We were the first there as we went around 12 pm .
From the start the staff were courteous and greeted us in their traditional rajasthani style. They also gave us the caps which they traditionally wear.

Food was good, the boys serving seemed tired and not as enthusiastic as I have come to expect at such places...generally a thali place is known for servers who want to make sure you eat well...the energy wasn't that here
