Review Pizza Hut - Bengaluru

I recently ordered a new flavor of pizza from Pizza Hut and it was great! The pizzas were fresh and steaming when they arrived, and the medium-sized pizzas were frequently discounted by 50%, making them a great deal at about Rs. 500. It's great to see Pizza Hut innovating with their menu and introducing new flavours. However, there is still some room for improvement. Delivery timelines need to be more consistent, and it would be nice to have more payment options for orders. Overall, the pizzas were excellent and the dinner was well worth the cost. I'd definitely recommend Pizza Hut to anyone looking for a delicious and reasonably priced meal!

Been visited 2-3 times I can say it's a great place to eat hot Pizza 😋 🍕. Mostly not so crowded. Also they'll let you eat there with 50% off on working days.

This is very good effort from Pizzahut to improve customer experience over product at student level budget. I had stopped ordering since last 5 years from here. But today it tempted me looking at price and type of product over internet. Believe me you won't ever regret and would wish to have it again and again. They have improved the taste, base crust and lot of cheese. It melts in the mouth. Good job Pizzahut - I loved it to have at mid night. Keep improving and surprising us. Great job!

This outlet of Pizza Hut is soo good i like the way that they give the service to customer and Good food. they will help to change the order based on the customer request i order Meals for 2 but i dot like the cool drink if i order from swiggy for home delivery i cant change i visit the branch last time i told my request the service person MANI he provide me his call no, any time for the home delivery call me directly and he can change the request even it is combo offer for the customer satisfaction. Thank you MANI for the Tasty food and fast delivery it is soo hot compare to 3rd party delivery. i love to order from same Outlet again

Good pizza great taste. We ordered a stuffed veggie pizza. It took some 20+ mins for the order to be complete. We got a fabelle chocolate as a promotion offer. The pizza when it arrived was hot and tasty. The restroom was neat and clean too.

It can accommodate 15 to 20 people to sit and have. Mostly they deliver or take away. Taste is good. Approximately 20 to 30 mins waiting time on weekends. Two wheeler parking is available. Difficult to park the cars. Most of the time for Medium size Pizza they have 50% off. For 8 pieces of double cheese pizza costs you around Rs.500.

I'm extremely disappointed by the pizza's they make, i ordered a medium size Veg Supreme & it had really less toppings it felt like i was eating bread with cheese that's all, the pizza had no taste whatsoever, I can undoubtedly say that it was the worst pizza I have ever eaten in my life! Never gonna try anything from pizza hut for sure!

Instead of ordering online I walked to the store and order take away. I like the offer the run on veg pizza I ordered one cheese and one corn pizza. The order was taken fast and within 10 mins I had pizza given. Friendly staff and quick response. I like the place usually order pizza from there.

MARGHERITA PIZZA<br/>The best thing on the menu if you're looking for something in a budget. Just the way pizza was meant to be : crust, sauce and cheese.

Instead of opting for pizza delivery, I choose to walk in and ask for a take away. <br/>Feels just like any other pizza hut outlet. <br/>I had to wait for 3-4 min in the queue to place my order.The staff quite fast and took just 2 min to take down my order.  I had the pizza ready in about 15 min. <br/>And, it tasted good!  :-)<br/>I will definitely visit again.

Mr. Ajith Shankar of zomato delivered a good pizza from pizza hut in time with great courtesy. I have enjoyed the pizza thoroughly. However, having said that, I would like to add that your prices could be a little more value oriented. For the size of the pizza I recieved, it is too high a price.

I got the pizza bought by Ajit, no issues in delivery, taste was good but the quantity of the toppings were very less as u can see in the picture.

I am giving it one star for poor service, both by restaurant and the app. I had ordered pizza late at night. The order was cancelled by the restaurant at the last moment. I was denied refund. The loss was two fold basically: One being I was left in extreme hunger late at night. Second, that I wasn't given any refund by the app. Pathetic simply!

Really disappointed with the service of this restaurant and the lack of support provided by Zomato. My food never got delivered and following up with Zomato for more than a week on chat and email both was of no help at all.

Sunday night. I placed an order with Dunzo and looking at Pizza Hut I did not doubt it for a second. The food arrived within an hour and I was shocked to see the quality of cheese garlic bread and the pizza. It is the worst pizza I've ever had. Idon't understand how this place has a 2.3 rating and is still not being taken up seriously by the management.<br/>I strongly recommend a complete quality check for all food items served by this outlet of Pizza Hut.

Pizza's were terrible in this Pizzahut outlet. I used to have pizzas in Dominos only. Got some creditcard rewards points i converted to Pizzahut vouchers. Tha taste was pathetic. Have been for few other Pizzahut. Those were fat better than this. They should take the feedback and improve the food taste they prepare

This review is ONLY about home delivery. The pizzas were cold and not tasty at all. The garlic bread was too salty and packed in a way that it got soggy. I'm sure experience at the restaurant would be much better.

Good pizzas with a twist in taste compared to other makers in market. <br/><br/>Food - 3.5/5 . Superb cheesy garlic sticks. Nice pizza. Though their new launch 'malt brew' is not yet mastered. I gave feedback about my drink that it wasn't tasting good and more like a mild sweetish water and nothing else. He insisted that the taste is supposed to be same. I emphasized that it really isn't good and my feedback should be taken. Also if another sample could be made to taste. He got another one and aha, this time it was tasting perfect.<br/><br/>Seating/Ambience - It's descent and clean.<br/>Service - Okay.<br/><br/>Note to management - Customer views should be taken seriously and respected because they are the one who are making your food to be loved or hated.<br/><br/>Cheers!

I had ordered tandoori paneer and country feast pizza, but when the delivery was made and I opened both the boxes they were the same tandoori pizza. And the pizza was cold, hard and absolutely no cheese. Highly disappointed. I don't think I'm going to buy again from pizza hut. Sorry to say but, the reputation, quality and taste of the pizzas have degraded.

Went recently for a takeaway order at 10:40 pm. More than happy with the experience. Service time was less than 10 mins. Pizza was tasty. The best part came as I was leaving. As I was about to keep the pizza in my bag, one of the staff didn’t let me do that. Said it’ll spoil it. Got a paper bag(for free). Kept the pizza inside with utmost care and handed it over. Felt great.

Such a pathetic experience it was.. first the order came very late.. I don't know for what reason delivery boy was not at all dressed in his uniform.he came in slippers.. when I asked for tissues. One of the worst outlet to place home delivery orders. Ordered few items couple of days ago & they delivered the order after 2 hrs approx ( they promise 30 mins delivery when I place the order). On top of that the delivery guy was so rude when I requested for some seasonings they provide by default. I normally order pizza from Dominos only and had tried Pizza Hut only 2-3 times. So just for change decided to try PH. Order was confirmed at 9.40PM and estimated delivery time was 10.11PM and I even got a message around 10PM saying hot pizza is on their way. It was 10.15 and there was no sign of delivery guy. I couldn't get the store number and called the customer care.They said they will check with store and arrange a call back. 10 mins go by and nothing happens. Again called customer care, repeated the same story and got the same answer. I asked them to give store number and they say they dont have it. Seriously..!! Another 10 mins pass and no call back and by this time I got really angry and I was really hungry. Called up customer care and asked them to cancel the order as it was over an hour. The customer care guy says delay is because of rush etc etc but the store is hardly 1km from my home. It was around 11PM and went myself to store to check what is happening. The store guy says they stop delivery at 9.30PM but still they accepted my order around 9.40PM. They didn't even had the basic courtesy to call me and inform about it. What where they thinking..!! My order was already ready, the pizza was colder than Pepsi. Since it was already late and I was really hungry didn't argue much. The veg supreme pizza was a total disaster. I don't even would like to order pizza for my enemies from pizza hut. Just waste of money. They say buy 1 and get 1. The quality is very very poor. They take more than 1 hour for delivery. Base of pizza is luxury foam bed with extra inches. A search operation is required for few countable toppings.<br/>I will give 5 start if they stop selling pizza and sell only bread.<br/>No order so far got delivered quickly with quality food from here.

Had a 'Buy one, get one offer' for Pan Pizzas. So went for it. Order reached within 30 minutes, which was great. <br/><br/>Country Feast Pizza was pretty ordinary. Tandoori Paneer Pizza was good, but could have been better if the paneer pieces were baked better. <br/><br/>Since we got 2 medium pizzas for 500 bucks, it was a sweet deal indeed.

This is a Pizza Hut "Delivery" store. Fair enough. Placed an order online and paid online on 17th Dec. After placing the order someone from the store calls and says "Sir please come to Bata showroom, our delivery boy will deliver you the pizza there. Else we will cancel the order and you will get a refund in 10-12 days."Note that that Bata showroom what he was talking about is actually 7-8 mins walking distance from my home, 2-3 mins on 2 wheeler. <br/>Astonished, I asked him why can't he deliver it to my home, because based on my delivery location, this store was automatically allocated by the system. To this he replies "If you can come to Bata showroom then good, else I am cancelling the order". To this I gave the go ahead for the cancellation. Fast forward to today: its 18th Jan now. 32 days and still haven't received the refund. I must also add, the issue is not only specific to this particular store but with Pizza Hut in general. Their online order system is totally faulty. Just look at @PizzaHutIN twitter handle, it is filled with customers complaining they never get a refund of cancelled orders. <br/>I am never going to order online from PizzaHut again. In fact, I now completely detest PizzaHut and planning to boycott them altogether if this is their example of customer service.

Went for a dine in at this outlet with not even a single chair occupied, whereas the adjacent dominos was houseful. <br/>Ordered chicken and spicy regular pizza, mousse cake and coke. Pizza was great with expected crunchy crust and mousse as usual good. <br/>Little perplexed service as the cook came out and became cashier, cashier became delivery boy and then some random chap became cashier . <br/>Improvements can be made, I nevertheless had a good time.

I had a very bad experience with this Pizza hut delivery outlet. <br/>We decided to order Pizza one Saturday Afternoon and called their Call center for the same.  They took order and after 5 mins I got a confirmation message that Pizza will be delivered in next 30 mins. After 25 mins the store manager calls me and tells Pizza wont be delivered to my place as the delivery boy is refusing to come but I have to come 500 mts from my place to collect it. <br/>I asked them if that was the case then my order should not have been taken. The store manager very rudely tells me that he cant come and i have to call the call center for further discussion and cuts the phone. <br/>I called call center and they gave me a bizzare explanation that they took the order thinking I will be able to collect the Pizza from 500 mts from my place even when I had never told them that. And now they cant do anything so I have to get my order cancelled. <br/>It was a very unprofessional behaviour. <br/>Please never order Pizza from this outlet. Its just a waste of time. There are better and cheaper outlets nearby than this place.

You guys honestly need to improve. The pizzas at certain outlets are so good. I was so disappointed with this outlet though.<br/>The place was filthy to begin with. Ordered 2 medium pizzas and a pasta for home delivery.The delivery guy showed up after 2 hours of order. One of the worst experiences!!! I ordered a pizza and Garlic Bread Exotica at 9.25. I was told the pizza will be delivered at 9.55. I even got a message that pizza was dispatched at 9.45. <br/><br/>Guess what.. I get the order at 10.50 PM. Icing on cake.. When called the manager, he was a rude guy with no remorse of what happened and instead of being guilty and apologetic, he says "so what it is Bandh we didn't promise time". Don't go to the store neither order online, twice I had bad experience they delivered 2 hrs late and pizza was just waste of money. Store is nasty and don't pay attention to customer.

I have never had any delivery from here but had pizza here so many times. Pretty congested. The place is too small and they have put so many chairs and tables. And they takes minimum 40 minutes to get your food on your table. Rest all is good. Never got disappointed from this place in terms to quality of food.

I had ordered an online pizza pick up on 30th July around 9:30 p.m .I had ordered 2 medium sized pizzas . One on one free. I paid online through internet banking an amount of 680/-.<br/>I did not get any mail/order no in my cell no provided while ordering . So i had no clue on how to check the order status .When i reached at the PHD C V Raman Nagar , the executive said that yes your order is with us. That guy came out and gave me   4 regular sized pizzas and said sorry sir Medium size pizza is over . And all the items were not even hot and eatable .This is how you are providing service to customer .Yor are taking Service and VAT tax as 14% and what service are you providing . Without even asking customers you are giving whatever you have .Why do you say we deliver pizza within 30 mins else free.  And then i asked him that i want to talk to your supervisor . He gave me his own number , saying i am supervisor here . This the worst experience i had in PHD so far. Will never  prefer Pizza hut again . I am going to raise a complaint in Consumer forum as well .

I ordered food from this outlet n the pizza they delivered was pathetic.The crust was too thick n sticky.the most disgusting pizza I ever had !!!

I did lot of mistake by giving order to Pizza Hut. i am living in CV Raman Nager, Bangalore city and ordered the Pizza in the evening time 8:40 PM. Order was supposed to deliver at 9:10 PM but when order didn't come on time and I called to customer care and they started saying about getting a call back in next 5 minutes. After every 10 minutes, I kept calling to customer care and every time new representative picked up the phone and telling the same message about getting the call in next 5 minutes.  When I asked them to contact me to CV Raman Nagar Pizza Hut directly, they denied and told there is no number available to them. It was now 10:30 PM. I again made a call and again provided complete background of order and previous talk. This time, they helped me to conference the Store Owner but unfortunately store manager (Mr. Manoj) didn't pick up the call. Again I got the explanation that I will be getting call in next 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, very first time I got call from customer care and they again tried to connect with CV Raman Nagar store and finally Mr. Manoj picked up the phone.  He started giving his logic of rain and traffic. When I asked him about Pizza Hut delivery commitment then he denied to listen any thing. When I asked to cancel the delivery, he suddenly gave me offer of Rs. 200 discount. At 10:40 PM, I heard door bell and Pizza man came with most awaited Pizza. Till this time, I manage to cook myself and done with dinner. When I shown him my dinner, he was ashamed and gone back without saying anything.<br/><br/>Considering very bad commitment of Pizza Hut now, I will not suggest to anyone to go with Pizza Hut. They have given franchises to lot of stores but not asked to maintain value with them. Even, I got disturbed by Customer care of Pizza Hut. Some one says no way to contact Store through confrence, other says let me do confrence. Height of stupidity happened when a lady says that Pizza will be delivered in next 5 minutes. Didn't she understand if it was not delivered in last 1 hours 50 minutes, how it will be delivered in next 5 minutes. Totally rubbish!

My experience with this delivery outlet has been pretty average. Their dining section is nothing much to talk about, after ask it is a small outlet. What really pissed me off was that they don't even provide ketchup.<br/><br/>Their delivery has taken like 2 hours couple of times, that too when the traffic was poetry thin and it was not raining.<br/>Also all calls to Pizza Hut goes through their call center, and one cannot directly contact the outlet. The customer care folks always promise of a callback, but the callback never happens.<br/><br/>So if you are planning to order from here, do yourself a favor and get the items yourself. This is one hell of a pathetic, disgusting, horrible pizza outlet.

The worst pizza I have ever had... Very bad experience... I wouldn't suggest this place... The service is late, and the taste is horrible..
