If there were 10 stars instead of 5, I would rate this place a 100. Great food, awesome ambience and courteous old fashioned service (we were served by Aling) that leaves you feeling happy. Everything about this place including their menu book is aesthetically pleasing.
We had a great experience at Bombay Borough. We walked in on a crowded afternoon but the service was prompt and we were able to enjoy our meal. We ordered their Chilli cheese kulchas and gunpowder potatoes in starters. The kulchas tasted amazing. We had their garlic naan and paneer tikka butter masala, chur chur paratha, Dal makhni and butter chicken biryani in mains. We loved all the dishes but the garlic naan and paneer butter masala was a standout. In desserts, we had their Mishti doi cheesecake and flourless chocolate bar, both of which tasted heavenly. Overall, it was a great experience.
If you’re into some experimental food, you must try this place.
We were sceptical about the cuisine but it was a surprise. The food is amazing fusion, they have a great selections, cozy ambiance, good service. It’s a quite unique experience to dine. The paneer is so fresh, spices are so well blended. Worth to visit
I recently visited a restaurant that was recommended by a good friend. Despite arriving for a very late lunch, the staff was extremely accommodating and still prepared lunch menu options for us. The food was delicious and truly authentic. The service was also quite good. The outdoor seating was enjoyable, although it's worth noting that some people may be smoking in the area. While the prices were a bit higher compared to other restaurants, the overall experience was definitely worth it.
Went for dinner- absolutely love the decor and ambience. We had Almond Chicken Soup- which was very fulfilling-definitely recommend it. Had Naan, Rice and Paneer and everything was really good and satisfying. Staffs are very skilled- we were served Crab and would 100% recommend others to try it as well. They recommended the Cheese Cake Misti Doi for dessert- and it was honestly really flavorful and amazing!!
beautifully set up in white and blue, this place is serene and has calm ambience. The walls are well decorated with attractive decor items like flowers and lamps. Staffs are very humble and polite. The food was decent but i felt the ‘smoked jodhpur mutton’ to be a little bland yet properly cooked. Overall a nice experience.
Loved this place. The ambiance was really good. We ordered appetizers, drinks, and desserts. Skipped the main course. Everything we ordered was just amazing. Loved everything about this restaurant.
Loved the ambience, food and the service as well.
Had vegetarian dishes and they all were delicious.
Bombay Borough is a great place to enjoy a sumptuous meal with your family or friends. The ambience is wonderfully soothing with the ceramic deco work. At present there is some renovation going on in the outdoor seating section but apart from that the food is top notch with great attention to detail, the service is delightful and yet it can be improved and the ambience is clean and relaxing on the eyes!
I had visited this place recently with my friends and must say, the food was really unique and the desserts are a must try!
The staff is humble and friendly too.
We had Cheese Kulcha and Chicken sliders and Amritsari Kulfa. It was mouth watering❤️ highly recommended!!
Great atmosphere and ambience
Bombay borough is a modern place with lots of good fusion food options and their drinks menu is also quite vast. They were quite quick with their service. The food tasted really good as well with decent portion sizes. We went there for brunch and the vibe was really good !! It has a lot of seating options and even if you get to sit at the bar that’s quite comfortable and nice too.
The only thing you need to be careful about is that they serve mains upto a certain time , i think it was around 430-5 pm after that it’s only sides and drinks…
But overall amazing experience and it’s not too expensive either
One of the finest places I have been to in recent times. This place has a special vibe. Right from the decor to the classic bar to the guy who welcomed us everything was right on point. Innovative spread of the cocktail menu and they were very well prepared and refreshing. Food was yummy too and they made an attempt to understand our ask better. I would definitely recommend this place for lunch/dinner with your family or friends or in fact a perfect dating place with soft music, yummy food and refreshing cocktails.
The price is slightly more than other restaurants.
Otherwise everything is good and all the staff are energetic.
The perfect and budget place to go on a culinary journey across India. The taste was absolutely amazing and so authentic, it literally felt like eating at home.
A great place for brunch. The serve Indian cuisine with a twist. Good food with a great collection of 🍷 wines.
I have been here quite few time now and will visit so many more times for their ambience, food and amazing staff. Tried almost all the veg items from menu now and not even a single item disappointed me. It is bit expensive but I feel entire experience is worth the money.
I am giving a 5 star for the overall experience. The ambiance is really good and perfect for a lazy long lunch. Simple but fun setting. Menu has more non veg. I won’t say any of thing items we tried were exceptional, but they were good. Maybe I should try more items to find their special dish. The royal maharaja cocktail was really good. I would like to have it again. The Chole kulcha dish was good (specially Chole). We ordered the gongura chicken with dosa so that our daughter could have the dosa. They were kind enough to give us an extra dosa since the dish is basically dosa with chicken inside. Service as fine, no complaints. They had an event going on, so the staff was a bit stretched.
Overall good experience and would like to go there again to try more dishes.
We had been there for dinner. The environment is cosy with seating options outside and inside. I justttt loved the brilliant vintage décor. It's an AH-MAZING place located in the midst of one of the busiest area in Bangalore.
Coming to the food...whatever we tried were quite delicious and their chaats were lipsmacking. Desserts tho mouthwatering for sure and a perfect ending to a hearty meal. The portions are quite filling. Pricing is bit on higher side but the quality of the food is worth it. I found their chaats menu more interesting.
The staff was courteous & very attentive to all the customers. Overall a five star experience. Would love to visit sometime again.
