We celebrated our Anniversary this year here. It was as perfect as we expected. The place was really neat and they are maintaining every possible way to stay safe. Food was truly good. Excellent service by Himanku and Sagar. I never knew these many amazing cocktails existed. They even indulged me in deep conversation about various drinks. Stand beside them to see some amazing tricks that can only be seen in movies. Totally loved my time here!

This restaurant was suggested by one of my friend and we visited this place last weekend with my fellow colleagues, our steward named Christopher handled us very well, professional and his service etiquettes was top notch. His recommendation and the food and the drink we ordered was worth visiting this place. The ambiance was also awesome calm and peace. There will be always yes to this place for sure. Went to here for lunch . Nice ambience and very good hospitality and customer focus by Ankan . We had margaritas and Mojitos . All the drinks were perfect . The mojitos was perfect and could taste all the fresh ingredients used so also were the margaritas . We ordered pizza along with some other bites with not much expectation but the pizza was really good . It was perfectly done and the ingredients used were fresh and we could taste all the toppings along with the base perfectly done . Overall good place to hang out with friends and family .

I have always loved traveling the place because of the great food. I usually go to the Square because of a particular menu item which I always order. However, due to covid, the only open restaurant was Chez Nous which didn't have that food item available. Our table server Ankan, made sure that the dish was made available on special request. It was a delight to visit again and have myself attended with the same courtesy.

Special mention for Amish this evening. Thanks for a nice smile ans for your avises. I've spent a nice and calme evening and eated an excellent byriani lamb. Second evening : excellent service, smiles, peuple that care & excellent fond. Such a nice team in this restaurant that I can not wait to get back tommorrow to my favourite table. Third evening...my favourite table was not available. But for all the rest the evening was perfect. Thanks Anish. And thanks Kamalika for the good talk! I will be back. Had a nice dinner at the Chez Nous. Ordered the Bass fish, a cosmo cocktail and dessert. The fish was tasty and the service was good, especially Uttam which made sure everything was to my liking and according to my expectations. As a returning guest at Novotel, I am happy to have Chez Nous as my go to place for dinner.

Amazing place with awesome vibe. This was my second visit. Christopher is the best. Both time he made us feel like home with his warm hospitality. His suggestions were amazing specially in food. Will surely search for Christopher on our next visit. Keep up the good work.

I have had the most wonderful experience in the late hours of the night, having a pasta and pasta. The food and craft of the cappuccino was superb. Service from Anish was top notch! Very happy to be staying here for a lengthy time.

I really liked the way uttam Anish mixed long Island iced tea cocktail....i got goosebumps after having 2 glasses of mocktail..he is very responsive and friendly and spontaneous.. thanks uttam it's more than money i got kick due to his skills in mixing cocktail stuff..

Anish took care of me all afternoon at the Bangalore Novotel location and really went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable for the several hours I hung out at the lounge. Dinner was amazing, as were the drinks!!

Chez nous a quite place good for office work . I ordered chicken pepper fry it was amazing and durgeshwari made very nice basil mojito. Good job done .
