Review Vivenda Kafe - Candolim

Pratik Gandhi
Vivenda Kafe was our preferred spot during our short stay in Candolim, conveniently situated near De Candolim Deck and across from Stop & Shop Supermarket. While parking in the area can be challenging, finding a spot in the nearby lanes should suffice. The cafe's charm is its most delightful feature, offering both indoor and outdoor seating, albeit limited to a few tables. With an extensive range of coffee options, it's worth exploring the diverse flavors they have to offer. The overall food quality is good, although there is room for improvement. Shubham, the manager, is an amiable individual who ensures efficient service and takes care of the customers' needs. Vivenda Kafe provides a pleasant atmosphere and a worthwhile dining experience in Candolim.

Our quest for a delicious veg Blueberry Cheese Cake led us to Vivenda Cafe, thanks to Swiggy's recommendation. This charming little cafe is tucked away in the streets of Candolim, and finding it is a breeze with Google Maps. Vivenda Cafe exudes a cozy and comfortable atmosphere, making it an ideal spot for a relaxing meal. It's impeccably clean and tidy, and it radiates homely vibes that instantly put you at ease. This cafe caters to various dining needs, whether it's breakfast, brunch, snacks, or a quick lunch or dinner. Their menu includes a range of items, from burgers and sandwiches to desserts, coffee, English breakfast, juices, and even beer. What stands out is that everything not only tastes delicious but is also generously portioned. The Blueberry cheesecake, in particular, is a standout; it's among the best we've ever had. During our month-long staycation, Vivenda Cafe became our go-to place. The service is commendable, with staff displaying good etiquette and attentiveness. This cafe has undoubtedly earned a spot on our list of must-visit places whenever we return to Goa. Don't forget to note their operating hours: 9 AM to 2 AM, ensuring you can enjoy their offerings from morning till late into the night.

Really good coffee, decorated with Christmas cheer, and complimented by a slice of chocolate hazelnut cake that melted in my mouth

A small and cozy cafe on the main Street, hidden behind a tree. They have an amazing collection of bakery and juice items. They have cooled tender coconut and it is super good. Pastries and pure juice was awesome. Highly recommended for a refreshing break after a hot sunny day at Goa.

Very delicious English breakfast for 360 inr. We tried the bebinca also but didn’t like it too much. Great service. The fruit juice was also nice.
Harshali S
I visited this place after 3 years. Ordered the exact same thing and it was absolute delight to find the same taste and comfort vibe of the place. It's tiny so easy to miss but if you do make it there then for sure you'll love it.

Small cafe on the bustling Candolim Road. One of the few places that is open in the morning as well. We tried the Cappuccino, the Bob's special coffee which is the absolute best, the chicken sandwich was good too. The masala omelette was perfect. Don't forget to indulge in a slice of the chocolate cake which is perfectly sweet and it is probably the best way to end the meal here ☺️ Service is fantastic!
Pravo
Greate coffee, they have an expresso machine. Small cafe, but coffee is great. Cappuccino grande was great. They made an effort to design the coffee foam. If you're looking for a coffee, some quick snacks or pastries, this place is worth a trip. Prices are reasonable.

Nice cafe to hangout and have quick snacks/breakfast. nice ambience and it's roadside. We had Chicken Burger, Chicken Tandoori Panini, Cappuccino and English Breakfast here. Coffee and tea was not good at all. More water content made them pathetic. English Breakfast was nice but I don't like mushroom, so didn't like them. Beans were not good. Chicken burger was okay. Panini was best. 🙂

This place was on my list - from the time I was planning my ride. Special thanks to Ride with Raj (YouTuber) for the suggestion. The staff was welcoming and made sure the breakfast was to the point as I had imagined it to be. The English Breakfast which I ordered is sufficient for 2 and would make sure you go through the day without needing lunch. The taste was perfect and everything on the platter was presented nicely.

Best budget English Breakfast in Candolim. Very affordable plus you get a fruit bowl too. The coffee is amazing too!

Little cafe near to Lemon tree hotel with an amazing ambience inside. Have wide variety of coffee based drinks (cold & hot). You can fight some liquor based coffees drinks as well. Serve amazing cheese cakes, sandwiches, burgers and puffs. Great place to be.
Pallab Pain
Vivenda is a nice little café tucked along the streets of Candolim. They serve burgers, sandwiches, desserts, coffee and coffee alcohol. I liked the serradura, bailey’s coffee and the chicken burger. The desserts and the sandwiches were okay. The placr itself is very comfortable to be at and it’s clean and tidy.

Vivenda Kafe is one of the finest cafes we have in Candolim. A small cozy place with lovely interiors. Very well lit and air conditioning. Try the homemade Bibingka with Vanilla icecream, rum balls and banana cake. Also try their shakes and coffees. It is run by an Irish lady and the staff working there is very efficient. Please stop by this cafe whenever ur in Candolim.

The place is bit difficult to find, as it is camouflaged among different shops in the market. We visited around 11pm searching for a perfect desert. The owner and staff were very welcoming and suggested their specialities... Since we were late, almost all of the deserts had been finished, we ordered apple pie, blueberry cake and a chocolate mouse. Apple pie and mouse was good, but the Blueberry cheese cake here is a must eat item if you are in North Goa. We enjoyed it so much that, the guys made us fresh blueberry cheese cakes on demand. Absolutely loved it !! Highly recommended if you are in search for the perfect cheese cake.
Payal Puri
The place is very cozy to have desserts and your morning cofffee. Loved the seradura. They have vast variety of sandwiches and cakes to go with your morning cofffe.
Marquess
Swell little place that serves decent burgers & excellent coffee. Didn't fancy the pork pie too much. The filling of the pie was the same old goan sausage.Familiar hog.The puffs were good & the same was expected. Would go back for the hazelnut coffee. Hangover changer.
Shantanu Kshirsagar
Best coffee I ever had. Owned by very friendly local gentleman. Good Ambience. Must visit for coffee and snacks on my every visit to Goa.
Satyaki Dutta
A cafe that has so much love to give. Run by wonderful people and beautifully decorated interiors. The authentic goan desserts like the bibinca and even the apple pie were out of the world.

The owner was treating the staff in a very insulting way!

We were served bland and stale crushed ice when we ordered a fresh pineapple juice without ice

Try the toffee flavoured cold coffee and apple pie

4th March 2019

Since it was Shivratri so all I could have in Food Was Vegetarian Stuff. So I explored this cute Little Place by the name of "Vivenda Cafe" located Opposite to Magnum Resort. It might be little Difficult to Locate, as there is a Tree Right in Front of this cute restaurant, hampers the Visibility of this Eatery. This Place gives a Warm Andrew Cozy Feel.

So coming to the Food, I ordered -

1. Cheese Onion and Tomato Grilled Sandwich

2. Fresh Watermelon Juice -

3. Cappucino ( Grande)

4. Cold Coffe

5. Veg Puff

My Special Thanks to the lady in charge "Ms.Tia"
Shweta Jain
Small cute place with Excellent apple pie. The ice cream needs to be bought separately and is little expensive. Bebinca has egg in it but my friends said it was very good. The portion size is quite small. The staff is very friendly and courteous but there’s a girl there... could be the owner who’s very rude and insulting.
Good place to have coffee and desert.
3/5 only because of the female there else it’s a 4/5 place.
Umang Luthra
The rating is only for coffee.
We went there at 2 am and was still open.
The desserts looked nice ... didn’t try though.
They say the beans are from Brazil
The coffee was really nice with some art on it.
Foodie_OnWheels
Decided to visit this Cafe as I was in search of place, to work peacefully with WiFi. The Cafe has 4-5 tables inside while a few of them outside the cafe. The snacks are slightly over priced basis the portion provided.

Ambience: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
Decently good. I would score them high here for uninterrupted internet usage and no disturbance.

Presentation: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Order 4 coffees and the presentation was to the mark
Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The staff were ready to assist and also very proactive.

Quality: ⭐⭐⭐
Not the best coffees. The portion had majorly crushed ice and the consistency of the milk based coffee were very thin.

Quantity: ⭐⭐⭐
Since the crushed ice was to much, the taste was very watery.

Value for money: ⭐⭐⭐
The pricing is decent but the quality needs to improve the quality of the coffees served.
Anamika
Without no doubt, it is the best cafe in Candolim which offers heavenly snacks, cakes, coffees, sandwiches, paninis and salads. All home-made with very reasonable rates. Highly recommended. Place is a little small but very warm. Do not miss. :)
Dr. Tamanna
Cutesy little place and very easily missed is this gem of a bakery. Their specialty is the babinka cake. We had 2 and it was so good that I had to pack 1 too. We also tried their dark forest fantasy cake which uh-so-good. Will definitely recommend this one.
Gunjit
Difficult to find at first but it is worth. Great cheese cake, patty, coffe. Staff is also courteous. All in all great experience at this cafe
Sumeet Mohanty
Hands down, the best cafe in Candolim. It's quite small but it's warm and inviting with the most attentive and courteous staff. Really good Irish coffee and delicious bebinca.
Abhik Sen
I just go there since it is rare to find good coffee in Candolim. The coffee here is better for sure, not the best.

The food on the other hand is not great. The sandwiches are pre made and filled with more sauce than meat. Once grilled the panini is as thin as a flat bread. The burger does not have fresh patty but the frozen stuff off the shelf or so it seems! The deserts do look good though!

The bad part of is that they do not even serve you a glass of water and you are forced to but their bottles which they price higher for no good reason.

The server is a smart lad and knows how to treat his customers but I guess the owner is a stickler for making the odd buck.
Pal
A real small tucked in cafe on the Main Street, we stopped by a coconut juice and ended up trying their rum cake, which was divine! Looking at the crowd, surely other menu items would have been good, too!
Abhishek Gharat
Real good taste and quite a lot of options. But a little expensive. Small and compact place with minimum seating but has a great ambience. Had a chicken panini and vaniglio coffee. But the best was the veg and cheese sandwhich
Sachin Bhakar
They take their coffee very seriously and its good stuff. We ordered a cold coffee and a toffee tado and both we good.

Small place but there is a seating arrangement outside cafe :-)

We discovered this place 2 years ago and still eagerly hunt for it every time we visit Goa. It is easy to miss so it would be wise to keep and eye on the road. We love this place so much as the coffee is just perfect. Perfect blend, no burnt roast. Must visit for a great cuppa!
Shital Gala
Good homemade fresh delicious milkshakes , juices .
The chocolate ice cream is absolutely a must try .
Cookies were yumm
Friendly happy service . 😋😋😋😋
Ginnysuri
Super awesome cafe. Amazing chocolate shake called mochachillo.... and mouth watering chicken sandwiches. Very friendly staff too....small but super clean place
I visited this place after 4 and a half year and the place is exactly the same. We ordered a coffee icecream, lemon tart with icecream and a blueberry cheesecake. Everything was extremely delicious. The cheesecake had the perfect amount of cheese, blueberry and the crust. Would recommend everyone to taste atleast the blueberry cheesecake. The coffee icecream is a delight for the true coffee lovers. Bitter with a little sweet taste. The lemon tart was so great and the vanilla icecream with it made it so delightful to eat.
The ambiance is great. A small cafe with seating of 10-12 people and great music going. If you’re ever in Candolim area do make a visit.
Pawan Koli
What a soothing place!
Had a chicken Panini here and a café latte
The service is also good. The panini was fresh and crispy . Only the thing is that this place had a lot of mosquitoes which were the only irritating thing out there .
Vrinda Nagpal
If you’re in Candolim or nearby, this place is a must visit. It’s a small tiny place. They serve amazing bebinca. Everything on the menu is an amazing here, from shakes to bakery items.
Urvi Madhani-Dsouza
In the middle of busy street there is this small, difficult to see cafe. We found it based simply because we were looking for it. And it was so worth it. Their home-made Bebinca made our day. We even got more to carry with us back home. Food was tasty and fresh. Chicken patties and Mochacino were both very good. Would visit here again when in Goa.
All That We Love

We have been frequenting Candolim for so many years but for the first time we spotted this cozy little cafe run by a lovely couple. Oh Boy, I missed it all these years! The perfect grilled sandwich, the perfect cheese cake and shakes and to top it all my favourite Cold Coffee with Baileys. What else in life one can look for. The service was quick and with smiles. Ambience is so warm that one would love to sit here for long chats. This will be on my list of regulars, for sure!
Grizy Godinho
A nice cozy small place located on a busy candolim lane . Good service and friendly staff ... must try the bebinca & sandwiches ... must visit for a quick bite

Visited them yesterday. Really like the Beef Burger and Pork and Ham sandwich. Kids loved the chocolate brownie and also the cold coffee. It's a small Cafe but what it lacks in space covers up for the good food it serves. Has a wide variety of tea and coffee too. Would surely recommend to try them out if you are in Candolim.
Navin Indoria
Good place for a cup of coffee for the few like me who want a coffee in Goa :). Decent sandwiches and burgers. Prompt service. Friendly staff.
My Experiments With Food!!
We visited vivenda kafe for breakfast when we were too early for our hotel check in.. it was a nice clean and cosy cafe we spotted in the candolim area when nothing else around was open.. it is a super functional cafe.. the food was pretty decent! Service was prompt and our server was happy to customize our order...

We had the apple juice which was great.. no ice no sugar but it had a brilliant taste and it was freshly made! Cold coffee was just ok.. low of sugar but I was ok with that! We also ordered a tomato, onion and cheese grill sandwich..we asked her server to also put capsicum in the sandwich and he happily obliged.. this was a pretty good sandwich..

Overall we were happy we found this cafe as we were genuinely hungry and were looking for an air conditioned place to sit!

A nice sweet cafe with good food. The space is small but the food and service is very good. A must try is their Homemade Bebinca. It has a good sweet flavour with a touch of coconut.
DIPTI CHAKRABORTY
A small cafe on the streets of Candolim. Well designed... Not much place to sit.. but good place to hangout.. They have wide variety of cakes.. Tried blueberry cheesecake which was okay... Brownie was tasty.. They serve beer here....Service was fast!!

Got here after a lazy stroll at the beach. Mom wanted her evening caffeine fix and they had freshly ground Italian coffee. It was stellar. The vibe is chilled out and relaxing. We had coconut cookies along with the coffee and so did not need any sugar in the coffee. Which made the taste of freshly ground coffee even more richer. I am definitely going back.

Saw this cute little cafe in Zomato's recommendations. Located in Candolim, this place has a really warm and pleasing ambience. They serve one of the best cold coffees I've ever had. Their Mocha is a must try.

They serve pretty great desserts too. I tried their brownie and a chocolate mousse.

I was recommended to try the famous traditional Goan sweet Bibanca by the shop owner. Honestly, I didn't really like the taste (too sweet for my palette).

Ambience: 8/10
Food: 9/10
VFM: 10/10

As we were in candolim, we were in search of this cafe which we had visited 6 years ago... The feeling of revisiting this cafe was nostalgic... everything about the place was exactly the same like how it was before.. the coffee, the ambiance, the pastries... perfect.... this place has left its mark in our hearts... If you ever happen to visit this place, please do try goan sweet with vanilla icecream, mochachillo, vaniglia freado and hazelnut brownie with icecream...
Its a must visit place to add in your goa memories...Shardul Sawant

Stopped at Vivenda's late night for the desert after a heavy meal in other restaurants in Candolim. We ordered for a Bebinca with ice cream. The dessert was fantastic and worth a try if you're on a food trail on Candolim.

Had to try out this cafe for the reviews and ratings.
First its very hard to find if you are on a vehicle.
Second we went here twice and tried coffee, milkshakes, burgers and fruit juice.

Coffee - 4
Burgers - 4 ... (very filling limited veggies in the burger)
Milkshake - 4
Juice - 2 ( didn't taste like freshly squeezed)

Give it a shot .. you wont be disappointed
Bharat Subramony
Fraudulent coffee (adds flavoured syrup instead of nuts/cashew/hazelnut. Poor quality of blue berry cheesecake (stale). The staff is deceitful, charging 2% extra for using card payment. PLEASE AVOID.
Vart
Cute little cafe.... we tried the blueberry cheesecake which was ok.... it has a vast selection of desserts n some of the largest sandwiches ive seen... definitely worth trying once!
Kriti
It's a really tiny place hence needs to up its game! Had the BEBINCA here, wasn't really great hence did not try other things. Heard their coffees are good though!
Brunchboy
A small but cozy (air conditioned) café in candolim. They have very good options for coffee. If you're coffeeholic person, than this is the best place to start your day.
The best thing is they have a very good option of alcoholic coffee, and yes they are good.
The veg burger patty was little bit burned have told this to their manager also.
Ambience was good with free WIFI facility.
Must try their Goan bibinca..

Highly recommend!!

The Bebinca!!! Wow.. best i have had so far. Located in Candolim on the main road, to get respite from the sun we came here for some chilled lemon iced tea and it was perfectly made. Next we ordered the awesome Bebinca which is mouth watering. Pricing is reasonable. You get other bakery stuff too. Nice place

Cute little coffee shop in Candolim. They ve got a good assortment of coffees. Their flavored Lattes and Cold Coffee are pretty good. Try the homemade traditional Goan sweet Bebinca here. Very reasonably priced. Come here when you dont want to shell out hundreds of bucks on just coffee. Sit and chill for as long as you want. And free Wi-Fi if thats what you need.

The man on the counter makes you happy . Such a gentle person and courteous bro. Now the tastes they offer are something that you shouldn't be thinking if wanna go for deserts . This small cafe may go unnoticed very easily. In fact you may find problem in finding it even being on main road due to its location between two bigger shops. But you should not miss this. This cafe offers really good desserts. We didn't order coffee but we had desserts almost every day during our 3 days trip to Goa. There cheese cakes are must have. Would definitely visit them again.
Kamal
We ordered Freddo Carmelo which was priced as Rs 100 in zomato menu where as o was presented a different menu with 20% higher price. The spokesperson, Maria at first denied any knowledge of changed menu but later reluctantly agreed to the fact. Coffee was nice though.
Praveen
Good place to have coffee, conversations and snacks. Visited this place after tiring beach activities. Small place but the ambience is good. Ordered cappuccino, chicken panini, vanigitla freado. Panini is good. Cappuccino could be better. Freado is good. Recommended for hangout and conversations.

Awesome cafe.
Blueberry cheese cake is a must try.
After spending 4 hours in the water (candolim beach) it was relaxing to have a Americano with cheese cake.
They also have home made bibinca.
I must say... If you are looking for some real good coffee you have to corn here! You may not find it immediately but the search is totally worth it... especially for the froth on top of the coffee!

Besides the coffee I only tried the Sacher Torte which didn't throw me off at all, as it was too huge and not melting away in your mouth!

Service was excellent and the ambience just reminded me of a European cafe...
This is a very small cafe in candolim, Probably goes unnoticed. But, this cafe is worth going. The sandwiches and shakes are really great. I have been to this cafe a lot of times and each time they have served the best. Its economic as well.😊

I visited this cute little place on my recent visit to Goa. This little cafe has pretty and attractive ambience. The seating capacity is for a limited no. of people. They do have an outdoor sitting option as well. The service is good and the staff is helpful.
Coming to the food and shake-
Mochachilo - The chocolate and cold coffee combo was great and totally loved it.
Cold Coffee- It was perfect the way it should be.
Chicken burger with fries combo- The chicken burger was good and was quite filling. Fries served were crisp and tasty.
Chicken Panini- It was delicious and nice.
Sandwich- The portion was good and the filling was also great.

Overall a great cafe to have when one is around Candolim beach.

This tiny little café serves very good cold coffee and cakes/pies. Loved the toffee dado and Nocciola Grande on my consecutive two visit to this place. It also serves mouth watering apple pie and opera pastries. The wait staff is attentive and friendly but the food served is a bit expensive.
Marissa Fernandes
Had been to Goa for Christmas and Supersonic music festival This small cute little cafe is situated right outside Candolim beach. The interiors and ambience attracted me to visit this place for a cup of coffee. Being a desert lover I couldn't help but notice the lovely varieties of pastries and sweets. Ordered a Sacher Torte (French desert) along with a cup of chocolate Mocha and I made the right choice. The coffee was absolutely refreshing and perfectly prepared with a hint of chocolate dressing. The pastry was soft, moist with the right amount of sweetness. This place completely satiated my midnight cravings. The best part is that they are open until almost 4am. The service is very good too. The part owner 'Valerie' was very hospitable and helped us make the right choice by explaining the varieties of the desserts/coffees. I would surely visit this place the next time I'm in Goa and I would highly recommend this place if your around Calangute/Candolim

P.S. Their beef burger is to kill for.

I liked the crew and beverages. Good quality, refreshing, neat. Just short of gourmet.

Modestly priced compared to quality.
Try Alfresco seating. Goan air is clean.

Didn't try food but I'm sure by the looks of it that it must be good too.

Order your bev without ice. Enjoy!
