This was my first visit to India and I’m so happy that I stayed at this hotel. Everyone here makes you feel so welcome from the very beginning of your arrival. Location is convenient to the nearby business offices, but if you’re looking for something in the city center, I probably wouldn’t stay here because traffic will take up a good part of your day trying to drive to different areas. Breakfast buffet was delicious and good variety of local dishes. Rooms were quiet, clean, and had all of the standard amenities. The staff are what made the experience here exceptional though. I felt comfortable and safe here as a solo female traveler. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area!

I was there for my New year's celebration. Loved the experience at the Blue terrain alongside the pool under the stars. Great food and hospitality along with exciting entertainment thanks to Voice of Rahul and the team. They made us dance till 12 30 and left us all wanting for more. Enjoyed a lot and would love to recommend the live band to all. Thank you Novotel for arranging an amazing NYE 2024 and would suggest to keep more such events in the future.

We checked in Novotel on 31st Dec 2023 to spend our year end. We got a very room. It was neat and clean. Staffs were always available to serve us. There were 3 big events happening during 31st night. We enjoyed our stay a lot

Incredible value! Stayed there for a week for business purposes. Amazing hospitality from the staff. Room was very clean and modern. The view from my room was nice, city at night was beautiful. The breakfast was very tasteful, being from Mexico and trying new food and flavors was really a thing there, extra points for having different foods every day. A good recognition from the hostess of the restaurant, she recognized me and wished me a good day and safe travel back on my last day, good detail from her side.

Everything is perfect in this hotel except a couple things: First of all, know that their team is excellent and available for any need you may desire. You can always count on them to surprise you with solutions to your problems. As you can expect, any broken piece of equipment is replaced immediately, and you can even ask the chef to cook you food which is not proposed if you wish for it! There is however considerable room for improvement regarding the taxi from work to the hotel. If you book it in advance you won't have any kind of trouble, but if you message them (via WhatsApp) for a quick pickup, they may just forget about your message for over an hour. It happened consistently for me until the guest experience manager solved the issue for me. Hopefully they have now solved the problem once and for all, but if not, this is definitely something you should know in advance. I also think that their on-demand laundry (as well as their laundry plan) is a bit more expensive than other hotels. Still, despite these two points, it was a very good stay, way more human-centered than other hotels I visited and I definitely recommend it.

I really had a great time. I stayed For 5 Nights. The ambience and Buffet spread was up to mark and food was really delicious with peaceful ambience. I would like to say special thanks to Ms.Atryee for taking extra care Entire stay. Hoping to come back soon with another team get together.

Great place for a social event we hosted recently. The foyer and ground floor venue hall were perfect for the event and the food quality was very good..loved the salads and live pasta counter in addition to Indian cuisine. The staff were very helpful in accommodating all our requests and things went smoothly. Kudos!

Good experience overall. A few instances in the restaurant were not great. For example I asked for a parcel, which initially they said yes to but then never gave. At times the staff made us feel we couldn't get some stuff cause we are staying with our company. Food was great.

This is a good business hotel- no frills and a good bargain for the price if compared to nearby hotels such as the Fairfield Marriott. The breakfast buffet is the best thing about it!!! Great variety. Overall I would definitely recommend the place

It was a pleasant stay at the hotel. I like the food, services and rooms. Special thanks to Mr Taha who helped me by coming along with me to hospital when I fell sick. He ensured that he was there at hospital until I am settled. When I came back from hospital after 3 hours he checked on me and told me that do you need any other help. He also told me that I should take some rest and he will make my breakfast available at my room itself which he took care. Thanks once again Taha..

It was wow experience. It was my first time to stay in 5 star hotel. I am really happy and I felt like a woww and amazing. Food, room and room cleaning facility was wonderful. I would really thank each and every one of Novotel for giving me wonderful experience in my life. Thank you 😊

Great place to stay. Great staff. Especially Mr Sijan from housekeeping who made sure that my stay is comfortable throughout. I stayed in room 1301 for around 13 nights and it was really amazing. Thank you everyone at Novotel Bellandur.

I recently had a great experience of staying at prestigious Novotel Bengaluru Outer Ring Road hotel. Guest service was impeccable, ensuring comfortable and welcoming stay. Room cleanliness met high standards, reflecting a commitment to hygiene and the culinary experience was delightful, offering a diverse and delicious menu. Would definitely visit again.

Very good staff. Rumpa is very cordial and helpful. Ranik and Anaina at the front desk along with duty manager Navin are very good too. Darshan and Bahadur in Square restaurant are excellent...very hospitable, and very attentive. Thoroughly enjoyed their serving on my table. Food was v good, especially Anjeer peda. Restaurant manager Sumit is leading his team very well and ensures guests are well taken care of.

For us the location was wrong as this was not a business trip but pleasure we would have preferred to be more in the center. But this is our agents responsibility. The hotel in itself was absolutely fine and met our needs and expectations. The staff is kind and always willing to help.

The platinum new year event was not great. Found it boring. The live music event was a flop. Singers not upto novotel level. Choice of songs were pathetic..Looking for better experience next tym.
