Been here with Family and it was a great experience overall. Restaurant was clean and have variety of seating options. Staff was quick and helpful. Service was fast. They have water dispenser and clean bathrooms as well.

We dined here with my cousins and it's a pleasant experience. Sitting arrangement and it's varsatile nature of sitting is attractive. They have high chairs, sofas, normal chairs. They even have mc cafe too. I have ordered hot chocolate and it's unforgettable. It's so good in taste . Their service and assistance to customers is good . The only thing I didn't like in service is that people wanted to sit in first floor need to order and pickup food in ground floor (reason for loss of one star in service review). If this system is modified and made customer friendly this McDonald's then has no flaws in it. Peri peri fries , veg cheese burger ,mc aloo tikki burger and good in taste . Located in a good place too

It's a drive in McDonald's, which is not common in Bangalore. We didn't enter the place but took a drive away. The place is ideally located in the city centre. It's next to a petrol bunk, so people can fuel up both the vehicle and themselves.. You need to enter from the back of the bunk and on the right, we can see a menu and a person will ask through an intercom and take the orders. Once the order is taken, we need to go a bit further to take a small turn and there is a window where we get our orders. A car in front of us took more time so we had to wait, but we got our orders reasonably fast within 2-3min. Very convenient. The food was as normal expected McDonald's std and we got our fries hot and fresh which was very good. The place is open 24/7 for drive through takeaway.

Hi, Felt burger was slightly cold today, coolers are average in taste. Med mcchicken meal 2nos, mcaloo tikki and my favourite pizza mcpuff.

It was Drive - Thru. But the speaker at the order-in counter was not working. We drive to the next counter, where we are supposed to Pay and collect and ordered it from there. The personnel said his mic is not working was the issue. Got the service and finished everything within barely 10 minutes. So Drive-Thru purpose served. The in-road was from inside the BPCL Petroleum pump. They should have put a more visible direction board there just on the entrance of the pump. We were confused a bit at first, as to where to go? We ordered for a Chicken burger with fries etc. Food was really good and hot.

The food and service were really good and it was quick. The wash area is upstairs though. The ambience was really good but a little bit cramped. The best thing about this branch has to be the service. Kudos to the team.

Nice ambience, nice views from first floor because of transparent glass. Two floors of ample space. The order time and service could've been better. Located in good place at Kasturba road. I could see only hand-wash area and wasn't sure where washroom area was and there were no signs of it. I've been here for enough times to review it. The staff were very good all the time. The sofas have aged, the lighting decor too,I hope they fix it. The place is near to planetarium and museum.
