Review The Irish House - Bengaluru

The quality of food was great. The drinks were well prepared. 5 stars for food and drinks. 4 stars for atmosphere alone because small kids are permitted both inside and outside even at night around 2200h, there was lot of unwanted issues with children and their parents. Though I am not anti children but It is inappropriate to have them over the bar.

This rooftop Irish cafe is a glorious getaway in Galeria mall Yelahanka. The open air cafe is beautifully lit and designed by a highly creative architect. Our drinks were great with fabulous service, and twas memorable. The presentation was lovely. The feel and ambience of the place are exceptional, and its nice to see the cuisine match the space, with some of the usual favorites to keep people looking for their comfort food happy. Try more dishes, and drinks of course. Cheers!

One of the best place to hangout in banglore if you are staying near airport area ....we were near airport hotel and got to know about this from Google ...went there...it's located in a mall ...top floor ... atmosphere was great and happening...terrace was best to hangout but due to wind and chilling atmosphere, we preferred to sit downstairs in room ..music was good , food was nice , and serving was good ...

Vibe wise it's a good place. Clean and even the food is ok. (Note:- The food especially the platters will be good enough to serve 3+). Not overpriced. Not too crowded(Went there around 3-5PM on a Saturday). Highly recommended for couples, family and friend groups

We were here for lunch today (29th April 2023) Food was good - we had the penne pasta, the spaghetti, the chicken breast steak and the chicken salad (of course they had different names in their menu and i can't remember them) all of them were good, not great. Service was good too but they botched up one of our orders - they served the chicken satay( again they called it something else) which was supposed to be starters, after we nearly finished our mains. It is definitely on the more expensive side.

Tonight, we went for my birthday party Dinner 🥘 Food taste is very unique and tasty😋 Mocktail 🍸 is refreshing. Service was fast and good 👍 We are planning to visit again n again until we taste all its dishes. 🤩 I would recommend every one to visit once and enjoy the good food and lively ambience😍

Amazing location to enjoy an evening with friends and family.. the open air seating is great! Though close to the road we can still relax without the annoyance of traffic. Coming to the food, we have tried fries, fried chicken, burger and pizza. All of them were fantastic! We also had the irish coffee and it was amazing. The only con would be that it is on an expensive side. Otherwise service was great!

Elegant and sophisticated environment. Due to rain missed rooftop experience. When we visited that time happy hours was going on. Seating arrangement was great with soothing music. DJ was very good who was plying . Wall decoration was noticable. Even washrooms were nicely decorated. Food test yummy. Little costly. But according environment and experience , it was totally justified. They take reservations and walk in both. Polite staff. In short enjoyed a lot.

Pub situated inside the RMZ Galleria mall, Yelahanka. Excellent ambience. They have very good seating capacity. They have offers for the drinks during the peak hours. We felt that service could have been better. Also, price of some dishes are at the higher side compared to the quantity and quality of them.

They give us one plus one about alcohol menu before 19 o'clock. Good to be here.

One of the best pubs in yelahanka! This pub has an amazing ambience and service. The food here was good. They had 1+1 on drinks too. They have both indoor and roof top seating. One of the best places to chill out! The price is reasonable. Must try!

Well.., This place is not something that u like if u expect a loud, happening Place with live music or band etc etc... Instead, this place is a calm, comfortable, option with some good music in the background, while enjoying some nice drink.. They have some draught beer options too. Terrace has a good view of the Yelahanka township.. and the old chimney remains from the brick factory 🏭 looks great from the Terrace seating.. Food is good. Service is great. Food is slightly on the expensive side. Over all 4.5 /5

The place is not very big but you get good drinks, food and music. The staff are really good. The food menu is not that extensive but I feel that's fine, as you go there really not for food but drinks :)

Nice ambience.visit if you want to try European dishes. Spices in milder side as expected from western cusine. Staff are attentive and helpful.

I visited the place on weekday afternoon. Love the ambience. Courteous staff. Especially love how the food menu is presented. Limited food items but good options. Old fashioned onion rings were really yummy. Peri peri cottage cheese bowl was also delicious and worth trying. The price of the food, definitely does justice to the taste. Definitely going back to try something different from their menu. Recommend the place. :D

Few months back we had an amazing time at this place! They had a very good elaborate menu for both food and drinks! They had an option for every foodie I guess! Great place to chill out with friends or family. Very very beautiful ambience.

So me and my friend decided to go out for drinks and we thought that Irish house would be a good place to hangout. The ambience was good but we waited around 15-20mins for the waiter to get the menu. We visited during happy hours so if we got one drink the next one would be free. So we ordered two drinks and a platter. I must accept that the drinks were absolutely delicious and there’s no doubt about it. After around 30 mins since ordering we got our dish. They filled it with some disgusting sweet potato fries instead of normal fries and they threw in 4 pieces of microscopic onion rings, some fries, hot wings and some disgusting mac and cheese. It came with a bbq dip which tasted like rotten tomatoes. We literally forced ourselves to eat as the dish was super expensive but we gave up. We finished our drinks and asked for the bill. Here came the shock. My bill was a whopping 2300. I knew there was something wrong and I checked the bill and I saw that they had billed us for four drinks. So I told the waiter about it and he told he’ll fix it right away. I was holding the card and waiting for the bill and the waiter gives me two more drinks and I was like we already had two and these are not ours. He’s like no sir these are yours and he told us that these are the free drinks that comes with 1+1. I told him we already had two drinks so our 1+1 offer was that. He’s like you ordered two different drinks so we cannot apply the 1+1 on them and these are your next drinks(although both the drinks were of the same price). I’ve been to many pubs in Bangalore and used 1+1 offers but this is the weirdest rule. According to Irish house rules 1+1 is applicable only on the same drinks. This wasn’t mentioned anywhere and waiter didn’t tell us about this. They literally tried to loot us in broad daylight. The staff were so rude you have no clue. They don’t give two shits about your opinion and they think that only they can be right. We told the manager that how can you make us pay for something which we didn’t order and she’s like sir it’s restaurant policy and we can’t do shit. She made us sit there for an hour and we argued back and forth and finally she decided to cancel the drinks. My bill came down to 1400. They tried to scam 900 rupees from us. Finally they gave their card machine which didn’t work and I lost 1400 as it got debited but they told that they didn’t receive the payment(it got refunded after 36 hrs). We took every rupee we had and we settled their bill and left that place. I don’t think I’ve ever visited such pathetic place ever in my life and I don’t think I ever will. For the prices they charge, this doesn’t do any justice. The food was pathetic and the service was disgusting. Try to avoid this place if you can. Honestly this place doesn’t deserve even one star and I wish I could rate it with zero stars.

Go there for Geist Beers, everything els was average and put a hole in my pocket without feeling any good about it. The decor and the Forever rock tribute gig was good. For food, hop across to copper chimney may be.

A nice place for a family evening - though its a tad bit expensive. Started with mocktails - Virgin Mojito and Tangerine Spritzer . The latter one was much better - loved it. For the starters, we had the Cajun Sweet Potato Fries, Messy wings and Mediterranean market. The sweet potato fries were good but too less for the amount. Med market had a wonderful variety - felafel was crispy and pita bread was fantastic. The assortment of hummus was tasty and well made. The wings were the classic kinds - not the crispy one but quite well made. For the mains -had the farm cheese sliders. This comes with beer battered onion rings - which was easily the highlight of the dish.

Went here on a Friday night with family for the terrace ambience. Other than the ambience, nothing is worth at Irish. I feel staff are not trained, they didn't even serve Ice for my drinks. When I said it came for the second drink. There's a chicken platter that costs Rs.1200. The taste is below average and if you ask for an additional dip, they say they will charge for it. And yes, even that dip came after we ate the platter. Give it a pass if you have other options around.

The ambience, or rather the rooftop is what it deserves points for.<br/>The service is terrible, no other word for it. I don't particularly care for a restaurant which will charge 1200 for a community platter but tell you that any additional tea spoon sized dips are chargeable. <br/>Any other requests were slow to be completed, staff is not helpful and once they take your orders, they disappear without any communication on possible delays.<br/>The food itself is pretty average.

The staff was so rude. I went into the restaurant looking for some good Saturday afternoon time with family and it ended to be a very bad experience. I have visited Irish house in other locations and have had good time there. Took my family members with the same expectation to RMZ mall branch, but everyone were disappointed with the way staff spoke right from the beginning. They definitely need some sessions to be more polished with the customers.

Pasta was not at all good.Plus they dont provide you with proper details about the food.

I went here with my team of 8 people. You would like their witty wit beer and Weiss man beer if you are a wheat beer person. The rooftop ambience was good too.<br/><br/>Coming to the biggest regret. The price of drinks are almost double compared to other pubs. The food quantity is very less with high prices. Both the pricing of food as well as the drinks shooted up our bill way more than our expectation.

Have you ever visited a restaurant where you feel that the staff give a damn and they have no clue what they have to do? <br/><br/>If you want to experience all the above then do visit IRISH HOUSE in RMZ Mall, Yelahanka. You will be amazed to see how with élan this people can spoil your mood over simple lunch that you wish to have with your Wife and Kid. My only fault I thought they have improved and decided to visit them again for 6th time. I had no clue that my 6th experience will make my previous 5 experience looks really good. Every time I visited, I never came out satisfied. My approach always was okay let’s talk to Management and give them feedback so that they can improve. Every time I talked to them, they promised me that they will improve but every next time I have seen almost nothing. My 6th visit have crossed all my expectations, a restaurant with endless wait time for food and with staff attitude of “be thankful we are serving you” is the last place on earth I would like to visit in future.<br/><br/>On a fine Friday afternoon, we went to have a family lunch. We ordered Food with fully aware that they are the slowest to serve food. I have been to many Pub restaurant across the world when it is fully packed even those restaurants can’t bit this performance. A starter 30 min and main course will never arrive. They have served the non-alcoholic drinks soon and after 20-30 min the first round of starter came and that’s it. We have ordered few more starter and thought it would be coming soon. I saw people ordered after us are getting the food but there is no sight of our order. I requested the waitress, but she has no time listen to me. All of the people running around with no co-ordination whatsoever. They were yelling at each other with orders, they don’t know which order to serve in which table. They served a dish which look like we ordered to another table and then took it back and had no clue who ordered that dish. I told the floor Manager in charge that the order looks like ours, but she has no mood to listen to me. At this point I had lost all my patience and asked the lady to cancel the order and give me the bill. Till this point everything was going as expected, but the shocker came when I asked to cancel the bill. The lady without trying to understand the situation or offering me any other dish cancelled the order and within 2 min gave me the bill with the food which they didn’t even served. On pointing out that she just calmly took the bill and removed the item and give me the bill with in 2 min. I was shocked to see the attitude, never in my life I have seen such an attitude from a restaurant floor manager. Every time there is some problem they generally try to understand the problem and never let a guest go empty stomach. There was a single attempt to rectify the issue, the attitude was “I really don’t care, if you want to cancel order and go empty stomach that’s your problem”. It was pathetic state of affair in this place. I can’t remember an eating place where I have visited 6 time and every time came out really un-happy and pissed-off. A road side food stall has more professional attitude than this people. If this place is the last standing food joint, the only place where one can get food, I will dye hungry but will not visit this place because “It is difficult to digest attitude”. <br/><br/>Be the god with you and keep you cool if you ever want to visit this place.

For one dish they made us wait for good 30 mins. Evening after reminding them 5 times. They still got the order late.

Was here for a brunch, the ambience is cool filled with quotes on the walls with good artistic works. They have outdoor, indoor and rooftop sitting. The outdoor was okay, indoor was really good, unfortunately the rooftop opened at Evenings only so couldn't check out.<br/>Coming to food, I had begin with the cappuccino was Normal like everywhere I had no problem with it. Then we had taken mojito lime which was on point completely loved it. Then I ordered Ban Ban shake which wasn't that great.. later we ordered a carribean party pizza which was soo good it was big enough and worth the price. Then we got Messy wing's, it was good. felt should have been more spicy comparatively how it looked. Over it is good place when u feel like having starters and chill. The waiter Parful was very helpful, and service was good.

I have been to The Irish house lot of times but it was a bad experience on one of the Sunday night. I ordered a beer in happy hours and shortly after that my girlfriend joined me. She ordered a cocktail and popcorn chicken for her but at time of billing she showed her CRED voucher but manger did not a accept it and called us "CHEATERS" even though we did not combine both happy hours and CRED voucher. This is not acceptable as this kind of behavior is not acceptable but shout-out to Deepesh who was really humble to us.

We went as a family and the place was good. We sat on the roof top place and had Sanju as our server. It was good experience overall

The so called chicken wings were made from diseased chicken. We returned the dish (although we paid for it) and the waiter and cook refused to admit how pathetic the dish was. Plus corporates be careful, don't wear your company T shirts in Irish house. They feel you are soft targets and will most certainly do their very best to loot you. You have been warned!

The Irish house in RMZ mall, Yelahanka launched their New year's Menu. However, this is just the expansion of the old and have to tell that the Menu look stunning.<br/>Well, I have been to this mall like quite frequently cause I lived pretty close to this location and super stoked that Irish house is just around.<br/>The ambiance is amazing, the view from this place is a killer. Their seatings arrangements consists from high stools, to sofas etc. And the bar looks spectacular.<br/>The most exciting part of the menu for me is The southern chicken and beer waffles, I mean I've never tried waffles with chicken before but in actual it turns out I loved the combination. So, this is one of the must try dish and also you should definitely try the Carnivores grilled platter if you like meat like me. This platter have BBQ chicken, to lamb pops, wedges, skinny chimburri chicken, you will love this platter.<br/>Moreover, the sloppy pork ribs was delicious and juicy. The pepperoni pizza was good, the crust was thin but I just want more pepperoni on my pizza.<br/>You can have your food with Geist beer or a cocktail or a mocktail, depends how you like it.<br/>In dessert, I love the Drunken waffle.<br/>The staff are courteous.<br/>I'm definitely going back to this place.

The Irish House has always been a favourite for me and lately they've introduced a great new menu with a very balanced number of vegetarian and non vegetarian items and a plethora of unique cocktails. <br/>For me, the highlight of the day was the nutty Irishman - a beautiful combination of whiskey, home made creme liquor, peanut butter and topped with torched marshmallows. <br/>The holy macaroni pasta, available in both veg and non veg was one of the creamiest ones I ever had! <br/>For someone with an appetite as poor as mine, I was full just with the fine Vegetarian loaded nachos! <br/>To end with, I had the drunken waffle wich - which you vegetarians can also eat ! <br/>Do ask the server for the best ones in non veg, I'm sure the sloppy ribs and meat fest pizza would really make you drool.
