Sun and Moon is my favourite place to watch the sunset with a cold beer.
We have been going to this restaurant for years and the staff are always welcoming, the food is always good, the free WiFi works most of the time, the prices are good for the area and the ambiance is relaxed.
Access from the beach but there is another entrance from the beach road between the traders stalls on the right 50m before the beach you can park your bike here too.
This restaurant is just near the entrance of the Taj Exotica.
It's a very small restaurant. But the food is yummy. Staff is very courteous and money spent here here worth it.

You might almost miss this place if you are walking along the beach. This is 'off' the beach and more of a restaurant (as the name suggests) with a sea view.
The menu is very similar to most shacks though. Very elaborate with russian translation thrown in for good measure. Seating also is very shacky. Food and beverages are good and functional. Hospitality was what we really liked. Unlike some other places, they actually suggested a custom made cocktail for us - which was surprisingly good.
Good if you want to explore things beyond a shack; not on priority list though
My husband & I have enjoyed both a lunch & dinner here. Sunjay & his team are amazing. Very professional & friendly, their knowledge of English is good. Clean restaurant with fresh tasty food. They will prepare anything you want. (Fab homemade chunky chips.) They are doing happy hour on cocktails between 5 & 6pm. Give them a try, you will not regret it. T & J.
What a beach shack!!!
Even during these unprecedented times this beach shack has blown us away! There was no excuses in terms of their service, food and beverages. This restaurant is very popular towards many international tourists. We were felt very welcomed by the owners who were on site. In terms of the food, it was pocket friendly and very broad and tasty. (The menu is also in english and Russian!). Most of the restaurant is outside, so there was no worries for coronavirus. And even better, it is rated no. 2 in the top ten places to eat in the area!

Spent an afternoon here. Sun, sand n surf all along. Nice panoramic ocean views. Cozy ambience. Helpful staff. Quick service. Cocktails were good - cuba libre & beer!
Decent prices. Overall an afternoon well spent!

Ambience were stunning and better than shaks on beach. I will highly recommend for lunch dinner. Every time we tried different items and it was finger licking good.

Surely visit again
Great for getting your fried food fix every now and then. The service is quick and portions are plentiful. A large order of the popcorn shrimp platter is more than enough for two people and the shrimp are always cooked so they 'pop' in your mouth, never chewy. I tried the fried oysters and flounder yesterday, awesome. The large tables require you to sit with others, which allows you to meet new people. My family and I always enjoy the experience here.
Excellent shack with multicuisine restaurant and bar.this s a good place especially if you are planning vacation at south Goa..clear and clean beaches.. Open till late night. Excellent food .. I was there with family for 7 days and had fun..its a secure place especially if you are with family..must visit place
Such an outstanding place to spend the day. The food is great at a reasonable price with comfortable chairs for dining. But the best thing about this place is the 3 service. I've stayed at many 5 star hotels where the service doesn't even come close to the service that we receive here at sun n moon. I must say it’s an Awesome place .
Amazing staff, amazing location. It’s set right on the beach and we started with our breakfast at their restaurant- their cold coffee is definitely worth mentioning! For Lunch we had their tandoor - it was outstanding! We also had some lovely cocktails in the evening and a lovely dinner on the beach! We enjoyed so much that we did this for all of our days in Goa! Highly recommend!
Such a lovely place , seafood and veg food both are really good
Lovely food, ambience and wonderful live music... The Vegans in our group were also very happy. The choices were limited for them but food was delicious. The sea food options are very good. You have choice of selection and way of cooking. Lovely and efficient service. We thoroughly enjoyed it.
