Review The Timber Garden - Candolim

Lovely little restaurant, beautiful interior and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and polite. Perhaps a more limited menu than other restaurants but delicious food and great value for money. Would recommend and certainly return.

A little gem of a family-run restaurant serving beautifully prepared and cooked food. The menu is quite extensive but I can never get past the Goan selection which is excellent. The decor is light and airy and the seating is comfortable. I really recommend this restaurant.

Beautiful restaurant with beautiful furniture and fabulous food. Jeremy and Melissa are a lovely couple who work very hard creating an enjoyable evening. We would highly recommend this restaurant. Personally I love the Chichen Sagwalla.

Excellent. The best food and service we have ever had in Candolim. It’s so good we have been twice in three days for dinner and will be repeatedly going throughout our stay. Fresh food. Every dish is beautifully presented and tastes amazing.

A surprise place to have lunch here. It was really good with home made style cooking food. We had Egg Fried Rice, Hot & Sour Soup, both were amazing.

Very good all round but quiet when we visited so maybe lacking a bit of atmosphere. Service and attention to detail absolutely excellent.

We came when the effects of the pandemic still visible. Business was low. Losses running high. What didn't run low was the hospitality of the owner. The food was great. Will try to revisit again.

Nice classy decor, cosy ambience and great food. Unpretentious. In a polluted atmosphere of trashy restaurants, this one is a breath of fresh air. Run by a Goan family of course.
