This was the best experience when you are new to Bhimtal. I was coming back from Bhimtal Lake and on my way i saw the rooftop restaurant. When i entered got to know that it was made in a design of a cottage. We were little sceptical but the taste was 5/5. I personally was so happy as i was coming back to delhi and it fulfilled my hunger and there was no acidity as well because it was pike a food which you prepare at home.

The place, again a good find, is great because it serves amazing Kumaon thali. The taste is very homely and really refreshing. They also allowed our pet, so that was great. Though they don't have food for the pet. I suggest they have better parking facilities and some sort of arrangement for not cramping a lot of people on one floor.

If i had to choose out of "I Heart" and "chai" it was good that i settled for Belpatra. It is with that awesome wooden feel which i love. Near and clean and with ample parking space. Toilets were clean. Staff is good may be not that quick. Ambience is very good and terrace seating adds to it. Food was good with some dishes very cheap but some unreasonable in pricing.

It's a pretty cafe with wooden interiors which gives such good vibes. They have parking space and washrooms in house. I tried their menu special tandoori fish which was delicious and the chutney served with it was amazing. I also had Kumaoni Chicken Curry and jeera rice which was good. I liked the food, ambience and vibes.

The best food I ever had at a restaurant. Kumaoni Thali was authentic. Mutton Ghee Roast was lip smacking. Egg fried rice was tasty. Next day we had paratha, poha, tea, sandwiches and coffee which were good as well.

We went to this place twice once for dinner and once for breakfast. Both the time our experience was really good. For dinner we ordered the corn tikki, kumaoni thali, north indian thali and urad dal ki jalebi. Really glad that we tried kumaoni thali and jalebi. For breakfast we ordered upma, poha, sabudana tikki, veg sandwich and chicken keema in steamed bun. And all of the food was really good. Their coffee, Oreo shake and nimbu pani were equally good.

Excellent food and services, taste is superb, delicious and fresh food. Must visit cafe in the area, everyone should have visited the place for awesome experience!! Kind people, we forgot our wallet at the cafe while making some photography and left the place but when we felt that we left the wallet there then revisited the cafe after few hours and luckily we got the wallet as few of the guest has found that at the garden area and handed it over to the staff. Thank you team, really appreciate the kindness and honesty, we have many important documents along with money in the wallet and got that in the same way we lost it. Humanity is still ALIVE :-)

Best cafe if you are going to Mukteshwar in fact you should change your route. The kumouni raita and thukpa is a must along with buraas ka juice. Loved the authenticity and the prices. There is a small woolen souvenir shop which makes this place even better all together

A Cultural Oasis in Bhimtal, Uttarakhand. I recently had the pleasure of dining at Belpatra Cafe and Kitchen during my visit to Bhimtal, Uttarakhand, and it was truly a unique and delightful experience. The name "Belpatra" translates to "wood apple" in Hindi, and the cafe lives up to its name with a stunning wood apple tree gracefully weaving through the roof. The entire atmosphere is a celebration of nature, with walls made from bamboo scraps and a structure that seamlessly blends with the surroundings. Culinary Delights: The menu is a treasure trove of flavors, offering a mix of local dishes authentic to Uttarakhand and a variety of other cuisines. The local dishes, in particular, stood out with their genuine taste, showcasing the rich culinary heritage of the region. Scenic Ambiance: The overall ambiance is nothing short of enchanting. Surrounded by nature, the cafe provides a scenic retreat for diners. The use of bamboo and wood in the construction adds to the rustic charm, making it a perfect spot for families. The thoughtful incorporation of local materials contributes to the cafe's commitment to sustainability. Exceptional Staff: The staff at Belpatra is exceptional, creating an inviting and warm atmosphere. Special commendation goes to the manager, Mr. Sandeep Ji, whose attentiveness and professionalism added to the overall positive experience. The culinary team deserves praise for crafting delectable dishes that cater to diverse tastes. Community Connection: What sets Belpatra apart is its connection to the local community. Downstairs, there's a shop featuring handmade winter clothes and goods crafted by local women, providing guests with an opportunity to support and appreciate local artistry. Recommendation: I wholeheartedly recommend Belpatra Cafe and Kitchen to fellow travelers. It's conveniently located, offers ample parking space, and provides a unique cultural and culinary journey. Whether you're seeking a taste of local flavors or a tranquil escape surrounded by nature, Belpatra is a must-visit. Gratitude to the Team: A special mention to the owner and the entire team at Belpatra for creating a place that not only tantalizes the taste buds but also resonates with the spirit of the community. Every aspect of Belpatra reflects a commitment to excellence and a genuine love for the region. In conclusion, my visit to Belpatra Cafe and Kitchen was a delightful encounter with nature, culture, and exceptional hospitality. It's more than just a cafe; it's an immersive experience that leaves a lasting impression.
