I visited this site today, the project is near by Budegree road from budegree cross its 3.5 km, this is plus point, as for who want to buy the flat here, the avialbilty to catch the bus is easy, and easly they can move to Old madras road and airport, Location is also good beacuse in within one kilometer you will find most of the top most builder flats, prestiege, ShriRam, Brigade, Sattwa< only concern is the Distance from ITPL, but since Road is trafiic free on Old madras road , and till Hope farm no much traffic , so max 40 minute when some trafiic is there and in less trafic you can reach in 30 to 35 minute, its my assumption, Overall the sales person are good and supportive, any doubt you can ask them
