Nice looking CCD on a very happening place. One of the few places around open at midnight. Went there and had couple of things which had coffee ofcourse. The place looks neat and very artsy from inside, there's few seats outside in the lawn as well. Staff might be little sleepy but so were we so hard to recall. No complaints with the service, so worth visiting if you crave coffee at anytime of the day.

When I updated the previous review the staffing was less. But now the staffing is increased. With the addition of new staff the service is become faster. And as expected these new staff too are nice and pleasent to interact. Needless to say Coffee at Café Coffee Day is really good! And the interaction with well mannered staff makes the Coffee even emotionally sweet and memorable! That what counts in the end!!

Really good place to have a cup of Latte and enjoy the work your doing or the time you spend with your friends. Amazing selection of both hot and cold beverages, and eatables.
There was a separate section for smoking which was good for non-smokers and a pleasant place for the people who wanted to, as it was set outside with a lovely and calm view.
One drawback was that there was no washroom service at the place.
We had ordered a Devil's Own Latte, which was amazing and rich with coffee.

CCD has always been so close to my heart for the plethora of memories associated.It's just that the city changes- from Allahabad to Mumbai and now Bangalore.This particular outlet is my favourite one considering the ambience, warmth and the beverages.This place seems so welcoming and what better than chit-chatting over a hot chocolate drink topped with cold vanilla flavoured fresh whipped cream.Nothing can beat that.It tastes damn delivious.It's a pure bliss.

I have ordered lot of times from CCD from Swiggy when they had 50% on the app. But I have always been disappointed when I tried new items. Especially their subs, they are very soggy and sometimes very dry. Only thing from new menu I liked is the Big Crunchy Cheese Veg Burger, it was really crunchy and tasted good. They also have good desserts, especially Rich Cocoa Fantasy Pastry- It's a MUST TRY. This outlet is exactly beside the goli vad pav.<br/>it's at the junction. the store usually remains ooen till 1 o clock midnight.<br/><br/>the ambience is good, the staff are also good.<br/>I had a very good experience over here.<br/><br/>we had actually been here for coffee. And it tasted good.

Horrible grilled sandwich. The title of the dish was smoked grill chicken sandwich but the chicken was not grilled, the bread was grilled too much. Utter waste of money it was!!!

I ordered for a cappuccino and a chocolate truffle. My coffee was good but the truffle was disappointing. I then asked for a scoop of Icecream to which the staff replied they would serve 2 scoops and not one. I requested again to give me a single scoop. However the staff replied they can't serve a single scoop! Wierd, isn't it??<br/>I checked the menu and they had a single scoop available in top up.. later somehow they agreed to give me a single scoop but again they served it on a paper plate. Really nice ambience, which is the best part. Good music too. Friendly staff and you can chat and chill here easy. Coffee is just same as ccd standards.

Horrible, horrible service by this outlet. I'm generally patient when it comes to average service but this is too much. All I asked for was a hot chocolate and whipped cream and they can't even get that right. If I shell out 50 bucks extra for some whipped cream the least they can do is not put this melted slump on my hot chocolate. And when I asked them to change it, they took about 20 minutes to get some new whipped cream on it by which time the hot chocolate got lukewarm. And they don't have the sense to either heat it up or replace it considering it's their mistake. If you can't manage whipped cream properly, atleast don't charge your customers for it and waste their time.

Beautiful shop by the staff are are totally loopy. Constantly on the smartphone -you even hear it pinging at the register. No soap for says in the toilet-'which means they are not washing hands prooerly. Yuck. <br/>Good store, get better staff.

Very good ambience for a coffee day outlet. Have different seating to offer and very comfortable. There is a smoking and a non smoking zone as well. The tiramisu smoothie and the strawberry cheese cake smoothie are to die for. The strawberry cheese cake smoothie has the biscuit crumbs also in the end which is a very innovative idea. The garlic bread was also very rich in flavour. The hazelnut cappuccino was very watery and was the only let down here. Good friendly staff.

I had placed a home delivery order for 1 tray of mango and choco shot each, cafe frappe swig and hazelnut latte through swiggy. The order served was not having spoons, no sugar, no straw as well. Even the frappe ordered was not prepared properly. @

The interior decor of this place has been beautifully done and it makes you want to sit here for as long as you want to. Also the music here is pretty good and so is the service. Not a lot of commotion and is very pleasant. I ordered a pink lemonade slush and it was definitely good. Will come back here for more :)

One of the nice cool places compared to a lot of the ccd's. The nice thing about this place is the effort they have taken to detail it up a bit and not just put up one just for the heck of it and keep a couple of table and done. Quite a nice place:)<br/>Came to one of these after about 4 years and not much has changed I guess with the menu. Same old same old. Nostalgia with my school days :') .<br/>The only things that used to be there to "hang out" and then things just took a turn . <br/>So ordered one of my favourite devil's own and the other things were a crunchy frappe and two cappuccinos, one plain and one Irish. <br/>Taste has remained the same no doubt and it was quite refreshing to have it actually.<br/>Food as usual not great at all. The only food that was ordered was the samosa which was not at all great. Oily as usual.<br/>Overall,<br/>Ambience - 3.5<br/>Staff-2 (they are quite useless)<br/>Quantity-3<br/>Quality -3.5<br/>Taste-3.5<br/>Plating -3<br/>Pricing- this is the one thing that has definitely changed :p
