☞ Food is good and tasty. ☞ we had one Dosha and chapati curry, both are tasty. ❌ limited parking space. ☞ Clean and hygiene. ☞ service and management is good. ☞ Atmosphere and ambiance is average.

. A pure vegetarian Fast Food Restaurant. . Self service. . Tables & Chairs are available. . Overall good... . Food was served with a small delay. . Quality of the food was good. . Quantity also was acceptable. . Toilet is deep inside the hotel - the floor near the toilet is highly SLIPPERY - the Indian closet area acceptably neat. . Overall ambience is good. . Average footfall.

The Breakfast offered here with a wide variety of food. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect in JP Nagar and city Also have ordered for Catering for the couple of functions and finally i am giving this review and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality Food and excellent service.

This is the best Vegetarian Restaurant in J.P.Nagar area. This restaurant has Restaurant in Ground floor, Party Hall in First floor and Dining in Second floor. Today we had our Family function (Baby Shower Function). The gathering was about 120 people. The dining in Second floor could accommodate about 50 persons at a time. Rest rooms are available in Second floor. Food was supplied by the same Shanthi Sagar Restaurant only at reasonable prices. The Menu was customised.

Family restaurant with Food is too good. Best place to eat when you are starving. No service available only self service. Tried set dosa, Channa battura and chikko milkshake. All tasted awesome. Loved this place. Highly recommended.

I had choosen Shanti Sagar for the birthday celebrations of my kids in 2018 and back again this year and I would say it's such a nice venue to celebrate any small occasions.. it's a centralised A/C hall and we have all the facilities needed. Food here is extremely tasty and all my relatives have liked it both the times. I recommend Shanti Sagar for birthday party and any other small functions

Good vegetarian hotel. Both north and south vegetarian dishes are available. They have air conditioned as well as non ac halls. Very old restaurant and the doors etc are old and not in great shape. Taste is consistent and same for the last 20+ years. Cleanliness definitely needs attention especially restroom and wash area.

We tried masala dosa and Gobi machuri... Gobi was excellent and dosa is ok ok... And coffee was superb🥰

Booked it for a function of 60 members. Staff very cooperative and hall is spacious with stage. Lunch facility in 2 nd floor which can accodomate more then 40 people once. Food was tasty. Thankyou

We got a parcel from this place today which has set dosa, masala dosa and roti curry.. the dosas are horrible, hard like stone I think they made it with instant rice flour or something.. the curry given for the roti is stale.. horrible experience

South Indian meals and items are best. Gets authentic taste and the pricing is good as well. All items are upto the mark and meets the expectations.

Breakfast items like idlis are OK. But yesterday we ordered Dal palak and Palak matar. Both tasted like green chilly chutney. Too spicy and no other taste than chilly. Waste of money.

Hello, placed an order from Gramin today, Zomato charged the full amount for INR 470 (Order ID: 1879309318). Subsequently received a call from Gramin stating they have no Thali available, so I asked them to cancel the order from their side. Received a notification from Zomato that the order has been delivered (no delivery was received, as they didnt even have the item to deliver in the first place). The restaurant advised they have cancelled the order and to contact zomato. <br/><br/>Subsequently, placed an order with Shanthi Sagar for INR 701 (<br/>Order ID: 1293798782). <br/><br/>After a while noticed, that now on the Zomato app instead of cancelling the order for Gramin they have cancelled the 2nd order for Shanthi Sagar and notified me that since i have cancelled the order after commencement of preparation of the order no refund will be given!!!!!!!!<br/><br/>Contacted Zomato customer service to ask them to help. They told me to email the reply to them. <br/><br/>Utlimately have placed two orders for lunch over INR 1000 and received nothing delivered from Zomato.

Worst hotel, didnt delivery proper order, moreover dont have the guts to speak to the customer, i order cheese sandwich, veg sandwich n paneer manchurian, but all the sandwiches were veg, no cheese n no manchurian at all, called them repeatedly no reply, no cash back r no replacement, very worst hotel

I ordered idli vada and khara bhat. It was very very good especially coconut chutney. Do maintain this quality as in home delivery sometimes quality degrades.

Yummy South Indian breakfast. Shanti Sagar has a quality all over town. Great idlis and dosas. Request for gutte chutney instead of the regular wet chutney.

Had ordered fried rice today for lunch, the food was not properly cooked, the vegetables were not cooked well. Some sort of powder was added to food which I was able to feel when I started eating with bare hands, not sure if it was an essential integrant for fried rice.

Khara bath was too soggy, cutlery not included. Packing below average. It took more than 45 minutes to get my order. I have heard a lot about Shanti Sagar and wanted to give it a try but Very disappointed.

The North Indian meals was not worth the money. Nothing was hot when it was delivered to home. The roti was over burnt. And soup was tasteless. I wish they take this complaint serious and make changes. Both the dhal and the curry for roti was not good.

** AVOID AVOID AVOID **<br/><br/>Hello:<br/><br/>I am writing this review based on an ONLINE order placed on 20 Sep 2018. with Zomato.<br/>I am really disappointed with the way things went on for me with Zomato yesterday.<br/><br/>This is the second incident where the order was not delivered in the way it has to be.<br/><br/>Talking about the problems i faced specifically with the below order, following are the concerns / complaints.<br/><br/>1] The order was placed @ 06.44PM with a clear instruction that each meal was to be packed independently in each separate cover as it was meant for four different persons. In spite of this instruction provided by me, the restaurant had the audacity to pack all the items meant for all the four Thalis in one gunny bag kind.<br/><br/>2] The items were picked up by Zomato agent at 06.55PM from the restaurant and my place of delivery was less than 2KMS from the restaurant, but the delivery agent started deviating from the route and he was supposed to deliver another packet which was in Tilaknagar which is 2.5 KMS from the restaurant and later he had to deliver my order which was again 3.4 kms from his earlier delivery location. My “Q” is why the hell did Zomato / your delivery agent deviated from the current route to deliver someone else’s order which was not located in the way of my delivery location.<br/><br/>3] Finally the items were delivered to me at 08.05PM in a state where all the items meant for 4 Thalis in a gunny bag and this delivery agent of Zomato had bundled it up in his DIRTY & DINGY backpack of his and gave it to me. For traversing a total distance of 6 KMS and for 1 Hour all around JP NAGAR, Jayanagar, couple of plastic pouches had burst by notwithstanding the hot items poured into it, the entire bag was sticky and the items were strewn all over and it was in a condition that it was not FIT for human consumption and was thrown out. My “Q” here to Zomato / Shanti Sagar is whether you think that I as a customer should receive and consume the food in whatever condition you deliver, don’t you as an Food Aggregator not have any control over your restaurant partners and your delivery agents. This was the Worst way that the food could have been delivered to any Humans. I even don’t provide food to my own people who work for me including my driver.<br/><br/>The Rotis had become so hard that cutting with fingers was out of reach, Curd rice was smelly, Tomato soup did not look like as it should be, Jamoons were horrible, Pulao had a mixture of old and new rice in it, Greean peas masala was worse than the Masala used in the Chat items., and the amount of Plastic used by these guys was horrifying.<br/><br/>So with this background my personal view is that this restaurant can be given a skip.

Ordered Paneer fried rice and vanilla milkshake - it was simply superb... Liked the taste of the paneer fried rice and not to forget that paneer lovers will be happy as there were sufficient pieces of paneer... And coming to vanilla milkshake - I can say it is good but not best as the thickness of the milkshake was less and I jus felt I am having a glass of milk with a spoon of vanilla ice cream... This can be done much better and I loved the food..

This is regarding the issue about our previous order at your restaurant via Zomato. We had ordered 2 north Indian meals and 3 roties, but after delivery of food we got only 2 north indian meals and there were no 3 roties. So please make sure that before you dispatch the order everything has been checked properly and We are expecting back the money of 3 roties(it is of 66rs costing 22 each ).
