Review Castaad Kitchen - Canacona

A nice Restaurant with Delicious food in the Chaudi Bazar area of Canacona. Just by looking from the outside of it, one might think that they only serve local food but the actual story is quite different. They serve a range from Goan, North Indian and Continental food. Their Fish Thaali was so good, The Margherita Pizza was so cheezy and tasty and the Pesto Pasta was also yummy. Best part is, the food was very reasonably priced for the quality and quantity offered. Will definitely visit if in the area

Service was slow. We had to wait for more than 30 minuets for the food. In one item (prawn), the chef added some dried fish which created some pungent smell. However, when complained, they prepared a fresh item (without dried fish) for us again. Overall good experience.

Well well well !!! A awesome hotel for night out and have some chill party fun. It's a wonderful hotel i viewed most of the times in my life. I had celebrated my birthday also and today I had gone for a small family lunch the food was nice and tasty. The atmosphere of the hotel is like luxury restaurant and nice picture drawn on the wall which attracts to click photo photographs. I'm giving 5 star too this hotel because it's a good hotel and restaurant for people too eat food and celebrate there birthday etc ....🫂

I ate their food for 5 out of the 8 days I stayed in Canacona. So good 👌 They deliver at home and are very friendly. Just be patient.

stayed at Natures harmony for 4 days and this was our food provider.. loved their tikka and tandoor items.. delivery was received within 40-45 mins which was good.. only 1 day they delayed to 1 hour may be due to rain. good home delivery service. overall food 5 stars , menu and rates 5 stars. service 4.5 stars

We have been ordering meals for the last one year from Castaad and experimented with different cusines on their menu too... never disappointed till date. Highly recommend Castaad Crsipy Chicken, their sea food pastas, dal khichdis, even poori sabzi on a sunday morning is so satistying. A ver6 homely feel to their food.

The best kitchen in canacona for food delivery. We stayed in multiple Airbnbs and they delivered to all on time. Quick and prompt response with fast and reliable delivery when we really needed food. Food quality and taste was also great.

Castaad Is my go-to place to get good food home delivered. They almost always cook from scratch, and this means the food is absolutely fresh and delicious. I am a huge fan of their Tandoori dishes, esp their Tandoori Chicken, the Naans, as well as their Fish Thalis. The Goan King Fish Curry + Rice combo is another favourite. The food is priced reasonably, and has been consistently tasty through the several orders that we have placed over the past three months. In short, you won't regret ordering your lunch and dinner from Castaad.👍🏼

Service is way too slow but the food was amazing. I tried recheado mackerel thali and masala lepo fry. Food is so good that you can totally ignore the slow service

Always a nice time at Caastad. Right form the seating till the time you leave the place it is very warm. The dishes on the menu are curated very nicely. Try their crispy chicken, mix fried rice. It's wonderful. Amazing time for family and friends alike.

The room given to me was so spacious that three person can sleep in a bed. But in the toilet (Western type) there was no hand-held flash was available. Bathroom had no soap, but a plastic mug & bucket. There was a white towel & two white blankets. There was no TV but a fan and a led light. The glass windows were locked. The curtains weren't attached properly. Still room was clean including bed and blankets. At 10-11pm, there's no veg thali, we had to buy costly( ac 2 the place) food items dal rice & roti. Veg options was limited due to late night.

We ordered from here during our stay at a resort in Palolem. They charge fair delivery charge, although delivery took about an hour but the food was still hot which means only prep time takes long not delivery itself. The best thing about this place is the quantity and taste. Taste is good but quantity is simply amazing. At first I thought they charge a lot for bread options (naan, roti etc) but the size must be quite large because even two people couldn't complete two naan. Main course quantity is also good. Much recommended.

Castaad Kitchen also takes orders and delivers in around 45 mins. The menu that I found on Google is outdated. The prices are different on the menu that i found on Google so while ordering please make sure that you enquire about the prices of each dish. I had ordered fish curry rice, paneer butter masala, and garlic chicken. Fish curry rice was good but the fish fry wasn't cooked properly and it was plain in taste. Quantity was good though. Paneer butter masala was delicious and quantity was also sufficient for 2 3 people. Garlic chicken was delicious too and quantity was good. Overall the food was good. The costs of the dishes are slightly pricey but worth it.

Not usually one to write reviews, but have been there a few times and ordered mainly Indian dishes all of which were very tasty and cooked very well. Underrated restaurant. Delicious food, simple ambience and great staff.
