Review Pizza Hut - Bhopal

Very nice place spacious dining area with elegant interior design all the precautions were taken while taking order as well as serving dishes we took cheese garlic bread and spicy paneer onion pizza both were really good but paneer could have been more but overall quite good food.... It was a good experience if you are in db mall or nearby it...you should go and try pizza hut's food. And you can parcel your food too. Thanks for reading

Absolutely loved the experience here. The staff is so cordial and polite. The taste of the pizza was so good...we ordered tandoori paneer pizza medium size and it was so soft and cheesy. The garlic bread sticks were super soft and tasty. The momo Mia pizza veg was also very tasty. I have been to various outlets but my experience so far in this Hoshangabad bhopal branch was really good. We had some left overs and they easily packed that for us.

Pizza taste is awesome, lots of variety is available including Veg & Non Veg. My personal favorite Cheese Pizza with Coke and spicy garlic bread. Avoid on weekends & hoilday specialy for dinner because space is less and due to over crowd service gets choppy.

So we had Garlic bread and spicy chicken pizza.. Garlic brad was amazing..soft,.cheesy..as expected Spicy chicken pizza-- Amazing taste..chicken was fully baked.. alot of cheese..pizza base was normal. But overall I find it nice.

You can enjoy with great ambiance. I like all the toppings and base available here. It's worth to visit for all the pizza lovers

Good Food nd Good Environment

Just had a great dinner out there, however we were not allowed to dine in bcs after 9pm there is no dine in available. About pizza I like the pizza as it is much softier and so amazing as always!

The taste and service is awesome, garlic bread was good, pasta was not that upto the mark but it is was ok, fresh garden salad was fresh and delicious, pizzas were yummy, delicious and good. Had a good time at Pizza Hut, the interiors are good and the seating is comfortable. Rates are reasonable.

Absolutely amazing place Lovely ambience Ordered veg supreme and double paneer veg supreme Waiting to go back and have a delicious meal.... The staff is very polite and helping They follow all the necessary social distancing precautions and the sanitization facilities.

Had Pizza after almost 2 months and was thrilled by the overall experience. Pizza Hut not only delivered the Pizzas with utmost safety and hygiene, they also ensured contactless delivery, sealed packaging and nonetheless, the Pizzas were really yummy and upto the mark. Really enjoyed it on a Friday night!

This is the best place in the city if you want to eat pizza. The crust is amazing, you have myriad of options for toppings and the taste is great! You can always ask them to add on some toppings or remove those that you don't like. If you don't want to eat pizza, the rest of the menu provides a number of options including pasta, salad and some mouth watering desserts. 'Veg Salad' and 'Ebony and Ivory' in desserts are highly recommended. The ambience of the place is nice though they take a lot of time to serve. You can also book a table in advance by calling them. Delivery of pizza is available but only till a few kilometres.

Quality of Garlic bread was terrible. <br/>Extra cheese in Pizza means more cheese to be added. But In my Pizza there was no extra cheese. <br/>I don’t think will order any more from Pizza Hut. <br/>Lastly food got cold.

I have ordered pizza from pizza hut db mall bhopal, it was a very pathetic experience that I ever had. There was not proper way to deliver a food, no carry bag, no sause, no mayyonise and moreover no hot serve of pizza because it took around 1 hour to deliver my order within 3.5 km of range.<br/><br/>I extremely unhappy and regret that I could ever order pizza from Pizza Hut DB mall bhopal.<br/><br/>Thanks<br/>

Pizza was tasty and everybody loved it. An ideal place to come with family and enjoy family time. Chicken Italiano is my favourite one and choco volacano is simply delicious. Masala Mirinda is one of my favourite ones and I always drink that only whenever I visit this outlet.

Loved the taste and the best quality of food served

Pizza cannot be any better than that in pizza hut. So I had a combo that served a medium pizza, potato wedges, and garlic bread.<br/>The taste was spectacular.<br/>And our tastebuds weren't actually satisfied so we ordered another pepperoni pizza.<br/>So cheesy, so warm and so delicious.. I am actually salivating while I write this review.<br/><br/>Moreover the ambience of this franchise in db mall is amazing, seating, decor, and the staff everything is great.<br/><br/>However, I ll give them some scope to improve and give 4 on 5 to them.<br/><br/>

AMBIANCE : The ambiance is good, creative and a lot about pizza. They don't have a wash room or even a basin to wash hands. The seating is good and spacious.<br/><br/>FOOD: I ordered, a spiced paneer and veggie feast pizza. Both were good in taste cheesy, but idk lacked just a overwhelming taste. Also ordered a classic Alfredo which was served with 2 toast bread which was soft and fresh. The pasta tasted good but the quantity could have been more.<br/><br/>SERVICE: The service is fast. Staff is friendly and welcoming. You can definitely go here.

Recently visited this outlet of pizza hut and I’m extremely disappointed with their service. We asked many times for a bottle of water and ketchup and No one was bothered enough. We have to wait for more than an hour for our order. Gave a star because there is no option for zero.

Ordered double cheese pizza. It was a cold pizza. It took delivery executive to get pizza to me approximately 1.5 hrs. Pizza hut didn't provided any ketchup with the pizza. Very unsatisfactory service.

Yesterday I ordered two pizzas and received not even one packet of seasoning, I even asked the delivery boy but he had no clue about it and ultimately there were no seasoning packets inside as well, First of all the order arrived after eternity and then without the seasoning! Worst saturday meal ever

The ambience is okay, the place seems quite empty which it shouldn't be probably. The pizza's are average,only good for the fact the base is thinner and it is light on stomach compared to dominos. The tomato pasta and garlic bread it good.

Ordered cheese garlic bread which was great in taste. The Pizza Was very Tasty and Freashly Baked. Also the vegetables on Pizza were Fresh and base was also very Soft. The waiters were very Polite and good. Also the Restraunt was Very Clean and well maintained.

Pizza in its origin was supposed to be a thin round flat base with toppings. Why is pizza hut is not serving a 'thin crust pizza'. Last night order didn't leave us happy because of its thickness. Topping ( Chicken supreme) was undoubtedly good but the basics were missing. Garlic bread wasn't well done too and there is no dip provided with that surprisingly. Over all not so pleasant a meal and we couldn't even get the 50 percent discount, God knows what's wrong with Zomato. Delivery was done within time.<br/><br/>

I used to like Pizza Hut over Domino's, Sabbaro and Sanitos, yes I know they are not yet in Bhopal, but I have tasted from all and I used to love Pizza Hut the most, but Frankly now they have reduced their quality and service, I have tried 3 times but got the same results and now I will not gonna waste my time n money again on Pizza Hut.<br/>Either they should try to fix the Quality and Service and they gonna loose their customers. 🙏

Ordered two pizza,potato crunchers, coke few other things. Food is delicious and well prepared. Although service was a bit low. Had to wait quite a lot for our order. If you takeaway then you might get it faster rather than dining there. Pizza was great. Two Stars less for delay in service, even after calling and asking attenders, no response attitude was shown.

This place itself is turning its customers. Visited this place on one of the weekdays when there was no rush but still they were not able to keep up to their services. Menu reached late to the table, we have to ask them for water, pizza took 25-30 mins from kitchen to table. Taste was good but the whole experience can be better if proper service is provided.

Serving staff initially insisted on take away even though we reached the restaurant at 10.35 pm and it clearly says open till 11 pm ...... On quoting the above they agreed to serve on the table....... good pizza otherwise.....

Zomato asks me to be polite and friendly while expressing myself, I'll try my best. It's a Friday night, in the city of Bhopal. A capital of sorts but not the busiest on this day. Me and my friends walk in to the restaurant after watching a long awaited Marvel movie. We were really hungry so we picked pizza hut for the delicious pizzas. Not actually, we're bunch of unemployed 20 year olds. We cared much about the 'Friday Unlimited Pizza Offer'. Which serves you unlimited nonveg pizzas with plain garlic bread for 299 and unlimited veg pizzas with plain garlic bread for 249. Sounds remarkable. ( Pizza Hut doesn't really promote this offer. No idea why.)<br/>Okay, enough back story let's talk about the experience. So we walk in to the Pizza Hut store, DB Mall on a not so busy Friday evening and look for a table because obviously the folks there are too busy serving a bustling restaurant. We finally get our table after asking two waiters and then finally requesting the manager. Service seemed slow, but we were adjusting because we had a fair idea about the money we were spending and the value we were supposed to get.<br/>Our waiters seem to be very busy, so our major part of conversation was with the manager. Still whenever the server's came around they seemed a bit rude and rushed up. As if we had created a feeling of discomfort amongst them by entering the space. Pizzas were decent, nothing extraordinary. We were asked to repeat our order a couple of times, showed the lack of communication and coordination.<br/>Another issue folded up when they wanted to close down as soon as they can. Pizzas were plundered on our plates so that the pans can be sent back to the kitchen.<br/>We were made to pay extra for the extra cheese on the garlic bread and the coke to go with the meals.<br/>The first star is for the pizza we ate at the restaurant, it almost was at par with the pizza hut standards. And the second is for the value we paid for the food. (Just the food)

Visited this outlet someday in October.<br/>Loved the interior. It was neat and clean. The outlet is spacious.<br/>The staff was polite enough to handle the indecisiveness. The service was fast as well.<br/><br/>We ordered quite a lot different items. Out of which only the garlic bread was a disappointment. We were really looking forward to have some good cheesy garlic bread.<br/>However, the pizza's were delicious and the mojito was perfect.<br/><br/>Would recommend people to visit this outlet if they are in Bhopal and in the mood for having pizza.

With the new interior, the pizza hut at DB mall has got its new look. Though the staff is the same, it lacks a little with the service. The pizza's are always good, i prefer chicken italiano which is a classic. Garlic bread, Caesar salad, hot and spicy chicken wings, creamy mushroom pasta are all my favs.

It is always great to see Pizza hut when you are in a new city. I went with some friends here after exploring the city. Since most of us were out of Bhopal we were so happy to seem something familiar. <br/>The service and the staff here is quite good. We decided to order Veggie lovers pizza, potato wedges, garlic breadstix and a country feast. The order came shortly. <br/>Started with Potato Wedges, these crispy potato fingers were nicely fried and not very salty. <br/>Next up were Garlic Breadstix. They were really very addictive, with sprinkled oregano on them they were so mouthwatering. <br/>Country Feast is one of the best pizzas of the franchise. It was actually very heavy. We ordered medium size pizza and we were almost full. <br/>Finally Veggie Lovers came and it was with extra cheese. Extremely delicious and full of vegetables like corn, capsicum, tomato and onion.<br/><br/>This place is perfect for anyone who is away from home and wanting to have something which tastes similar to home.

The crust didn't have that crunch we look out for in a pizza. Pizaa Hut has started new thin crust pizza and they are very good. We have ordered Romano pizza which had mashrooms Jalapenos and red bell pepper. PIZZA quality was at par with the gourmet class. Highly recommended

This was the first time I was visiting any Pizza Hut outlet.On a weekend day,they do not have much customers as expected.I got a good seat and ordered a chicken pizza,the staffs were not so good and were gazing at us as if we ate their pizza and were about to fly without paying.I found the ambiance attractive.I do not know whether they prepared it for lovers, only?<br/><br/>I do not have more cravings for pizza.But I wanted to taste the chicken stuff.It was<br/>yum and then I came to this place again.It is costlier than domino's.Nice place.Are they going to introduce more pizza now?

This is the only dine-in outlet of Pizza Hut in the city and hence offers great variety to choose from. The location is perfect too.<br/>Being a chain store, Pizza Hut shouldn't be rated at all, but this one is special. They put generous amount of cheese even in the Singles. The personal meal option (any Pizza+ potato wedges/garlic bread + beverage) is a great option in case you are treating yourself. Then the pastas are good too. Excellent service. Food cooked to perfection. Got to speak to the manager khan smart young boy with a great smile. She got me to check all my food before took it. I'm well satisfied with the service food and staff. Five stars from me and a recommendation to all my friends and family.

Its Pizza Hut. Doth not need no introduction.<br/><br/>Been here many times. My go-to place in case of a quick bite. Be it eating a medium pizza by myself or having a cheese fondue. They serve cheese fondue with the cheese on a candle flame dammit. Sweet as hell. Cheapo candle light snacking.

Simply the best pizza point of the city, nice interiors, staff is very well coordinated and mannered, service is amazing. <br/>Perfect place to hangout with friends, pocket friendly, much larger varieties of pizzas available. And lastly far better than dominos.

Popped into pizza hut db city for a takeout pizza. We had decent service by polite helpful staff and the pizza was excellent delicious and fresh. We will be getting another soon next time we are in the area. Five star to you and your pizza guys! !!

The new cheese maxx pizzaa with ved toppings was soo tasty , it has got cheese on the crust too 😍 slightly disappointed that u don't deliver to our location !!!!

The waiter was behaving odd - like there was no manager oversight. The vegetables used in the pizza and garlic bread was stale. The cheese in the garlic break smelled awful. The bell pepper used was at least a couple of days old. I have seen bad food in Bhopal, but this was outright stale, and unfit for human consumption.<br/><br/>The lemonade tasted good.
