Review Domino's Pizza - Bengaluru

Great place.. fast service.. NO structured parking available only draw back.. the chicken wings were really nice.. we asked them to make it more spicy and booom... its was nice and juicy... the beverages say on MRP.. but I'm not sure.. coz I bought Nimbooz by 7up 200 ml and they charged me 50/-.. also Lipton ice tea its 25/- mrp and here he charged 50/- surprisingly the MRP was 50/-.. so may be these guys get it specially printed for all their outlets.. Anyway.. kids had fun.. good brunch.. 👍

Overall it was a good experience for me.... And the current offer of pizza at ₹49 was good too., And once your total bill is more than ₹450 you get an additional free dish., the staff were good and friendly

The best place for affordable pizzas and the quality of these pizzas are good. Not a crowded place because of the online deliveries, you can pretty much have your get together at this place

Everytime I try to order from Domino's, the options are greyed out. I tried calling Domino's and asking why is it so and they say they don't deliver to my area which is very disrespectful. Especially because they used to deliver before and I used to often order pizza from Domino's but now they just don't deliver and say such disrespectful things. And the worst part about this is, that whenever I open the Zomato app, it shows Domino's as delivering to my area when it actually isn't delivering. Kindly do something about it and stop being soo disrespectful to your customers.

Order delivery person was too rude, he dont even have an any respect on customer nor on a women. Hoping u people take a action. <br/>This is on a serious note.

Person didn't want to climb stairs when I asked him abt contactless delivery he said he wil leave it on road seriously is this why we pay extra to delivery and be safe, if you cant handle this the stop advertising

Horrible service!! Why are you on Zomato when You don’t want to accept orders. This is the third time my order was cancelled after paying. Please remove yourself from this app if you do not want to provide customer service.

Ordered two medium pepper barbeque chicken pizzas. The amount of chicken in both pizzas combined would not been more than 10 grams. Not the first time this has happened. Having paid rupees 700 in total, highly disappointed.

Too Harsh to customers

Sad state of affairs. I've been an ardent customer of DP, ever since I've moved to Bangalore, from late 2005 - early 2006. My most frequent way of getting domino's was home delivery and it has always worked well... But over the course of time they've stopped delivery to my address. I stay in Jayamahal, which is not a remote area by any stretch of imagination. Yet they stopped delivering to my address and any nearby places. My frequency of having domino's reduced greatly but never did these guys initiate home delivery to my locality again. What a tragedy. What makes it worse is the staff that gets in touch with u from the stores , especially RT NAGAR, are absolutely dreadful. Extremely rude and lack basic etiquettes. Their conversing skills are 0 and they reek of a very bad attitude... What a mighty fall for one of my favourite fast food joints, where I built my love life over a span of 5 years during college n beyond.. Sad... What's worse is the fact that these guys don't seem to care about their dwindling customer base.

This outlet of dominos located at Frazer town is one of my fav. I go here almost every second evening to have stuffed cheese garlic bread and boneless chicken wings. My experience has always been good.

Did not delivered my order and asking for feedback as it got delivered zomato and domino's cheating the customer .. Zomato does not refund the customer's amount whether restaurant delivers or not or delivers the worst waste food instead gives coupon code that too only the half of the amount and if we use that coupon code again they won't deliver... By cheating the customers zomato is earing the<br/>money<br/>

The second time in 2 weeks my pizza got delivered 1 and a Half hours late! Cold and inedible. It’s unfortunate. I have faced this only in the Frazertown outlet. Needs some serious intervention!!!

The pick up option is good.... I really liked it... The food is also good... The pizza mania's have a good variety... The new world pizzas are good as well

An awesome place to spend around but when it comes for food the place isn't that great before the pizza where amazing now the quality has gone down.

Staff service is fine, located on the main road, easy to spot. Washroom is well maintained. It would be better if the staff were a bit friendly.

I ordered the peri peri pizza and pepper bbq. These two are really delicious. Would recommend for late night snack. Always up for some dominoes pizza.

The restaurant does not concern about customer service. Its only their policy which matters the most to them and not the customer. I was sick at home suffering from fever and cold. I ordered pizza but they did not deliver to my place because of their policy of not delivering out of their range. They spoke to me rudely and cut my call abruptly.

Arrogant people does not come near home. Quality and quantity at very poor. Hate management. Waste restaurant and that cheese, it was like southerly cream . Pasta filled only with onions and garlic hardly called pasta . Pizza crust so hard please change every thing. Cake could easily come know it was 8 month ago.<br/>

Most horrible place on earth who confidently delivers u a chicken pizza when u ordered a veg pizza after 45 mins of wait and after shop closing time so none has to answer calls. And zomato support such "big brands ".

i ordered 2 double cheeze pizza which had absolutely no cheeze on it even the onion combo pizza had more cheeze on it than it had. it was pathetic. Pizza hut is a way more better choice than dominos, atleast the provide what they charge for..

Very poor service I had to wait for 1.5 hour as the service was not available to my place I visited the place where they guided me I had to wait there for 15 min then had to visit the restaurant myself and blast them and took my order and myself if u can’t give service to some area like bangalore 45 even though my home is just 2 kms from Frazer Town dominos pizza restaurant then do u have home delivery facilities if the delivery is near by 3 kms u should try to deliver but no U have made boders from which they cannot cross and Zomato should help us or the dominos should no one calls in sudden all mobile and phone gets unreachable even the order is not delivered I get chat status from Zomato and I don’t get any help from Zomato here what I get in Zomato is just update I been get updates that they are not able to connect the branch as I m connectable from my mobile strange experience I had this not first this was the second experience my first experience was horrible same as this order I m not writing that pizza was not good pizza is very tasty but the delivery service was horrible what I requested is where ever the orders is from u need to deliver them let it be how fare he stays if your service is better we will be more comfortable in buying online else we cook we have and u better close ur shop all the best

Not sure if it’s the restaurants fault or Zomato, but when we ordered, it was confirmed but we waited two hours and it never came. Both us and Zomato tried to contact them by calling, but there was no answer. Maybe they were not open? But if so, Zomato shouldn’t have let us place an order in the first place.
