The best place to have vegetarian food. A whole banana leaf meals for 60 rupees. Hygienic. Very good staffs. Highly recommended.

This place have picked up steam. They serve good food and place looks hygienic. It’s a bang on your buck. I sincerely admire them and I feel what they are doing is nothing but a social service.
However, don’t feel sorry for yourself if you end up repeatedly asking them to serve food. That feeling ain’t no good when they don’t give a heed for what you are asking instead they serve based on their mindset which is preset.
This is mainly due to their serving model where crowd management is not proper. They have arranged tables like you typically see in a restaurant. But the change here is, there is no dedicated waiter to look after each table. It takes a toll on customers during a fully packed day.
They should realise that they run an unlimited meal service, not a per plate meal type serving. So a serial sitting bench type is ideal if they want to attend to everyone properly without giving us that feeling as I have mentioned above.
They should also learn from established business models in mess service such as Iyer mess in Malleshwaram and learn the best things from them and adopt here. There is no harm in that.
However the food they serve compensates all. The employees working there are good as well even though they dont speak Kannada but I believe they will learn soon enough.
Just that they should tweak this serving method a little bit more to serve us better without causing us any frustration.

The best food outlet in Vidyaranyapura. The food quality and takes seems like homemade. Best quality of food served with a good amount of quantity, which is enough to fill your tummy. I ate Masala Dosa which was very tasty and a very good filler. It paid 30 Rs for it, and found it worth the price, in terms of quality and quantity.
You can also try the South meal, which will cost you 60 Rs. It is also available in evening, which is rarely found in most of the hotels in Vidyaranyapura.
Wonder meals are served here, superb, Rs-70 for 1 chapathi and unlimited rice and Rs-60 for unlimited rice, sambar, rasam and 2 varieties of palyas served here as well.
The food is great... N it's even special coz it's served in banyan leaves. Good food affordable prices will surely be visiting there again

I throughly enjoy eating in this place especially the plantain leaf South Veg meal. The quality of food and service has really improved. The lady who owns this place is friend and courteous often serving us with a smile. Other food items on the menu are great too- kesaribath and poori are yummy. I would definitely recommended this place.for the whole family. I have wasted enough money on food apps. This is one place where we get theAiyer food at its best
This place is a true delight for vegetarians. Authentic IYER cuisine in a pleasant atmosphere. The mess is being managed by two ladies. Food is completely free from onion and garlic. Taste and quality of food is not at all compromised at any cost. This place now accepts Paytm.
