Terrible and horrible food counter..i asked for friedrice e and they gave me some pulao. it was clearly seen that the rice was left and they put some vegetables in it..manager was very impolite.never visit or order from here

This is a pretty average place. Ordered the chicken biryani, which had two pieces of chicken and both had more bones than flesh! The biriyani tasted alright, if the quality of chicken was better the while dish would have been better

Worst service ever. Simply overpriced. Common seating for the food court. Food is below average. Service is not even comparable. Fried rice is a disaster. Not suggestable.

Went to gopalan mall for shopping..was really hungry so went to food court...the options are very less...so we thought of settling at this joint as the presentation of the counter looked nice...and there was a board with today's special menu...we ordered biriyani from todays special menu....<br/>And i just want to say one think...<br/>Worst biriyani ever i had... No flavour of any biriyani...so dont know what biriyani the chef was trying to make.. It was just coloured spicy rice with no flavour of biriyani...<br/>1st and last visit to this outlet...<br/>

This was the only outlet selling drinks and so tried it out. Ordered for Mint Lime Soda, but got Mint Lime Juice instead. And it was pretty average. Lime Juice felt like half a lemon was added to water and just served. It was very, very ordinary.<br/><br/>After this ordeal, didn't feel like ordering food from there. Drinks are a big no-no.

Last Saturday, I took my wife and kids to the mall. Afterwards I ordered non veg thali at Imperial Chef. After a long wait of 20 mins, we got the food. The Oil Kababs were nice, also the paratha was soft and tasty, but the gravy smelled horrible. The chicken piece inside the gravy was rotten. When I brought it to the notice of the cashier, he waved me off saying he is giving the same meal to everyone! We vomitted in the wash room. I am fine with food not tasting good. This was incredibly bad food and considering the fact that my little kids took it made it all the more horrible. To top it all the management attitude saying lot of people taking thali, so there is nothing wrong with it. I would request people to please avoid this place if you value health. Also never ever give this food to kids.

My first dineout during my visit to Bangalore was a horror show. When at Gopalan Mall, i decided to opt for this Non Veg Thali here. It was a disaster on a plate. We were served in 10 mins and the rice was sticky as if day old. The kababs, or so they said, were coated and deed fried, biting upon which u end up nothing but bone. And i would like to draw the attention of viewers to the chicken piece on the plate. All that for 180 bucks or so. Total waste.<br/>Soured my day to say the least.

Ohh pathetic food i ordered veg hot and sour soup,Veg fried rice and gobi munchurian worst food i ever had in my life ... I agree with Manjith you want to torture someone take him to this *#$%$&*^ place (We cannot call restaurant) and buy any food (I can bet all the taste horrible)

I went to this place with my colleagues in office for lunch. It's the place not to be visited again. Their special for the day took 45 min. Trust me, when the food was served I couldn't believe biryani can also be so horrible. If you want to punish somebody- make them dine here!!
