Nachiyar serves mouthwatering Chettinad cuisine. All food gets laid out in front of a banana leaf. We started with a chicken fry, fish fry, and prawns along with crispy parotta. Fish and prawns fry crumbles in our mouths as soon as we bite into it. While I was tempted by the fragrant chicken biryani, it turned out to be an absolute delight with a strong flavor from masalas. Happy with our experience, a sweet samiya Payasam from my Amma's Chettinad fish meals plate and chilled rose milk turns out to be the perfect end to our meal. Highly recommended!

Top notch. If you like Chettinad-style foods, you must visit this place and try here the variety of south Indian food items. We had fish meals here for two peoples; it was 565/-. Fantastic, tasty meals we had with the affordable price. On normal days the fish meal will be 460/-; on Tuesdays, the cost is 260/- only, two types of starters, one boiled egg, one bowl of fish 🐠 curry, unlimited rice 🍚Rasam and buttermilk will be served on the combo. As a food lover this is my honest review, the Naachiyar's Chettinad restaurant is must visit place with family and friends.

The taste of food here is really great. But I'm very unhappy with the way they deliver the order . I love the taste of onion roast dosa here, which I ordered it recently on June 20th and received 2onion uthappams instead. Complained to zomato customer service and ordered it again today, which disappointed me again sending only one out of 2roasted onion dosas for which I have already paid. Even the zomato customer service is unresponsive saying server problem. Just reviewing to alert you that you would lose valuable customers because of such silly mistakes despite of the very tasty food you serve.

This place is located on the main road and easily visible. Coming to the food, the rolls here might be a bit pricy compared to those on the roadside but definitely bigger in size and better in taste !

Had ordered 'chicken kabab' late night from here through uber eats. The order reached on time, it was hot, worth the price and taste was alright. It was a bit oily and had majority of bone pieces. The packaging can improve and its better to use seal packed containers for delivery. But yeah overall value for money 4/5.

Real rating is 3.5*<br/><br/>I had ordered a double egg double prawn roll from here. Don’t think I ever tried a seafood roll before from any Indian outlet. Also I am not a big fan of Chettinad cuisine. So I was curious how this would turn out. It was an average size, average tasting roll. The filling was a Chinese style prawn (bit watery sauce and onions) and was not bland nor spicy…somewhat middling. It was ordered as an evening snack so it was filling enough. They seem to have an extensive menu to include rolls and kerala style food as well in addition to chettinad style items.

This is my first time as I enter the gate it was no haigen at all there is no one to listen about costember please improve on BIRIYANI because of rice is very low quality and no taste doses not feel like BIRIYANI it very semilar to rode side lemon rice table are very on haigen service is not up to the mark I will never back again

Had chicken and paneer rolls from this place. Had ordered delivery which came quite promptly. However, no label or marking between the 3 types of rolls ordered. Had to open each one to identify the type. The rolls were much bigger than I thought and was a meal in itself. Have had better rolls from smaller places but this was not too bad; more onions than chicken.

The worst food I had ever eaten in my life. Every food was added with lot of artificial colors. Taste was horrible. Lime juice tasted like plain water. Paneer butter masala tasted like Rasam gone bad. Prawn biriyani had just 2 prawns with little bit masala with some plain rice. We threw away all the food ordered here and ordered again from a different restaurant. Never ever order food in this restaurant and waste your money.

After placed an order and accepted by VSV Chettinad and waited for 2 hours 30 mins then simply Zomato customer care called me and said VSV rejected your order. Total waste of 2hrs 30mins waiting for foods as an order accepted at beginning and after 2 hrs 30 mins simply updated as order as been cancelled. If cancelling why don’t you cancel at beginning itself unnecessary we are waited for 2 hrs and 30 mins. When that time no more online order accepted from any hotels, at end we’re frustrated with the Zomato and VSV chettinad service with empty stomach.

one of the worst reasturant I've ever seen. it looks more than 2hours to deliver food to the place which is not more than a km far from the reasturant.<br/>continuous follow up but no proper response ..finally have to cancle the order at 11:30pm . it seems lyk, Once your business grows u will not bother about service for regular customers.

Order online through Zomato and delivery was on time. Egg Kothu parota was good. Chilly chicken is more capsicum and onions than chicken. Hardly 5 small pieces. Disappointed with the item. <br/>I have not been to the restaurant though.
