A place where you could find peace with good atmosphere. The artistic view of the temple is really beautiful. The temple is all covered in red like texture would be an eye feast to see. It is very spacious and also has other gods and goddesses temples inside of it. The build of each temple is very different and very artistic. The view of the temple at night is spectacular. So peaceful and blessed with the visit....

A spot where you can find calm in a pleasant setting. The artistic view of the temple is stunning. The temple is completely covered in a red-like texture, which is a sight to behold. It is incredibly large and has temples to different gods and goddesses. Each temple is built in a unique and artistic style. The view of the temple at night is breathtaking. The visit was very serene and blessed... Try to visit temple as early as possible, we have visited at morning 5.30AM. Also don’t go with Mobile phones, phones and cameras are restricted inside. But they have mobile phones lockers outside the temple.

Out of the world experience. Everyone knows about the religious significance, the architecture deserves equal appreciation. Visited during both daytime and evening. For darshan, you will have to keep your phone, shoes and leather belongings at nearby shops at 20-30 rupees rate, as these things are not allowed inside. Good place to visit!

Lord Jagannath is truly present in the whole world whose temple is very beautiful which can put you in awe. You can also enjoy the sea by coming here if you have the darshan of God.

Puri Jagannath Temple is a divine masterpiece that resonates with spiritual energy. The awe-inspiring architecture, intricate carvings, and the rich history make it a must-visit destination. Daily there is a process of changing flag of Sudarshan Chakra. That is really treat to watch. Just to watch this beautiful seen, more than 10-20k people gathering here. Also, be aware of scams. Evening flag changing timings - 5PM to 6PM Temple timings - 2 AM to 11 PM Note - Mobile, camera, laptop shoes, chappal, bottle etc not allowed inside Temple. Only Hindus can enter the Temple

You have to be really lucky to be here. It's said when call calls to meet you, no one can stop. That's exactly the story of Lord Jagganath. Miraculous place with no scientific proves. He proves he is the creator of human mind. Hence no one can prove such logic why The temple and lines is extremely crowed, you need to be patient and have enough time to visit here. Would not recommend very small children as the crowd inside main temple is like an ocean of people pushing you. So kids will get smashed up in the middle. Else carry them in Godi Peaceful and the best place to visit

It is beautiful. You can just sit and spend your whole day peacefully here. There you can get the help of "Panda" for your puja purposes. And the associate of the Panda will guide you inside the huge temple.

Don't know what I can review a temple and which is one of a dham of char dham. I will write my experience. Contacted a panda and he asked me to reach Mandir by 5am, but I reached by 4.45am. There were 2 more families along with us. Very long queue was already there even before we reach there. Somehow he managed to make us get in at the last moment. He kept on telling us stories at every point while on our way and explained the importance of every murti. He kept all of us together despite the crowd. Finally when I saw Lord Jagannath, Balram and Subhadra, it made me feel light and felt like all my pain was gone. The joy inside is unexplainable. Anyways I booked bhog for my family and take away which he delivered to my hotel in the evening. Queue was very long and early morning you can complete the darshan in 1.5-2 hours, rest of the day very long queue. Beautiful and mesmerizing experience. Must go and pls take a panda with you. Joy Jagannath ❤️

The Jagannath Temple is an important temple dedicated to Jagannath, a form of Vishnu, one of the trinity of supreme divinity in Hinduism. The idol of Jagannath is made of wood and is ceremoniously replaced every twelve or 19 years. It is one of the Char Dham pilgrimage sites. Please ensure 1-2 hours time while visiting the temple. Bhog Prasad available. Special puja can be offered through booking within temple premises.

The mandir itself is very beautiful very nice architecture. The premises are very big. Now they are putting some line barriers for crowd control. For a handicapped person, they provide while chair but now it's available up to the main gate. I heard maybe in the next two months they will create separate entries for chair access. At the time now they will give space for 500 people when they enter the temple then again people will come. In the main temple, the god statues are so adorable and beautiful. From left to right Balaram, suvadra and Jagannath. I found one panda in the main temple. He was so kind and generous. Very good behaviour. Explain all those very well. The panda is named BULU Panda. He was super. If anyone wants to contact him ask her name at the exit gate. But other pandas or outside pandas are very dangerous.

Jai Jagannath. It’s a beautiful temple with thousands of devotees coming every day. At any given point of time there will be a long queue. In fact a very long queue. Cars don’t go near the temple premises. There is a parking around 700-800 meters before the temple. You can park there and take the bus from parking to temple. Bus service is there from parking to temple. Leave your mobile, belts etc in the car. While coming back you can take autos. They are easily available. Most of the pandit’s there will try to take money for some or the other reason. If you take anything from any pandit inside the temple, you will have to pay for it. All of them try to give you prasad, flowers etc. so beware before accepting anything from the pandits. Better to take one pandit who can show the entire temple.

Jai Shree Jagannath, Well maintained temple and very tight security, before going to temple keep your phone in the hotel they don’t allow mobile phone, camera inside of you have then you can also keep in locker they have. I recommend you to buy parshad from outside, inside they charge so much and try to make you fool. Construction works also going on I have visited 3 times I love so much.

A few words in a google review is not enough to describe the grandeur of this ancient treasure and heritage of India . This temple dates back to hundreds of years and is one of the most auspicious pilgrimages of India . Thousands of devotees visit this temple every day to pay homage to Lord Jagannath, Lord Balaram and Subhadra . This could be a very crowded place hence one should be able to bear with the crowd if they want to be in queue to for darshan. There are a network of temples around the main temple and time permitting one must visit them too. Local priests (pandas) will reach out to offer their services however be warned that using local priests doesn’t make the journey any easier . Overall this is a must visit place for all Jagannath devotees and anyone who has deep interest in archeological history of India .

The Puri Jagannath Temple is often praised for its architectural grandeur, spiritual significance, and vibrant festivals. Visitors appreciate the intricate carvings, historical relevance, and the unique rituals performed at the temple. Many reviews highlight the cultural richness and the powerful spiritual experience of being in the presence of Lord Jagannath. However, some also mention the crowds during festivals as a potential downside. Overall, it's considered a must-visit for those seeking a blend of history, culture, and divine connection.

Great place for Hindu worship. But over crowded during holidays and auspicious occasions. Old people and children should avoid peak time. Must take Panda assistance for better darshan and understanding the temple's rich history.
