This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool & the staffs are really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about ,though if u visit at the busiest hours you will surely get your order delayed.... Menu is extensive and seasonal to a particularly high standard. Food is pretty good, & particularly Indian classics and some twists, and for their prices it’s 100% worth it. I some how not convinced with the hygiene matter that is the only thing which I felt a -ve point. But still worth to give a 5 star. Have a great day folks.🤗

I picked (in person)up two veg curries : veg kasturi and mustard mushroom. Both turned out to be super, one notch above the expectation. The wait time was much more than I had expected and that's where, 3 stars for service. The people at the counter(seem to be owners) we're very cordial and responsive. No star for the ambiance both inside and outside. Inside could have been more appealing and outside was smelly. Overall, better than many so called big named and famed restaurants in Bhubaneswar

This one if the best Dine in and Take out destination of the area.They serve both North and South Indian food . The best thing is that they have 2 separate restaurants for veg and non veg customers as few prefer only veg option and atmosphere as well. The food is of good quality and they maintain the taste always . All food delivery apps deliver From this place . The quality come form their heritage of South Indian chains in Bhubaneswar . The family owns all most famous and old south Indian restaurants in Bhubaneswar . Recently stopped for a quick breakfast and had a great coffee in a Black cup and plate . It was unique as coffee generally is served in white cups .. somehow liked it so posting here . Ordered veg chowmein, veg manchurian and chicken manchurian. Veg chowmein had nothing except a few carrot pieces. Veg machurian balls were very very stale. Chicken manchurian was stale aswell. Have been a customer of shirose since 2006. Since lock down we are having a horrible experience. I, my entire family and friend circle have decided to boycott it. Leftover management is one thing and delivering complete stale food is another. You are loosing your reputation that's it.

Called the hotel enquired about Chicken Kasturi and Biryani they said it's available you can order. What plays well for this restaurant is the lack of alternative options in the area. That being said, there's no need to undermine their own quality of food, as it is quite good. Really loved the Kasturi Chicken and the Kebabs were delicious too. They have separate zones for vegetarians and non-vegetarians as well. Do give it a try when you have finished exploring the history of the Old Town.

It's a popular and one of the oldest restro in town. One thing I here the most is they have two sections for veg and non veg. I always love to have my breakfast here. I like Rawa Masala Dosa. Quantity of food is good. On weekends the restro very crowdy. I waited for 20 mins to get a proper seat with my family.

A very decent restaurant near Ravi Talkies square, which serves South Indian, North Indian, Chinese and Mughlai cuisines. It has got separate dining halls for Veg and Non-veg, which is it's most unique feature. Talking of the food, quality has got room for improvement. Service is average. Ambience is below average. So can b tried for a regular meal, if u r nearby. Nothing extraordinary to b expected in food.

A decent place to have a meal. Though staff was dull and everyone was busy watching an IPL match. We ordered Chicken tandoori, chicken masala, chicken biryani, and roti. Everything was good, tandoori was well marinated and cooked properly, chicken masala and roti was decent and the biryani was tasty as well, which was served with raita.

One of the best eateries close to my place, Shirose promises a lot, and delivers as well. Its a nice place to have dosas or chhole bhature or even Biriyani. Its a pocket-friendly place and the food is actually way better than you can expect. Ambiance is pretty ordinary. But, that can be an exception. Service is pretty good, but the last couple of times I visited the hotel, a particular waiter kept pestering me with my order details. Hope the management sorts that out.

Went to the Lewis Road outlet. Asked for a Mysore masala dosa. Everywhere else, the dosa has a thin layer of red chilli paste on the dosa. Here, at Shirose, they had a thick layer of green pudina chutney on the dosa. It tasted really bad. When I politely bought it to the attention of the staff, they were equally polite but firmly said that this is the way they do it.<br/>Can someone shed light ? Mysore Masala Dosa with pudina ?

Well the food was just average, we had ordered Chinese item of prawn, but they got us prawn pakodas which had boiled prawns without any marination and was fried with besan coating and they had so much of baking soda in the batter that it was not at all worth. The other items which we ordered were just ok can't say it was great. It is a one time visit place. The price is high as compared to the food quality.

This restaurant has separate sitting space for vegetarian and non vegetarian cuisines. Ambience is pretty good. Serving staff are friendly and prompt. We ordered mutton biriyani and mutton keema. We also ordered murgh mussalam. The waiter said that the murgh mussalam will take at least half an hour. So we first had the biriyani along with mutton keema. I have to say- this is one of the best mutton biriyani in Bhubaneswar. Mutton pieces were tender, succulent and full of flavours. But the mutton keema surely needs some improvement. After 45 minutes our murgh mussalam arrived which was nothing like I expected. As far as taste is concerned it was okay, not that good. Price is a bit on the higher side.
