On the day of Christmas i was there for my birthday celebration 🎉🎈 it's such a good place to spend time with your love ones and the atmosphere and vibe is so good you gonna enjoy a lot, Another thing is the staff is good and cooperative apart from that the food quality is so good with such a cheap price. I think everything was good. I will not say the place was really clean, but it's covid, so it's okay. The Decor is super good. One could do any kind of photoshoot here. Food it's also great. Prices are reasonable too. The staff was great. Overall I'd say it's a great place. I just took the outside terrace pics the inside is great too!

I went there with my girlfriends last year in March. And it was such a great time. The ambience, the food, the rooftop, the weather, everything was perfect. And all this within budget. We really enjoyed every minute of it. Took so many pictures. Indulged in the amazing lunch and enjoyed the sunset. The rooftop place is great for a perfect rooftop date night. Highly recommend place and so close to KIIT UNIVERSITY.

The place is very nice from outdoor, but from inside its is not that well as expected, interior is need to maintain. Talking about food is good quality and quantity both but for me i think the price are bit too high, need to add more hookah flavours like my fav #bubblegum. The out ambience is too good with projector and lights plants awsome.

Chill Out, Bhubaneswar<br/><br/>This restaurant is known for its North Indian food, Before somedays, I and one of my friend visited this restaurant in the Afternoon so we are looking for what to order then we asked the server what do you have special here so they suggested us to try their mutton biriyani which cost us INR 199/- Per Plate. so basically if you are going here after giving your food order you have to wait for at least 20-30mins.<br/><br/>Ambience:<br/><br/>It is a very tidy & well-kept restaurant, it has tables for everyone like if you are going with family you will have a separate seating area, it has also Rooftop outdoor seating but the outdoor seating is not maintained so well, I will suggest if you are going to this restaurant in the evening then only you should use the outdoor seating.<br/><br/>Food:<br/><br/>Finally, we had got our Mutton Biriyani near around 30mins after placing the order we had 3pieces of muttons in each plate, but the biriyani didn't taste so well they have added excess amount of masala in the rice and after we tasted 3-4bytes we felt so much spicy you can't even imagine. Situated above Taste of China, in the lane just beside Chandrasekharpur Petrol Pump, towards Niladri Vihar. It has both indoor as well as outdoor seating area. They also have a rooftop gazebo, a party space for small groups. I went there during evening and opted for the outdoor seating. It's a very cosy place, with dim lighting, fairy lights and has a lot of picturesque spaces. I felt it more of a DIYed space. The indoors need a bit of maintenance.<br/><br/>Tried - Burnt Garlic Chickem Soup, Mojito, Bali Prawn, Chicken Alfredo Pasta, Amritsari Fish & Pan fried fish.<br/>I have mixed reviews about food. Few of the items tasted good, some were average, few we didn't like. Bali Prawn was good. The sauce didn't mix properly with the chicken. The Amritsari fish was like fish fingers and was fried whereas Amritsari fish preparation is very different.<br/><br/>The service was a bit slow. But the staffs were friendly and cooperative. Food is great. The food preparation takes a bit long. The place is amazing. Open terrace, nice lighting with a pair of cuishioned swings. A small stairway passage leads to an even higher place with a table for two which is a perfect place for couples. You'll love the place if you like dining in open and heightened places.

Boasting off as an out an out party place, this place appears promising but sadly fails on all accounts.<br/>Chill out has both indoor and outdoor seating available, there is absolutely no light in the outdoors and you have to use you flashlight to read the menu on top of that Songs in the background are really bad. Coming to the food, for starters we had golden fried babycorn, the worst I ve had in my life, salt-pepper mushroom, it was hard to find salt, pepper or mushroom in that dish, garlic prawns were equally bad, paneer lababdar and dum aloo were face savers.<br/>The service was terribly slow, the staff appeared untrained both in their regular course as well as handling the customers.<br/>The above meal costed 5 of us 1400 bucks, certainly not value for money. Not visiting again.<br/>

I have not come across an worst restaurant in Bhubaneswar. They have not trained their people .. every single food is disaster totally...they have not ask wether we needed mineral water or wewant dry or roast papad. Lollypop is double fried, even chef also admits...even after complaining dumb waitresses don't understand what we want.. they took full money even GST just for their roof top ambience...a very big no to this restaurant.

Their food is three star to be fair. But their open air ambiance earned them one more star. Natural wind mild lighting and their starters are delighting combination. Service is good and parking for two wheelers is not a problem. A little improvement in main course taste will make this my regular spot for chilling out.

I would give it for their ambience. The place is good, some hip music going on, sheesha available, entertaining the young crowd. The food was also good, we had their BBQ chicken and Banjara Kebabs, both were nicely cooked, nice and savoury in the mouth. However, in the process of trying to impress, they served us “virgin pinacolada” which I can assure was far from what actually the drink is. And when I complained about it, their chef took it to his ego. The next time when I ordered the virgin mojito, he refused to prepare. The subordinate staff prepared it for us and served.<br/>If you want to have a relaxed time, do visit here, but rest assured there might be some goof ups now and then. <br/><br/>Tip for the staff: there’s scope to improve “a lot”.

Absolutely delicious! we ordered chicken drums of heaven, Bali prawns, litchy sky mocktail, devil's chicken and a mixed noodles.. I couldn't find an item which wasn't tasty! Devil's chicken was my fav of that day, a must try. One plus point for thrifts :P - no GST ;) would love to visit another time surely :)

This place was earlier Known as Sky Hi.<br/>Ambience: I visited this place yesterday and the rooftop ambience just left us amazed.<br/>Food Cost: It will not leave hole in your pocket, very budget friendly rates and amazing quality<br/>On the platter: 1) sweet and spicy chicken in starters<br/>2) Bbq chicken in starters<br/>3) Main course: jeera rice, ghee rice, mixed fried chicken rice, chicken Afghani, chicken tikka butter masala and devil's chicken. Everything tasted great.<br/>Overall we had great time there!! You can see the pics for more idea :)
