They offer a wide array of services and their staff too are well informed about every policy. Very helpful with their services be it opening an account, depositing or withdrawing cash, etc and maintenance too is pretty nice.
Best time to go there I would suggest is at 9.00 am sharp when it opens on a weekday as there is hardly any crowd at that time and one can finish their task within a matter of minutes. Saturdays are usually crowded and may take time for processing of anything.
Only bad thing is that their ATM next door is unusually slow and needs proper upkeep.
Very helpful staff. The manager too is helpful, knowledgeable and patient.
One of the better government offices (wrt getting the work done) I have visited in a while.
Surprisingly good staff behavior. Even elder employees coordinate with customer and young employees makes you feel like it's a premium bank.
