One of the best restaurants in Candolim if you want to eat real Indian cooking. Service is prompt, notably friendly and efficient with fresh popadoms (flame cooked and not deep fried) and chutney provided gratis. The Indian menu, while extensive, is light on fish and seafood but does include an extensive range of vegetarian dishes which are kept hot at the table with the use of some unusual warmers. Every meal we have eaten at Sheetal has been simply wonderful.
