The best part about the place is the fact that it does not get utterly crowded like most places. The food is really good, the staff is very professional and friendly, the rooftop makes things better and if one asks, they can play their own music too! There are separate booths for couples as well. On the whole, sums up to a good outing and the ambience is very good. The climb up the stairs is worth it in the end after all.

Mid afternoon as we decided to go to puff cafe, lift broken down so we had to take the stairs and mid way were lost. The place is like in some dungoen and finally we reach the fourth floor were the cafe had this deserted look with bare minimum serves and customers. The place had no fans so had to fry up under the heat. Sheesha was not upto the mark and had second thoughts about the food so never tried. Overall experienc - 3.5 /10 just fr the service and music

Last time I visit in this cafe I feel-good when I see the place. but when I order food and water lemon juice price is so high and they are charging GST in water also and menu is different then zomato all staff are busy in Mobile taking self they are not tack care of customer . Hookha is good but food test is so Hubbard never visit in this place. On respect people's all staff are showing Rowdy behaving . To customer even I'm the restaurant manager and I never seen this type of service and behaving staff .

This hookah bar has an eccentric and comfortable ambience. The graffiti and props are really colourful. It's quite accommodating but not that crowded. They've special space for couples as well, which is interesting.<br/><br/>Service is good and fairly quick. The manager is very friendly and plays the music of our choice whenever we request.<br/><br/>The hookah is better than the other sheesha places in the surrounding. Food isn't remarkable. Sometimes they don't have many dishes mentioned in the menu. The milkshakes and coolers are also fine. Babycorn Manchurian was good. Shubhash is my table server everytime I get to puff on BEL road. Located right on top of satrangi, this place offers a peaceful and calm environment to while away the time with friends. The greenery around us what keys the place very cool. I go here for the peace and quiet the place offers me with soft pleasant music. Noodles I tried were horrible no salt no flavours. If you r opting for a roof top seating please go with proper winter wear 🙏 You cannot sit there for more than 15 min. <br/><br/>This place serves only veg dishes and we tried their mushroom sizzler and All veg Pizza along with coke. <br/><br/>Pizza costs you 333++ which is a 6" 4 slice small pizza. It is a coolest place to hang out with your gang for hookah since they have separate room for that. One of my friend's birthday was celebrated there , the staff helped us to set up everything n provided a balloon blower , some good music and disco lights. They do allow you to decorate the space unless it is mess free. We had ordered hakkah noodles , fries pasta and pizzas it tasted yum. Must take some pictures in front of the funky wall art. Big thumbs up. Must try this place. It's surely gonna be my go to place.

Ambience - Nothing edgy but welcoming and peaceful... Credits to the Bangalore weather too. The rooftop open air cafe has a beautiful view and almost comfortable seating. Clean, just appropriately lit for a good Sheesha experience with commercial and pop songs playing in the background.<br/>Food - Crispy corn carnival... Or something of that sort served hot in a creative cutlery and tasted just fine.<br/>Service - Couldn't have been any better. Anoop, who was serving us is well mannered with a sense of humor. Checked on us regularly without annoying us. Changed our Sheesha when he sensed we weren't exactly satisfied and on the house. No we weren't exactly complaining!

We got into this place as there was alot of waiting at Ember. When I saw the pictures of the place on Zomato, I had a wrong impression. The place was pretty good . They have an enclosed seating area too which is good for a big crowd who wants to have a gala time. There are two floors. We went on the top floor and caught those little cubicles , the same idea of 1522, but that's good. <br/>There was some offer on hookah i.e, 50% off on one. And buy one get one free etc. We took one, which was actually quiet good.<br/>The food was also good and plus a vegetarian place 🙌<br/>Ordered wedges and fried rice. No complaints..<br/>Overall a nice place to chill with Friends 💓<br/>Keep going and growing! Cheers

Was planning to go to Ember (Hookah place exactly opposite to Puff) but then we came across Puff and they had some inaugural offer. There are two floors. Only one of them were open. The place seemed to be decent. It has some cool graffiti. But the work is still in progress. They had a lot of drilling sound and some electrical people were continuously doing some work. They had put music which literally blasted our ears. The place seemed deserted. A lot of work needs to be done. I did not like the Chairs and Tables. They had not prepared the Hookah very well. We ordered one Kit Kat shake with it. WHICH WAS HORRIBLE. It was probably the worst shake I have ever tasted. Lot of improvement is required. The management was convinced that we were not happy with the service. They did not charge us for the Kit Kat Shake. (1st Hookah is complementary) We came out and headed to Ember again. This was my initial impression. They will probably need a week or two to get everything working. Might visit the place again. Based on further reviews by people.
