisfaction and greets well.<br/>im giving 5 star because we dont dineout just for food only other things also matter to make your day that all what i required found here.<br/><br/>i wish them success and heights to provide the same services to more of us.<br/><br/>*i went for buffet and ordered less quantites for starters as in pictures.<br/><br/>Happy dinning yew all. :-)<br/>

I was there with my family for dinner on 21 August I am very happy about the food and services... ... And planning to see the restaurant again.... Buffet food was awesome . Overall we are happy with there food and staff services.
Sreerup Goswami
We visited this place for the first time this Saturday on 25th Aug'2018. So far we have ordered the food online, taste of the starters are awesome but this time it was added extra feather or star beyond the taste. Hospitality and caring for the customer is something rare these days at restaurant. But the guy who was serving us the food was really caring and concern about our expectations and taste. We have ordered one Aloo Makai Kabab which we felt not so good but that guy respect our feedback and give us one additional complimentary food beyond their menu item. Hats off and appreciate his behavior and concerns about the customer. Keep up the good job Chiranjeeb!!! Fish tikka, chilly chicken, Tandoori Jhinga are mouth watering. They have a good mix of platter option. Highly recommending this place for everyone. And Chiranjeeb we will come again & we want you to guide and serve for us again.
ABHISHEK RAY
Awesome place !!! Chiranjeev took good care of us and gave my kid a complimentary drink. He also asked for starters proactively. He is a Star 😊

Mousumi Bhattacharjee
Been there with my colleagues last week for a team dinner.<br/>Ambience is nice , but they took many time to serve the food even if we had booked our table .<br/>We went for veg and non veg buffet , starters were really good , as well as the main course , but dessert was not that good -they had gulab jamun, which was nice , but the rajbhog was not fresh ,other than that every thing was good.<br/>Overall experience was nice , and the price is also not much high.
Shreyangshu Ganguly
A fine place to hangout and spend some quality time. Special thanks to Shivakumar and Prasanth for their amazing services. We had Lemony chicken tikka. And zomato gold offer is also available here.
Ananya Bakshi
Excellent experience throughout. We had a party at home and took the catering services from Zaica. The starters, main course, live counter, dessert - everything was perfect. They went extra mile to make the overall experience, very pleasant. Thank you Milan Ghosh and team for the wonderful team work. Will definitely recommend Zaica to friends and family.

Authent8c North Indian Food... This is my 2nd time here . It is one of the best i have in recent times. Great Buffet and Service. The swrving staff is excwlent especialy shaikh aka SK. He is brilliant and very couteous. Thums Up.
Divy Garg
It was a pleasant experience. The service (by shivkumar) was so courteous and prompt. The food taste was also one the best i have had in recent times. The brisk taste of dal bukhara and the subji lajawab was making justice to it's name. Must try.
Umesh Bhalerao
It has a good ambience. The qty of starters was less and taste was okay okay. However surprisingly the main course we ordered 1. Veg handi 2. Dal tadka was awesome in taste. <br/><br/>The service is little slow. I think this restaurant is little old and they need to change cutlery.
Shashank Reddy
I had dinner buffet last night. Did not have any expectations w.r.t the food as it was my first visit to the restaurant, surprisingly I was pleased with their menu.<br/><br/>Liked <br/>- Veg starters ( Chili potato, Paneer) , Non Veg Starters ( Pao chicken, fish), Dum Biriyani<br/>- Service <br/>- Ambiance<br/>- decent pricing<br/><br/>Dis-liked<br/>- Air Conditioning could have been better
Aameer Rafiq Wani
Staff was polite. Service was bit slow. Many of the items on menu weren't available. We were about to be disappointed but the food did turn us around a bit. It was tasty and felt fresh. My battery was about to die so I requested staff to take a note of zomato gold visit code which after a while they complied with. We didn't try buffet which we wouldn't have gone forth with anyway as there were no mutton dishes. They need to do some renovation as I could see damp walls even with dim lights(not a great view while one is dinning). It was cheap though.
Samarth Shekhar
Good place for food... Nice people around that will make your day, specially Shaikh whoes service is commendable. Everyone should try the starters main course and desserts here......
Manoranjan Sahoo
The place is very nice. Good for family and food is good. Good service by Chiranjeev.. will come back again. We took chicken tikka masala & butter naan
Anchit K

Rohit Kalro
Great food and service. Chiranjeev took care of us well and enjoyed the food. The lacha paratha was also whole wheat so thumbs up on that front.
Isavi Yeputhomi
We went a group for lunch in zaica dine n wine the ambience was awesome but the service was not up to the mark n the food taste was not good at all n I informed to the staff about the food taste but they didn't care about it I think the management is not taking any responsibility overall we had a worst lunch experience in it ...
Gunjan Virmani
First time eating out here was not bad . We had an option of buffet Vs alacarte and chose Alacarte. The options suggested by Mr Sukumar was perfect and bang on as per our taste buds. Fish Tikka , chicken starter were just about the right spice but the best item was the chicken tandoori in gravy 4 big pieces in that thick tomato onion gravy was just icing on the top. Amazing food for this price. All thanks to Mr Sukumar once again for serving us and his hospitality.
Satish Kumar
This was our first experience here, and we absolutely loved it. The service, the hospitality and even the food, was extremely good. Thanu here was very polite. Definitely coming back here :)<br/>

Fine dine for the finest food. Regular Setup restaurant right here in brookfield. For the food explorers a place<br/><br/>not to miss. Comparative less options for the vegetarians but the quality is what matters right. Food tastes soo<br/><br/>good that you’d forget all about the lack of options available. Me and my friends were pampered with<br/><br/>Extra veg starter after inform manager.. apart form menu. and desserts. perfect choice for family, zaica rooks.
Kalpana
This place is a beautiful experience. Was here for a family lunch. Exquisite decor. Very courteous and helpful<br/><br/>staff. Thanks to manager for food suggestions The menu is quite vast. Lastly the food was delightful, perfect portions, the aroma and the flavours will<br/><br/>last in my memory for a long time. Special mentions- Jhinga balaika, tawa mutton and Mr. Seja thanks for your<br/><br/>service, we will visit soon with my colleagues. Hope we will get the same. Zaica is zaikadar..

Ideal place for a quiet and satisfying dining experience. The captain Thanu has good knowledge about<br/><br/>molecular gastronomy and is more than willing to share it with interested guests.<br/><br/>There is no dearth of options for vegetarian food and the flavors in all dishes, be it the Makki motia sheek or the<br/><br/>home made panner, truly reflect the originality of the creator. The tasting menu serves well for 2 and is a good<br/><br/>option to sample all the signature dishes at Zaica. The deserts were particularly outstanding, combining flavors and presentation that are treat not only to the<br/><br/>tongue but to the eye as well. Must try for special occasions (why? give it a shot and you'll find out

Be enough space here to write about #Zaica. This place is bestest among the best in Bengaluru. Everything starting from starters to main course to dessert to beverages to hosting were epic<br/><br/>I love you Zaica thanks to managar for candle night dinner with balon ( to public : try out anything, I swear you won't be disappointed)

It was really great ambience. Good food. Good place to spend time with your loved one. The waiter, who<br/><br/>served us was really helpful.<br/><br/>We had a Screeching Paraheet cocktail and lung fong soup. Then for starters we had stuffed mushroom which<br/><br/>was really put together, the flavours were wonderful. We directly jumped to desserts had rasmalai and moong<br/><br/>dal halwa, Overall it was a great experience!

Good buffet available along with Live grill of some Vegetarian and Non vegetarian items. Waiters are pretty fast and never delay in serving. Ambience is good and you can enjoy the food till 11 at night. Good option for family dining as well as couple dining.

Zaica Dine & Wine, Brookefield, Bangalore<br/>.<br/>Located on the main road near to CMRIT college, this place will drag your attention, which is on the first floor; above Chai Galli.<br/>.<br/>So, we went here to have buffet lunch and had a variety of dishes like:<br/>- veg/non veg soup<br/>- veg kebabs<br/>- chicken tikka<br/>- fish fry<br/>- crispy corns<br/>- peas kebabs<br/>- paneer tikka<br/>- mutton<br/>- Live counters had golgappas, etc.<br/>- various mocktails<br/>- main course like - dal Makhni, pulao, white rice, chicken, mutton, etc<br/>- Ice creams, gulaab jamun, halwa, ras malai in dessert.<br/>.<br/>My Ratings:<br/>Food: Tasted ok.<br/>Drinks: Mocktails were fine.<br/>Ambience: Nice place to sit but only if AC can work uniformly.<br/>Service: service is good.<br/>Presentation: Can do better.<br/>.<br/>I will overall rate this place as 3/5<br/>.<br/>With Love<br/>Thetechnifoodie<br/>.<br/>#Thetechnifoodie #foodblogger #review #reviews #foodjoint #experiences #zaica #brookefield #whitefield #dine #wine #lunch #zomato #followme #foodporn #atulmengi #bangalore #bengaluru<br/>

Been here with a group. They have a good Verity for veg and non veg. Starters were served on the table where as everything else were on the counters. Rating is 3.5/5 TBH, but zomato only allows whole numbers. <br/><br/>Food - 3/5 <br/>Cost - 4/5<br/>Location - 3.5/5<br/>Ambience - 4/5<br/>Staff and Services - 5/5<br/>Cleanliness - 3/5<br/><br/>The food at this place is okayish. I tried :<br/>Tomato dhaniya shorba (soup)<br/>Panipuri <br/>Hariyali kebab (MUST TRY)<br/>Paneer tikka<br/>Fried american corn (MUST TRY)<br/>Green peas tikka<br/>Tandoori Ghobhi<br/><br/>The main course had a lot of things, I tried :<br/>Daal makhani<br/>Chole (MUST TRY)<br/>Paneer butter masala <br/>Egg curry (MUST TRY)<br/><br/>The drinks are good, a bit on the sweet side but can be ordered as per requirement.<br/><br/>The live counter makes some amazing parathas - I am not sure this live counter is because of the Delhi food festival - Zaica - e - Delhi or it’s a regular show. <br/><br/>The desserts are what I liked the most here, the halwa, gulab jamun and the ras malai were amazing!<br/><br/>The ambience here is a little dull but it can be because i went there on a wednesday afternoon. The music was the latest Indian numbers. <br/><br/>The menu is moderately priced so gains a few points here. <br/><br/>The staff is courteous and the services are great and fast! <br/><br/>All in all one could give this place a try!
Shubham Uthappa
I had been to zaica for lunch on a weekday. They have multiple outlets in Bengaluru and I had been to the one in Brookfield. The restaurant looks pretty mean from outside and also competes with another restaurant right beside it. The restaurant provides various kinds of buffet menu for seven different days and I had visited on a Wednesday.<br/>🍄🌰🍖🍗🥚🍳🥘🍲🥗🍛🍨🍧🍦🍹<br/><br/>🇦 Ambience of the restaurant is okay, it is pretty spacious and could be considered for small gathering of friends or colleagues. Seatings are good.<br/><br/>🇸 Service is pretty good, the crew were courteous. The chief chef was very humble enough to welcome honest suggestions from us. Which is appreciable.<br/><br/>🇫🍽️ What I ate???<br/>🍴Prawns hunan style ➡️ Prawns were good, the spices were at right places and tasted good. It wasn't much spicy either.<br/><br/>🍴Afghani murgh tikka ➡️ I loved this, it was marinated and cooked well. The mixture of ginger, garlic and yoghurt could be felt.<br/><br/>🍴Tawa macchi ➡️ This seafood was good, it was soft and fresh and fried well. This was another non veg starter which I liked.<br/><br/>🍴Amritsari macchi ➡️ The Amritsari macchi was excellent, it wasn't too heavy for stomach. Perfectly cooked. It was real treat to the taste buds.<br/><br/>🍴 Chicken dum biryani ➡️ Chicken dum biryani was average, can understand the fact that too much of vapour deposited on the vessel cap may have played role in spoiling it. This can be improved.<br/><br/>🍴Bhuna gosht ➡️ This mutton curry was good, it went well with the chicken parota. The curry was pretty thick and reminded me off the Punjabi cuisine.<br/><br/>🍴Murgh makhani ➡️Murgh makhani curry was not that great it needs some improvement.<br/><br/>🍴Rasagulla ➡️The Rasagulla was bad, it had some elaichi in the syrup. But the rasagullas were way to hard to consumer.<br/><br/>All in all zaica is an average restaurant, which needs little improvements in few aspects. There buffet idea is pretty good. Their live kitchen counter is also nice concept which can assure the customers that everything is cooked fresh.<br/><br/>🇷📣 Recommended food<br/>⏺️Bhuna gosht ⏺️ Amritsari macchi ⏺️tawa macchi ⏺️ Afghani murgh tikka<br/><br/>

Good place to hangout with friends and family, Good food without burning a hole in the pocket. Though known for its buffet, ala carte is also a must try.
Bhagat Mochkoli
we were happy to know that they had the lunch buffet! It had pretty good seating and ambience. But we had to wait for a little while for them to refill some dishes as it was almost the closing time. But waiting worth it, other than that, everything else was pleasing! Cheers!!! 5* for friendly service..

Food:<br/><br/>Pretty good food and quite a few options as well. Their starters are really good.<br/><br/>Service:<br/><br/>Everything came pretty much on time and drinks were also served quickly. The staff is very good and Attentive.

Yummmmmiii... That is the only word which comes to my mind when I think about Zaica Dine & wine.<br/>A perfect  food outlet and authentic taste, however they use much butter....but this what punjabi food is all about.<br/>Service is awesome if I judge it on the basis of how much crowd they handle.<br/>Try paneer paratha and chole bhature over there, you might have to stand in the queue for sometime but that worth it.
Animesh Das
I was regular customer to Zaica. However recently I went there for a party and I found the service and items pathetic. Their service is pathetic. Now there are many restaurant coming up in that area, and they should make it better rather than worst. We ordered many thing, every time we need to go inside the kitchen or the bar to ask them to bring. That also they are not doing it even going and asking them there at their billing counter. Quality of the items are also not good. Variation is not there and taste is also not good.<br/>On being complain to the manager, they tried to make us realized that its our problem that we are sitting at the table and not giving them space. If that is the problem then they should have asked us. <br/><br/>Good that I can't give negative rating for the restaurant. But they charge good money for these items.<br/>I will make sure that I will not going there anytime from now. Neither I will ask my friends and company party to be hosted there.<br/><br/>Thanks Zaica for making such a reputations. Anyway there are good restaurant in the same vicinity, so good luck for you
Kapil Aditani
Worst service and food quality. Staff was completely lost and was not aware of their basic responsibilities. Food taste was also not as per standard. Food served was not enough warn also.
Musabbar Shaikh
Awesome staff, super friendly and delicious food. Starters were little on the spicy side but after asking for less spicy they managed to get us. It really boosted our confidence to visit again. Thanks to Zaica and team. Keep it up!!!<br/>

An average place for an ordinary meal.<br/>Food is not value for money, staff is good, decor and ambiance is awesome.<br/>They really need to work on their prices or the quality/variety of food.
Sushant Deb
Wow feeling. food was simply finger licking. Best in taste ... Great of preparation and the quality of service 5* ..<br/><br/>So far true north Indian flavour and next visit will be there to taste some non veg. Cheers.
Tapoza Pal
Food was very spicy and we had to wait for a very long time for the veg dishes and mainly for one starter:crispy fried sweetcorn..ordered veg manchaw soup but that soup came without manchaws..even the AC was not working properly while we addressed the same but no one responded..no proper service at all..over all a bad experience with Zaica.. :( :(
Ashok
Definitely not freshly cooked and looked reheated. Didn't expect from my neighbor Zaica. 🙁

This is My 1th review on zomato. Heard a lot about this place and rightly so it turned out.. wonder restaurant was crowded on Saturday. But they manage so nicely. Their is no dough about service.. food was little late they came twice to apologise..wowsome food. Should try Malai kofta, jhinga Malai curry.<br/>We will visit soon..
Deepak Kumar
Love the place! Really nice drinks and food. Service 10star. Almost everything was in the menu tastes great.<br/>We went with a team and got some special discount.. should try in this summer long island ice tea. One thing dispointed us A.C. was crowded maybe that was the issue. Or else I could give 5*.
Savita Ghavari
spicy and tasteless
Raghavendra Nadgouda
Visited in the weekend. Service is not good. They took lot of time to serve. Taste was OK. North Indian food was tasting like Italian. May be some Italian spice added. Not value for money. Will not recommend to friends

Tried the dinner buffet. It was amazing.<br/><br/>Soup starters were served, rest part was self service. The tomato shorba was amazing. Later we were served with 6 starters.<br/>There were live counters for Pav bhaji, chaat, tava dessert, tava vegetables. There was a wide variety of North Indian food (3 types of salads, 4 types of sabzis, 2 types of rice, and dal).<br/>Dessert options: Gulab Jamun, Rajbhog, Balu shahi, Gajar halwa, Ice cream, fresh fruits, designer jalebi.<br/>All this plus unlimited soft beverages. Totally worth it.<br/>The service was a bit slow though.
Ashok
Zaica quality top notch as alwsts. Cheers
Kristen
A few friends and I dined here one evening during their ‘Delhi Street food festival’. They had their standard buffet spread along with live chaat counters and some typical Delhi Street food fair. <br/>While their ambiance is good and service efficient, the food leaves little to be desired. Given the incredible buffet options available out there Zaica definitely need to up their game if they so much as even want to be a contender in the game at the point they are in they only remain to be an after thought. <br/>

We went there as group of 9 people on a weekday for lunch. Food was pathetic to say the least. Almost all the dishes were tasting stale. Paneer and curd has sour taste. Chicken was hard. Fish was smelling. I would have rated this as zero if there was such option. Least a restaurent can do is serve fresh food. Taste is a secondary thing and can be chef dependent or individual preference for spicy or mild food. But freshness is first thing a restaurant should make sure. Go here if you are willing to risk food poisoning.
Surbhit Saxena
I ordered food and it did not turn out good. The service and follow up after that is exceptional. I was contacted by the Corporate chef and the following order was prepared wonderfully. <br/>Keep it that way guys. Thanks
Pawan Kumar
Good Experience went first time in the place staffs are really very humble & helpful, that gave me personalized service n ambience is good, I found value of money

Zaica is a nice restaurant if you are famished over weekends.<br/>Go for buffet then....<br/>The chat items as starters are good. The number of starters are sufficient. Veg cutlet was also good. This place is more interesting if you are non vegie.<br/><br/>Main course was good too. Daal makhni was perfect with the right mix of spices. Chicken biryani tasted great.<br/><br/>Service is slow, needs to be improved. Live counters will be good. Nice ambience!<br/>
Rajan Adhikari
This place has a decent buffet, but don't go in there with comparisons to BBQ nation or absolute barbeque. Considering that they serve their buffet at much lower prices, that is fine.
Praveen S K
Been there many times... They used to serve excellent food few years back.. the taste is completely declining/ declined.. bit on the expensive side..<br/>
Aditya Shah
————— Zaica: Not so Zaikedar—————<br/><br/>Food is too sweet and sometimes even bland in the taste department. They should seriously consider spicing it up. Price is on bit higher side considering the quantity and quality of the food. Ambience and the staff are really nice and courteous. Overall average experience and worth a try.

They don't stop serving until unless u don't say stop. Excellent hospitalities well maintain standards.<br/>ALL THR VERY BEST AND KEEP IT UP.<br/>

Hey Chaters, <br/><br/>So here's the place where you can enjoy the best zaica in the east Bangalore, yes as it name describes it has vide range of zaica(delicious food).<br/><br/>I had been their today with a hungry tummy and my tasye buds were thankful to me for y decision. Though Punjabi dishes fest is going on here with all range of chats and gravies, still you can get many more tastes of your choice.<br/>Here's my rating divison:<br/>Food: 4.5<br/>Ambience: 4.5<br/>Staff:5<br/>Location:4<br/>Variety:4<br/>Overall: 4.5 with must try for foodies. Since im a vegan i tried most of the indian cusine over here, my favourites were Tandoori pineapple, panner pakoda, Babycorn Manchurian, Veg Biryani, and the most authentic Dal Makhni in the town after having it twice i was having thurst of it.<br/>Moctails are apple on a pie, -Bay Rider is a best choose with orange and litchi juice dripped in rose essence..<br/>The staff is super active and professional, specially Mr Shiva and Tanu were customer oriented and hard working.<br/>Keep enjoying life for food and food for life.. 😀

Worst service ever. No response from waiters and food is bad. Over priced, Road side is far better. No one takes orders. Never plan dinner or lunch with your family or friends.
Pallav Saraswat
They serve a good variety of food and we chose to try their Punjabi special. Liked thier lassi, malai chicken, and rara chicken. Their biriyani was awesome. Also the deserts were amazing. Would defenitely recommend a visit.

Excellent food loved the ambience the buffet spread was huge, the service was excellent, loved the sarso da saag, tawa mithai. The manager was very friendly and courtesy. They made my day memorable. Thanks to the team....

A nice quaint place in the quaint locality of Brookefield.. A great palce for a nice sit down buffet in a cosy atmosphere.<br/><br/>The food is good, the service is great and the menu extensive. on a personal note the buffet felt a little empty without mutton dishes, but their ala carte menu more than makes up for that.<br/><br/>I have been visiting here since a long time and keep coming back for good food and great service!

Casual dining restaurant with a customary look & feel with a tinge of fine-dining. We went for lunch over a weekend, served us with Punjabi cuisine in buffet style. <br/><br/>The buffet was spread out in 5-course meal. We were served a welcome drink- Rose Lassi (a classic North-Indian thirst quencher for summer), was refreshing. I particularly liked the presentation. <br/><br/>The welcome drink was followed by simple and plain chicken soup (had an option for tomato veg soup as well). <br/><br/>Starters were elaborated with variety across chaats, golgappas, pakoras (also served on the live counter), pranthas, seafood, mutton, chicken and vegetarian. The starters were relishing particularly fish and prawns (among the best in town!). However, Malai Chicken and Seekh Kebab were just fine in taste and flavour. Chaats, pranthas and pakoras were decent. Veg starters were delicious mainly paneer tikka and aloo tikki. But, baby corn was not so-perfectly made. All others tasted decently well.<br/><br/>Main course (and salad) was well-spread across with chicken and vegetarian varieties. Raw mango salad, pasta salad and dahi bhalla were flavoursome. Among chicken varieties, chicken briyani and ragada chicken were delicious, but saag chicken was just adequate. With veg varieties, veg palau and dal makhani was mouth-watering. But, kadhi and butter paneer were only satisfactory. Naan, pulkas and kulchas were very palatable.<br/><br/>We finished our meal with tasteful Indian sweets- elaborated variety including gulab jamun, jalebi and raberi (quite an amazing combo!), boondi ladoo (yummy!), tawa mithai (quite innovative, served on a live counter),gajar ka halwa and ice-cream.<br/><br/>The overall experience was above average.

Yummy pocket friendly food. I went here with my friends for dinner, seeing the zomato rating I wasn’t hoping much. But to my surprise ambience and food both were great. We went for ala carte , deewani handi and murg patiyala both were good in taste as well as portion.

Classic one for hangout with friends and budget one.foods and service was very nice.if you want to drink its the budget and good one in this area best service by @Dharamjeet and @shivkumar

Decent food but horrible service, very very slow service confused waiters that too on a weekday. Bill also was wrong i had to get it corrected twice. Though they provided sweetdish as complimentary to make up for all the mess but still overall a hectic experience will not recommend.

Zaica has a simple and elegant ambience in any of their outlets, and this one is the same. Not a large restaurant, but the tables are well spaced and it has a general aura of fine dining. <br/><br/>When we went there for lunch, they had the buffet open but were also serving à la carte, which is what we went for. Service is pretty quick and have the waiters have a good idea of the dishes in the menu.<br/><br/>Beware of the kebabs here, they're extremely spicy, but delicious. A bit dry though, if I had to point out a flaw. I am very fond of the concept of serving baked papad before serving food at the table. The main course was decent, nothing remarkable. <br/><br/>This place is decently priced for the food they serve, and the ambience and service wrap this up into a good experience. I'd like to visit another branch of theirs soon :)

Good Food. Poor Ambiance!!<br/><br/>Ziaca in Brookfield's is located right above Chai Galli near CMR IT college with a good parking space available below the restaurant. Having tried all the other buffet options in and around Brookfields we chose Zaica. 6 (2 Veg and 4 Non Veg) of us visited this place for a Sunday night dinner and here is what we think about food, ambiance and everything else..<br/><br/>Ambiance: Thumbs down!!<br/><br/>A staff member received us with greetings and guided us towards our table (pre-booked). The look and feel of the restaurant was disappointing. The dim lighting and the not-so-happening environment puts your mood off!! But a special mention was the staff, they were courteous and were available whenever needed.<br/><br/>Food: Big Thumbs Up :)<br/><br/>Soups: They served Hot & Sour Chicken for us and Gajar Tamatar soup for the vegetarians. The taste was awesome and did increase our appetite for the starters.<br/><br/>Starters: For non veg starters, they served Malai Chicken, Tawa Macchi, Prawns Chilli Garlic and BBQ chicken wings. All of the starters were dam good. Special mention is Malai chicken..the chicken was soft and rightly cooked. Prawns and chicken wings were rightly spiced and was great to taste. Without doubt, the starters were the highlight of the buffet spread. We somehow forced ourselves for some spaces in our stomach for the main course and desserts.<br/><br/>For Veg Starters they served Aloo Tikki, Paneer Achari Tikka, Crispi Corn Chilli Pepper and Mushroom Pasanda. Everything was great to taste.<br/><br/>Chinese: Veg Noodles and Gobi Manchuria.<br/><br/>Main Course: They had a long list of veg and non-veg items in their spread. Right from salads to dum biriyanis...everything was great to taste. One disappointment was that there are no Mutton item. When the starters were being served I thought mutton is a part of main course but it was not. A special mention in Veg course was Dry Fruits Kofta....it was just ammmmmazing.<br/><br/>As a part of main course they served:<br/><br/>Non-Veg: Anda Aloo Curry, Fukien Chicken and Chicken Dum Biriyani.<br/><br/>Veg: Chilli Garlic Vegetables, Bhindi Fry, Dry Fruits Kofta, Green Peas Biriyani, Plain Rice, Dal Peshawari, and palak paneer.<br/><br/>Desserts: Although there were only 4 items in desserts they were very tasty. They served:<br/><br/>Gulab Jamun, Moong Dal Halwa, Shahi Tukda and Badusha.<br/><br/>There was also a live counter with Chats, Pav Bhaji, Jalebi etc...but we hardly had left any space for these. Although, the chocolate pan puri was yummy.<br/><br/>Overall, we had a good time here and I definitely recommend this.

Service by Shivkumar and Tanu. The starters were amazing such as the chicken malai tikka and the amritsari fish. The ambience was great as well<br/>

Folks , Food taste is average here. I felt they gave much importance to presentation than on food quality. Tandoori Chicken was little burnt and moreover food is not worth the price it says. This would my last visit here.<br/><br/>

I liked the place even though there were alot of doubts seeing the ratings first. We were a team of 8 people and went there to have lunch on 31st 2017. Judging by the day it was assumed that the food will be average but to my surprise the food was really good both quality and quantity wise. And the service was also good and the waiters were very cordial to.
Nirmalendu Diwakar
The food is terrible. Cocktails are diluted. Manager is very unprofessional. They aren't able to serve simple requests. Cocktails are diluted to the extent that you're better of having a bira. Food is pathetic at best. Avoid at all costs.
Sarthak Roy
Their dishes are yummy.. excellent taste especially the mutton rogan josh live paratha counter was mouth licking.. The staff was very friendly and courtesy. We will definitely drop by the next time we are around there.<br/><br/>Thanks Zaica and group for excellent service and food quality.

<br/>The food is really good compared to what other north Indian restaurants. its simple decor and delicious food. The live counters and the chaat's recipe act as an charm for zaica<br/><br/><br/>Spent 2 and half hour for Lunch and enjoyed the ambiance <br/>Staff were respectful and service was just cool.<br/><br/><br/>

My brother in laws first treat took place here last week.<br/>With our eyes closed we went for the lavish buffet spread as they had a huge marketing drive for it.<br/><br/>Also we wanted to go all out on a hungry saturday evening. <br/><br/>In starters I would say they really made some great tandoori veggies and paneer. Also chicken reshmi tikka is a rare starter in buffets these days but these guys made it really nice.<br/><br/>I would like to point out that one starter in chicken (had a funky name and green in color) smelled STALE. So be careful when you eat here.<br/><br/>Other than this I really appreciate the EFFORT and their REASONABLE PRICING. (603 incl. of taxes for Sunday dinner)<br/><br/>Not to forget the DESSERTS were few but all very TASTY. <br/><br/>Inspite of the BLUNDER you made I think I will still recommend tha place to others.
Sameer Rout
I tried the dinner buffet and was pleasantly surprised by the quality. The restaurant seemed to have lost it's way, but with a revamped buffet things are looking good.
Shiva Kumar
This is a great place to have dinner buffet. The spread is wide and has many varieties. The starters serve on the table table itself.Special mention for the tawa mutton which was fabulous one of the best I have ever had. They also have chats counter .The main course and the desserts were quite good. The chocolate gol gappa is a specialty here.<br/>Service was good staff were very attentive. On the whole a very good experience.
Sagar Vikram
Choosed buffet over here. Staff are not friendly here even though food was tasty. They served the starters only once, never came and asked whether we needed or not. We asked to serve starters again but it didn't come at all. Main course was very tasty. Other dishes were normal.

This place is a nice family restaurant And they serve good food.<br/>Ambience is okay okay. They can actually work on improving the quality of ambience.<br/>The staff is good and courteous.

IT IS MY FIRST REVIEW.<br/><br/>Started looking for a place for lunch and through zomato found this place. The person (NAME- NIPIN) seamed to have a sound knowledge of Indian food. He walked us through the buffet and gave his recommendation on the food and drinks. It was a pleasant experience and will surely visit and recommend this place when ever in this part of City.

I celebrated my daughter's birthday here. The ambience, food, service, everything here was perfect. All my guests were very happy and satisfied. The entire crew and the managers were extremely courteous. I have been coming here since last 5 years. It's a perfect dining out destination and a great place to throw party.

I opted for buffet dinner. I found service was very slow for starters and items at live counters, starters were not hot. Ordered beer that was not chilled. <br/><br/>I had vegetarian food, which was good in taste. Specially live counter parathas were good.

Worst food ever..it was my husband birthday treat with one of our colleague.. and the restaurant comes on the way from our office.. so we decided to try the restaurant.. the bad food quality, full of oily taste, less option on buffet in the high price... Simply a bad experience made us to decided for the fast and last tie visit to zaica.. seriously they need hell lot of improvement on the food quality..<br/>
Niladri Dutta
Generally we don't experiment with food and resturant. But this time thought to give Zaica one try. Trust me it was our worst experience ever. The starters which should be the main attraction was very oily and tasteless. Having few starters was enough to make you full and bloating. Coming to main course, all non veg items like chicken, mutton and prawn was tasteless again. Never expected such poor quality main course. Finally came to desserts where it was ok ok and even ice cream was melted. So all in one it was my most horrible experience in any resturant. Do visit here if you want to waste your hard earned money. This will be our first and last visit to this restaurant.
Chef Deepak Joshi
Best place to hang out for corporate and family. <br/>Must visit one time best food in that area.. Thanks for the excellent food. Especially the tawa mutton, And chat counter.

I would like to share wonderful dinning experience that made my SUNDAY memorable. Special thanks to team for great hospitality and personal touch.<br/><br/><br/><br/>It was a long time after which I had thought of going to a restaurant with unlimited buffet. The price at the time seemed a great deal. The restaurant is not that HUGE but can easily accommodate a decent crowd. Being a vegetarian, I blatantly ignored all the non-veg items on the menu and concentrated on the vegetarian stuff.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Wonderful food and ambiance. The food was hot and tasty. Couldn't ask for a better place to eat to hearts content with the whole family.
Chandrama Behera

Visited here with my family last night. It was my son's birthday. As per our discussion they decoration the place nicely with balloon. Awesome food and very friendly and professional staff. We enjoyed here. Nice ambiance. We want to visit here again and again.........<br/><br/><br/>The staff here are very very friendly! They deserve full points for this.<br/><br/><br/>The special attraction in their buffet was pav and the chocolate pani puri which was very tasty.<br/><br/><br/>Keema Pav keema prepared with utmost care and love. <br/><br/><br/>Raj kachori you name any chat delicacies they are perfect in making them with A quality ingredients.<br/><br/><br/>Hot Bread basket on request served on your table directly from kitchen. Tried more than 6 years back. Probably we had a dinner date on Valentine eve. I still remember the taste of butter chicken, its awesome. Now we have many but back then we hardly had an authentic north Indian restaurant in Whitefield - marathalli - Brookfield area.We hv to travel till koramangala or Indiranagar to find one , so we fixed with Zaica. Excellent food, ambient & service. Thanks team Zaica .

We dined here on a Sunday evening and ordered off the a-la-carte menu.We ordered only veg food but we found the food good. The order was taken promptly and we were informed that it would take around 30min for our order to arrive but the soup and starter were brought in really quick and the main course too arrived within the stipulated time. The naans, roti's and kulchas are extremely soft and vegetarian gravies were really good.Their babycorn masala is definitely worth a try.<br/>So I dined there yesterday and this time we had their buffet which was really good. Their appetizers were really good especially the Gobi Manchurian which was absolutely lip smacking. They had a wide variety of dishes for the main course, starters, chats and desserts. All of them tasted really good. The mushroom palak was one of a kind with the palak melting like butter. The tawa vegetable too was great. Totally recommended. Their CHOCOLATE PANIPURIS were yum. Their buffet totally lives up to one's expectations and the price. It is reasonably priced as compared to other buffets in Bangalore.

Recently me and my friend visited zaica restaurant. The waiter suggested us for veg platter and Tandoori prawn kalimirch, Murgh Banjara kabab. It's was really beyond our expectation. The staff at the restaurant were very professional and courteous. We will definitely use this restaurant on special occasion and recommend to our colleague.

The worst service. We ordered chicken gravy n Indian bread the server informed to us it will be take 15min . Same there was only 2table occupied . 35min was past no one bother tel us h much take time order. After 35min we r cl to server he was telling ur ordered take 10min it means 50min one chicken gravy n Indian bread. Means it was pathetic service. In this between we asked the bill no one get the bill finally get up n go to cash counter fr the payment<br/> Means there r nt getting the bill on the table . Manager in the restaurant hv no respect n sense how to treat r talk with customers. After that we asked fr the parcel the food that also taking 15min it was really ridiculous. I don't have word to say anything. It was my worst experience.

Thank you zaica ☺☺☺ For giving me wonderful dinner. This is one place you don't get stomach upset.<br/>The food preparation is extremely fresh n hygienic.<br/><br/><br/>The ambience is good but according to a Indian restaurant should be more lighter. 🙅🙅🙅 3/5.<br/>Thanks to my server to good care of our kids.<br/>

A few weeks ago, I had visited Zaica Wine and Dine Indiranagar for their buffet and I loved it. This week as I was in Brookefield for some work, I dec ided to head to their other outlet. This outlet is quite similar to the other outlet in terms of design, menu and almost all other aspects.<br/><br/>To my fortune, I ended up here on the same day of the week as I had visited the Indiranagar outlet and hence the items were mostly similar in nature. The live counters are the main showstoppers here, so make sure you do not miss them. I loved the Tawa Kheema from the Indiranagar outlet, and this one quite lived up to my expectations too.<br/><br/>The starters were quite decent and as it was the second time I was visiting here, I did not bother taking the names of the individual dishes from the waiter (so stupid of me!). But anyway, as the menu keeps changing, it’s highly unlikely that you can ask them for a specific dish. Their fish items are quite tasty though and I managed to shamelessly request a third helping.<br/><br/>I only wish they had more options on the drinks front on the buffet menu, as I am more of a guzzler than a hogger! Other than that, I have no complaints about this place and would strongly recommend you to give them a shot if you’re in the vicinity.

Food was delicious specially the starters. Very friendly staff. Special mention to Thanu Borgohain. Our 3 year old daughter is very fussy about food. He ensured that the food is cooked as per her taste. Super like.

Zaica is a place to go to for a reasonably affordable buffet. I had the dinner buffet. The food was reasonably good. The starters were really tasty, but the main course was more like okay. The Dal Makhani was the best on the buffet menu. The desserts could have been better but the Gajar ka halwa was the best among the other desserts. Coming on to the ambience, Zaica has a decent ambience with good lighting spacious seating. It is less crowded most of the times making it less noisy. The best part about Zaica is the service, the staff is Prompt and courteous. All in all it was an okay experience.
Prakash Chandra Pathak
I often order food from Zaica.. butter chicken and jeera rice ... the taste is really good.. ambiance of this restaurant is also pretty good... don't know why the Zomato rating is low .. it should definitely have 3.8 -3.9 level of rating

Zaica is the place to be for a budget buffet meal! <br/>The ambiance of this place quite good with spacious, peaceful, and elegant interiors. It has a very good spread in terms of dishes and has quite a lot of live counters as well. In terms of taste, they did justice to most of the North Indian dishes they served, especially the chaat and kheema paav. The servers here are very friendly and courteous. <br/>Was here for lunch on a weekend and had a really good time. Really liked most of the starters and found the live counters to be the star attraction here. <br/><br/>Coming to the food, had the following here:<br/><br/>~Mocktail~<br/><br/>Jungle Safari: A bit too sweet for my taste. Had a minty flavor but couldn't make out the base flavor of the drink. Rating-3/5<br/><br/>~Starters~<br/><br/>Til Wali Tikki: Delicious tikki made of white sesame seeds. The filling was soft and melted in my mouth. One of the best vegetarian starters here. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Azwani Paneer Tikka: Tender cottage cheese grilled on charcoal coated with delectable spicy marinade. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Gobi Hari Mirchi: Herb flavored, very spicy and tasty cauliflower starter. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Potato Hot Garlic: Crispy potato fingers with hot garlic flavor. Tasted good when served hot. Rating- 3.5/5<br/><br/>Corn Salt and Pepper: Batter fried corn tossed in salt and pepper. The presentation of this was really nice and it was also quite tasty. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Banjara Murgh: A very simple dish but executed very well. Perfectly marinated which made flavors come out splendidly and the chicken was very tender and juicy. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Kasturi Murgh Tikka: Another amazing chicken starter. The chicken was again perfect but this not a spicy dish so had delicate flavors. The chicken is so good that i'll just melt in your mouth. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Fish Koliwada: One of the best starters, really liked it. It had a crispy coating on the outside and was soft on the inside. Goes well with mint chutney. Rating- 4.5/5<br/><br/>Honey Chili Wings: Chicken was cooked well but the wings were too sweet. The flavor of honey overpowered the chili flavor. Rating- 3/5<br/><br/>Prawns Butter Garlic: I found this very bland and was quite disappointing. I also felt that the prawns were overcooked as it was too chewy. Rating- 2.5/5<br/><br/>~Main Course~<br/><br/>Murgh Do Pyaz: Chicken cooked in simple tomato onion based gravy. Gravy tasted very well. Chicken could have been a bit more soft and flavorful. Rating- 3.5/5<br/><br/>Veg Hakka Noodles: Perfectly cooked noodles tossed with veggies. Rating- 3.5/5<br/><br/>Hakka Style Chicken Cabbage: Basically a Chinese preparation of chicken in red sauce with cabbage. Goes well with the Hakka Noodles. Rating- 3.5/5<br/><br/>Palak Corn Lasooni: Garlic flavored, very delicious spinach gravy with corn. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Chicken Dum Biryani: The bar is set too high for chicken biryani with so many amazing biryani places in Bangalore. But the biryani here decent enough. Nice flavorful rice with well marinated tender pieces of chicken. Tasted good. Rating- 3.5/5<br/><br/>~Desserts~<br/><br/>Gulab Jamun: Well prepared. Tasted good with ice cream. Rating- 3.5/5<br/><br/>Gajar ka Halwa: The Gajar ka Halwa they served was decent. I prefer it to be a bit more dry and I felt it could be slightly more sweet. Rating- 3.5/5<br/><br/>~Live Counters~<br/><br/>Kheema Pav: Had kheema paav after a long time, the first time in Bangalore. The spices and the flavors were very good. The minced meat was cooked perfectly. Maybe was a bit salty but the taste was so good that I had this twice. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Raj Kachori: A very elaborate chaat dish with a royal visual appeal. People from north can't really resist having chaat. They prepared this very well giving importance to minute details and turned out to be a nice dish. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Mix Veg Tawa: Fried veggies cooked on a humongous pan with precooked gravy. Tasted delicious with roti. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Chocolate pani puri: A very innovative idea. Puris with chocolate coating and filling of Nutella-Ice cream mixture. The filling especially was amazing. But the white chocolate version of this which has strawberry filling wasn't up to the mark. The strawberry filling had a tangy sour taste which was disappointing. Rating- 4/5 (chocolate filling)<br/><br/>Designer Jalebis: The secret to amazing Jalebis is serving them hot. Hot jalebis served with rabdi are always tasty. Rating- 4/5<br/><br/>Overall had a great experience here. Light on the pocket and value for money. A plethora of dishes to try on their buffet menu. All the dishes from the live counters are too good!

I had often noticed Zaica-Dine & Wine on my way to and from office. Located at the very heart of Brookefield, the place is definitely hard to miss. Warm lights flickering inside the relatively empty restaurant did make me wonder if it was indeed worth visiting the place. But then one fine Saturday I finally decided to visit the restaurant that had been tempting me with its magically hypnotic lights for so long.<br/><br/>Zaica is reasonably famous for its affordable buffet rates which includes a wide variety of dishes. Forgive me for not including what starters they offer as I had skipped the same myself. What caught my attention almost immediately was the live counter which was serving hot jalebis, Chocolate Pani Puri, Mutton Keema pao and Tawa Mutton Ghotala. I believe nobody can go wrong when it comes to hot jalebis but the Chocolate Pani Puri is definitely a Zaica specialty. With chocolate coated all over the puri and the liquid inside immediately oozing onto your tongue on taking a bite, the dish was a winner through and through. The Tawa Mutton Ghotala consisted of chopped liver and mutton pieces mixed with some kind of spicy gravy. It was delicious but then I have to acknowledge that I do have a soft corner for mutton. The Mutton Keema pao was well done too and watching the chef at the live counter scoop up the rich keema with a steel spatula while it spluttered against the hot tawa can get a mutton-glutton like me salivating.<br/><br/>After such a diverse display at the live counter, my expectations were pretty high as I headed towards the main course. I started off with some papad and salads. Zaica had an array of salads on display. While the kimchi and spicy cucumber salads did taste fresh, both the pasta and chicken salads were disappointing with absolutely no flavour whatsoever.<br/>On the other hand I did feel that the vegetarian main course was much better than their non-vegetarian section. The Malai Kofta tasted perfect with the roti while the daal tadka had the delicate smoky flavour that is so often elusive.<br/><br/>The Hakka Style Chicken Cabbage in the non vegetarian main course seemed like a bad experiment. The cabbage, the bland sauce and the small pieces of coated chicken combined together  felt coarse and unsynchronised with no particular ingredient giving off any taste. Even the Murgh do Pyaza was a huge let down.<br/>The only saving grace was the Chicken Dum Biryani which was delicately warm with the rice and masala blending beautifully with each other to give off a spicy taste. The Rai Wali Machi curry was overall average.<br/><br/>Options for desserts were limited with the Gulab Jamun and Gajar ka Halwa being the standout ones for me. Other desserts served included fresh fruits, ice cream and rasgullas.<br/><br/>Shourjya Roy

Zaica is famous for its buffet. The wide variety of starters, maincourse and desserts will surely end your food cravings. <br/>Starting with the last one at first, desserts were quite decent. I tried chocolate pani puri and hot jalebis with rabdi. The concept of chocolate panipuri was new and inoovative. Though if you are not a chocolate lover you may not like it.Personally I felt it was a way too chocolatey. Jalebis were very thin and crispy. There were also options of ice cream with gulabjamun and honey crispies. <br/>Comming to the maincourse, it was not so exclusive. Regular paneer, mix veg along with daal and pulav. This section was not soo yummy and if you are not a person who need rice and roti compulsarily i advice you to skip this one and eat more of starters and desserts. <br/>Now the most awaited one, starters. This was also not so unique but it was worth the money. Till kabab, crispy corn with chilly and pepper, honey potatoes are the ones we tried. There were live counters offering varies kinds of chaats (Indian street food) including Raj Kachori, Samosa Chaat, Papdi Chaat, Pav bhaji and keema pav. These were tasty and mouth watering.<br/>My advice would be to eat starters the most, take minimum of thd main course and must have desserts. <br/>The ambience of the place was quite and you can enjoy your sunday brunch there peacefully. <br/>

FOOD<br/>There were lot of varities of staters. I tried crispy corn chilly pepper, khatta meetha paneer tikka and cauliflower hunan all were good.<br/>For the main course after having so much i only had veg chilly garlic noodles.<br/>And then comes the dessert which is the best part. I tried choclate panipuri, jalebi, raj kochari, papdi chat, samosa chat. All the chat in the counter were so delicious that i wanted to try all of them but my stomach said no.<br/>Service was really good. <br/>Ambience was nice, spacious place no crowd which was good.<br/><br/>Thankyou
Shruthi .h ( @BANGALORExpress )
Brief:<br/><br/>Value for money buffet , good service , large space so less crowded and less noisy<br/>Overall good experience , great option for leisurely lunch speciallg office team lunches<br/><br/> Highlight:<br/><br/>So many varieties of starters I couldn’t even keep a count of it, buffet priced at 653 including taxes . what a steal !<br/><br/>Chat and Tawa live counters and innovative dessert – chocolate pani puri are a must try<br/><br/> Ambience  & Décor : seating is quite spread out so you can have a calm and quiet time .<br/>The décor is nice with mural accents  on the wall and gold color on the wall papers and lampshades is used subtly giving warmth to the interiors  . the place is also well kept<br/><br/> Service : The staff are a very attentive lot , very quick and polite<br/><br/>Food :<br/>Chat counter : so many varieties , I tried Raj kachori , paapdi chat . the chats were done really well . Its hard to find delhi style chats in bangalore . zaica has good  chats A must try<br/><br/>Tawa Counter : Kheema Pav was very delicious , I wish the salt was a bit less<br/><br/>Starters : Almost 10 or more varities . Don’t miss Reshmi kabab and fish kabab in non veg and in veg azwani paneer tikka and corn salt and pepper<br/><br/>Salads – there were about  3- 4 types , it was all okay and nothing really stood out . you can skip this to save space in your stomach ;-)<br/><br/>Maincourse – Not a wide variety , in a way that’s good as starters , chats and desserts deserve to be gorged on<br/>The gravies and sabzi where more Punjabi style than mughulai and all were rich and well done .<br/><br/>Desserts – Rasgulla was nice and soft and correct amount of sweet<br/>In the live counter there was jalebies topped with rabdi and chocolate pani puri , yes you heard that right .<br/>Panipuri dipped in chocolate forming a crust with chocolate mousse filling . how innovative and very delicious . A must try<br/>Even the jalebis were crispy and well done<br/><br/>Verdict : very affordable wide spread buffet . Might be a great team lunch / large gathering option .<br/>Do check it out<br/><br/> <br/><br/>

Had come for lunch with family , long time the whole family has stepped out. The food was good and the staff was very friendly, quick service. After a long time had a great family get together.
Shuvo Jyoti
They give u food on used plates. They served the papad in a used container with a paper that was previously used for something oily - probably Roti's or non veg. When asked for the manager ,a random waiter poses for him and doesn't know what to say. A total disaster, please stay away

Had been to zaica brookefield 3 months ago with my friend and have to say that it was the worst experience ever but my friend had been there a week ago and he told that the place had really changed. So on his saying i came for lunch and was really shocked to see the new ZAICA. A dramatic change indeed, the ambience is really well improved but the most importent is the new buffet. Service was really quick as well (not like the last time).<br/>
Anushka Priya
Had been to Zaica at brookefield for lunch while i was passing the place, really unexpected for me to go there but I'm glad that i did. They have this live counter which is amusing. Chocolate pani puri is a must try. Loved the service and the management. Will be stopping by again for sure.

Lunch at Zaica Brookefield <br/>Everything was pretty heart filling but the tawa mutton and the chaats stood above everything else. The management was very professional and well behaved, very attentive as well. Would get a 5/5 if there were more Salads and Desserts.. Hope you will add some more soon.

Zaica Brookefield <br/><br/>Had been for lunch at Zaica Brookefield <br/><br/>Very good improvement from my last visit. The new buffet service is really worth the price and quality of food is beautiful. <br/>The management is, really well managed and very friendly staff. <br/>Worth your visit
Sushrut Shitoot
A good range of starters, a more than decent vegetarian main course menu along with a prime location actually compensates for the drab ambience. Not the first choice for fine dining but can serve as an alternative in desperate times.
Arnav Gupta
We had been to lunch this afternoon and the time was well spent. <br/>Good food, Great management very good service. <br/>The ambience was very nice. Had a great time would love to visit once again.
Ganesh Choudhary
A very healthy food. Always go with family and frends...<br/>You willl never get the ambience like this...... three cheers for zaica.<br/>Just go and have a great food.
Debashis Senapati
We visited the place after purchasing a deal from little app. The deal included 1 pitcher, 1 chicken starter and 2 masala papads.<br/><br/>They served a chicken hariyali kabab for starter which was good. The masala papad was a just average. The pitcher beer felt like it was over-diluted and lacked the feel.<br/><br/>Verdict : okay place with value for money quotient.
Paras Vansal
Worst service ever. Manager deinied little app order but we had already paid for it. Then on fighting for half an hour gave us half the items in the deal.
Atrayee Dutta
I have been to Zaica twice for their buffet. It was indeed very good. Cost friendly and all the food items were very tasty. The place was decent. The staffs were really very friendly and helpful. Overall had a very good experience and plan on going more!
Pranali Bhosle
The veg meal box was not at all good . Sweet mentioned on the menu was gulabjamun but received some different mithai. We ordered veg biryani and veg pulao but both were same. There was no difference at all in biryani and pulao.
Abhijeet Sinha
The best part of this restaurant is that they serve real Punjabi food with all the spices which you must be looking for.<br/><br/>Ambiance is very good with the soothing music. <br/>Varieties of Indian breads are available. Worth going.
Gurunath Deshmukh
Great for business meetings. Peaceful. Not much crowded. Has great variety at good prices. Salads are good. Deserts are good too. Main course is fabulous.  The snacks & food were awesome . Especially the meat and the Dal makhani .  Atmosphere is really good. Buffet is very cool. It have all sort of cuisines
Abhijeet Mishra
There are places you have heard of and recommend too, as I was this place, sadly I would have to go back to my recommender and tell just not recommend this to anyone. The ambiance and service by the people are something other restaurant to follow. They people in zaica work tirelessly to make sure the guest are having a good time last, where it lacks creative food n taste n variety, all missing. Sorry but ur buffet is not up to the mark.
Ranjan Patra
Not a good place at all. Ambiance is average. AC doesn't work here. Cost is very high. Even they charge more than MRP of the Packaged water, which is illegal.
Rinki Musaddi
*Vegetarian review*<br/><br/>Zaica is amongst few fine dining restaurants in the area serving Punjabi menu. We went for a casual unplanned dinner; just walked in. The place is decently made, nice family ambience and OK menu. Food I would say is alright nothing bad nothing great.. We tried moong dal halwa in dessert and it was worth a try!
Indrajit Das
Food is okay. Not much variety. Desert section has very less items. Main part is they would charge you various tax charges. If you ask them why, they don't have proper answer for that also..
Pallavi Gupta
My friends in Bangalore recommended me this place and I am so glad that I got a  chance to dine in here.  The ambience and the food were upto my expectations. One should definitely visit this place.
Asthaa Malbotra
I tried paneer tikka here and it was amazing. The service is fast and everyone is nice there. The ambience of the place Is good too. I would suggest all my friends to go there.

Reading the reviews I was skeptical but still went for a dinner, I must say this place's food and ambiance has managed to impress me. Palak Panner was nice.

I've been to Zaica a handful of times over the past 3 years, nothing has changed in this time. Now this can be a good or a bad thing depending on your perspective.<br/>I've had the lunch as well as the dinner buffet and in 3 years there has been no change whatsoever in the menu. Our office is located rather close by so this is one of our go to places on a Friday afternoon or dinner. Considering the midnight deadline has been extended in bangalore, you'd expect to be able to sit down for a relaxing long dinner but Zaica starts windig down by 11, irrespective if there are patrons in the restaurant.<br/>2 chicken and 2 veg starters are all you will get with a green salad. Your main course consists of a biryani and raitha followed by icecream and gulab jamun for dessert.<br/>The ambience is okay, music is of yesteryear but on the upside they serve alchohol. I wish they'd experiment a bit with their menu.
Renuka K
I visited this place with my office staff. The food and ambience is excellent. The staff is very polite and curtious and best service provider. I personally like the chicken Britani.

Excellent place for family. Good food and very good ambience. Staff is very friendly and goes extra mile in servicing the customers. Keep up. Especially our Boy Shivkumar with that smile always while serving.... <br/>Nirmal, Prashanth & Team<br/>Concentrix.

Ordered a Murg Makhani with ("customizations available") - food was good I must say. But they lie about the customization - they will not deliver the roti/naan as written on Zomato website. It used to be there earlier however now they won't deliver. <br/><br/>Called up the restaurant to check what went wrong (since the order was for a single person I didn't order breads separately). Instead of accepting that there was a change and the zomato website is not updated - Zaica representative who answered the call was stupid enough to try to explain that you need to order customizations separately- which really upset me. <br/><br/>Accept your fault and proceed, don't try to play smart! Moreover, give correct information on the website so people can order accordingly.<br/><br/>A note about zomato - they won't help here - you can call up some lame call center and argue/spoil rest of your evening. Hence the review. :-)

Hi All,<br/>Today have booked for lunch buffet....<br/>I have visited zaica @ nagavara and decided to visit again to brookfield but was seriously disappointed.<br/>Pros: <br/>1. No major rush, so felt bit free<br/>2. Booked a table through nearby so got some offer.<br/>Cons:<br/>1. Very less quantity is placed in the buffet, hardly countable pieces of fish and chicken fries.<br/>2. Buffet vessel was strange and we have to open and place somewhere as staffs we not that great attentive.<br/>3. Got a complimentary drink but the size of the drink cup was hardly 100- 150 ml..which we usually have for tea.<br/>4. Refilling was very worst.<br/>5. Items were not hot...it was not great.<br/>6. I myself seen that they are pouring water in the steam rice...post that not felt like eating anything.<br/><br/>Overall not happy with the place and the buffet...visited brookfield zaica as I was impressed from nagavara zaica<br/><br/>But very much disappointed.<br/><br/>Will not suggest this for a reasonable buffet.
Shobhit Varma
Food is Ok. But the service is very bad... on asking abt the dish.. got an answer that I have no IDEA. <br/>We ordered 4 breads and it became 6 in course of time. Shamefully the restaurant charges 10% service charge for 100% poor service. TO BE AVOIDED.

We went to this place for a date night dinner - yes, the restaurant is slightly priced on the higher side so we need a good reason to go rather than a casual frequent dinner. For the same reason, we did not go for the buffet but went for Ala carte instead.  The first dish we preferred was not available and the second was most recommended Paneer Makhni, which was only okay, just there in terms of 'zaica'.<br/>Service and ambiance were both commendable and this is what will make me go to this place again.
Siddharth Boddupalli
Fancy a semi lavish lunch during your off-working hours? <br/><br/>Zaica is it ! <br/><br/>There is some amount of work to be done here. The food is decent but the spread.... can be done better for a restaurant which has such a technically gastronomic name. It gives a message of "Are you hungry or do you wish to be served the real deal"...... until you get there and well... you just get served Okish food!! <br/><br/> The buffet has two non-veg dishes along with the usual veg spread, dal, rotis and rice items. The non-veg Chicken gravy had a lot of bones for my liking but was ok. Keep in mind that you also get appetizers which were just Ok. We were served a paneer starter  and a kabab. There is also a chat counter which was stale.... like I said, there is some work to be done here. <br/><br/>The desserts were the usual gulaab jamoon with Ice Cream or a halwa which were too sugary. <br/><br/>I couldn't visit them again but my understanding is they have improved their spread but considering the options around in Brookfield, I am hoping Zaica has moved up several notches. <br/><br/>Cheers.

I had Dinner with some of my colleagues here, the Veg and Non Veg food was delicious. Most of my colleagues enjoyed the drink as well. Overall GOOD Food and excellent service.

VFM ( 2.5 )<br/>Food ( 3 )<br/>Service ( 2.5 )<br/>Ambience ( 3 )<br/><br/>Went there on weekday for lunch. Not impressed by food or service. Nothing much to say @ buffet .<br/>Hope it was there off day. Will try some other time.

It's one of he well known place for a budget buffet lunch. Have been to this place multiple times.. Mostly for coulleagues & friends treats. Earlier the buffet used to come with a complimentary drink(Beer) but now it's not there. The quality of the food has drastically gone down. The variety of food which they used to serve is not at all there now. Service is average. You have a few drinks options too which will come at extra cost. Overall it can be rated average.<br/>Have visited the Nagavara branch too with no buffet.. the food quality was good. Spicy prowns and the cucumber raita and Dal tadka were good.
Medha Dwivedi
I am a frequent visitor specially because it is close to my place and the food is easy on the stomach. It has a relaxing, dim ambience, soft bollywood music, and some great starters. I particularly like fish tikka and stuffed mushrooms. I wouldn't recommemd vegetarian main course here. The staff is friendly and prompt. A good place if you are looking for a relaxed, somewhat mild meal.
Mohammed Tajuddin
Very good restaurant, I liked the variety of food here and the environment.<br/>Enjoyed a lot with my colleagues here and I would like to visit again. The staffs here were very helpful. In and all Cheers Team Zaica👍✌✌✌

I had visited Zaica today 24th March and was very impress with the service and the food.... The main course, the starter or the Dessert was very good. We were close to 35 people from one  team and there were many other guest however they manage to serve everyone very effectively. I would appreciate the staff especially Kiran, who made sure that everything was perfect. <br/><br/>I would recommend all the foodies to visit for Lunch buffet.

Strongly recommended. Nice ambiance, top class service, delicious food. Food is authentic north indian. Tried fish tandoori, chicken malai tikka, dhaba wala chicken and dal makhani(bhukari something) ,not disspointed from even a single dish. Tandoori fish and checken malai tikka were absolutely delicious perfectly tendered, just melted ij mouth. Dhabe wala chicken i felt like eating at dhaba of punjab ,I strongly recommend this as main course gravy item. Combination of dal makhani and this with crispy lacha parantha made my day.

went for dinner after a tiring day...<br/>price is high compared to the quantity and quality they serve<br/>they need to start any offers/discounts

Been to this place twice. Food was decent. Staff is very lathergic. Had to call them multiple times and remind them about the order<br/>Food 3/5<br/>Ambience 3/5<br/>Drinks 3.5/5<br/>Would return for paneer tikka and chicken reshmi kebab

Buffet is awesome, reasonably priced, ambience is very good. Staffs are friendly. Most importantly it is next to my apartment. I also got good amount of discount when purchased through nearby app.
Himanshu Gugnani
There are better options around! Tried this place 2 times and experience was the same. Food quality is definitely not up to the mark and no where close to what they charge you. Won't recommend

If there is a -ve rating, I would give one to this place. I have booked a table for 15 people for my daughters birthday dinner on 20'th Nov. They took 30mins for someone to come over and take the order. I had family and friends in my group. Once the order is given, the food did not arrive for another 45mins. Everyone was feeling hungry and tired and finally when the order arrived, some of the ordered items were missing completely. Even after calling many times, no one bothered to come over and fix the problem. The food was not enough and people were hungry. The food was also half cooked and not properly done. It was already getting late and people had to leave and infact they left with empty stomach and hungry.<br/>I was talking to the manager that he screwed up my dinner and the only thing he had to offer was a sorry<br/>This is one of the worst restaurants that does not even feed its customers properly.<br/><br/>I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone wanting to have a decent dining experience
Murugeswari
Northindian special dinners will love this venue ofcourse lot of stuffes with real tandoori and murghs <br/>Items wonderful taste also hot gulab jamun.
Sandipan Ghosh
Super costly restaurant compared to what it serve, its ambiance and quality of food. I went few times just because it gives a complimentary beer with lunch buffet. Lunch buffet is then also cheap but if you order ala-carte then be sure to pay a huge bill.
Aaron Karthik
It's literally next door, but me and my friends are always reluctant to go there because of the prices. But the buffet is decent and tasty. Worth spending if you are going on a team lunch or hangout with friends. Service is good.
Pranjal Sharma
Ambience and service is really good. We went there on a diwali night and ordered regular north indian food and beers. But I think it's a bit overpriced. Do plan first because the service charge they put on food is humongous. For 3 people, 1000 bucks on tax only. Quite expensive.
Abhishek Agarwal
I had been with colleagues for lunch, it was buffet system and the quality of food is very gud. Everything was well arranged, dining area was very good. It was an awesome experience to dine in this restaurant
Shikha Raghuvanshi
Nice place to spend a time after work. I went for lunch great food enjoyed a lot I liked pasta a lot. Yeah I had paneer tikka which also nice good taste.
Pawan Kubutur
I had been here for a lunch with my office colleagues and the food was really good specially non veg and starter. Overall it was really good along with the ambience. I really liked it, I will suggest to try.
Ayush Agarwal
I had been here today with my team for lunch and the starter was good, and also we got a complimentary drinks which was not in the buffet. People should try atlest once. It is best in that rate
Sachin Rajput
We came as a Aacenture BG team and the paneer and rice item was really good. But overall the food was awesome and just bcoz we are many people so the manager Aloysius gave us the very good discount.
Tumul Richesh
Went to this place with my friends in the afternoon. They were serving buffet but we ordered a la carte. They took lot of time to prepare our food and the food was also not that tasty. Personally, I would not recommend this place.
Balaji Prapancham
Went here on a Sunday evening.. Place wasnt too crowded and we were seated right way. The service was prompt, and it was easy to get the waiters' attention and they were courteous. The ambience is good and the place looks clean.. We ordered their Tomato soup.. it was pretty bland. Then we ordered a baby corn and mushroom starter. It was decent.. Then decided to get their Subzi Lajawab with Garlic and Cheese naans.. The naans were pretty tasty but the gravy could have been better. The food is decent, but somehow felt it was missing something.. Something special/unique that would make you yearn for more and go back for seconds.. Something that you would open your purse for voluntarily.. Filing under the "No harm in trying" folder..

This is a fine dine place and hence its a bit costly...service is top notch...I have been here for both ala carte and buffet and the latter is a far better options to go for as buffet wud cost you almost d same as ala carte with the adv of savouring many dishes...can be tried...calm and relaxing place with decent food..

One of the older chains in Brookfield, where you can enjoy a few drinks with decent food, this place serves a plethora of options to choose from. We went there to try out their menu. The atarters were decent. The main course dint go well except for the dal makhani.<br/>************************************************<br/><br/>WHAT WE HAD<br/><br/>🔵 LEMON CORRIANDER VEG SOUP - Nicely done with lemon, green chillis and topped with corriander leaves, was good to start. The lemon flavour was a little more prominent but i liked the soup as is form.<br/><br/>🔵 PANEER TIKKA - Well marinated, this was one of the goto dishes. Nothing much could go wrong here if basics are maintained and they did justice to this dish.<br/><br/>🔵 CORN SALT AND PEPPER - Another dish which is hard to go wrong and they justified, this was prepared well with a right mix of salt and pepper to go along. Well made the corns were crispy enough<br/><br/>🔵 ZAFRANI MURG TIKKA - Not the best of the dishes as it should be, this was well cooked though. The zafrani flavours in yogurt and saffron were a little on. slow side.<br/><br/>🔵 CHILLI CHICKEN - They do justice to the Indian Chinese they make and chilli chicken was an example yo their skills. Well made, the chicken was decently tender and the dish overall was a mix of nice flavours and nothing overly done.<br/><br/>🔵 MAIN COURSE - In main course we ordered paneer makhani, dal tadka, biryani, mutton rogan Josh, and lacha paranthas to go along. Honestly except for dal tadka which is surely a comfort food, nothing was as good. Enjoyed having dal tadka with rice.<br/>********************************************<br/><br/>OVERALL<br/><br/>FOOD. 3.5/5<br/>AMBIENCE. 4/5<br/>SERVICE. 4/5<br/>COST WORTHINESS. 3.5/5<br/>HYGIENE. 4/5<br/>PARKING. 5/5

Food : 2/5<br/>Ambience : 3/5<br/>Service :1/5<br/>We went for family dinner. Service is too much slow and after asking answer was party is going on. What the hell?. Some 12 people are having drinks so service is slow. After starter we ordered main courses and after confirming from waiter we order seen veg curry and that was damn sweet. Such a pathetic expirnce. Not at all recommended.
Uttiyo Kar
The buffet here is barely eatable. A very forgettable experience. Chicken was rubbery and other dishes were bland. I would avoid this place if possible.
Tushar Kalra
Additional service charge of 10 %. This is really very bad. Almost all customers complain about the additional service charges. We asked for salad (Onions) with the food. Salad was not provided but a service charge of 10 % was definitely provided. One of the customers was also fighting for the water bottle being priced at Rs 50 . Not a worthy place to go.
Manidipa Majumder
We tried ordering dinner from Zaica as I thought it is a nearby restaurant and will deliver fast. For starters we had murgh malai chop .The taste was good, but if portion was pathetic. They provided 4 pieces of chicken for 245 Rs, and each piece had almost 80% bones. Next for main course, we had murgh dhaba sepcial. Same condition with portion, and even the taste was bad. No seasoning, chewy chicken,no shredded egg as written on menu. And on top of that more than 33% as various taxes and charges. If the management is charging like a high end restaurant, then they should make sure that the food matches the quality of the same.Never ever going back to the restaurant.
Girija Prasanna Tripathy
Been there for my friend's birthday. Reading the previous reviews and rating, I thought it was not a good choice..but still we went since it was near by. But friends, it is really good as buffet is concerned. Veg items are really preferable than non-veg. Specially bhindi kurkure, paneer starter are pretty good. Main course and desert also were nice. So it will be a good place to hangout. Wish you won't be disheartened.
Jeevan Martis
Good food, good ambience and professional staff<br/>The buffet has a good spread for both veg and non vegetarians<br/><br/>Recommend you to try their lunch buffet<br/>Value for money
PRINCE
Ambience good, food average. Alcohol is priced decently. Service a bit slow but as expected from such a hotel. Veg curries are good and quantity as expected, good for two. Starters are nice and crispy. <br/>Visit it for a time or two. Explore more around.
Rohit Kumar
Ambience(3/5): Their ambience was decent. <br/><br/>Food(1/5): One of the worst buffet I have had in Whitefield. There was not much variety and the taste was also bad. There are definitely a lot of better places in Whitefield in that much price range which offers a lot better option and taste.
Bikash Rajguru
Good service and "okay" ambience will be the ones i should mention first , because the cost , quantity and quality are not in sync for this restaurant . Need to work on the main course though the starters was upto the mark but wont push me to visit again.<br/> And how can i not mention they charge as a whole around 30% as tax. As my friend said its like ordering "service tax" and "service charge" instead of chicken or paneer.
Adeel Gohan
The service was excellent and was treated well the staff was very friendly... we ordered mix parota and grill biryani the quantity and quality was good
Neha C
Zaica is very close to where I stay and I was astonished to find out that I'd not tried this place. So I took my friends there for a post birthday lunch. We tried the a la carte and it was good. I felt it was quite expensive for the portions served. We ordered biriyani, veg pulao, breezers and beers along with starters. The paneer starter was beyond amazing. It was extremely well seasoned and cooked to perfection. It was a very good beginning. Though the veg Pulao was good, the Biriyani was a disappointment. But they helped my friends set up the cake and candles which made me feel very special 🙈😻<br/>The manager and the staff were both very polite. They didn't have a beer we ordered for and they promptly and politely apologized for the inconvenience.<br/>The ambience was OK. The music was really very boring.

Placed an online order waited for 1.5 hours and had to finally cancel the same. When I called the restaurant and zomato they kept saying 5 mins. Eventually had to cancel the same. Not recommended for online ordering.

I have been to this place a multiple times now and the food here (a la carte) has always impressed me.  I have tried both a la carte as well as the lunch buffet here. The lunch buffet is average but not something to crave for. Leaving the chaat items and main course, the starters and desserts in buffet are not that great . Now coming to a la carte...   some of the vegetarian dishes that I have had a chance to devour  include  Hara bhara Kebab, Tandoori Gobi, Paneer Tikka, Veg Kadai, Paneer butter masala, Diwani Handi, Dal Tadka, Dal Makhani, Bhindi Masala. In  non vegetarian I have tried their murgh lahori and chicken patiyala.  They also serve beer but only by pint / mug.  My only not so good experience was at an instance when their AC was not working. But Overall a Nice place to dine with family.<br/>Food - 4/5<br/>Ambience - 3.5/5<br/>Service - 3/5
Travelling Across The World Just To Eat
Visited yesterday with friends at their brookfield outlet and had lovely and Delicious food. Murg banjara kabab taste nice and make you want to eat more. Nice service. Staff behaves nicely, talks nicely and tries to keep the order delivery as timely as possible. Most of the times they keep smiling. Good Luck..

Perfect place to chill out for dinner on any day of the week.... Not at all difficult to find the place... Nice Ambience, good food and service quality is also awesome...

Visited this place last night for a colleagues Farewell Party ! The ambiance is decent , just like a typical family restaurant. In drinks we had beer and whiskey. In starters we ordered for Paneer Tikka, Hara Bara Kebab, Mutton Seekh Kebab and Tandoori Chicken.<br/>Loved Paneer Tikka and Mutton Seekh Kebab whereas Hara Bara Kebab & Tandoori Chicken were pretty average.<br/>In Main Course we ordered for Dal Bukhara, Kadai Paneer, Laal Maas and Murgh Lahori along with different kinds of breads.<br/>Laal Maas was really delicious along with the Kadai Paneer. <br/>Service was Decent as well.
Animesh Choudhury
Had lunch buffet here today afternoon, buffet had good variety. Taste was quite good and even serves alcohol, most importantly its a fully family resturant. Staff is well behaved and fast service. Had al a carte earlier this year which also had quite good taste. Ambience is overall good and seating is comfortable n spacious. Rate wise also its higher average.
Esha Shanbhag
I went with my team of 12 for a buffet lunch as we had a german team manager visiting us.<br/><br/>My rating is purely for the buffet. Though I an not sure about thier ala carte.<br/><br/>Buffet had two chicken starters, one fish, around 4 veg starters. All starters were pretty good. Everyone enjoyed them. Then there were chats which were equally good.<br/><br/>The main course had a chicken biryani, egg curry, chicken masala, paneer, pulao, palak, raita etc. Egg curry was excellent.<br/><br/>In deserts v hd moong dal halva, barfi, ice cream and fruits.<br/><br/>Overall an excellent spread, this is just not me telling so but my entire team.<br/><br/>With all this the bill was just above 5k for 12 people which is the biggest highlight.<br/><br/>The place is perfect for corporate lunches and dinners.
Shishir Malik
Extremely poor service in restaurant and delivery. Ordered food online. Firstly half quantity came and instead of nan, roti was given. Upon calling restaurant they said with ur feedback our restaurant won't close. Said go back to swiggy. Not worried about reputation. Stale and smelly food. Avoid this place. Rude staff and manager. Pathetic service and cheats.
Aparna
Stepped in for the weekday lunch buffet. Disappointed with colddry veg kebabs. The curries had no taste no seasoning. Sweets were just about ok. Malai paneer palak paneer methi paneer.... U get the gist.....Big avoid

Went there for a late dinner on Friday. It was almost 10:.45. and surprisingly they let us in. A very patient staff, with amount of time we took to order. I really wanted some mutton shorba. The waiter told me there is no mutton. After some time we insisted if he could find out about mutton shorba. He came back saying that there is some. I was more than happy to have that soup. And it was good. Food other wise was good. And cheese naan didnt seem to have much cheese. Veg kohlapuri was very basic and good.
Bon Vivant
Ordered mutton bhuna , rajasthani lal maas, peas pulao and vegetable pulao.. The rice dishes were very average in taste, nothing special to repeat among them. The Rajasthani lal maas gravy had good flavors, although one big drawback in both the mutton items were bad quality of mutton, not fresh at all and to top it, the mutton bhuna had a piece of mutton which tasted absolutely rotten.. Total let down..
Debasmita Nandy
We had been to this place for our team lunch. I must say it's buffet is complete value for money for non vegetarians . For vegetarians choices would b bit less I guess. Food , ambience is good .. Their service is excellent. Actually for food I would rate them 3.8 and the extra points is all on their service . I think you should work a little on the desert part.. The guy managing this place Mr Aloysivs is really a nice guy. He helped us get some good amount of discount as well. We were very happy with their service. Will definitely visit this place again..
Kalyani
Ambience is sobre, delightful and pleasant. Order speed was good. But extremely pricey for tiny portions of drinks as well as food. A little generosity in the food for the amount paid would be really appreciated.
Naresh Kavitha
Food was really delicious. Try their Murgh Afghani Kebab and Till Dill Murgh Tikka. Mutton Seekh Kebab has a very nice and spicy flavored. Also try their Mahi Machi.<br/><br/>Ambience - It is ok!<br/><br/>Service - very courteous and well-mannered staffs, the waiter who took our order was very patient in explaining the dishes to us.<br/><br/>Recommended restaurant to visit.
Raghavendra
I have been here a couple of times. On both the occasions I loved the experience. I went there just for having dinner, polite staff, delicious food and that drowsy feeling of being unable to move after finishing the meal is what they delivered. We had the specials one evening; Paneer Lababdaar and Chicken Rara and they tasted amazing. I have also had Lemony Chicken Kabab, Mint chutney with Amritsari Kulcha and Sarson ka Saag (seasonal). The food is why one returns! And so shall! I hope the quality, quantity and the taste of food were brought us back in Zaica.
Darshani Gurung
I think most people go there for team lunches. I was also there with my team. Never having heard of the place I decided to check the reviews on Zomato but I was not happy with it. <br/>But the place was much better than the reviews it had got, esp the food. It wasn't as bad as I had expected it to be.<br/>They serve buffet at a very reasonable price. The spread is less, three veg and three non-veg starters, main course, deserts and chats. But with whatever little spread they offer you will not be disappointed with the taste.<br/>For non veg starters we had chicken hariyali kabab, chicken angara kabab and fish pakoda. The fish pakoda was crispy and fresh. The hariyali and angara kabab was soft and fresh and melt in your mouth.<br/>For main course there was chicken biryani, rara chicken and egg curry. The biryani was really flavorful.<br/>In the veg section they served beerroot kabab, paneer tikka ( the paneer they serve is no where like that found anywhere... too fresh and soft) veg pulao dal makhani,...<br/>Apart from that they also serve pasta salad, chicken salad, sprout salad..<br/> The chats are made to order and better than many chats that are available to buy <br/>Deserts have dal halwa, carrot halwa, ice cream and sweet boondi.<br/> I was really happy with the food as it was better than I had expected.<br/> The ambience is not that great, the ac didnt seem to be working and we were sweating all a way. <br/>But if you want unlimited good tasting food at a reasonable price ( 450 per person) then, you should give it a try! <br/>
Monami Mukherjee
My experience with zaica was pathetic. The shorba they served was having a layer of fat above it. Before taking orders, the waiter was very polite and tried to sell a number of dishes. There was excess food beyond our capability. Just then, the waiter vanished. Upon repeated calling he appeared and started misbehaving. The icing on the cake was the bill! On this budget we could have dined in a far better place peacefully.

Good experience at Zaica brook-field Quick Service and the food also tastes good. The staff is very humble. Overall a good experience. The menu also has greater variety, recommended for quick hunger solutions! <br/><br/>Ambience: 4/5<br/><br/>Well it looks crowded. That's fine. <br/><br/>Food: 5/5<br/><br/>The best part. Good North Indian food. Served<br/><br/>Service: 4.5/5<br/><br/>This was something very good they service is improved a lot. Service staff is friendly and caring. But yes, they doing their job well<br/><br/>Cost: 4.5/5<br/><br/>Absolute value for money.<br/><br/>Must visit if you are in brook-field<br/><br/>I liked the Murgh Banjara Kabab.
Ruchi Sharma
Food average, service average, slightly overpriced! Good for formal meetings. There are better restaurants in Brookfield that serve the same cuisine.
Rashmitha Gowda
There is absolutely nothing great about this place but it is ok for a onew time try which is what we did. The place is neat and the service is good. We opted for a buffet which was pretty okay to be generous.
Shruti Shah
We went to Zaica for team lunch on the occasion of women's day. Ambience looked nice and very friendly staff. We were served soup and Chats on the table. It was corn soup and not that great. Paani puri and papdi chat was yumm. <br/><br/>As starter : Tandoori gobhi and aloo, garam aloo ki chat, paneer tikka and sweet potato tikka. Tikka was awesome and perfect to taste. Paneer and sweet potato starter was ok. <br/><br/>For maincourse, we had Dal tadka, mushrrom masala and methi chaman. All of them was not that great.Dey served roti as well<br/><br/>Biryani was good.<br/><br/>Now coming to desert, gulab jamun was good.carrot and Moong dal halwa was not good at all..<br/><br/>Overall I felt it was not worth paying 450 for veg buffet.
Santhan Raghavendra
It is a place for people like me who love to have a peaceful ambience...light music and dull interiors..Fish is the best dish you can find over here. However it is a bit overpriced. Overall a good place to visit at the end of a busy day.
Sashikala Ch
Good Food,we love eating in Zaica. Zaica is a decent place for lunch/dinner with family and friends. The starters were good and even the main course was good enough.
Dushyant Chillale ( Buttertheory.com )
I was here with my colleagues for a team lunch sponsored by the company. We did these team lunches on a quarterly basis. The ambience is good, not very great. We had chosen their lunch buffet. I was not convinced by their menu when we reached there as the menu was not published on the website. <br/>They had 2 non veg starters, 3 veg starters, totally 5. The chicken did not quite taste well that we would go crazy at! I would say that the veg starters were pretty good. The overall management is what the problem was. I say this because, they had limited seating and they had overbooked themselves with frustrated people waiting outside and that pressure was being shown to the already seated customers. There was this urge to kick us out !! This is understandable, but can be managed in a better way. <br/><br/>I'm not sure that with the variety that they have, people would come back here. This is also because other buffet restaurants are going out of their way to please customers.
Suneina Bhat
It had buffets.. And not much variety of starters!!<br/>Had been here for my birthday treat.. We dint like it much..<br/>Ambience is good... Full of blue color..
Shruja
Visited Zaica yesterday for lunch with two of my colleagues. The ambiance is simple and neat. <br/>We had to opt for buffet as à la carte was not available. The veg spread was ok. Food was again ok, nothing great. And to my disappointment, the soup was barley warm. However my colleagues who had non vegetarian food were really happy. <br/>Would I visit it again? - Probably not!
Nilakshi Bordoloi
Place is good for dinner. I love their lemon chicken. Interior is pleasant with the music. In weekend it'll be crowded otherwise a quite place to have a romantic dinner with a special one
Parvathy Avanoor
My friend and I just wanted to have a decent dinner somewhere in Brookefield. This place is probably more famous for its bar. We dined at the restaurant on the first floor. Very friendly waiters!<br/><br/>Both of us weren't all that hungry. So we shared a Subzi Lazwab, and my friend had Butter Naan and I had Methi Paratha. The food was good, not great, especially the subzi. We also had Sweet and Salt Lime Soda. Their POS machine was out of order. So my friend had to go to the nearby ATM and pay the bill. That was a slight turn off.
Sinduja Rajarajan
Visited this place for dinner along with office buddies. We had chicken starters and chicken curry along with naan. Taste was average and the quantity of food was less for the price. Not worth a second visit.
Sumantra Dasgupta
Situated in the main road near CMRIT College, this place serves good food. People tend to complain sometimes about their price but I feel it's totally worth for the kind of ambience they provide. Overall, a good place.
Sharath
Was there fr a bday treat , Environment inside was gud , Light Music e.t.c. This place is pricy and ETA of order will be very late. There were no crowd but still they took a lot of time. Veg was decent, It was a decent experience.
Sharath Nair
Well... we expected this place to be atleast decent.. but it turned out to be pathetic. ... The food was undercooked .. un-enthusiastic music.. only high thing u get is the bill..... soup was okay okay.. it was a makai kali mirch shorba soup. Starter was murg banjara kebab. We ordered the main course roti and simple tandoori chicken masala.. even that was undercooked.pathetic service... the restroom was smelly and had broken taps.... please avoid this place even if you have to starve...
Chandrima Bardhan
Great place to have a meal with family and friends. Great ambience. Eager to help staff. Food quality decent. If you look at the pocket pinch, it is pretty acceptable.
Tonushree
Had gone for lunch with my friends .Ambiance good. Service was really good.Buffet had a good spread and was value for money.I truly would  recommend others to visit this place.
Jayashree Pandey
Great place for lunch with friends and family. Had went there for one of our friend's party. They have a hall for functions. The lunch buffet is good in terms of variety and quality. The food tastes good as it has authentic Indian flavor
Abha Bhuskute
Have been here for dinner and lunch both. I have also exported buffet and alacarte options both. Food is average. Spread for buffet is OK for the price tag. Cocktails are expansive if u think of the ambiance of this place. Overall a decent place to go when you want to have a cocktail and some bites without moving out if Brookfield
Sandesh Mruthyunjaya
The food here is average. Since I stay in this area have been here thrice. The rotis will be cold most of the time. Taste is also not all that great. Ambience is good and the drinks too are good.
Priyanka Nagpal
For a weekend meal we decided to try to this place. This place is very near to my home but we have never tried it out.<br/>The place is quite nice and have a nice cozy ambiance. We were little hungry so directly ordered the main course.<br/>They had a buffet lunch as well but we decided to go for a la carte as we were not much impressed but the buffet dishes. <br/>So we ordered<br/>Kadai murgh patiyala<br/>Paneer tikka masala<br/>Butter naan<br/>Amritsari kulcha <br/>Tandoori roti<br/>They served papad for the time being as we were waiting for the food. The Kadai murgh was fine but I didn't like gravy of the paneer.<br/>The indian breads were nicely cooked usually I don't get perfectly cooked naans but they made it nicely.<br/>The overall food was just ok, nothing speciall but I liked the ambiance and I noticed that they have Happy hours for brewed drinks so I might go there again for a couple of drinks with friends... <br/>So this place doesn't offer something special but the pricing is quite reasonable to the food they serve.<br/>
Gosmeghna
Horrible buffet!!!...Very limited choices too....all items have the worst taste possible... Went here for a team lunch and regretted the decision almost immediately...
Krithika Subramaniam
Every time I have been to this place, hav had a pleasant surprise . this time it was crispy veg n the kulfi corner.. Malai kulfi n pan kulfi were particularly spectacular. Although it is predominantly a starters place , their desserts options is not upto the mark. Same gulab jamun, phirnee n sponge cake pastry every time. Wish they improve on the dessert spread
Kuntal ??✈️❄️
Ambience good. Service was really good. It's more of a normal level restaurant striving towards being a quality one. Food was O.K. Been open late on Durga Pujas in Bangalore was a big ask only. Well food was well presented and delicious. Felt vegetarian food was tad better. We were 4 of us. A sumptuous main course only meal costed 1200.
Atul Vikas Salunke
Ambience is good , food quality is normal, portion size very less as compare to price . Not feel value for money. Service need to be more quick.<br/>Alcohol menu not that great . Old empty bottles kept in bar . Also order box meal non veg meal was good veg was not that great.

Just spoke to the director of HNS.  Just waiting for a manager to apologise for the yesterday's experience.  I don't want to drag this issue. I just expect an apology from the  manager.
Trina Dhar
Was really not looking forward to coming here, but due to dearth of good eateries which serve alcohol, we thought of trying this place out. Was a pleasant experience, ambience was good, kebabs were yummy especially the Mutton sheekh. Had to pack the mains, as we were too full. The service was very good and they were very nice and gave us complementary deserts!! Good Indian plc in marathahalli, Brook field area.

I have been customer of zaica from more then 4 years now and loved the place its ambiance and food is great <br/>Now a days i order more for home delivery and and their service never disappointed till date..<br/>Some Tips for the first timer -<br/>Try the Makai Kalimirchi Shorba for soup if love spicy <br/>try the Veg Seekh Kebab or Chatpata Aloo Kurkuri i love both them <br/>and for main course do try their chef special curry of the day <br/><br/>overall i would like to say from the time when there was very few choices in brookfield area to now a days when we have now plenty of choices "Zaica" has never disappointed me
Sandipan Ghosh
Just came out of the restaurant, utterly dissester. Please don't go for food here. Worst food ever I ate. The food are expensive and teribel. The waiter tried to help me with food. So I ordered according to him. All the food and cocktails I got is horrible. So told him about it. He did get few other dishes. Those were even worse. I kind off ran way from the place. And I paid 1600 rs for this crap food.
Eeha Ashok
If trying out new places is always on your list, visiting it is just fine. Of all the items that we ordered most of them or almost all of them were average in taste. But if it helps - for starters, we ordered Karara subz roll and chowk ki tikki. Chowk ki tikki was still better, I felt karara subz roll to be a little low on spices. For the main course, we ordered kofta curry and yellow dal tadka. Kofta curry was definitely good. You could try that out.<br/>The setup is good and the place is definitely worth while for a visit.
Pallavi Hegde
4 stars just for the papadi chats here :) . They serve chats with buffet. ambiance is good. No much varieties though.<br/><br/>But the papadi chat is just very tempting . we never stop for less than 3 plates :p
Ayan Chakraborty
Had been there last week for a buffet time with my buddies. Wonderful ambience, in a spectacular location. Overwhelmed by the unlimited eating options, starters were obviously a delight, both veg and non-veg ones. Proves to be a terrific place for a lunch/dinner outing with your family too, where hogging would finally seem fun :P But the music played in the background was a real turn-down. Overall, fabulous experience, I'd recommend it as a must-try for every foodie out there...

I don't know how to start writing about a restaurant and judge it's food and service. I being a executive chef somewhere understand how much love and effort goes in a days work. First thing first, it very difficult for me to get satisfied with food outside my kitchen:-D. So when I started ordering the food and drinks I was awestruck with the service, the way they took me through the entire menu.<br/>Menu: pretty decent north Indian menu with all good famous dishes from up North.<br/><br/>Ordered lehsuni murgh, chakori kebab, jhol mach, mutton biryani and basket of bread.<br/><br/>I loved everything about the food, the kebabs were succulent, biryani had good flavours and the best was the fish curry. I enjoyed my meal after a long time. THANKS CHEF:-). <br/>My special mention to the service, they were very courteous, warm and made me feel very home.<br/><br/>So at last Thanks to the whole team @ Zaica for a wonderful evening with lots of love around. Definitely visiting again soon.<br/>

Went to the restaurant for dinner and wine with my girls last night. Ordered for a lavish spread with tikkas and kebabs. <br/><br/>Ambiance of the place is quiet soothing unlike the garish Indian decor you usually see around.<br/><br/>Service - Jiten you are the rock star. Probably the first wait crew who could uggest wines on the table and trust me all were your choices and all were perfect. The other crew also made sure the ladies and I were comfortable.<br/><br/>Food - The dal makhani is the closet to authentic I have tasted and was not only well cooked but what I enjoyed the most was it did not make me feel heavy even after polishing the whole bowl.<br/>What I enjoyed about most of the dishes was their robust flavours and the richness.<br/><br/>Keep the good work and the consistency going and the next time around I will try the Chefs Special Mutton Railway Curry for sure. <br/><br/>Thank you Team Zaica for the wonderful treat.

Had a lunch with my friend. Ambience was quite good. Good service also. Ordered murgh kalimirch, amritsar kulcha. Had corona and tuborg. Kulcha was tasted good but oil was little bit more. murgh kalimirch was tasted good. Overall its average.

Last week I cam with my team and they were pretty much happy with service offered. Thanks. However, the table was not arranged and I was surprised. But later it was compensated with very good service.

The food was not tasty atall. We ordered 5-6 items including veg and non-veg, hoping something will be tasty, but they all were just below average in taste.
Dinesh K
Went to Zaica on a office group lunch. It's just ok. The ambience was just ok. The food ok. Not sure how dinner is as I went for buffet lunch. No fancy items served. I felt it was just to fill hunger.
Utpalendu Bhagawati
I went for lunch one day, the food was not bad but they were taking very long to refill the buffet. Hygiene is a concern in this place. Pathetic desert and it's expensive. The worst was our bill was 2500 for 5 people and the manager came and said the card machine is not working. The ATM nearby was not working, had to walk 2KM to get cash. They didn't accept cash or online payment.

We had been there with business friends, restaurant took a very long time to serve our food even though it was not crowded at all.<br/><br/>We ordered some take away and that was not delivered for more than 50 minutes that lead to the frustation and we cancelled the ordered.<br/><br/>Since then, never turned back to that place.

I had a great experience visiting this place. The staff here were way too much courteous than I usually see in restaurants. I had the best fish in ages in bangalore. The cocktail was not up to the mark but food was excellent. Try the fish as starters if possible.
Mayank Kinger
Though contrary to the negative reviews this place has received, my experience with the place is good.<br/><br/>I have tried dine in as well as home delivery and both the time the food lived up to the expectations.<br/><br/>Their dal makhni is really good and one of my favourite :) service is prompt and attentive though at times it gets little too much when the waiting staff is hovering around your table.<br/><br/>All in all a good experience :)

Nice place to dine and wine with your friends and colleagues like their name says. <br/>Am a regular visiter there with my friends and we do enjoy the food there.
Pranamita Ray
This place has good ambience. Courteous staff. Went there or a weekday, hence place was mostly empty. <br/><br/>For starters ordered a couple of fish items. Fish hariyali and fish tikka. Also cocktail and whiskey. <br/>Apple Martini was unavailable hence was suggested a pineapple Martini. Bad choice. Should have just settled for a regular drink. Was more of cough syrup. <br/>However the fish was good. It was fresh and nicely spiced. <br/>Ordered the mutton biryani as main course. Nice. Long grain rice, aromatics along with tender mutton pieces. <br/>Overall nice place.

Great place to visit with friends and beloved....<br/>   Were hunting for the place to hangout and found the one.... food tastes deliciously spicy and mouth watering goes well with the awesome cocktail suggested by Jiten... thanks....<br/>Ordered for Dal Makhani and railway mutton curry for main course and it was awesome as explained......<br/>   Would suggest to try it once.... <br/>   Surely be visiting again soon.....

Worst service ever!! <br/>went with team for lunch and opted for ala carte, even for serving soft drinks they take around 30 mins!! we reached by 1 and our main course wasn't served even by 3. Zero service.. food is okay.. very very little quantity!!<br/>Least satisfied!! my ratong is 0.5..sad i cant rate below 1

I had been here with a friend for dinner on weekday during IPL season. Their management seemed to be a fan of either SRK or KKR because they had played SRK songs in the background along with IPL match screening. I didn't mind it as I enjoy hindi songs. Staff is quite helpful. We had ordered a mushroom starter and dal makhani with rice for main course. Starter was tasty but dal makhani was not up to the mark. Planning to try their lunch buffet next time.

Been here with my Team from my workplace to celebrate a successful project completion and delivery.<br/>We decided to feast on Buffet, found a numerous items.<br/>They serve Appetizers , Chats to start on with ... none to be special mentioned coz all are common.<br/>Then they serve you main course which also quite common punjabi food one has.<br/>Sweets were tarts and gulab jamuns jalebi vanilla icecream.<br/>Wish to try out their Ala Carte menu once. Looking forward .<br/>Buffet was nothing but a common and ordinary , worth to have a go once.
Vishnu Priya Srinivasan
Their service sucks big time and the staff is extremely rude and won't let u finish talking.<br/><br/>Their delivery person doesn't understand a word of English or Kannada but calls about ten times even if the address is 100 metres from the main road. When called the restaurant regarding this as it had been more than an hour and half, they talk rudely and disconnect. <br/><br/>Worst service experienced so far.
Subash Chandra Bose
As we stayed next to it we had a reception party organized at Zaica Party Hall. Veg Food and Service was good. Menu had enough varieties for all. Price match it's place!
Paawan Talwar
Both their buffet and a la carte are good, offering a good variety among good quality food items. Been here with my frnds, the ambience is good and staff is polite..

I didn't like the food here. Ordered chicken tikka to begin with which was OK, main course had no flavours. Overall, not a good experience.
Amrutha Gaddale
One of my favourite places in marathalli.<br/>I have been visited this place lot of times . <br/>Ambience is pleasing and spacious for family dining . <br/>Lighting is dim in par with candle light dinners . <br/>Parking is a problem in this place and one has to take care of it nearby streets .<br/>I have tried chicken briyani , mutton briyani , prawn briyani .. Chicken was best of all three. <br/>Lemon based chijen starter was one dish I could never forget , was full of flavour and juicy . Fish was decent ,cooked in well and most importantly was fresh .<br/>Service is slow but friendly and warm. <br/>

Zaica as the name suggest had the best zaica in the food... a great post office dinner place....food was really good and the great ambience added flavour to it.. do visit for great food and value for money !!
Krishnakanth Ravi
PROS:The food was descent but not great for the price they charge, however descent and the convenience that one could walk over from our office was the best deal. The Manager also gave a good deal with the costing but giving discount of two people.<br/>Cons: BIG Cons that is :<br/>They charged same for veg and non veg, beats me how that works??<br/>These guys unnecessarily charged 80/- per bottle of Mineral water. I give a big thumbs down for what they did with the water aspect. <br/>The waiters ever after repeatedly being told to serve normal water gave bottled water and gave a big bill for this.<br/>That part spoilt all the fun for me in organising a lunch for the team. I would have rather picked a barbecue for the price I paid for just the water.
Elton Barretto
Went to the Brookfield outlet for dinner on a Friday nite. The food was ok but the service was bad. Too slow. Took them almost 30 mins for our starters and drink and almost an hr for our main course... Spoiled our entire evening
Aviral Singh
This is definitely one of the worst restaurants i have ever visited. Went here for a team lunch. It was a buffet and surprisingly everything single thing was bad apart from the vanilla ice cream ( which they don't make).<br/>Paramount waste of money!<br/>
Praveen Kumar Vyapaka
Let me start with good things first.. Nice ambience and privacy(it was Monday noon and we had all of the restaurant just for us). The starters and soups were served on table..<br/>That's where my positive experience ends. It seemed that the waiters are trained to serve little quantities of food and I literally asked them to serve more and found it embarrassing when it happened more than 1 time. Most of the food is half cooked. The buffet was limited and the cost was advertised as 350 but with all the taxes it reached 500!! The rating I gave is only for ambience and nothing else, will not recommend this restaurant to any one
Parul Dadhich
A nice place to have some time apart from all loud and crowded restaurants. Nice ambiance with some old hindi songs is a add up for sure. Food is really nice, specially paneer recipes are made up o fresh soft paneer and are delicous.<br/><br/>Negative : Its one of the places where you will end up paying high taxes as they include 20% service charge on totals. In all you will end up paying 30% or little more tax.
Parth Sharma
The price is too high according to the food they serve. The food is not so bad, but not so great either. Worth giving a try once, but not a place to dine out everytime.
Abira Pathak
We were very hungry and were ready to eat almost anything. We entered Urban Edge Restobar and ditched it because of food options. Zaica had it's lunch buffet on for Rs 480 per head. But we wanted biryani and so ordered a la carte. Mutton biryani and nimbu chicken. Both of them were lovely! Nimbu chicken was very soft and flavorful. Biryani felt heavenly on our empty stomach. Staff behaviour is very good too. Value for money.
Mridula Grover
The ambience was below expectations. The service was good and decent. We tried masala papad, veg seekh kabab, dal makhani and veg biryani. The food was good at taste and above average. I loved the kabab.Rest, the prices didn't match the items' uniqueness!!
Nipun Bhaskar
Good food, the starters have more character and flavour than the main course... Portion size is average, had ordered for a butter fried prawns, for the amount was expecting jumbo prawns, but when the dish came it was really small prawns which they had wrapped the tail in foil... Anyway overall OK...
Tarak
Have been to zaica many times. I like the food there but service is not good. Also buffet options are not that great.  I recommend this place for good food but not for its service.
Raksha Sudheendra
Formal dining set up.. Visited the place for a Friday night dinner... Was not too crowded.. The menu has limited choice.<br/>The food was decent. Not the best but quite nice. Nothing to complain.<br/><br/>This would be a place for a family dinner occasionally.
Sneh@ Rege
Pretty decent n formal ambience. Very much empty when we visited this place that too on a weekend. Service was a bit slow and nothing extra ordinary on the food quality.
Chetna Vatsa
I went this restaurant on last Sunday. The food was stale and service was very slow. They took 20 minutes to serve starters and so we were out of patience and though of not ordering main course. Litchi Ice tea was good though.
Prateek Singh Bapna
Full marks for ambience, a good place for a good dinner for couples.<br/>Service is up to the mark.<br/>Food is good, priced aptly as per the taste and quality.<br/>Order arrived in few minutes.<br/>A nice restaurant to spend a good time with closed ones.
Anwesha Datta
Near to my house & a family restaurant where I can have drinks with food here. Other than that nothing is good here. Food quantity is less with so much price.
Nischal Nayak
Dismal. Pretty much avoidable... <br/>We tried it out for dinner. <br/>The food and ambience is just OK. The quantity is low and the quality is mediocre...their service is pathetic, we were made to wait 45 mins for our order.<br/>Finally came the bill...the exorbitant prices and the heavy taxes...this is one costly place. Not nearly the worth though. <br/>May be it's buffet is better...but we were told it's available only during lunch. <br/>I'm definitely not visiting this place again. <br/>Try it at your own risk.

Sometimes congested .........                                                                                                                                       ..........                                                               .                                                                                                   ..
Isha Thapar
We ordered chicken biryani along with chicken Lahori and kadhai chicken for home delivery. Biryani was really good.. Me and my husband both liked kadhai chicken more as it was a little spicier than Lahori chicken. Quantity is good too! Delivery was within time and the person who takes order is courteous and gives suggestions as well. All in all good!
Indranil Ganguly
Worst experience!<br/>Spoilt 14th feb eve with tdh buffet dinner or watever.<br/>Food was not bad.<br/>Service was crap ,utter nonsense.<br/>Avoid this place to save ur money and mood!
Madhur Mirji
Ordered food for home delivery last nite:<br/>1) Ordered food at 7.30pm, food arrived at 9pm : some leeway can be given since it is a weekday and there is heavy traffic, but 1.5hours is a long time.<br/>2)When ordering asked for recommendation that the food be mild and not very spicy<br/>3) Confirmed after giving the order about the spice level of the food, we were assured all items we have ordered are mild and not spicy<br/>4) Ordered for boneless chicken as part of the main course <br/>What we got :<br/>All the food arrived cold. <br/>All items with the exception of Rotis were spicy, and I do not mean mildly spicy everything was very spicy<br/>The chicken main course gravy had bones, when we had specifically asked for boneless.<br/><br/>All in all, very bad experience with Zaica, I would think multiple times before ordering/dining in there.
Priyabrat Das
I had visited the place with my friends  for lunch. The ambiance is pretty good and so is the food served. With good service, good food and drinks on the menu, this place is definitely a place to be recommended to others.
Sunish Vohra
Decent place with decent food. Located on the main road of Brookfield near cmrit. So it was very easy to locate. Ordered khamiri roti which was not like khamiri roti suppose to be. Liked chicken curries. Had vinegar onions after so long which was complimentary :)) <br/>Staff 4/5<br/>Food 3.5/5<br/>Ambience3/5

this restaurant is in my neighborhood and i have variety of experience here. Food and service is average. Buffet spread is average. Cleanliness has room for improvement.
Sayandip Paul
The food is ok, not great. Price is on the higher side compared to the food and service.<br/><br/>Better try it out for yourself and have a view. You can try out this place just for a change.<br/><br/>So happy eating and thanks for eating. :)
Gaurav
We had buffet here 2 months before, taste was good but less options for veggies!!!! First time I went here with my colleagues but later when I went it seem to slip out of being pocket friendly recently. Also they will offer 1 pint beer (or any mock-tail) complimentary with their buffet.
Anil Sawan
Very small menu - limited choice. The ambiance is descent, hence the rating. Zaica in Nagavara has a much much better menu. I would recommend it once - on a lazy sunday evening.
Pulkit Goenka
Wonderful wonderful place !!<br/>I was recommended this place by my cousin and this place lived up to its expectations. The bar menu is extensive and the food menu is awesome. The staff are the most humble ones you will ever come across. I was surprised by their service to say the least. We ordered drinks and then we ordered makai seekh kabab which was very delicious. I loved it a lotttt. The food was perfectly cooked keeping in mind the necessary spices and our taste buds. We loved the food a lot and we ended up eating more than usual. The staff was always on their toes and served us with warmth. I strongly recommend this place to everyone.
Ritwick Mukherjee
Visited the place on 25th Jan, 2015.<br/><br/>Value for money I would say. They serve free beer on weekdays in the Lunch Buffets.<br/><br/>One will be extremely disappointed if he has already been to AB's Barbeque or BBQ Nation. <br/><br/>The served Kebabs in the starters and to my surprise, the Kebabs weren't boneless. The taste was good but the bones were a huge turn-off.<br/><br/>As far as main course is concerned, choices were limited and the taste was ordinary at best. The desserts menu was okay with Gulab Jamuns, Dal Halwa, Semaiya Kheer and Ice Cream. The butter naan were too thin, almost like normal tandoori rotis. <br/><br/>The best item IMO was the paani puri they served with the starters.<br/><br/>Overall, a good place if one has monetry constraints. People who have already visited places like AB's or BBQ Nation or The Square would be totally disappointed.
Priyankapnsinha
compared to near by restaurants of same level of rates and ambiance like Moriz, Chula Choki ka Dhaba, Zaica is much better. rates are better and service is good. i will prefer Zaica if want to have a grand feast with friends and family
Sridhar Chandran
Bland, ordinary and tasteless...that's their buffet. Would prefer my canteen food. Non-veg buffet is only chicken mind you, no fish or mutton. And the buffet is 400+ including taxes.
Shilpa Nath
I had a wonderful food  experience with Zaica. We all  family members went on last week to Zaica, brookfield and had amazing food... <br/> <br/>  More over the service and the behavior of the staff were quite impressive. Would love to go again.<br/><br/>Thanks.
GrazingGrass
The service is worst and the food is average.<br/>I won't recommend it to anyone.<br/><br/>By the way ambience is good and it seems that's what they are charging for.<br/><br/>And Masala papad was not worth 85 bucks.<br/>The starter tandoori baby corn that we ordered which came after half an hour or may be more wasn't worth the wait.
Arijit Sil
Went for the CandleLight dinner event on New Year's EVE. <br/>What they meant by candlelight dinner was 'A small candle in the middle of table' and that's it. <br/>There was nothing romantic about the dinner. The ambience was same as always. They did nothing special for the candlelight dinner event. It just spoiled our new year's eve excitement.<br/>The food was also on the ok side.<br/>As per as the service was concerned, when we requested for a change of seat to one of the waiters they simply ignored our request and told us it will not be possible in a very rude way.<br/>When we verified the bill, we found that they had charged wrongly for items which we didn't even order. Eventually they rectified their mistake.<br/>Summary -<br/>Food : 3/5<br/>Ambience : 1/5<br/>Service :1/5<br/>P.S. When you promise for something you should be able to deliver it. Overall very disappointing experience.
Prerna Gupta
Visited this place for dinner, ambience is good, service was also good, Veg. in Food was good, whereas the non veg according to my friend wasn't upto the mark. It is lil bit costly, but i liked the food.
Sirish Kumar
Great drinks and food and tasty Paneer tikka in veg platter but I was in bed for next two days due to upset stomach.......................................
Priyabrata Panda
Pros:<br/><br/>Cheapest buffet in the area<br/>Spread is good for the money spent<br/>Taste is also okay<br/><br/>Cons:<br/><br/>Too much crowd<br/>The refilling is very slow and needs improvement...

We rushed to this place for a team lunch this friday. As we have already reserved earlier the table was ready nad the moment we reached the welcome drinks was asked. The ambience was okay , quite spacious and good music with live cricket what more u want for a lunch !!!The service was quite fast and good, the staff were humble and always smiling. The soup was Ok, nothing special about it.In starters the tandoori gobi was hot and spicy with a nice fresh tatste. The achari aloo also had a nice crispy taste. The Chicken starers were yummy with right blend of masala and correctly roasted. In the main course, the briyani , the egg masala and the chicken salad was my favourite.Apart from that the Paneer dopiaza was yummy and the veg kholapuri added to the feast. And also the chatpata chat was nice.In deserts, i enjoyed the most as all my faourites were at one place.......Kheer,Gajar ka HAlwa, Kala Jamun,Fruits and Ice Creams. But nothing to add to my ice creams....The breads were not upto the standard....Recommended !!!

Aweful experience ... Chose the restaurant looking at its attractive ambience , but the food definitely was disappointing .. <br/>What is a restaurant with awesome ambience but sub standard food ???<br/><br/>Ordered a chicken soup which was watery and hardly any chicken in it . Then came the awesome kabab which first of all half cooked spices and whole pepper in it and topped by the raw chicken tandoori ... <br/><br/>I must say atleast the managers were courteous enough to not to charge us for the disasters by still to pay 600 bucks for two chicken soups , masala pakad and bottle of mineral water was a harsh experience for me ... <br/>An advice to the restaurant , please get a new cook !!!

Bad food except rice items. The staff is good except one. He was very rude. Asked me to come over with my kid while i called for reservation. Promised that the kid's meal will be charged at child rate. But after we were done with the lunch, fought to pay in full for all. He was very rude as well. Pathetic experience and not good food.

Even though its so near to my office n home I had never given it a thought. Finally went here for a friend's treat n I must say I should have been here much earlier. Its right besides the CMRIT college and on th 1st floor. Parking is a bit tough to find. We were 6 people and had booked a table for 8.30pm. The place was not that crowded but filled up in a matter of an hour. We ordered beer n cocktails (classic cosmo n caipirioska). Starters we ordered non veg platter, fish tikka, jil dil murgh tikka, prawn (forgot its name thou), murg malai kabab, chhene ka khumb (cheese stuffed mushrooms). Everything of it was delicious n melts in the mouth. Perfectly cooked with the subtle aroma of spices that hits u just too good. Non veg platter was the best of it because of the huge quantity. The cocktails were also nice. The main course consisted of butter chicken, murg patiyala, butter naan, butter rotis, plain naan n biryani. Soft naans n delicious biriyani (bit spicy thou). The staff is very courteous and we all had a great culinary experience.

Really it was awesome being in Zaica ! Food was great and the Mojito this great, this great Mojito I have ever had !!!! Buffet price is reasonable . Beriyani is not that good other that that other dishes are good .

I have visited few times food is ok and service is good. But once I noticed that Bill does not have tax number(TIN) and when I insisted they wrote TIN in bill using pen assured that they will send me bill with printed tax number. I followed up couple of times and they said they will get printed bills after 15 days . But they did not send me bill till now. Its clear that they are cheating customer and government by not printing tax number and then by not paying tax to government which collect from customer. I stopped visiting this restaurant but I heard this practice of cheating tax money(~30% of Bill) continues even now without being questioned by authorities.

Went there with my sister... we were looking for a quiet place to just sit back and enjoy the ambience and food and each other's company after so long... and thats just what we got! Great ambience... a bit over priced but tasty food.... it is a good deal all in all. Thought a tad tough on pockets but it completely makes it up by the quantity they serve.

Since I got the food delivered for team lunch at office, I cannot comment on the ambiance. I have heard some good reviews from my friends, and yes, all were true.<br/>I had opted for lemon chicken, reshmi murg tikka, options for veg starters are very limited, the tandoori baby corn mushroom was soggy. The lemon chicken was worth ordering. In the non veg main course, the chicken makhni was delicious, may be my expectations with nihari was too high, but it was not a total disappointment. The dal takda was oily but tasted good. The malai kofta had only two kofta's, but it tasted just perfect. They have this authentic biriyani. The dish worth mentioning is the moong dal ka halwa. Its difficult to describe in words, until you taste it, it just melts in mouth. Heavenly experience. The gajar ka halwa is also good. My rating goes up to 4, because of the signature moong ka halwa.

I visited the restaurant for a buffet lunch on a weekend. I did not have much high expectation, expected it to be a regular lunch. But after having the food there, I just have one thing to say it gives you value for money. It did not have a wide spread lavish buffet but it took very good care to the taste and quality. They served chicken, prawns and veg starters. There where live counters which made veg and non veg hot salads. Main course and fish chicken and mutton. Mutton was exceptionally good. Desserts were also awesome.Nice ambiance and the service provided was also great. Would like to visit the restaurant in near future as well.

I hace visited this place with good expectations. But the food has not met my expectations. The prices were high.the quality and taste was not at all there. i will never recommend this place to anyone.

Food was awful today.Nothing was of eatable quality. Not a good place to have food.Try at your own risk will spoil your taste buds!Unless drastic measures to improve the food quality is undertaken by the mangement i may not revisit this place in near future.
Prakash N
It was a pathetic buffet experience. All curries were salty ( i mean all). For a foodie, if A is Absolute Barb... then, here is Z for you.. Papdi chat can't be spoiled, it was good! If you every thought, pani poori can't be spoiled in taste - it was as well!
Sridhar
I have been here for Buffet, its been a good experience. Its a nice place with good ambiance and service. I had the non veg food, but felt that the number of dishes for non veg were very less and price wise its a bit on higher side.
Janarthanam S
Zaica its one of the favourite spot for the team lunch. Zaica is just three kms from our office.  I have visited few times to this restaurant. I have tried tried both the buffet and normal order. In buffet they provide sufficient varieties of  both veg and non veg dishes.. Ambiance is very good .. Cost of the food is nominal. So the charging of the food is affordable for the varieties of the food provided. Hot Drinks are available, so that u can have drinks while having food. So If u wanna have food and drink together this hotel is very much suitable for those people
Manuraj
Decide not to go here for lunch..!Food tasted ok actually, but  pathetic service. Soup was cold, chicken was raw, Yes the chicken which they gave us was uncooked I could literally see the flesh and red stain on the piece. Biryani was rice was dry the rice was so dry that it was crispy..! <br/><br/>Ambiance -3/5<br/>Food - 2/5<br/>Service - 1.5/5

This place is decent . I have visited with friends and family whenever we wanted to have a quick grab or drinks and not v fussy about the food quality and options <br/>Don't keep very high expectations on the ambience and quality . It's just an average restaurant but they seem to win the heart due to the quick bites they offer in starters ,their buffet options and the food price is relatively economical . <br/>Try Zaica for a change and only if you have to make your evening a quicky! <br/>
Guna
Good food and best price. Good place for veggies and near by place for offices. <br/>Nice place to be with colleges and for team lunch. Keep it up zaica

I have tried their veg thali, chicken biryani and palak paneer. The thali is good for the sabzis they serve and the sweet. My thali has a green leafy saag which was good except for the use of dalda or something which dint work as well as ghee would have enhanced its taste, a paneer gravy which i loved and I commend the chef for it.It had smoked capsicums in it and the taste of the gravy itself was yummy, the daal was decent and so was the gajar ka halwa. Wish they steam the rice a bit more. As for the palak paneer and chicken biryani it was decent in taste  and decently priced too. Nothing spectacular, so if you are looking for a decent meal near whitefield then this is the place for you. Cannot comment on the ambience and service as I ordered for delivery.
Vishal Jain
Avoid this place. We had dinner at this place. We ordered some paneer dish, some rice & gazar halwa.<br/>Next day when we woke up, we both had mouth ulcers kind of thing which stayed there for 10 days. We could not feel the taste of any food in that time. Don't know what caused that, the oil or whatever.<br/>The price is too high. They add so many taxes, more than 30% of the original billed amount.<br/><br/>Service was ok, ambience is fine, and the Zaica(taste) was good.<br/><br/>So just think before going what you want. Zaica or ur health.

Have tried all the zaica outlets and this one is just worst among them. Probably its the other 2 outlets because of which this one has comparable rating.<br/>If you really want to try zaica and have time. Better to go for indiranagar outlet.

I took a colleague here for a dinner. the location is very nicely poised for people living near the kundanhalli, AECS layout area. the ambiance in nothing surprisingly special. its average. the food in the veg section was okay, but non veg starters were very nice. the service was also okay. for the price that you are paying it is an average place. <br/>my recommendation would be that the place is worth trying but nothing very special should be expected.
Aakriti Varshney
Food - average mughlai food<br/>Ambience- the kind of space they have, they can really improve on the ambience <br/>We had mutton curry and lasuni kababs which was quite good. Their names are also good<br/>The place is mid ranged priced.

Overall Good food, good service. Been there several times and tried la carte and buffet both. Buffet did not excite me a lot and it was really busy on the week days I went with colleagues. Dinner la carte was awesome in terms of food quality, service, and ambience. Parking gets little tricky in the basement.

However tempting it may look to you from outside or however much you might be misguided by the images here, I wouldn't recommend you guys to go here. It's really overpriced for the food you eat. Even the desserts section is unsatisfactory. I went for a dinner there with a friend and was left disappointed.<br/><br/>The ambience is good, undoubtedly but the quality and taste of the food is way below expectations.<br/><br/>Amience : 3.5/5<br/>Quality and Taste of Food: 2<br/>Value for Money : 2

Spicy delhiwala non-veg, thats the first thing comes in my mind when ever i visit zaica. It is located near to CMRIT college, brookfield above nilgiri's. Their cooks are just awesome with the spices . Though it is not that  pocket friendly and the prices are little higher, the food will balance that too. I have tasted many of their dishes, would like to mentioned a couple like railway mutton curry.. the best i had in bangalore till date(Ask waiter if you love more spices) , so their dal makhani, dum alu and mixed veg(Diweni veg handi). All these items go very well with their soft well baked naans and kulchas. Service is prompt so the waiters. Interior is decent and nicely maintained.  Do i go again: I am quite regular to this place because of their food.<br/><br/>Service: 4/5<br/>Food:4/5<br/>Ambiance:3/5<br/> VFM: 3/5

It was an unplanned dinner at Zaica....went with a friend's family nd fortunately it turned out to be a good nd tasteful journey....... Paneer tikka was so soft that it just melted into the mouth.....not too many options in veg startes though....<br/>Dewani handi was just a perfectly cooked desi style kadhai veg with naan.... Biriyani smells nd tastes like authentic Hyderabadi biriyani....u can smell each of its spices  as well.... Ambience is gud...service is kind of ok..at times i found the waiter getting impatient nd asking rudely whether we rdone.... Except that everything else was gud...love he <br/>Way the entrance is artistically done in the walls..overall a verygood experience....

Ok, first of all the food is ok-ok. Any nandhini or blah blah sagars have better I guess. And the prices are way too high for the quality they offer. To top it soaring high taxes. Masala papad is 85 bucks.. LMAO! Oh plus taxes.<br/><br/>I have taken a pic of the bill. Check out our bill before taxes and after taxes.<br/><br/>Service and other stuff is good. But, overpriced.

Service - Dissapointed<br/><br/>We had been for lunch in month of August along with office colleagues during a weekday. We wanted to have ala carte but there was push from the waiter to go for buffet. It was only when the manager intervened that they agreed to give us ala carte.<br/><br/>The staff seems to be not completely trained for good communication with customers (as probably they were only expecting customers going for buffet).<br/><br/>One incident was when waiter got us a garlic kulcha with til on top of it while we ordered for garlic naan. When pointed it out, he insisted it is the same dough! But finally agreed to change it when we asked if there would be til on naan ?<br/><br/>Other being that deserts were served out in plastic cups directly out of fridge as the waiter didnt have the minimum patience to transfer into serving bowls!!!<br/><br/><br/><br/>Food - Happy<br/><br/>There was special "Festive Menu" going on and we ordered both veg and non-veg food. Mushroom starter was excellent as well as the prawns one. The main course of indian breads with curries (palak kofta, dal makhani and minced chicken curry) were all good. Deserts - jamun was very good and phirni was OK.<br/><br/><br/><br/>Ambience - OK<br/><br/>The place is quite simple with series of tables arranged in long rows. The music was loud and later not audible at all.

Decent ambience and great food. Although Zaica doesn’t exactly fall under the same pocket friendly spectrum like Moriz or Jade which are in the same area but the food here surely makes up for the price difference. I have visited this place a couple of times with friends and both the times I was fairly impressed by their food. Their veg dishes are as good as any of the non-veg ones. I am usually not a big fan of any kind mix vegetables but in my recent visit, as I was late, my friends ordered “Diwani Veg Handi” for me. To be honest, it was amazing! The gravy was delightful and the vegetables inside were aptly fried. Their Chicken and Kulchas were great too. <br/><br/>There is no specific theme or much stuff to look around still the ambience is pretty decent. I like it better at dinner time as compared to an earlier visit for lunch. Service is good too. All in all, Zaica is a good place to enjoy a great meal with friends and family at a decent price. Will I go again? Sure :)

Food quality is good but service needs improvement. Double check your order, on few occasion they goofed up.

Location: Nice, easily reachable<br/>Parking: Available and courteous securities<br/>Ambiance: Good ambiance and nice place to spend some time<br/>Food: Horrible. We opted for the lunch buffet and very few options they had. Main course was a terrible. <br/>Service: It's okay, still not very professional

Hello,<br/><br/>Had been to Zaica for Lunch buffet. 14 of them from my company. Since it was a Tuesday the restaurant was completely empty. <br/><br/>Was greatly disappointed with the food and its quality. Soup was watery and could hardly find any chicken pieces in the soup. Biryani was stale and was actually smelling. When I reported it to the manager he said its smelling because they have added curd, not sure what logic it was. Though it was obvious that there was a known mistake done, these guys were reluctant to agree. Other stuff like panner gravy and egg curry looked like it were reheated and smelling lightly. <br/><br/>In desserts, they had kept kala jamun, but I guess the number of Jamun were less so they had cut the jamoon and kept. <br/><br/>Strictly no no to this restaurant again, don't want to spoil my health. <br/><br/>If any one can help me out to complain in the food department it will be great. Want to lodge a complaint against the restaurant for serving stale food.
Mohit
Food doesn't taste good at all.<br/>Have to tell everything to the staff, like even to bring spoon.<br/>Tried the nimbu chicken starter which was not at all good.
Manish Bhandari
Food doesnt tastes good. And on complaining they say thats hows the food tastes.Later they cancelled few items from the bill. Still give a second thought before visiting the place.

Zaica --- I have been to this place with my team and we did not find any food options in lunch buffet , taste is ok , but 420 per person is too much, they will not serve you anything , starters options are very less.<br/><br/>Ambience : 4/5<br/>Food Quality : 2/5<br/>Lunch Buffet : 1.5/5<br/>Service : 1/5

Zaica ! I had been here for lunch buffet & didn't really like the food much. <br/>They serve North Indian food which was normal, not many varieties & even the dessert section is just normal with less options.<br/>Those who like North Indian food will like this place. Cost for the buffet is also less so its worth to try once. <br/>Ambiance is good & neat. Service was good too.

Taking almost 2 hours to fulfil a home delivery order, when the distance to be covered is just 2km, is simply unacceptable. Don't offer a service if you are incapable of fulfilling it. It's a shame that we spent our entire evening waiting for you, when all we wanted was to have a pleasant family dinner. We opted for home delivery only because there were elders present, and we thought it would be more convenient for them. Thanks for ruining it completely, and for keeping us hungry endlessly. You are just pathetic! Be warned, everyone.

Worst service ever had .... The staff of zaica donot know what is the meaning of buffet .... They r always behind the customer telling that the food will be served to the table .... The customer has no free ambience .... On top they serve spoilt biriyani
Ambika Goyal
Quite a descent place to have lunch or dinner with your friends and family. they serve normal north indian food, I didn't find any extraordinary feature in the taste.. Service is prompt and the restaurant is well maintained from inside.. Not very heavy on pocket also! Maybe you can try the lunch buffet, its kind of worth a shot!!
Aakanksha Saini
This place doesnt look like much from outside but the food will change your opinion about it. Their veg platter has some really nice starters. Had kadai paneer and dal tadka here. Both tasted good. Gajar ka halwa here is a must try. The service is also commendable. Also value for money.
Arunsri81
The food is generally good in the evening. Disappointing aspect was that the menu on zomato and what the restaurant has are very different. The prices are also different for items that exisy on both menua. Either updation or verification by zomato will help

Service is a tad slow.<br/>Big place.<br/>Try mili jhuli subzi <br/>buffet - not worth it

The worst possible restaurant I have visited in Bangalore.<br/>Managers in the restaurant have no respect and sense of how to treat or talk to customers and were behaving badly as if they are doing a favor by serving food to the customers. <br/>On top of it vegetarians were served chicken in their food.. Shame on this restaurant and its staff, specially the order taking managers.
Nitin Hajela (TheFoodieTales.com)
ZAICA DINE & WINE at Brookefields is one of the prominent north indian dining place in that area that is very close to CMRIT.<br/>Situated on the first floor , it has two dining areas, one for banquet and another for ala carte dining whose ambiance is decently good.<br/>Let's talk about the food here. The cuisine is primarily north indian and the preparations are average.<br/>The service is wee bit slow but works well if you are not in hurry.<br/>This place is worth trying as some of their dishes are good and some are not.<br/>My rating is 3/5 for Zaica.

First Experience with Zaica is Horrible. And 'm sure that i'll never visit again Zaica. Food is not at all worth for Money. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Ambiance is super but food and Taste in not meeting expectation if see at the cost of food. For example one Gulab Jamoon for Rs 125!!!!! Think they would have imported it:)

Completely agree with Ankush ! Went to Zaica myself last week and found the food was too good ! Your right ...some reviews can be deceptive ! Will definitely recommend this place.
Ankush !
Reviews for this place aren't up to mark But we still decided to give it a try as there was some special Lohri Punjabi Food Festival organised at this place & we decided to take a chance & visit this place ... Must say i am glad i took the chance :)<br/><br/>Sometimes ratings / reviews can be deceptive unless one tries himself :p<br/><br/>Food was pretty good ... be it Starters, Main Course, Deserts .. there was array of Food items & everything i tasted was delicious .. To get Sarson ka Saag with makkai ki roti in Bangalore is something unimaginable ... Full marks for that !<br/>Saag panneer, Gosht, Kukkad ( I am forgetting the exact name of dishes :p ) everything was Bahutt hi vadiyaa :)<br/><br/>Desert - halwa n Rabri ... Yummmliouuss :)<br/><br/>I guess coz of Lohri Punjabi Food Festival organised by Zaica, all emphasis was making this food festival work & must say they succeeded. Everything i tasted was zestful !<br/><br/>Ambiance - 4/5<br/>Food - 4/5<br/>Service - 4/5<br/>VFM - 4/5

The service is very very slow and waiting time can be 30 minutes....<br/>Parking area stinks<br/>The manager is very arrogant and rude and doesn't know how to behave with kids...<br/><br/>I will suggest not to waste your hard earned money in this restaurant..

Yesterday night, I along with my infant son, wife and mother got in to restaurant, only to find all the tables occupied. Manger asked us to wait for 30 mins, but managed to get us a table in 15 mins, that too the one with Sofa, understanding our needs as my infant son can sleep on the Sofa while we eat, though we explicitly did not requested. I appreciate the manager for his consideration and customer focus. Till then experience was very good. <br/><br/>Having said the good part, food was very ordinary. Soup was very diluted, also the quantity was very less. Non Veg curries were very oily ( In fact my mother asked me "are we paying for the curry or for the Oil" ) and Mutton was not properly cooked. Veg Biryani was also not quite up to the expectation.<br/><br/>To sum it up, It was average. <br/><br/>Ambiance & Service was good but Food, let us down big time. Considering that there are not many good restaurants in its proximity, it may continue to do good business but they have to improve the quality of food to attract the customers regardless of the presence of competition.
Nayanesh Gupte
Very few options in starters as well in main course considering charges.<br/>Juice was totally waste. <br/>A/c was off. Suffocating!<br/>Not worth!

Good food but bad service. They are understaffed to handle even half their capacity

Zaica!! Great food but bad service<br/><br/>I happened to go to this place on a valentines day with few friends.<br/>Firstly it was crowded like hell secondly it was almost an hour since we got the seat and we ordered and no one came to even serve water.<br/><br/>That was a big turn of but i must tell you the indian food is just on top of the world.<br/><br/>Finger licking good.. So kudos to the chef.

Close driving distance from ITPL and easily accessible within the IT sector framework within Whitefield is perhaps the only reason that I can think of why people should visit this restaurant! The buffet is like how any other normal average buffet should be or even is but the food is nothing remarkable or worth writing home about ! The basement parking has a problem in the sense that large groups cannot be accommodated and also the entire area stinks owing to the sewage system! The seating and ambience are alright but again nothing extra ordinary.<br/><br/>Try the buffet if you want an okayish cheap option for a group outing or a company sponsored lunch where there isn't much budget!
Dinesh
Well, i can't complain much for the amount they've charged.... 2 nonveg startewand two veg starter's, good biryani, decent desserts in lunch buffet. Though the variety is less, they've covered it with the taste. The ambiance was good and all the itema were tasty.. One of the places i would recommend for team outings in and around itpl and whitefield.....
Soumyaroop Dutta
Was ok. But gave our entire team food infection after we had been there for our team outing. Can't be a coincidence. 7/10 of us had a upset stomach next day

A good Place to visit if you want to go for a fine dine on a fine lazy day. Nice ambiance with the touch of dim light.<br/>Food is good ,if you are missing a good North Indian cuisine you can give a shot to this place. Food is delicious and comes with quite a many options on the plate. Along with food you have an option to choose from a variety of beverages.<br/>Service is also good.<br/>If you want to have a break from your routine fine dine places. The first visit to Zaica was good.<br/><br/>Food - not very spicy but good. Quantity is a wee bit less.<br/>Ambiance - Decent dimly lighted ambiance. Gives each table a decent privacy.<br/>Service - Slow. Whether the restaurant is crowded or empty, service takes same time. <br/>Price - Expensive when you consider the quantity.<br/>Parking (needs a special mention) - Restaurant building hardly has any parking space available.<br/><br/>Overall - Nothings special about it. You should visit it when you run out of options to try new restaurants.<br/><br/>Note: if you accidentally fill the form they give you at the end of your dinner, they will be the first to wish you on your b-day or anniversary (even before your family can) and tell you that you get 10% discount on your total bill if you dine with them on the day. To me its sheer unsolicited calling.

Had been to Zaica long time ago and got a chance to revisit the place on Tuesday. I must say I was impressed that the the quality of food has improved.<br/><br/>It was Tuesday night and hence we did not book the table in advance. We ordered our Fresh lime soda and it was good. No doubts that we were going to enjoy our meal.<br/><br/>For the starters we ordered murgh ke parchay and galauti kebab both were good. The galauti Kabab was really good with melting in the mouth. It was indeed very rich.<br/><br/>Main course. - Mutton Biryani, Murgh korma, ulta tawa, wariki paratha, Dal and phirni. <br/><br/>By the way the Mutton Biryani was devoured I could assume it was good. The rotis were ok But the Dal was amazing, cooked just right with the taste lingering in the mouth. <br/><br/>The portions on the Biryanis were small :-(<br/><br/>The place is a touch expensive even if you consider the interiors and the ambience. <br/><br/>However to conclude Taste is really good but a touch on the expensive side
Yash
Have been here few times ... I can say that they are consistent in the quality of their food.<br/>Their chicken shorba is good ... but almost everytime i had to sent it back since it was not hot enuf<br/>The ambience is good .. and the staff is cordial .. but can be more attentive<br/>The quality is decent enuf and the only decent restaurant in this area which i am comfortable enough to entertain guests.<br/>I guess they should think of adding chinese in their menu .. but not complaining

Both I and my husband love this place... for their Buffet lunch. Service is good and so is the food. Being near to my residence... this is one place we often opt for when we are not in a mood to have food at home on weekends...
Silpika_says_so
The worst of the worst buffet i ever had in Bangalore.<br/>We went for a small farewell party in a group of 10 and as most of them were veg, vegeterians went for ala-carte and we 3 non-vegeterians zerod down for buffet seeing the options.<br/>No doubt everything looked flattering at 420/- per head. But when it came to taste, evrything went horiibly wrong. The chaat counter had no-1 to serve, so missed it. The soups were cold. The salald plates were empty and re-filling was not donr till the end. Starters-the veg stateers were good(panner tikka and hara bhara kebab) but the non-veg starters were raw. On complaining the manager, we were served a well cooked startes plate on our table which again had no marination and the core was raw. Starters were complete disaster. Then our main course came for our rescue, mutton biryani, jingha masala and chkn lababdar. All 3 were good. They also had curd rice and other stuffs but i just wanted to ignore everything after the 1st exp.<br/>The desserts had just ice-cream and some fruits.<br/>ALthough the veg-ciounter part were happy with their al-carta menu and taste. They had a hara bhara kebab and veg platter which looked good and as said by my frnds, tasted good. Main course-dal,naan and some veg curry which were also average.<br/>So a waste of 420/- per head is it at Zaica.<br/>People please avoid this place for buffet.
Riyas Ibrahim
We used to visit for Lunch Buffet. This place has a descent ambiance and food is good. Not too much to see, but what ever is served in buffet is good. Dont expect a variety of desserts, just 1 or 2. Haven't tried Ala Ca-rte, have heard that its expensive when compared to what is served and that's the review from all. I would say this would be an ideal place for office outings on a lunch Buffet.
Ashima Seth
An very average ambience, and even average food, the Buffet here has very limited Items and nothing special about it, so I would only go there if other places i the vicinity are full and have to have a quick lunch. <br/><br/>How ever the positive about the place is that they serve liquor, and in brookfileds there are not many joints which are standalone restaurants serving booz, so yes if someone is looking for Booz along with a meal this place is recomended.
Rahul Dhingra
They have very limited options but then The food here is very good in whatever little variety is kept for the Buffets. The Service though needs a tremendous improvement and a complete overhaul. The prices on their liquor is also pretty decent one gets to drink quite a lot in the same cost as compared to the other joints in the vicinity.<br/>A definite recommendable place and would love to go back here.
Maanya Jayaram
Our team went to Zaica, brookfield today - after a long time... we were pleasantly surprised by the change ! The buffet has a new look... they even have a chaatwala making delicious papdi chaat and gol gappas !.<br/><br/>The paneer and the chicken tikkas were the melt-in-your mouth ... the main course was great too.<br/><br/>I'm surely going back there again soon, this time with my lil one, I believe they have a great weekend buffet with fun stuff like balloon crafting for the kids on the weekends...<br/><br/><br/>----- 17 Jan, 2013 -----<br/><br/>Awesome food ! great servie... will definitely recommend this place to all my friends... really chilled out place... whats more the complimentary beer with the reasonably priced buffet was a real surprise ! great value for money...

Ambience ok. Environment good. Service was nice but not too quick. Ordered Prawn Biryani. Prawns were fresh. Taste was goodm Pricing optimum!

Zaica Dine & Wine - Place we have chosen for Team Lunch.<br/><br/>we have decided to dine in Zaica as per previous friends reviews and suggestion.<br/>I wonder,Zaica become bad now days or from the beginning they have been like that!!!!!!!!.<br/><br/><br/>Lets share few things which i came across in Zaica.<br/><br/>Entered Zaica with warm welcome from supporting staff and checked in the Booked table for us.<br/>Initially(Only at that time only) Ambience of that place is awesome..Neatly organized tables with natural sun lights looks like perfect place to have lunch..Within matter of few minutes Ambience which looks awesome changes into disgusting.<br/><br/>Service started with complimentary drink. Here comes the beginning point of Zaica latest strategy(WAIT & HAVE). We have waited for ten minutes to get and we are ok for that small usual waiting time.<br/><br/>Next we went for starter items.Only we have got Chats and soups on first attempt, remaining all starter's we need to wait for long long long time to fill it again. They have served two veg and two Non veg starter's.To taste Veg starter i need to visit three times to get few of that.Same happened for Non veg as well but visit time will be Two.Time they take to fill it up is worsttt. If they decided to fill it up they bring with 5-10 pieces.I wonder how they accept to dine in ample people when their service is not upto peoples count.Expected waiting time to taste all starter's atleast will be 20-30 mins.<br/><br/>Now next turn with Roti and Naan. They won't place Roti and Naan in buffets,we need to order how much we want based on order it ll be delivered to respective table on time!!!!!!!!!!!.<br/>As our table gets separate into two tables, one table gets roti bit early other table we waited a lot lot lot, said to 2 server's and 2 mangers as well and got half quantity we placed at last after four attempts..Remaining half we trusted it will come,By the mean while we went to take rice items.Expected waiting time for Roti will be shared at last.<br/><br/>Rice items:- one Veg and one non veg(Dum Biryani). Both the items is not so great. But we can have.Medium taste.Expected waiting time to taste all will be 5-10 mins(Improved!!!).<br/>Then we hit to curd rice(Only dish in Zaica which has no waiting time)..Taste is below the par.<br/><br/>Then we moved to Dessert items. They placed one sweet, one halwa and one flavor Ice cream..Only part of Zaica has tasted above the Par compared to other items..I have gone through these items many times since it has been time gap fillers for other items to filled again. But for getting icecream we have waited.Expected waiting time will be 5-15 mins.<br/><br/>Finally fruit salad.Mostly salad filled with Watermelon and pineapple,At rare we have noticed Apple but it get finished within 1-2 mins.Time they take to fill this worst as well.Expected waiting time to taste will be 5-10 mins(Pineapple and watermelon) and 15-25 mins(Apple along with other two).<br/><br/>Then we have decided to move on finally and half our team left and we are in the transit stage,to be amazed the remaining half roti came to our table saying our remaining half roti!!!!!.<br/>Expected waiting for Roti/Naan will be time when we finish buffet and in time of transit!!!!.<br/><br/>Service :- 2/10<br/>Ambience :- 5/10<br/>Food quality:-5/10<br/>Food quantity:-4/10<br/>Value for money:-4/10<br/><br/>Bottomline:-<br/>1.If you guys have patience to wait and have, then prefer Zaica.<br/>2.If you like chicken alone without considering what flavor it will be,then prefer Zaica.<br/>3.If you want to have complimentary Drink(BEER) alone with lunch, then prefer Zaica.<br/><br/>If you want to have good food with good quality then please reconsider...It not worth to what we spend.<br/>Its touch even to consider as option for lunch/dinner again at Zaica.
Peter North
Hi<br/>went to zaica before 2 weeks.I heard some good review about this restaurant and went there.<br/>Believe me guys. This is is one of the worst restaurants I ever went.<br/>The waitors are roaming here and there without doing anything. They are not available whenever you call them. Also there is a delay in serving.<br/>About the food.<br/>Ordered biriyani.(Dont know why they call it a biriyani)-0/10<br/>starters-2.5/5<br/>Soup-0/5<br/>some mutton and chicken gravies-0/10(only bone was there.no mutton)
Cabha Rufus
Last week went there... The quality and taste tey provide was not good as before

I had a Very BAD experience with Zaica.<br/>We 25 people as a group went today (18/06/2013) to Zaica for lunch Buffet.<br/>They placed NON-VEG soup in the place of VEG Soup carelessly and 10 colleageus including me among us had Non-Veg soup by thinking that its veg soup.<br/>When we complined to the Mgmt. they just said sorry.<br/>So, If anybody is having concerns on eating NON-VEG, please do not go to ZAICA.<br/>Other BAD Exeperiences:<br/>1. No A/c<br/>2. Hospitality is not good<br/>3. Items are not filling on time as and when they finished.<br/>4. Rest rooms are very bad.

I cant rate the food here! the reason is I wasn't served any!<br/><br/>Went in on Saturday Eve, the place was relatively less loaded, should have been an indicator for us! We were seated, served water and provided with the menus. <br/><br/>After this we waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited ..... called them to take the order ....and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited ... called again .... and waited and waited and waited and waited and waited finally ran out of patience and got up and left.... when leaving the waiter asked what happened sir? I told him don't have the patience for your delays, no reaction. they were ok with it ! had left a 100 bucks for the water and papad :(...<br/><br/>I would obviously not go back!

I happen to be in Bangalore for a vacation and thought of ordering food from ZAICA since the place that I am putting up, this restaurant seemed nearby. We had few people coming up for diner and hence oredred the food by 8 pm. We ordered Amritsari Kulcha, Dal Makhani, Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Biryani and 2 pineapple raita. <br/><br/>The guy taking the order told that the order will reach in about 40 minutes and we waited for the food to come till 9.30 PM before the guy actually turned up. A good 50 minutes delay from the committed time by the restaurant which obvisoulsy was not appreciated by me. On checking the bill, we found that they had added items not even ordered by us. After some deliberation, the bill was rectified to reflect the correct amount.<br/><br/>The food I would say is of average quality and atleast the non-veg was not upto the expectations at all. The tandoori chicken was completely tasteless and had no flavor to it other than the external crust. Due to lack of proper marination, the inside of the chicken was completely dry and had become hard due to the time lag of delivering the food. The Chicken Biryani was again a complete put off. The rice was completely dry and tasteless and no where resembled the famous "South Style" biryani. There was hardly any masala in the rice nor any aroma. The Amritsari Kulcha/ Dal Makhani was the only saving grace. The Raita had become "bitter" by the time it reached our house and hence again a complete waste since we couldn't have the raita.<br/><br/>I would rate my overall experience to be an "unpleasant one" and a complete waste of the money spent in ordering the food.

I have been to this place many times because its just in front of our office. The food is very good here if you do not go for buffet.<br/>I went last weekend for buffet after looking their ad in newspaper which said nice north Indian recipes will be served.I didnt like most of them. The starters were very hard(chicken) and were tasteless. The paneer tikka was either not available or it has only tomatoes and onions. Finally i got after 2 -3 tries and it was ok.<br/>Main course was not so bad and rice items tasted good.<br/>Now comes the main part ...i asked the waiter for one roti and he brings me in 5 mins, but it was like they prepared it in the morning.I ate half of it and went for rice.<br/>Desserts had a story too...i went to the desserts counter and there was halwa and no ice cream and gulab jamun.I asked the waiter to get these two...after 5 min ice cream came.I waited 10 more mins but no gulab jamun and i went to my seat. After 15 min checked again but nothing happened.<br/>I asked the waiter again and i heard the same reply---"Aa raha h sir"(Its coming) n i asked him "kahan se aa raha h?" (from where it is coming?).Then he realized that this person is not going without eating gulab jamun and went inside and brought something else(rasgulla type sweet) because there were no gulab jamun left...isnt it funny :-)<br/>These people were trying to make me fool for half n hour!!<br/>What kind of service is this..;-)<br/>OK lots of criticism...now the good part!!<br/>U go for ala-carte and you will be treated good....food is good and you will return satisfied except some more bucks spent..

Had thought for a quick dinner but then hubby got interested in beer so we left Oliver's n went to Urban Edge. Nah . . We went to Zaica for reasons I am yet to explore. Same beer brands are 40% enensive at Urban Edge ? ? ? Does a bar liscence differ for a pub n restaurants n I know that the owner is the same so I am sure its the same license for the ground n 1st floor. <br/><br/>They also have a party hall at the 1st floor which will be fine for party of 50 odd. <br/>The place is a fine dinning with cloth napkins n not paper ones. Music is onky in background for you to enjoy your conversation. Our waiter on enquiring was well versed n also gave us a copy of party menus n all other details. Aslam or Alam I am not sure was polite, promt, non pocky n above all an asset to Zaica.<br/><br/>Among 2 of us we prdered 4 pints (hubby says they should be banned n only bottles should be manufactured) Beers were cold n leeche drink was nice but the starter qty was really less. 225/- for 4 small pieces of chicken was really not worth. That goes as a general comment. Zaica is expensive for the food qty they serve.<br/><br/>Served papad n chutney which is rare by default which is rare in banglalore. Biynanis were good. Veg biryani was a mix b/w biryani n Chinese but tasted yumm. Special mention of chicken biryani - masala was not over powering. It was a perfect blend of khada masala. Loved it as in Bangalore biryani means its either ammis - yuk or hyderabadi - bearable only.<br/>To top it was roasted onions in right qty. Qty was less<br/><br/>Service was fine but billing was confusing.<br/><br/>GENERAL COMMENT TO ZAICA N ALL RESTAURANTS- DONT MISGUIDE AND PRINT THE FINAL PRICING. IT REALLY CALLS FOR RULE<br/> BY THE CONSUMER FORUM. We never know what are they taxing on n what not.Like I guess there should be no VAT on drinks but why there should be service tax on bottled drinks ??

Zaica is amidst the centre of Cosmos and CMR area and features at a good location.<br/>The ambience here is very nice and this is why I went to this place as it was in my list from quite a long time.<br/>I went there for a dinner.<br/>We ordered few startes which were just okay.<br/>For main course, I ordered malai kofta and naans.<br/>Malai Kofta was one of the bad ones and I think this is the same for all the vegetarian dishes here.<br/>The naans were ok but nothing special.<br/><br/>The most important observations is that this place is overpriced for what it offers and I don't want to go back to this place again.

Today We have been to Jaica. Food taste is below average and no of items are less(non-veg).<br/>Total cost will be food cost + 30% of food cost(taxes).<br/>Overall it is not that much good, better don't preffer.<br/><br/>Thanks.

1st shot I would say... Food is nice here.<br/><br/>Well let me rate this individually <br/><br/>Food Quality -- 4/5<br/>Food Quantity -- 5/5<br/>Food Test -- 5/5<br/><br/>People -- 2/5<br/>Waiting time -- 4/5<br/>Waiting for order to come -- 2/5<br/><br/>Value for money -- 4/5<br/><br/>Let me be little verbose about the People here. The manager need some behavior. The way he speaks as if the restaurant belongs to him and he is doing a favor by taking order and responding to you. "I don't care" attitude.<br/><br/>Zaica ... Listening this? <br/>Change your manager or his behavior/attitude. <br/>Food is more testy with good behavior.

Sort of ok restaurant, we went there for buffet, not very expensive however we did not like quite much the food quantity, a good place if you want to go in a group where ambience is required but then dont expect much of a taste, may be these ppl need to work out a bit on providing tasty food

If ypu are looking for buffet then this is not the right place. Very less variety for both veg n non veg. Avoid it if you r planning for treat.

We have celebrated our friend wedding party in Zaica on 04/02/2013. The beer was complementary with the buffet, but it is not informed till lunch finish. All waiter were pushing us to take the Lassi, which we didn't order & thought it is part of buffet. When we requested to compensate the lassi bill with beer, The management responded in very rude manner & started arguing with us. Their business way are completely unethical.<br/>- Ambience is good<br/>- The food was okay, but starter are not served hot.<br/>- Management need to learn how to talk with customer.<br/>- Not much option for Non-veg guys.

Went to this place with 20 people for the treat. The ambiance is good. For vegetarian it was ok, but for non-veg people not much options with just one starter. Rice was ok. desert also not much options.<br/><br/>Worst part was that beer was complementary with lunch but did not come to know till the end. Only after seeing other people came to know about this. The server was only asking about lassi/soda which is paid one. Manager also did not agree for discount for not suggesting beer.<br/><br/>Its not great place to give your treat.

Great place for dinner with family and friends. Loved the attention given. If you are a seafood lover, Lasooni Jinga is a must try.<br/><br/>All in all wonderful treat for tastebuds.<br/><br/>Keep it up.

Food:<br/>I have visited the place only when they were serving the buffet. One interesting fact about the buffet at Zaica is that is served with a pint of Beer (a Budweiser usually).<br/>The food is OK. The reason I say OK is because sometimes because the food is kept on a constant flame the meat tends to lose its tenderness and eventually does not please the pallate. The vegeterian dishes are good and the desserts are really good - its either Rajbhog / Icecream / Fruits with Ice Cream / Rice Kheer / Gulab Jamun with Ice Cream (Yum...Yum...Yum...). They also serve one Chaat item - which also tastes fresh and definitely a good snack with some beer. Overall really good time for veggies and if you hog on the non veg as soon as it hits the hotplate the Non Veg is not bad either.<br/><br/>Ambience:<br/>Really good ambience. Large windows which allows natural light into the restaurant and at night some really beautiful dim lights which set up the mood. A large television in the dining hall definitely lives upto the expectations especially during the sporting season.<br/><br/>Overall Experience:<br/>The reception at the restaurant is really good as your guided to the table you will occupy and if you are waiting there is seating area. Courteous Staff. No billing issues. Overall a nice place to have a good meal with family / friends or colleagues.<br/><br/>Overall Experience:

Couple of days back visited Zaica in Brookefield. I almost everyday pass through this restaurant on my way from office and I had always wanted to try it out - So one day landed in Zaica with family. <br/><br/>The restaurant is on the first floor - but we could find how to get to the first floor since there were no clear signs on which way to go. In the end we were guided up there by the person in Nilgiris. First impressions on entering Zaica - Spacious, dimly lit which is to my taste, pretty good ambiance. As soon as we entered we were guided to a table - unfortunately the table was just beside a larger group which was having a Birthday Party and understandably were loud. We asked to be shifted somewhere farther - but the person who brought us to the table was not happy about it. In the end they obliged. So not a great start ...<br/>Now on to the food, we order Palak Shorba as our soup and for starters went with Chatpata Aloo Kurkuri and Murg Lasooni. First sip of the soup and all the doubts we had of the place due to our experience thus far just vanished. The soup was perfectly cooked and hit all the right spots on the tongue to give a very pleasurable feeling. The veg starter was pretty much like a spring roll but with potatoes in them - I would say they were just ok. The chicken was succulent and juicy/spicy - the way I would have expected. Full marks to the chef for a wonderful chicken starter <br/>For the main course we went with Kadai Paneer and Lazeez Tikka Masala - both were nice. We also order an assortment of bread as we wanted to try different varieties. I would not recommend the Khasta Roti which was not that great but the rest of the varieties were good. <br/>For Dessert, we order rasmalai and Pan flavored ice cream (which they claimed to be their specialty). The Rasmalai was very good - gave you just the right amount of sugary feeling and the rasmalai "balls" were soft and fresh. The dampner was the Pan falvored ice cream - we got a feeling as if they had just put beetle leaves and ice cream into a mixer and produced that ice cream. So would not recommend that. <br/>Towards the end the servers i guess took a liking for us and the manager came over to enquire about the quality of food etc. All in all I would say it was a good experience other than for couple of hiccups - but I guess small things are unavoidable.<br/>I would recommend trying it out ... (Think the right rating i would give is 3.5 for the experience)

Went here for a team lunch buffet today. Ambience is good, they have 3-4 large tables which can accomodate 12 persons. Most of the crowd was from the offices in the neighborhood, like us. Buffet included 2 Soups, 3 Starters (1 Nv, 2 V), Salad/chat station, Indian breads, Dal makhani, 1 Paneer, 1 chicken & 1 Egg main dish each, Chicken Biryani, Peas Pulav, Curd Rice. Desserts - Rossogullas, Doodi halwa, Ice cream & cut fruits. The veg starters were OK, but I heard the tandoori chicken was very good. The breads were cripy and freshly made, and were served at the table. Paneer dish and peas pulav were also good, but the highlight for me was Dal Makhani, which was very well made. Heard from my friends that the Chicken Biryani was good too. Desserts were disappointing. Although, rossogullas were OK, the Doodhi halwa was awful! We asked for the welcome drink as it was mentioned in some website. They said they could only offer free Budwizer beer, which tasted watery and sad! For 347 (incl of tax and service charge @ 8%) there are several other better places to try out!

Terrible experience! Staff badly behaved! Food below average, the Manager, Dharma Rao, should be immediately SACKED! He is the most atrociously behaved person in the hospitality! No clue how to handle clients!! Poor arrangements to take reservations! Too much Attitude! Not acceptable in the overcrowded hospitality industry!!!!! Even 1 star is too high rating for the place!

Fraternization of local restaurants has become the order of the day because of "traffic phobia" (wonder if there is another word for it??)-I am getting into a "ghetto (Whitefield) mind set??" K R Puram and Marthahalli-Choke points!!<br/><br/>Therefore this weekend it was decided to dine, not wine, at Zaica! Off for lunch-parking-they have a very musty smelling basement-totally empty! The lift starts from the ground floor though there is an option for it at the Basement. Walked up the stairs to build up on our "empty tummies".<br/><br/>Pleasantly surprised on the ambiance-very plain but inviting. Greeted and escorted to a table immediately-lucky because very soon after the tables were full.<br/><br/>Did not realise that there was a buffet on, so asked for the menu-immediately informed by the staff that Ala-Carte would take over half an hour or more and keep insisting on recommending the buffet. The wife and I are not the buffet types as though large in size but small on the intake. As we had parked the car in the basement-sat ourselves at a vantage point we decided to partake of the buffet though affronted by the pressure tactics of dissuading us from ordering from the Menu.<br/><br/>The Buffet-quite a fair spread for Rs 275 approx (with taxes mounted to 350 each). The spread:-<br/>Railway mutton curry-very good!! Chicken beetroot-wife loved it. The Biryani was good that we both went back for more. The curd chutney was nice and tangy and the "raita' had the right flavours. <br/><br/>The vegetarians side of the buffet-the paneer was too chewy and the curry sweet and sour which did nothing to the dish. The spinach and corn fries left the palette coated and with pretty unpleasant after taste. The dal makhani was okay so was the ghee rice.<br/><br/>Desserts:- Total apology of one! They had a mish mash of Indian sweets broken into pieces with vanilla ice cream. Their white pumpkin halwa saved the day.<br/><br/>So it was a day of the "good the bad and the ugly"-thank the Lord that the good was in the majority on the carnivores side. Will rate it as an average place-if in a hurry, running late and passing by-do stop over.

Zaica Dine & Wine is a restaurant located in Brookfields, Whitefield and right above Nilgiris Supermarket, so you cannot miss it.<br/><br/>It's a small restaurant with one floor. The ambience is soft and sober and the background music is quite soothing. So if you feel like going somewhere to eat on a weekday or weekend, and you are in and around this area, then do try out Zaica.<br/><br/>I happened to be in Whitefield on a rainy Wednesday evening and was feeling really hungry. So my husband, myself, and a few of his friends dropped into Zaica for dinner.<br/><br/>There were 4 of us in total, 3 non-vegetarians and 1 vegetarian. It didn't take us long to order as we had an idea of what we wanted to eat. <br/>For appetizers, we ordered one Veg Sheek Kabab which had a sufficient amount of pieces for not just me to eat since I was a vegetarian, but for the others as well. The kabab was cooked just right and went well with the mint chutney that was served on the side. The second appetizer we ordered was the Makai Kalimirch Shorba which was also very tasty and went well with the mint chutney.<br/><br/>I am a big fan of Malai Kofta and decided to order this as it had been a long time since I had eaten this yummy dish. Just like the description in the menu, the koftas were soft and delicate, made with paneer and potato and was cooked in Indian spices gravy. This went well with the Garlic Naan which I had ordered. The Naan was soft and the right amount of garlic flavor was in each piece.<br/>The non-veggies ordered Murg Lahori which is chicken marinated with grounded Indian spices cooked in spicy masala. I heard the dish was very spicy and had to be eaten along with raitha to cool down the stomach! Along with this, the non-veggies ordered roti which was not too hard and not too soft. <br/><br/>The quantity given is enough for 3 to 4 people, though they say its normally meant for two. So even after one naan and one roti, there was lots of gravy left. Therefore, we ordered for some kulchas which tasted excellent!<br/><br/>No one was interested in dessert as the main course really filled everyone's stomachs to the brim! I happened to have a look at the dessert page which comprises of just three desserts! They were Jilebi, Gajjar Ka Halwa, and Rasmalai. <br/><br/>Here is my overall rating:<br/>Ambience: 5/5 - The place is not too loud or too dull, but just perfect for a simple dinner on a weekday or weekend.<br/>Service: 5/5 - It was quite crowded for a weekday, and the servers did a good job by always attending to us amongst the number of tables that were full.<br/>Food: 5/5 - The Malai Kofta was excellent and the non-vegetarian dishes were delicious as well.

Worst service ever. Our order was taken after sitting for 30 minutes at the table and looking for someone to take our order. Starters came after 45 minutes from then so in total after 1 hour 15 minutes since we entered the restaurant. main course finally arrived after 1 hour 45 minutes and it was Non-Veg though we had ordered Veg!! Waiter didn't even knew what it was. Being a strict vegetarian it was pretty disturbing for us because as soon as we tried taking a first bite we felt something is wrong with the food. I would never ever suggest anyone to go there. Worst food experience ever in Bangalore. Serving non-veg food on veg orders, I wish I could file a complaint in the consumer court. I AM NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

Yummy tandoori chicken!! Not a bad experience..<br/>The ambience is neat, pretty well maintained for the price..<br/>Food was good, I highly recommend Tandoori Chicken, Chicken Dum Biryani was nothing to die for and the Tandoori Shaslik was good.. <br/>Gajar ka halwa to end a nice Indian meal was not bad too.. <br/><br/>Nothing out of the world, but a pleasant experience.. <br/><br/>On just another day, when you wish to eat tandoori chicken and nothing to celebrate, you could land here...

Food is expensive and pathetic. Not even comparable to a road side eatery. One of the worst experience I'v ever had. Not recommend at all. People beware.
