Review Domino's Pizza - Bengaluru

The customer service was excellent; the delivery person was courteous and followed all safety protocols. The pizza had generous cheese, and the sauce had a delicious tanginess. Quick service and cool staff

Taste was great but the only problem is the customer service ( I ordered my food on app and after waiting 10 min i got a notification that my order was ready but when i asked they said it not ready and will take some time I had to wait another 15 min before it was done) Other than that the food was great

The place and location of dominos was good and the pizza's got served fast and those guys need to be lityle more efficient in cleaning and clearing... In the second floor there were clearance... Need to be done and wash room was not tidy..

Excellent food. The store should take care of more cleanliness. Overall very nice experience.

Ambience was quite good. Food was served fresh but it was delayed even at low crowd.

Asusual a good pizza location. Love the way they take care for hygiene and sanitation. Parking is bit of a trouble. Can enjoy with friends have a good amount of space. They're very kind enough to change the seating arrangement as per our wish as we were went with a bunch of people. Quality is good and price is asusual nothing to surprise. Overall a good experience here.

Pizza preparation is taking little bit time though there were no crowds. Cleaning tables also taking some time. Non veg pizzas are not halal. Overall good experience

Worst experience, one of the pizza was missing and after raising a complaint, recieved the missing pizza a day later delivered by one of the rudest delivery guy I met and the pizza also looks so much worse. Like how hard is to cut a small pizza into four slices

The food took 2.5 hours to arrive. It was cold and utterly an inconvenience during a lockdown where I wasn’t sure if I’d ever get the food or order from elsewhere because the confirmation arrived and by time I could choose elsewhere to order from every place was closed.

Called store not responding ...very disappointed

I am among the lucky ones to receive such fresh pizza today. Quantity of cheese burst was awesome. Please continue to provide fresh pizzas to everyone in the future. A Happy meal makes a person have positive start.

today, I had the worst experience from Dominos. I ordered for a Margheritta Pizza like @ 12.50 p.m. and then I had to wait until 4.15 for the same to be delivered. I inquired about this issue in the customer care and their response was really harsh. I contacted them many times and one of them hanged up the call. I was completely clueless what to do as I ordered it through an online payment. The customer care at Dominos (BTM Layout Banglore) never clarified a thing and I had to call  the headquarters to sort the issue. Finally only after I told them that I have recorded their calls and would post it in social media, they showed some interest in the issue. it was very ignorant from their part as I missed my lunch today because of their arrogance. and almost for 5 times they asked me to wait for 15 minutes for it to deliver. the fun part is that even if I didn't receive the order at time, the app showed that it was delivered and asked me to give the feedback which i didn't even get. Finally my roommate who was very good at speaking Hindi sorted out the issue and we asked them either to cancel or to refund the amount. Finally, they told us that they would deliver it along with a compliment pizza within 10 minutes (as usual) and as a wonder did so. So, I Suggest everyone not to get in the similar situation.

Worst experience from the start of the order till the end

One of the worst dominos outlets they will accept the order and will deliver after 2 hours or they will call you and tell you there is some technical issue and will not be able to deliver order. I feel these people are high on something.

I am writing this review for manager of this dominos branch. It is the third time my order is being delayed more that 1 hour. Please keep up your 30 minutes delivery gurantee. And I would like to get all my refunds of the orders as the pizza was cold and one could barely eat that.

I ordered at 2:15 pm and I got my product after 2 hours. Horrible experience. When I called dominos the call was not going. Also after 10 calls they responded to my call. When asking ZOMATO they say they are not responsible for dominos order delivery. Worst experience.

This is the worse service I ever had from both the zomato and Domino's. When I contacted zomato regrding this.. They will be like we are not responsible for it and domino's number will not work. The order got delivered after 1 hour 15 mins I have placed. And worst customer service....good bye to both the sites... Never use your sites again!

So irresponsible workers.they doesn’t even answer calls when we order online and call for updates.The delivery guy’s number is given wrongly.

Order delivery is very late and not able to get support from call center while calling from my mobile number when we checked with zomato they are saying they were not reaponsible for the order.

I have order 4 pizzas at 10.44 pm. Delivery person prsuram delivered 3 pizzas at 12.15 Am. When I asked he told me that package person doesn't give four pizza. After that I spoke to Branch manager shiva. I told him about missing pizza and the delivery standerd he cut my call.

My order was supposed to deliver @ 9.56,..............but it delivered @ 10.30. upon that I have ordered 7up...............but it is given pepsi..................it was more than 30 mins...

Domino's Pizza is always there to fulfill your puzza cravings even when you don't have enough money to spend on Italian food. Their single pizzas and chicken pouch are two of my frequently ordered items. I love their cheese nuggets as well.<br/><br/>Cheers to food! Cheers to life!

Best place for pizza... No need to say anything about Domino's... Perfect place to hang out... Must try their pizza manias... And also try their newlu added side items... All are yummy.

Worst response from restaurant manager ,order was not delivered after45 min also I was in touch with Domino's help line from 15 min of placing order as I had guest in office, but they say my mobile was switched off and could not deliver but address was clear with floor specifically why they don't come if really they had , worst experience from Domino's maruthinagar BTM outlet . Zomato will never help any issue with Domino's bad experience

Ordered Chicken Dominator pizza through Zomato. Received the order on time. The food was hot, crust was soft and crispy. As the name suggests, it was overloaded with chicken. Awesome dish. Loved it.

What is this?? Can't understand what's wrong with dominos. I have ordered and they have accepted order but after that I never received my order. Means I am a regular customer of dominos but this left me shocked.such a pathetic service from them at this time. I have not expected this from this brand. Will never ever recommend this to any one in future. Really pathetic to accept that. You people have made this a failure.

We had pepper barbeque pizza, paneer makhani and a burger pizza it was very yumm i love pizzas very much 1st time i have tried burger pizza very crispy and cheeze with all chicken and vegetables over all 4/5.

Never recommended like hell.I ordered pizza using zomato.After 2 hrs it had not delivered.i contacted zomato chat assist(they dont have any voice assist),they said it will be delivered by dominos zomato cant do any thing about it.I contacted dominos customer care,they said the same.And given the outlet number,When contacted the number was withdrawn.So still writing this review after 12 hrs.my pizza is not delivered.About the bill zomato says as the bill payment was prepaid no refund is possible,nor cancel.friends please never book anything through zomato nor dominos

I would give minus if there is option... bcoz I never received any response from Domino's after placing order, connected chat support multiple times, they kept telling checking n ull receive call, but I never received single call.. k couldn't connect to Domino's either.. even after 3 hours status shows order on the way... very bad experience.
