the hotel Maintainance is poor. water in the bathroom was muddy in both the washbasin and in the shower. Food Quality also deteriorates. overall experience was Bad. The Room Ambience. muddy water and food quality.
if you want a classic stay then this place would be great choice ..@perfect location but average service with this price..
It was a small party hall, but food was really good. Rooms are also well maintained. Hotel is in the middle of computer spare parts market. So close to Railway station.. over all a good hotel.
Nice place for business meet. The staff is very cordial and they make you and your guests feel special. Food and service is very good.

They have removed all the best selling items and switched to Amer Bakery menu. No point of visiting Amer Palace now as you can get the same food at Amer Bakery. They have fired all the cooking staff and the food does not tastes the same. The service staff is ok. I would not recommend it.
