Alchemy is the roof top bar and restaurant at Hotel Chancery Pavilion. The food is good and the beverages on offer too is good.
Parking is ample and well located on Residency Road bang opposite the Bangalore Club.

I went here on Valentine’s Day for the special 5 course dinner. The food was amazing and the service was good too even though the place was crowded. The main course was mind blowing and we got a little heart shaped cake as a gift at the end! We were served sparking wine as well. Will definitely come
Dhananjoy was a great host and Chef Gopal prepared some lovely food for us. No pics this time but we enjoyed the mutton kebab and the always fantastic kulcha bites.
Beers are great here too. We missed the DIPA but the coconut stout and Hibiscus wheat were brilliant
Everything about this place is excellent. But only downside is that this is extremely expensive. If you have deep pockets, please go and have a great time. The place is awesome and photogenic

Finally been here - has an old world charm to it! The servers were just amazing - we had some interesting conversations with them!
