I was a regular customer here for 3 years before I shifted to different area. The food quality and taste is really good. It's halal meat and hygienic place. But the sitting area is very small. Not so spacious I prefer take away here. No proper parking place too.

Awesome food but service is bit slow. Their biryani is really good and portion was large enough to satiate my appetites. One of the best restaurant who love Mughali food but services area becomes cramped with crowd as it is small, I would suggest you should try it once.

I rarely give a One Star Rating but this place has nothing to write about. Its probably working on volume based short term profits. We ordered 5 Non Veg and 1 Veg Biryani as we wanted to try some Bengali Biryani we had heard about. The biryanis were not great tasting, it left oil on lips and tongue plus raita was just diluted curd with some bits of onion and chillies. The actual Bengali Biryani has a cooked potato in between which wasn't great. Veg one didnt have any and just had small Paneer cubes and green peas. Worst part - Veg Biryani had small strips of chicken as if they took the veg order and removed the chicken from the rice before packing. Atrocious service mindset hence wont be ordering from there again. They lost business from a lot of foodies!

Bad place to order food from. Does not pay attention to delivery instructions. Phone number given is wrong. Even after calling and telling over the phone, they still added sauce and chillies in my roll. The extra aloo ordered with biriyani was stone cold! Bad experience overall!

I had been there only once and that’s the last time I would go there I ordered a chicken biryani and it came up with small pieces of bones in a heap of distasteful rice and a large potato in the center... I wouldn’t serve that dish even to my enemy...smh

This was my first order from this particular outlet. Ordered their mutton biryani, peas pulao and chicken maharaja. Packaging was good and food arrived hot. Coming to the biryani, I am a great lover of their biryani, as soon as I opened the pack, a foul smell came out. It turned out they had provided old stock of biryani which had gone so bad that it was smelling. I had to throw it. The peas pulao and chicken was really good though. One suggestion to the management, you guys make awesome food and we love the biryanis. Don't take undue advantage of our trust and make us waste our money. I used to be a regular customer of zeeshan, but after this never going to order again.

1st let me admit that it’s a biased feedback which is rooted out of my tremendous love for Kolkata rolls & Kolkata Biriyani. The best thing is the taste hasn’t changed in the transit to Bangalore from Kolkata even a bit! Take away would be recommended as their arrangements are really bad!

Zeeshan the famous name for biryanis Calcutta style, but this time I ordered this delicacy, which said chicken bharta but was not bharta yet was tasty, basically boneless chicken and half egg filled with yummy shorba,now you would have got a 4 start definitely if it was actually bharta and was delivered a bit faster, overall yeah man it was a lot and tasty for 215₹ 🤣

Ordered paneer roll with ketchup, the ketchup was shit... Some cheap quality which is not made of tomatoes... Shame on the restaurant, u can't send the rs 1.5 ketchup sachets... Never order from zomato for those who don't believe ask for ketchup n see what they deliver. The roll was stale n it didn't have paneer at all n was tasting very bad. Please don't order from zeeshan they are not serving as before. Worst experience. I would have rated zero star.

So in my last trip to Bangalore I stayed at a friend’s place where I asked him that I want to try some local cuisine. He insisted me not to opt for as such foods instead lets go for our very own Kolkata Biryani from Zeeshan’s JP nagar. We placed order through Swiggy for 2 special mutton biryani, one chicken bharta. The delivery was very fast, we didn’t waste much of a time and jumped into it. The first spoonful reminded me again of my Kolkata nostalgia, and then there was the succulent mutton pc which was again a killer. The bharta was also equally good and enogh in quantity to be a good side dish with Biryani.

Had given order for Chicken chaap ... Boneless Tikka chicken kebab and roomali rooti... Chicken chaap was very tasty.. boneless Tikka was delivered super hot and was perfectly cooked... The chicken pieces were soft and juicy... Only one thing which disappointed me was the roomali rooti... One side was totally burnt and was hard to chew.. Somewhat I felt paying 195 /- for one small piece of chicken chaap is a bit pocket pincher... But sometimes you should not think of money!!! Cheers!!!!

One of the worst food ordering experience. Started with wrong delivery and had to call twice to make sure to get what we ordered and that too took quite long to finally get our food. We realised when we opened the food that our plight didn't end there. The chicken pieces in both Tawa chicken and chicken biryani were of bigger birds and the meat was hard, chewy and not properly cooked. Felt like eating garbage bought by paying money. Bad night

If you are a Bengali, and when i say Kolkata biriyani you know what i talking about then this is a place for you. For the others you can give it a try, but take a parcel because this is a very small restaurant that does not have a good sitting option. Only a four seaters single table. Also it is located in a narrow crowded lane of J.P .nagar, hence parking is also an issue. However the biriyani is very close to the taste of Kolkata Arsalan biriyani and the mutton is very juicy. The mutton sheek kabab is awsomeeee. The service is something that I am not commenting as we always take parcel and it is given within 10-15 mins. So all Bengalis who love biriyani and stay near J.P.nagar Jayanagar should definitely give it a try.

Zeeshan used to be my all time favorite for Bengali Biriyani but recently, ordered from there for the umpteenth time and to a surprise, it's no more like before. Somewhat deteriorated in terms of taste and quality and considering those aspects, price seems to be high, quantity also has decreased. Rolls are still good, but Biriyani, I doubt. So, probably, I have to shift my focus and explore other options too.

Best place to have authentic Bengali Biryani. The katti rolls are also authentic and taste great. They have Achari Tikka Kebab and Kasturi Kebab for Rs.100 a plate during weekends, they taste great and are value for money. Price for some items might be a bit high, but the taste is definitely good.

Since i stay just behind Zeeshan Restaurant tried their Biryaani. It was quiet ok . And their Chicken Rolls are not worth as they add only onions and not much of chicken. Since its very close to my house I go to this hotel only if any urgency for food. Ambience 3.5 / 5

This place is located at a premium location and looks grand from outside, but it doesn't really live up to the expectations. The ambience is good. However, the food can be a little better. I've been to this place multiple times, because of staying close to this for years. The tandoori platter is just okau. Nothing too great about the zeeshan special roasted chicken too. And not too forget, swarma didn't taste like swarma even a bit. Also, I tried having lunch buffet once and that was equally a disappointment. With very limited choices in nonveg. The place is okay for a quick bite. But there are better places around.

Overall the food is very good specially the mutton biryani and chicken biryani, my only suggestion is that if they provide a bit softer pieces of chicken and mutton apart from that very good mughlai food.
