The cappuccino along with a hazelnut muffin was delicious. The staffs are helpful and provides clarity on types of coffee available. Cleanliness maintained.

Love their Mocha and the Hazelnut Cappuccino, always. A tad bit pricey but the coffee is worth the money. This time, along with the coffee we had a chocolate pie, and got a brownie free as 1+1 on Zomato Gold :)

Everything is very expensive. Once in a blue moon to splurge is fine only. Tasty and delicious coffee too. Loved the ambience. Very soothing. Pastries were yummy and delicious.

We had cappuccino,almond cake and walnut cake. Both were eggless cakes. All of them were awesome.The cakes were fresh. Coffee was great. Came close to filter coffee flavour.

The cappuccino and hot chocolate was good here. A bit over priced. But the overall experience was good.

Lots of variety of coffee and tea are available.....if you like tea I will suggest English breakfast tea

Surprised that they doesn't have much choices on their menu, settled down with a cappuccino. What we liked most about this place is that, you would have a lovely view of the whole mall from this balcony and if you are here on the weekends, you can witness some splendid musics on the background. <br/><br/>I felt its pricey for the quality of the food and not that convincing.

For someone who is a coffee lover I quite liked this place. We were here on a chilly night and there was some live music being played. They have some really good coffee. However I do not recommend the tea’s here it’s not at all appetizing. The seating is outdoor and that’s good.<br/>We tried the CARAMEL MACCHIATO and it was really mellow. The CAPPUCCINO was quite good in taste too. The ESTATE DARJEELING and ASSAM TEA wasn’t quite pleasant in taste we however got it changed.<br/>It’s however a good place to chill at and the munchies are tasty too.<br/><br/><br/>Food:- 3.5/5<br/>Service:- 3.5/5<br/>Ambiance:- 4/5<br/><br/>Cheers!

Well whatever ratings I'm giving to this place is because if the ambiance. I love this place. When you are in Phoenex, and you have some pass time in your hand and you want to relax, u can come to this place. I will not day that this place serves very qualitative coffee or tea or any drinks, but yeah for the location you'll enjoy it. <br/>Grab the seats beside the balcony and enjoy the crowd in Phoenex or if any performance is going is going on there, this is place you'd love to be. Little coupons are applied here, so check before you order. And remember that this place is a high rise.

Went to this place for breakfast, when we were dying out of hunger. The ambiance is amazing, especially the outdoor seating along the balcony and the view from it adds up to this place's beauty. We ordered Choco Fudge Cake and Chicago Cheese Cake both were amazing. The filling of choco lava inside the fudge was so damn good.<br/>Dated-24th July, 2016<br/>

My friend and me wanted to have something warm just before a movie in PVR. We thought of taking something form the The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf! My friend took a Hot Chocolate and I took a Cafe Lattè on the go. Firstly, I would appreciate the staff who actually gave me change for ₹2000 which is commendable looking at the situation we are all in now. Secondly, he was very quick in service too. The Hot Chocolate was one of the best that I have had. No other Hot Chocolate is even close to what he had made for us. The Cafe Lattè was nice too. They have some really nice appetizers as well. Will definitely try out other stuffs.

Prime location for a cafe!!!<br/><br/>Its a small cafe with limited menu and prices ahe on higher end. But seeing the location, no complaints about it. They have a outdoor seating facing towards the PVR. Have a table close to edge and you can get a full view of open space in mall. If they do have a event in that open area, it will be really cool to sit here and enjoy it with coffee. The nearby passage is not heavily used by people to enter in mall, so less disturbance. <br/><br/>Overall: You are tired of roaming in mall and shopping, and mood of having coffee not beer, do visit this place.

It is a nice place to hangout. The location of this cafe is probably the best part about it. The open air balcony gives a very good view of the courtyard in front of PVR. I have been to this cafe many times primarily because of its location and view it offers. The food is not bad. Kind of overpriced. Tasted brownie quite a few times. Loved the brownie but the hot chocolate I had once ordered was not at all good. Felt like I was Bournvita. Overall, it is a decent place to hangout.

An awesome place to hangout with freinds and the sitting arrangement is an open area the service is decent enough and the food and beverage are good . The staff is pretty prompt...

A decent cafe..its location is what attracts customer here..coffee nd other beverages are good in taste..slightly overpriced..though one won't mind enjoying a sip in the lovely open space area..

Stopped by here during my recent visit to Phoenix for a quick snack, with a muffin and biscotti. The food tasted good, though the pricing is slightly on the higher side. The coffee however was just average, didn't have the a great taste or give the caffeine shot good or strong enough.  Would recommend they look at better beverages and offer add ons and minuses! The location is really convenient, slightly on the way, so you constantly have people walking all over, but hey you're in a mall!

The good thing about this place is that the prices are always displayed although taxes come later. So I always stayed away from this place be it In orbit or Phoenix, because I opted for CCD or Starbucks that were proven brands for almost similar pricing. However I did have an opportunity to try out this place some months ago. My wifey has always been a connoisseur of cheese cakes, so we could not resist the temptation to savor beautiful blueberry cheesecakes sitting in the courtyard of Phoenix. However after having the blueberry as well as a Chicago cheese cake, we felt that we had tasted cattle feed made out of coconut derivative, a handful for a price of 500 plus bucks. This is my worst food experiment ever. The last time we made a cheese cake out of Pillsbury dough it was average but 10 times better than the one offered by this place.

I guess the best part about this outlet is it’s location in this mall. You can see the whole courtyard from here. Coffees and teas are decent. After an exhaustive tour and shopping at phoenix mall... We chose this place even in a weekend as we did not really want to flock to a pub or any place with too many people around.<br/>The place was nice and cozy. However the choices were not great and most of the things we were looking for were not there. They had some offers from the valentines day offer.. But it was very very limited. They were restricted to the basic ones. The person at the counter was single handedly manning everything and did seem to care if you buy or not. Lastly we had it there still we were given take away like cups - without even asking whether we want to have it there or not.

Wanted to have a quick coffee after a long walk at the Phoenix mall and ended up at The Coffee Bean & The Tea Leaf! We ordered Pineapple upside down and two Iced cafe latte. My kid loves the pineapple upside down as well as us and the iced cafe latte was really good with perfect blend of coffee, milk and ice! The quantity of latte was also good. Would definitely visit this place when I am there next!

This place has the best view to outside. It is very spacious and perfect to sit with your loved one's . :) And If you want some lonely time for yourself to think in peace. In the evenings they usually have music shows and dance programs outside the cafe. You get the perfect view , compared to all people standing and peeping in the ground floor. Their cheese case and Coffees are classy and perfect for refreshment.

My review is based on the multiple visits I have made to The coffee bean and tea leaf outlet in the Phoenix Marketcity, Whitefield so far. <br/><br/>This outlet has only outdoor seating, the seating is basic and comfortable. The order needs to be placed at the counter and item needs to be picked at the counter.<br/><br/>As the name of the place goes, the menu options vary from hot coffees, iced coffees, hot tea and iced tea, flavoured and non-flavoured. There are also snack and quick bite options to choose from. <br/><br/>I have tried cappuccino, mocha latte, caramel latte, iced hazelnut, iced double chocolate latte, green tea, Moroccan mint tea and their muffins. <br/><br/>Cappuccino is basic and good, the mocha lattes and caramel lattes are mostly devoid of the said flavours. The double chocolate latte has minimal chocolate content in it. The iced tea and coffee contain more ice than the coffee/ tea itself. I have noticed waiters constantly prompting to place additional orders. Although personalisation is part of the menu, the waiters don't seem to care to customize beyond adding whipped cream or minimal amount of chocolate. The most disappointing thing is that the members running this outlet don't seem to care to meet the customer's requirements. Other than the ready made muffins, the quality of coffees and teas are either just satisfactory or downright mediocre. <br/><br/>The pricing of the Coffee bean and Tea leaf is slightly on the higher side for what they offer. <br/><br/>The only saving grace of this outlet is the outdoor seating area overlooking the mall courtyard. But I have been asked to shift tables twice as the seating seems to be shared by the neighbour restaurant.

Good open air balcony seating, but that doesn't compensate for the sky high prices and food that's not up to the mark. We ordered a warm chocolate pie; a little too sweet, bad after taste, too less molten part.

So, you've got this place to sit back and relax, sipping a cup of coffee with a view of open air theatre on one side. Never to forget those yummy muffins that you get here.

I and my friends were looking for a place where we could spend a few hours with some calm around us, this one probably isn't the one. It sits on the Phoenix balcony, and being a weekend, there was a whole lot of noise coming through from the event in progress in the central area. To add to the commotion, as evening set in and people started pouring in to the nearby Copper Chimney, the waiters came over asking us to vacate the table. Taken aback at first, the insistence of the staff was well placed - looks like the nitwits share tables amongst themselves and assume that they should be able to push people out of based on where they get the footfalls. In other words, they said - Push off, it's dinner time now; unless you want to order your dinner from Copper Chimney. Coming to the orders, the attitude of customer indifference rubs off on almost everything - charging a bomb for some strictly ordinary fare, a quick buck is all they are after.

Tried the ice double chocolate latte and double chocolate latte with my friend. Both the drinks were OK, not so good. The service was not so good as the waiter spilled the drinks all over. The ambience is nice which makes the place good and worth visiting.

Very nice ambience. BUT, off late the quality of FOOD & BEVERAGES has degraded like anything. Today, I ordered Iced Double Chocolate, Chicken Tikka Sandwich & Sundried Tomato & Mushroom Sandwich.<br/>Iced Double Chocolate had ONLY ICE CUBES ..... no flavour or aroma of quality chocolate.<br/>Both Sandwiches tasted pathetic. Chicken was half cooked. Bread was not at all fresh.<br/>Such bad food forced me to write this review. <br/>Please DON'T waste your money here. Try some other places instead !

Bill was 450/=<br/><br/>Blueberry Muffin - Give it a 3.5. Served warm and not very sweet which was good. Wish it was a little bit crunchier.<br/><br/>Cafe Latte - Give it a 3.5. Decent hot coffee but nothing extraordinary.<br/><br/>Double Chocolate - Give it a 3. Was thick and tasty to start off but towards the end was left with a lot of icy base which was quite insipid.<br/><br/>Ambience - Give it a 4 along with staff and service.

Tried the Iced hazenut latte. It was okayish. The place is nice to sit and catchup. But I felt the coffee was not as good as I was expecting and hence overpriced .

Just before the movie could get started me and my friend just bumped into The coffee Bean & Leaf and just order'd for pure Chocolate blenders , well it was totally worth a shot it was nice and the whipped cream was so good . the ambiances is so quite to hang out with friends.

The best thing I love here is its supr super location the view..so Nic it is..they offer gud quantity as per the rates n ofcourse speaking of the quality gains 10 on 10..i lik ds place a lot:)

Had a blueberry cheese cake. My favourite dessert as it was and my friend had a berry tea. Unfortunately the cheese cake neither tasted of mascarpone cheese not the biscuit layer tasted of butter. Completely lets you down. <br/>Portion - 2<br/>Service - 3<br/>Ambiance - 3<br/>Food - 1<br/><br/>

Went here with a few of friends... coffee here is good but not worth the price they make u pay.... ambience.... nothing much... just feels like sitting in a balcony nd having coffee.... u can do that sitting in ur own balcony right?! Y go sumwhere nd spend so much for a cup of coffee. Though if u go here on weekends u have a plus of enjoying the performances going on in background. My recommendation - go here if u have sm extra bucks lying around and u wanna try each nd every coffeeshop in town.<br/>Suggestion to the management : Think about lowering ur prices, u've got some pretty tough competition here in bangalore!

Awesome place for catching up with a good friend and having long conversations. Nice ambience with a good location where you can see live concerts and moving crowd with a sip of soothing coffee. Food menu have delicious bites for vegeterians as well as for non vegeterians. Price is not cheap but not too expensive as well. Service is good and staff is friendly. Over all its nice place to hangout. Love the place!

This place gets a 3 only for its seating. The place is perfect for catching up with a friend. <br/>Did not like the coffee much! And it was quite pricy for a coffee as bad as what we got.

I can understand that the foot fall in this outlet is wafer thin because there is a very good seating right below for free for,anyone just looking for killing time with a friend.<br/>Having said that, we landed here on a Friday night hoping to get away from,the place below (miserable music). <br/>My firang senses were suddenly stoked when I saw the word, 'decaff', and very easily they were shot down by the words 'Not available'.<br/>Anyhow, we ordered Americano, Double chocolate Latte, Butter croissant and a cappuccino.<br/>Liked my Americano, neither too diluted nor too strong- just right!<br/>The service was quick and the place was clean. <br/>Staff can do with a little friendliness - I mean its a coffee hangout and not a grocery store for heavens sake.<br/><br/>Despite this missed chink in their armor, I would certainly go back for more Americano.<br/><br/>Worth overdrinking: Americano if you are into black.<br/><br/>Cheers,<br/>Khate jao
