The taste of the cake was so delicate and super moist, it just melted in the mouth! Their prices are higher than other cake places but the quality, taste, free cake decor and the fancy packaging justifies the price . Their cakes have a variety options! ordered rainbow delight cake and pineapple fruit and nut cake(tea cakes), though initially I was sceptical to go with rainbow cake since there weren't any stars or wasn't on the best of cakes list and also because many bakeries has made a mockery of rainbow cakes by just adding colour and and the whole cake tastes same (includes some well-known expensive bakers on Zomato too),after having tasted it can say that it's well worth the price paid since each layer had a different fruity flavour yumm... pineapple fruit n nut cake was just ordinary,dint taste that great but no regrets since Paytm was running a great offer.also happy birthday Zomato:)!!

I went there to pick up some pastries and their litchi pastry was really good. I also tried mixed fruit pastry and pineapple pastry and those were also decent. Ambience is good and cosy and staffs are really helpful! Visit when you have sweet cravings!

On calling Zomato, they denied any responsibility. Very poor customer service on both parties. Highly dissatisfied. Total waste of money.

Received damaged cake two times in last 15 days. Only reason is bad packaging. And when you call the restaurant, they blame it on Zomato. And Zomato blames it on the restaurant. So this game goes on. If packing cannot be changed, Occasions should be delisted from Zomato for online ordering. It cannot withstand the travel time and Bangalore roads.

It is not just about the taste but how u deliver it Gaurav prepared that cake in late hrs on last min request. He kept his place open until the cake was prepared. I had to travel from kundanahalli to his shop but he assured me that I will get the cake and it will be ready when I will be there. We're other show there clock and tell the kitchen is closed, he said the kitchen it open till we are delivered the cake. The extra mile he went for preparing the cake and delivering it is remarkable and I personally am very great full. He made my sister's birthday a success. So guys if u lose hope of not getting a cake in the last minute call he up and he will set u up. Thanks brother 👍

Since, I'm big fan of bakery items/desserts, I decided to give this place a try. The pastry tasted pretty good and I would love to order from here again. As for the chicken croissant, the filling was very less. It has a small seating arrangement just outside the main shop.

It was like 10.30 pm on a rainy day and there was a sudden plan to buy cake for birthday of a family friend. I tried searching through various delivery apps and most of the bakeries were closed due to rain. Some of them were closing soon at 11. Only the delivery guy at Occasions was polite enough to pickup and patiently take the order. The team delivered it before 12 and the blackforest cake too tasted great unlike the midnight pastries I had so far. Kudos and will order again in future. Thank u guys

Ordered through zoomato but due to some misunderstanding message on the cake wasn't proper as mentioned in zoomato notes. It's a good place to order customized cakes. They make it fresh and the base of the cake is really nice. The quality of fondant should be improved as it is too sugary. But the cake is nice and custom designs are implemented properly. Though in my case the service was a bit delayed.

This bakery i found after hearing good reviews about it. So decided to order from it. I ordered from zomato and ordered their famous rainbow cake. the cake came on time with a nice packaging and really the packaging was amazing . the cake also looked very delicious , it came with knife and 2 candles. The taste of the cake was super yummy, when you cut the cake you can see the layers inside of the rainbow, will definitely try some more.

Few days back i have ordered a Chocolate Truffle Cake, Cake design is good, But the quality is very bad, its like i have purchased it from Local bakery shop, I have paid a good Amount but it’s totally wasted, We have not taken more than a slice, seriously this was very Bad experience, where the sponge was very watery due to excess of sugar, You Guys should learn how to make Chocolate Truffle cake, or else don’t take order.

I would seriously recommend this place to anyone who wants a birthday cake. I ordered the death by chocolate cake and it was just decadent. It consisted of seven layers and each layer had just the right amount of cream and cake. The cake was so soft that it melted into my mouth. The cream was fresh and a real treat to eat. The owners were very welcoming and courteous. In all I would love to go to this place again.

Got to know about this cakeshop through a friend, when he got me birthday cake from here. Their red velvet cake is genuinely the best so far. Since then we have become their regular customer and as per their name, they are really meant for occasions. Recently we ordered our anniversary cake on a very short notice, but owner ensured to deliver it us even when it was raining heavily at 10.30 in night. And trust me, cake was WOW. Nothing wrong with the cake. However, the service was, for lack of a better word, pathetic. We ordered a 9000 rs cake to be delivered at 3pm and we kept a decent buffer considering traffic. The cake arrived at 6pm! When we called the outlet they said we accept our mistake and are ready to make up for it. I offered to pay 50% of the bill and he said all he can do is waive off 1000 rs. Very disappointed, if you're ordering from here, please be prepared with a backup.

The cakes are decently priced and they even have happy hours in the evening where you can get a sizeable discount on your purchase. I was unaware of this, however got to know when the bill was paid. SERVICE: 5/5 The person taking the orders is really friendly and can even help you choose the right cake for the occasion. Keep it up! Occasions cake shop gives discount post 8 pm and we have got it number of times, I ordered half kg Swiss chocolate cake and the staff told me that you will get a 25% discount, after the payment I got to know that they haven't give any discount. When I queried with the manager I was told that the staff is new and not aware and they offer discount post 8:30 on sunday and then he checked his watch and the time was already post 8:30 so again he rectified his statement by saying 9pm. What a ridiculous service! What's the point of promoting the discount if you don't want to give it to the customers.

But after we paid, noticed that there was no discount. When asked the manager he confirmed it's after 8:30 and not 8 on Sunday. Then he checked his watch that it's 8:30, he said no it's after 9pm on Sunday!!!!!!!! What is wrong with these people! Either stop promoting the discount or stop cheating customers like this!

After looking for some bakeries I opted for Occasions and I am glad I did so. The Owner was courteous and guided me well to get to the selection and finally ordered Belgium's Delight, which was dense, richly moist and intensely chocolate flavored, yet not heavy or if so to put in a word was "scrumptious". The bakery has a wide variety to choose from and is worth every penny you spend. I'd happily recommend it to others without a second thought.

Occasions, We call it this shop is made for especially for Special Occasion. The owner was generous enough to say some of the truths about how cake shops looting people in Bangalore. Our requirement was to get Birthday cake for my Son's 1st Birthday and with multiple layer. Every shop in Bangalore told we need at least 8 KG for making multiple layer, the case was different in Occasions. These guys could make multiple layer cake for even 2 KG and we were shocked to listen to it and then he explained this is how cake shops are making money. Finally we got the cake for 4 KG as the party was for 100 people.
