We celebrated the birthday of our little one with almost 30 people and kids. The hospitality and service was pretty good. The store manager (Karthik) is extremely cooperative and he thinks from the customers point of view. He proposed decoration and cake etc and everything was really appreciative. Thanks Pizza hut for such good service.

Had a great time at Pizzahut last week where I had arranged my son’s birthday party. The Manager Karthikeyan helped with all the arrangements including the decoration. The pizzas and garlic breads were very good. The staff were very helpful and quick with the orders and distribution of food for about 15 guests. Thank you team

Great ambiance. Family-friendly. Food was good. Polite staff but there was only one guy who was taking orders and also checking on pending orders. He kept running between kitchen and counter which resulted in delay in taking orders and delivery. Please ensure adequate staff and quick delivery.

I visited here recently not buy choice but as a compulsion as it was raining heavily and i was upstairs at Naturals i didn't wanted to be drenched in rain so i dined in for dinner. Thank to God i was not disappointed. Pizzas were great, chicken and panner parcel tasted really average, beverage variety was good in th menu but unfortunately they didn't have everything at their disposal may be due to pandamic.
Reason for 4 stars is the service, they don't have a separate cashier and waiter for immediate order placement and payment, a staff from the kitchen was coming out to take orders, whom i had to approach first and needed to call him to my table for the order. Clearly lack of staffs is the issue here.
But overall the siting, ambience, food and drink was good. But there was no temperature check which was quite strange. Also Service needs to improve. peace☮️

I've ordered the Lebanese Chicken Pizza, Soya Masala Pizza and the Chicken Pepperoni Pizza and I've loved them all! They're so flavoursome, and they don't go stale or become overly hard even after refrigeration.<br/><br/>The Personal Pan size is cute, but it's not always very filling, and so I wish the diameter could be a little larger to allow for a larger portion size.

This was my first food order post lockdown and was skeptical do so... However while I recieved my delivery the delivery professional was wearing a mask and gloves which gave me a sense of relief... Tried the tandoori panneer and Veggie Italiano pizzas and both turned out to be good as expected... Most important highlight for me had to be the safety measures taken by pizza hut while delivery...<br/><br/>Will order again for sure!

Due to this pandemic disease we all are avoiding outside food but still we end up ordering food to stop craving. Zomato sucks! Delivery partner came to deliver without wearing mask and he was coughing badly. On top of that there was no seal on the boxes. It’s just disgusting. Worst experience😢😢

By mistake I ordered two pizzas..I cancelled one within 3min ..charged 75rs for cancelling for no reason..This is completly useless u r looting the customer..<br/>When Pizza arrived since it was home delivery ..size was very small.not like a regular medium pizza priced at 595..<br/>The pizza was completly dried..looked like it was pre made and had been kept for a while..it was just heated up in the oven and was parceled..I mean it was completely horrible in taste..could barely get any taste except for a lump of bread..<br/>Cheese were all dried up..The oregano was all dried..No ketchup was given..<br/>Pizza Hut is suppose to be the best pizza place ever..but unfortunately I was wrong..Never in my life I will do a mistake of ordering it again..<br/>Guys better opt for MOZZO pizza..one of the best pizza one can get..<br/>Sadly I am disappointed with Pizza Hut..<br/>Horrible..<br/>Even during this lock down the delivery guy was not wearing a mask no hand gloves neither a hair net..<br/>Very obnoxious and unhealthy service ever..<br/>

Order pizza for a team<br/>Lunch from Pizza Hut located in Old madras Road. Manager Mr. Sudhir (+918884389111 / +919980860617) was extremely courteous and suggest options to cater to the need. He also did regular follow up to give status updates on the pizza delivery. He accommodated all the additional requests and kept his promise of delivering the Pizza hot and with high quality. Quality of the Pizza, breadsticks, Paneer pockets and Desert was great and fresh. We had a good team Pizza lunch as the Pizzas were really good and delivered on time. Thank you Sudhir. Had been 4 times to this outlet.<br/>It's small and cozy.<br/>The pizzas are similar compared to other outlets<br/>2/4 times, my order was not given correctly.<br/>1st is that they gave a different pizza altogether.<br/>2nd time they suggested a pizza to me and gave it to a different table.<br/>The service staff were kind enough to respond.<br/>1 drawback is, parking here is expensive. It's not from the outlet, but the builder of the building. I paid extra for cheese, not only did I get barely any cheese, the bread was an inch thick and shaped like a pentagon. Never ordering Pizzahut again.

I had ordered cheesy garlic breadsticks for home delivery (along with pasta) and this is what I got! The breadsticks were just covered with cheese like it had blasted out, making the garlic breadsticks super soggy. I am a huge fan of cheese, but this seemed like a disaster with the complete smell of cheese overpowering it completely and making it difficult to consume. I have been to other pizza huts and have ordered this dish previously, so I know exactly how they are supposed to look like and taste. Highly disappointed, will prefer ordering dominos for home delivery instead.

Pizzas here are with a softer base . It's cheesy with good topping. Pepperoni and the loaded non veg was good. The budget for this is slightly on the higher side. I also tried the pasta and chicken wings along with it and the taste was okay. The pasta could have been better

A normal pizza hut that has pretty good customer service. I have been there a few times. It is never fully occupied so you get a table without waiting. Service is decent and staff are also ok. The pizzas are served piping hot and hold to pizza hut standards. Overall a decent pizza place.

As the only option for pizza hut, available in Old Airport road area, so got order delivered.... This was the 2nd time when it was ordered and delivered, that too not on time...all the items in the order was not delivered warm....here is my zomato order no. 9887...when asked, manager(Mr. Rajendra) agreed to provide complimentary for next order of Rs.1032...but no acknowledgement on the same or no any action for the first time....kindly suggest pizza hut management for Improvising pizza hut at Old Airport.

To start and conclude in a line, my experience was not good.<br/><br/>The only positive point/my reason of choosing the place was its location, on road and near the signal.<br/>The seating arrangement seems to be conjugated and the AC controllers also had issue. The service was pretty ordinary or I should say, becoz of the music being right over the employee's head, they never heard us calling them for serving. Liked the garlic stix, also liked the choco volcano cake. But my friends didn't like both.<br/><br/>All in all not a great experience as Pizza Hut standards.<br/><br/>Sorry didn't take any pic, didn't feel like.
