Rooms are good, couple little things off like missing tiles in shower but nothing major. Front desk seemed a little chaotic at check in and then got a wake up call at 6 am that I didn't ask for. Hope it wasn't for someone else that they missed! Cafe is advertised 24 hour but it is a small hotel so not much activity so I wouldn't expect fresh made fare. Location is good, convenient to metro which is the way to get around.

I had the pleasure of spending 24 hours at the Minla last week. My check-in a little past midnight was a breeze. The room was extremely comfortable, and I slept like a log in the perfect air-conditioned environment.
All the amenities in the hotel are plush and aesthetically designed. The designers have thought through the layout of the hotel while paying attention to little details keeping the needs of guests in view. I was amazed at the speed of tbe Wi-Fi. The breakfast next morning was one of the yummiest I have had in recent times. A mix of South Indian and semi-western vegetarian fare, the buffet breakfast spread was delicious and sumptuous. The staff members were extremely courteous and helpful, though there were not too many of them around.
On the whole, my brief stay at the Minla was a delightful experience. I would rate this hotel as one of the best in its league. Undoubtedly, the Minla is equally a boon to the business traveller as it could be to a tourist or a casual visitor to north-Bangalore.
Great service and food. Enjoyed breakfast on all three days os stay to the fullest. Quality is great and the staff is courteous and excel in service with a smile. Rooms are well maintained and with great amenities, Bottled water is offered free of cost , rarity these days. Buffet di ner needs to be ordered in advance @Rs 450+ taxes. Didn't try and hence can't comment. Only area of improvement, no gym. Wifi is good. U can get grest prices on room booking through apps like agoda and mmt. Try that. Isko temple isnext door and must be visited. Orion mall is at aapka le distance with good food court and lot of brands. Mahalaxmi metro station is also walking distance. U can easily get cabs like ola etc and even auto rickshaw is easily available. Calming and silent hotel... Enjoyable Ambience.
When I booked this hotel for a premium price. I thought it would be a great experience. Unfortunately I was wrong. As soon as I got into the room, I could smell cigarettes even though our room was supposed to be non-smoking. Then, as I entered the bathroom, I could see no bath towels and only 1 dental kit when I had mentioned 2 guests. I called for room service but no one turned up for 10 mins. I had to call them again. One of them came, sprayed a lil room freshener, placed the towels and dental kit. (This is why I gave the extra star.) The problems don't end here. The shower doesn't work as expected. No matter what you do, water comes from every opening. Hangers are broken. There's a cavity behind the couch which opens up if you try to keep something on it or move the couch. The 4th floor could have featured a nice pool, bar or a lounge. But it's empty and boring.
Summary: beautifully impractical.
Room is little compact, breakfast egg is best.
View is not good and little expensive for subsequent services.
the tip for room cleaning should be paid in Rs, they dnt take dollar.
They help us to exchange dollar into Rs and the exchange rate is quite nice. almost same as International bank notified exchange rate.
Beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Bangalore. Balances access to the hustle and bustle of the city with Immaculately furnished and quiet rooms. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic and highly authentic!
Beyond Value for Money... Right from reservations.. To requesting dinner to be kept ready even as I had boarded my flight at Delhi.. To find it ready and waiting at 11 pm.. And finally served by Mahendra++ as if I had come back home! God bless everyone associated with Minla!
