Lovely place with really nice food. What’s particular refreshing is they don’t blare out the music like everywhere else in Candolim. Went to another restaurant last night and it felt like sitting in the middle of a rock concert (although the quality of singer wasn’t concert quality).
It was really relaxed, tasty food with friendly and welcoming staff
Had their signature 8oz (approx. 220 grams) filet mignon along with fresh lime soda. It costs around 500rs which is reasonable.
The waiter didn't ask me how I wanted the steak and it came rather medium to well done. This unfortunately made the outer steak a little too dry and chewy which was also due to the fact that there was no sauce with it. The consistency of the meat was however good with some red in the middle as it should be.
Service was very prompt and courteous and willing to take feedback. Ambience is also very quiet and cosy.
The place is very spacious with beautiful lightening which is perfect for a dinner outing. Hot and Spicy garlic chicken wings are a must try..not too spicy, absolutely flavourful. Their Thai Style Chilli Shrimp on Warm Salad is super nutritious snack for all you health concious folks! Panna cotta was the star.. it was so good and served with strawberries. So happy to be able to go out and try all these. Guys if you happen to live in Candolim, then I must tell you that @cashewtreegoa is your go to place for some real good red wine and tasty dinner.
Amazing fish & chips and chicken steak. The ambiance and colour scheme is subtle and relaxed. Great time at the Cashew Tree. Thanks Alistair and Kendrick for your hospitality )

I decided to celebrate my Birthday at the ‘Cashew Tree’ recently. And Ohh La La! It was simply awesome. I’ve been here thrice by now, coz it’s irresistible. I’m very picky when it comes to eating beef outside as not all places serve tender beef. Cashew Tree had the perfect beef cut. Their Beef Tongue and Beef Chilly-fry was tender and succulent. The Chicken Paprika had some really good creamy flavours. The Garlic Prawns were perfectly cooked and spiced, just the way I like them. I loved the fries that accompanied the prawns. The Calamiri (squids) was tasty, the King Fish was fresh & yum, the Pork Ribs were juicy, the Crispy Chicken was nice and crusty. Most of the dishes were served with stir fried vegetables/salad and mashed potato, which make it a wholesome meal. It’s a multi-cuisine restaurant.
Good ambience, music and service. Cashew Tree has a Live Band performing on certain days of the week. What I liked best about this place, is that they really care about the quality of the food they serve, they’ve set a high benchmark for themselves. On the other hand, they are very reasonably priced and have a good portion size. Value For Money! So, if you visit North Goa, you can’t afford to miss the ‘Cashew Tree’. Highly recommended!

Came here for breakfast… enjoyed it more than the one at Infantaria, for less than half the price.

A wonderful place run by two fine gentlemen - Ali and Kendrick. Nice Ambience. It's a great place to try local cuisine and continental food.
Located beside Delfino Candolim. Do try the tongue and fillet mignon.

I had a wonderful dining experience at the Cashew Tree. The owner and the staff were very welcoming. The dishes were not only delicious but also reasonably priced.
I would highly recommend this restaurant if you are in or around Candolim area.
Fantastic staff, service and food, we caught a fish at baga creek and were looking for a place who could cook it for us. Cashew tree is the only restaurant which helped us and amazed us with their excellent food very reasonably price along with a stellar service. Kudos folks!
I visit cashew tree often because the food is consistently very good. There is a wide range of food to choose from and excellent value for money .
The staff are warn friendly and very efficient. You explain how you like something and next visit they remember without prompting.
In my opinion one of the best restraunts in candolim .
We had continental here and the food was par excellence.. Cream of chicken soup, cube salad, butter garlic prawns and mushrooms with sauteed vegetables.. Each dish was delectable, made with genuine passion... The authenticity of this place sets is apart from the expensive restaurants in candolim which boast of the live music and vibe but serve less than average food at more than average prices... The ambiance and crockery were tasteful too... I got to eat here on the last day of my vacation... Wish I could try more from their menu... Keep up the good taste!!
