Here you can purchase e-stamp papers for several requirements like Rental Agreement, small settlements. Also you can enquiry about Home buy and sell related queries. Had a Good experience, and got the registration completed in about 3 hours. The place was quite crowded and the staff worked in a non-ac room, still they were quite polite and helped us through.

Reach by 10 to get the tokens work will start by 10.30 sooner u reach the earliest u can get the work done..
Parking for car can be done across the street so ideally it is not a big issue....
Many photo copy and shop are available outside the office

pay money and get the job done. 500 rs u official for encumberance certificate in an hour. else 400 for full day waiting. but you will get good service
