A very small place which serves great food. Slightly overpriced but the taste is amazing. Extremely fast service, took less than 5 minutes for our order. Staff is friendly and nice.

They should close down this place. I went there and the guy who was there did not know what items contained what. No drinking water. The ac was not working. Unhygienic. Please don’t order from here unless you want to fall sick

WHAT THEHEEBEE SAYS ABOUT FOOD FROM PETOO:
I ordered food for home delivery from Petoo. In terms of taste, the food was really excellent. But the points get deducted by the overall bad experience.

My order was as below:

Chicken Totta Roti Combo == Rs 205

Gulabo Gajar Halwa == Rs 85

Paan Ki Pappi Milkshake == Rs 40

Total cost of order = 330 Rs. There was a 50% off discount and hence the final cost of order = 198 Rs after adding taxes and charges.

ALL PRE-PAID.

But the disappointing points in the order were below two:

1). I never received the milkshake

2). The quantity of Gajar Halwa and Chicken gravy was even less than half of the container (see attached pic)

I feel that these two issues only reflect sheer carelessness towards catering to customers.

Signing Off

Hiral Amodia

(TheHeeBee)

I dont know how this place has 3.9 rating, guess they have reviewed it themselves. This has been the most disappointing place I have ever been to in Bangalore. They did not have even 10 % of items available. There was only one guy , he took the order he made the food. He did not know what the items were. They served stale food. Also if you are planning to go there carry your own water bottle cus they dont even have drinking water. This place should be de listed ASAP. Please go at your own risk. DANGER....DANGER.....DANGER

Best offers in town with the menu at Petoo is quite extensive and includes a good number of both dry and gravy-based dishes. You'll be quite surprised to know the variety of food and beverages (with quirky names, like 'Natkhat Nimbu Pani' for example) that a tiny outlet such as this can cook up.

Menu had varieties like Regional Specialties, Gravies, Beverages, Snacks & Starters, Chats, Wraps, Quick Bites, Desserts & Kebabs.

Loved it..

The reviews were great on Zomato. But, when I tried it was a sheer disappointment. I expected better quantity and quality. But.... Naah. Not satisfied.

Have been a frequent diner at Petoo Koramangala 4th block outlet. Pretty decent meals at good price. Have tried the starters, main course and desserts. Pretty much a happy customer. If anyone thinks of visiting an affordable food joint with economy budget, they should definitely check this place out.

Ordered online. Delivered on time. Food quality was BAD. The rotis had a sour smell. The gravy of the subzi was diluted with water and frankly, tasteless.

Delight to look at this store of Petoo on a busy road of Koramangala! Looks bright and so, bright and colorful in the night that you can't just drive away without taking a glance. Cozy, small and a cute store this is. Friendly service and the chef recommended the thalaiva box. Nothing fancy about the dish. Plain basmati rice tossed in ghee, not much but you can taste its presence in the rice, chicken curry which takes you back home with added curry leaves, that's some delicious food and of course the salad. Tried their Pan ki pappi milk shake and I must say, I'm a fan.

Must visit this store.

Great food and service. I have tried their bahubali wrap and it is really good and a must try. The cost is reasonable and the service is really fast.

Just a random plan and landed here for lunch. A cute small cafe , barely four tables and the “petoo” version bollywood inspired wall art.
The concept here is picking up regional specialties and customising it in their own style.

Started off with some drinks. Tried nimbu pani, kulfi and paan flavoured shakes. Okayish.
For starters it was samosa served with chutney. One of my anytime snacks... no complaints!
Veg. Chop had a beetroot base and a slightly sweet tang. Can be tried.
Mumbaiya masti chaat was good but I wish there was more chutney on top.

For main course I tried regional speciality rice bowls. Dole sholey box had paneer gravy served with corn peas pulav and salad.
Nawabi box had the awadhi version of paneer. Both were absolutely yum. Recommended.
I also tasted the lachcha parantha here and it was really good!!
For desserts it was good old gulab jamun. Soft and yum.

Overall a pretty good place to grab a meal. Loved the range of options they had to deliver and thumbs up to the taste!

Petoo is a quick-bite/casual dining restaurant that specializes in both North Indian and South Indian snacks, main-course dishes, and desserts. It is located on 100 Ft Road in 4th Block Koramangala. The self-service outlet can seat up to 12 people at a time.

The menu at Petoo is quite extensive and includes a good number of both dry and gravy-based dishes. You'll be quite surprised to know the variety of food and beverages (with quirky names, like 'Natkhat Nimbu Pani' for example) that a tiny outlet such as this can cook up. Our lunch order comprised of the following dishes:

• Samosa Singh - A piping hot samosa with a delicious potato filling served with ketchup. Bursting with flavor. An instant favorite and worth repeat orders!

• Peshawari Wrap - Palatable chunks of chicken rolled in a whole wheat paratha with the addition of cheese, onion, and sauces. A splendid snack to get things going. A couple of these are more than enough to fill your tummy. The paratha was super soft!

• Dhaba Paratha Bites - A combo of chicken paratha pieces served with pickles, curd, gulab jamun, and a bottle of Nimbu Shikanji. Loved the freshness of the paratha and the shredded chicken complemented it well. A snack if you ask, a meal in itself if you consider the full picture.

• Roti + Makhni Malhotra - The tomato-based thick gravy, loaded with tender pieces of paneer was simply fantastic. The curry and roti combo can be recommended as a 'main course' dish.

• Drinks - Natkhat Nimbu Pani & Kulfi Ki Kiss Milkshake - Both were served in plastic bottles and were their respective standard versions. Nothing more, nothing less. Would have liked them served in a glass/mason jar instead. I guess the current version works well for Petoo's 'delivery' model.

• Dessert - Rabdi Yadav - A dish made out of sweetened, condensed milk. Served in a bowl. A sure-shot hit amongst Northies.

I completely missed the Kebab menu (sniff! sniff!). Will definitely give it a try the next time around. Service was prompt. I'd like to thank Mr. Raghav for being an extremely courteous host!

I tried here for the first time and I was really happy with the meal I had in Petoo . Had few of their signature dishes like , Dole shole veg and non veg bowl where we get paneer for veg and chicken for non veg . The gravy remains the same for both of them . Along with that corn pulao is served in the bowl . The spice level in the gravy and the rice was really good . Rice was blonde and not very spicy . Next I had Nawabi veg and non veg box . Sweet corn pulao was served with the gravy . Veg contained the paneer and non veg contained the chicken. The gravy was bit different than what we had before..it was mix of all spicy , tangy and sweet..the combination of the gravy with that mushy paneer and the rice was really great . I loved it . The starters were the samosa which had some peanuts too in the stuffing and it was very fresh and crispy . We had sev puri which gave a different taste than what we have had before..the most amazing part was the veg cutlet which was made from beetroot and the spicy pudina chutney was the accomponiment and it tasted really awesome..I really suggest you to try this veg cutlet in Petoo as its very different . You get the flavoured milk in Petoo which has different flavours and you get few flavours only here . Especially pan masala , kesri are really good . There was a typical Bengali based rice bowl which had the fish in the gravy . Paneer gravies are really good over here as they serve it with the fresh paneer and mushy paneer..which I loved it..the paneer will not be too hard . The most interesting part for me was the jamoon . Gulab jamoon . It was really nice...must try..

My over all experience here was really good .
Taste : 4/5
Quality : 4.5/5
Ambiance : 4.5/5
Service : 4.5/5
Price : 3.5/5

Please do watch our video on our YouTube channel Tummy On Fire . Petoo 🍴

Petoo is a casual dining restaurant serving North Indian, Fast Food and Street Food delicacies. It has a simple and elegant ambience. The menu is affordable and offers a wide variety of options including regional delicacies as well. Petoo is the perfect place to enjoy with friends and family. It is located in Koramangala and the nearest landmark is Panasonic Brand shop.

Menu had varities like Regional Specialties, Gravies, Beverages, Snacks & Starters, Chats, Wraps, Quick Bites, Desserts & Kebabs.

Ordered
- Kulfi Shake & Paan Shake.
- Samosa Singh
- Veg Chop Chatterjee
- Mumbaiyan Masti Chat
- Dhole Shole Box
- Heritage Box
- Lachha Paratha & Roti
- Begum E Paneer
- Jamoon.

• Kulfi Shake - Shake had original desi kulfi taste. I feel if they had some dry fruits shake will enhance.

• Paan Shake - Unique Shake concept by Petoo. It was chill served. I liked the taste.

• Samosa Singh - Hot samosas served with Mint & Tamrid chutneys. Aloo stuffings were really hot & tasted really good.

• Veg Chop Chatterjee - Much of Beetroot cutlet I can tell. Served with Mint Chutney. It was perfect Kolkata style. It was crispy from out & sweet & hot from inside.

• Mumbaiyan Masti Chat - Papdi Chat, it tasted much like tikki Sev Puri. Papadi base was really crispy & fresh in taste.

• Dhole Shole Box - Punjabi region based dish. Corn peas pulao served with palatable paneer curry, tomato imli chuntey & salad dressing.
It was hot & tasty.

• Heritage Box - Rajasthani region based box. Food - 3.5/5 ( Loved the Chaat items. Bowl meals were okeish. Chicken bowls could be better )
Price - 3/5 ( Without offers, the prices seemed tad high)
Ambience- 4.5/5 ( For a small eatery even very nice and cute decor which would really chirp up the time you spend there.
Service -4/5
Parking - 3.5/5 ( Finding parking in this part of Bengaluru is challenge )
Hygiene- 3.5/5 ( Has a wash basin. Does not have washroom)
Fire Safety- Located on ground floor with tiny seating area. Exit is not blocked.

As said, the place has an USP of nice and bubbly interiors. It had some quirky posters done almost to cheeky level on topics across bollywood and Indian political diaspora. Full marks for the creativity and flavour of design.

Coming to food, they are just modelling out of a cloud kitchen model onto small eat out zones. Even here they carry on same cloud kitchen concept of getting food delivered from cloud kitchens to stores where they would cook the final version and serve it.

⏺️
Their chaat section is definitely something to look out. Priced reasonably and with hot and crisp samosa, or beetroot veg cutlet ( Bong special) and papdi Chaat ( Mumbai special). Each of their chaat items were enjoyable and nice. Especially loved the veg cutlet made of beet root and with roasted peanut in it. Nice and deluctable.

So, they have this cuisines of India themed menu where they have food from each of Indian palette of food. We could have few of them only, which I would explain below.

⏺️
We chose Punjabi "Dhole Shole Box" of both veg and non veg variety.
The veg box had fried rice with corn and peas which was nicely made, not too dry, not too wet. It also had the paneer gravy which was butter paneer masala. They had nice Julien vegetables spread on top which served as salad as well as looked great on pictures. They also had a bit of mint chutney which was nice as well. So the bowl had enough of quantity to satisfy a hungry person's lunch. The paneer gravy was tasty but paneer was not too of quality and could be better.

For non veg bowl they had chicken masala instead of paneer sabji. Otherwise rest items were same. Chicken masala was something I didn't like. Not just the chicken pieces were bit stiff but also the chicken pieces and gravy didn't come together.

We also tried "Khub Bhalo Box" which was Bengali fish curry preparation. The rohu fish that was probably cooked in mustard oil absolutely didn't go well with sweetish gravy that it came with. I would not suggest to try this.

Last main course that we tried was "Nawabi Box" and the chicken gravy was green curry sorts. This again was a great let down. As the sauce and chicken were looking like separate entities. And taste was just ok.

The lachha parantha that
we ordered were good and tasty. They were nicely layered and soft.

🍶🍶
They also an arsenal of desi drinks such as jaljeera, lassi and one kulfi based drink which was very nice. Jaljeera was refreshing.

Dessert came in form of gulab jamun which were hot and delicious, drawing an end to our well spread lunch.

The restaurant staff and management were grately cooperative and helpful. Especially special thanks to Mr. Mihir.

Thanks to management, for the kind invite.

And hope they take the feedback positively and do even better. The chaat items were really good, and do keep it up and improve on others stuff. Most importantly the pricing could be revisited and made competitive with other cloud kitchen delivery chain without affecting the quality.

Cheers!

Wanted to have a quick lunch, so decided to go with colleagues to this new joint. It had a very colorful, cute ambience and funny quotes on the wall with caricatures of famous celebrities, which I thought was hilarious.

For drinks they had, small bottles of pan and kulfi milkshakes, and jaljeera and nimboo.

For snacks we had, papadi chat, samosa and cutlets. The chat and samosa were OK, nothing extra ordinary, but the cutlet is good and was filled with beetroot instead of the usual potato which I felt was a healthy alternative.

For main course we tried their Regional specialities boxes and after a lot of brain storming we ended up ordering the Dohle shole Punjabi box, Nawabi box and Khoob bhalo box.

They were like the Indian version of a burrito bowl, with veggies, corn and peas rice, salad and chutney.

The dohle shole box had a creamy chicken curry which was slightly sweet.
The nawabi box had chicken curry, which was highly flavourful and thoroughly enjoyed it.

Was not happy with the Khoob bhalo box, they used rohu fish which was messy and the curry was unpalatable.

We further ordered parathas and rotis with the above curries and they were very delicious.

We ended on a sweet note with gulab jamun which was melt in the mouth soft and not overly sweet.

Overall a good experience, apparently they have great offers on online ordering, with quite reasonable pricing.

Rating-
Food-4/5
Ambience - 4/5
Service - 4/5

Went here with a gang of friends for lunch. It's a small and cozy place.

Ambience : it's small and cozy place with few tables and chairs for seating. The walls are filled with meme pictures out if which few are truly Savage.

Coming to the food,

⏺️ Drinks:

👉Kulfi Shake - This drink reminded me of the childhood Kulfi sticks. It was really tasty.
👉Paan Shake - This was the star of the show in the drinks. It had the perfect blend of Paan mixture due to which it tasted really amazing.
👉Jaljeera - Like any other Jaljeera this was nice.
👉Nimbu Shikanji - I felt it was little diluted. It could have been more better.

⏺️Starters :

👉Samosa Singh - Somosa was very tasty. It was hot crispy and the filling inside was very tasty.
👉Veg Chop Chatterjee - It tasted good but due to Beets in that it was bit more on a Sweet side. Other than that it was very nice.
👉Mumbaiyan Masti Chat - which is very much like a Papadi Chat. It was very tasty. Had the perfect katta and meeta flavors which is the main ingredient for a chat.

⏺️Main Course (veg) :
👉Dhole Shole Box - One of the best appetizing Rice Bowl. The peas Pulav along with the paneer curry was amazing. The paneer was soft and tasty. The rice served was very tasty and the combination went really well. One person can easily finish one Rice Bowl.
👉Heritage Box - This rice bowl also is a combination of Peas Pulav and Jaipuri Paneer style curry. It was tasty aswell.

If I had to choose between one I would definitely go with Dhole Shole Box.

They even serve Rotis and Lachha Paratha.
So we ordered Roti and Begum-E-Paneer. The Rotis were soft and the curry was yummy.

⏺️Main Course (non-veg) :
Since we had a mixed crowd my friends ordered few non veg dishes.
👉Dhole Shole Box
👉Heritage Box
👉Khoob Bhalo Box

Of course Desserts , they have a few traditional desserts aka sweets to tickle your taste buds.
Everyone being a Jamoon lovers we ordered Jamoon, jamoon along with the sugar syrup be the best to end the meal.

Had a great experience. Definitely will visit again to try more.

Ambience - 5/5
Food - 4.5/5
Service - 4.5/5

This branch of Petoo is located near to Sony Signal which makes it an attractive joint to relish some of the delightful food. The menu offers a wide range of choices starting from quick bites to a "full pet pooja". The biryani is really spicy and a must try. If you are in sony signal you SHOULD drop by to Petoo.

Was here for dinner few days back. It’s located on the main road very much near to koramangla Sony Signal which makes it very easy to locate. Had ordered few of their dishes suggested by chef. Bahubali wrap, laccha paratha, Chicken curry, matar Kachori and desi nimbu Shikanji cooler. Must say everything was up to the mark and yummy.
