Review Tuscany Gardens - Candolim

Tagger Ravikant
We found this place on Google maps whilst looking for a good place to have pizza in. Not disappointed at all Okay, from the start now I'll say that the ambience of this place is really warm. Never been to Italy but it actually feels like you're there in that moment There is a beautiful gate for the opening with a sign board, which leads to a flight of stairs covered with vines on the side. There are signs with humour on the side. The table is candle lit. Everything feels vintage and authentic. The staff is happy and friendly. Price of the food is also good and the portions are more than enough. We had a Tuscannysun pizza, Tiramisu, and 2 drinks.

Delicious Italian cuisines.. Very nice ambience... Approachable location.. On main road.. Near to both Candolin and Sinquerim beach. Just adjacent to Taj heritage village and spa.. Sitting area is also very nice..

Garlic bread (with cheese & chilli) is a must try! We are vegetarians. So I ordered a margarita pizza which was too chewy! Pizzas are supposed to melt when served hot but were too chewy. Must try desserts

Loved the food and ambiance. Must visit this place if you come to north goa.

Awesome experience! Had a great time. Great ambience and hospitality. Pizza taste was really good and served so hot! It has a bar attached and had a good variety of drinks too. Overall, highly recommended for a fine dining experience. Only cons is parking is bit tough and need to park away and walk a bit..

Place has delicious food and a great vibe. Best date night place.

Excellent as always delicious food and great service, with a lovely atmosphere one of our favourites.

Went to Tuscany’s to try authentic Italian food and I must say we were not disappointed. The food felt so homely and the service…really was out of this world. We’ve been to many places but my husband and I kept thinking it’s actually the best service we’ve got in Goa. Apoy and Hiya were so friendly. Apoy was so warm and kept us so comfortable throughout. Such a good vibe over all. Highly recommend this spot if you’re on North goa. Don’t miss it❤️✨ PS the garlic bread and tiramisu are heavenly🥹

Amazing Italian food and very reasonable prices. They can modify the pasta type in the dish when asked for it. Panna Cotta was sumptuous 👌🏻 And so was spaghetti in Alfredo sauce. Margherita pizza was thin crust, crisp and very delicious.

Although situated on the Candolim main road, This place is a quiet and peaceful place with it's ambiance. Even if you're having a meal at 3pm, the surrounding greens keep you cool... and Coming to the main part, the dishes here are really tasty. The desserts are yumm... one item that's unique is their panacota... The tiramisu too is really good but still not the best in Goa. Overall a very good experience. One area they need to improve is on Parking which is only besides the main road and to meets seems to be a safety hazzard specifically if you have kids... but yeah, a good place to fill your tummy with yummylicious food.

This is a great place for yum italian cuisine. The red and white set up against lots of plants gives a beautiful vibe to the restaurant. Pizza are super tasty and their herbs are always fresh. Service can sometimes be a bit laid back but no complains.

This is one of the best restaurants in Goa for Italian food. I totally loved the ambience, food and the vibe. The restaurant has a feel of Italy in their decor. They have a good staff. We had a Veggie Pizza and Pasta. The food served was delicious. They serve only Italian cuisine. I liked the place and enjoyed the dine in experience.

Authentic Italian delicacies. Loved the ravioli ricotta - the sauce was flavourful and the ravioli was perfectly cooked. The veg pizza was also lipsmacking. Must order - their signature affogato While the garden setup is dreamy and perfect for a date night - the insects need to be repelled someway.

Can't really fault anything here. The food, as always, was excellent and the service was good. Tuscany Gardens is one of those places in Goa that you keep returning to when you fancy a change from curries or seafood.

There is something quite profound and unimaginably beautiful about sitting on a checked tablecloth table, in candlelight and splitting a bottle of wine and some intoxicating ravioli with someone special. Some of my favourite memories have been made here. Over tomatoes, olive oil and cheese. And wine. Lots of wine. Italian food is simple. And therein lies the beauty. This place hits the spot in every account. Aesthetic and vibey, without being too bougie. Fresh ingredients, simple perfection. One of my all time favourites ♥️ It never disappoints. This is my go to Italian place for dates, for catch up sessions with friends, alone time, everything.
Swasti Pattajoshi
One of the best eating joints u have in Goa, it's on the way to aguada fort. U will miss the entry if you are not aware of the small gate of it. I must say the ambience and the food is just another level. Quick serving and delicious food. They have both open air as well as indoor seating arrangements. The view from the place is beautiful. Hospitality is also amazing.
Chitra Iyer
Excellent food and service! I liked the ambience too. The Greek salad, rustic pasta and veggie risotto were simply delicious! Kudos to the chef and the hard working staff!
Chaitanya Acharya
This place had the most authentic Italian food in North Goa. The chef's passion was evident in every bite! The ambience is perfect for both a date and family time. Must try - Tiramisu

Fantastic Pesto Risotto! Margherita was good too. Brilliant ambiance and a must visit if you're in Candolim.

Authentic Italian lunch after so long!
Risotto, Pizza, Pasta, bruschetta, Spaghetti, Garlic Bread, Tiramisu, Panacotta, lasagna and some Rose wine at the end. Absolutely loved it!
Prices are a little on the higher side compared to the portions but totally worth the quality and experience.
Cibo paradisiaco!

A gem of a place in Candolim. Can't fault them on anything! Got here because a friend wanted to Try Italian. Had been hearing of the place for long, so it was the perfect excuse!

If there is a place to have Italian food in Candolim, this is it. I don't think I will bother with experimenting any place else.

Talking of Favourites:
1. Lemon and Herb Risotto (they serve it with fish, but happily change it for your choice of meat, I prefer prawns)
2. The Pizzas! Tried formaggi, Giardiniera! Both have been on point.
3. Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli - 🤤I shall drool for real!
4. Vegetable Lasagne- Good enough.
5. Deserts - My friend loves The Don! The name says it all. It's pretty bossy!!

And guys the thing not to miss is the Crackers they serve with Cheese platters. Unbeatable.

The sad bit is that I always dig in before I think of taking a picture. The fragrance is that good.

The place is gorgeous by itself and sitting under the Banyan is what I prefer. The music is mellow so you can actually hear each other talk. The servers are sweethearts, a reflection of the owner I am sure.

All in all, I can't get enough of this place.

The panna cotta was the best I have had.

The Place is awesome. The Service was decent Chicken Lasagne too good perfectly cooked chicken with the sauce and don't miss the tiramisu is a must-try dessert but the only sad thing is they serve canned juices. If you want to go for Italian its a perfect place to be.

Had quite a nice meal here the other night, except for the Greek salad, which was basically a bowl of lettuce with a few miniscule pieces of feta in.
We were also disappointed , as they shut dead on 11pm, so had to go elsewhere for drinks.
Didn't live up to all the hype 😟
Gypsycouple
We had been here 5 years back on our first anniversary. A wonderful, romantic place which transports you to Europe from the time you step in to the time you leave. Do not remember much about the food we had but distinctly remember that the Panna Cota was heavenly
Vibha Vij
You will love the place for its ambience, the huge tree in the courtyard with its paraphernalia is due to force you to sit back and relax. Spending evenings here can thus turn out quite refreshing.

The food average, tasted good and the staff is courteous with the service efficient. Worth a visit!

As always a great place to eat in Goa. Have been visiting here since 2014 but I t quality of food is excellent. Curtious staff nice small Italian place. Really amazing.
Parth Parekh
Cute little romantic place with beautiful ambiance. Things to go for Bruschetta's and Pizza's. If you have egg please try homemade flat pastas. Don't forget to have a glass of wine.
Priyanka
Such a cute little place, the staff was very warm and attentive. I ordered the following
1. Pepperoni chicken pizza - best pizza ever. It was light but so well flavored
2. Prawn spaghetti aglio oilio- cooked to perfection but a little too spicy with too much chilli flakes for me
3. Panna Cotta - best ever
4. Tiramisu - nice and light
If you are in Goa and like Italian it's the place to go

Lasagne veg is outstanding, risotto tomatoes was good

We were a group of 8 and had gone for lunch. Amazing food. We ordered Bruschetta (one of each), Arrosto (Chicken and Prawn), Garlic Bread with Cheese, Penne Al Rustica, Spaghetti Arrabiata, Pepperoni Pizza, Olive Picanti, Chicken Rissoto, Chicken Ceaser Salad, The Don and Tiramisu for food. Ordered Lime Sodas and Iced Lemon Tea for drinks.

Everything was amazing except the Penne Al Rustica. Slightly bland and runny.

Service was excellent - quick, efficient and with a smile. The servers made recommendation and helped in understanding the food as well.

Everything about Tuscany Gardens, from its charming outside decor and indoor setting to its menu, is so inviting! The calm and quiet ambiance, the lighting, photos of classic Italian movies and vintage Italian ads adorning the wall, this place is gorgeous. An Insta-worthy place, where you would want to go clicking!
I rarely give a 5 Star rating even for the places that I visit most often, but I couldn't resist giving it a 5, all because of the one dish - Pasta Al Rustica. Absolutely delicious, well-presented, true to its name - rustic, and flavorsome. Al dente pasta with roasted vegetables and sundried tomatoes, in a tomato sauce, with parmesan - Made to perfection, and a must-try if you are a vegetarian or want to order something vegetarian. The second dish we ordered was the Giardiniera Pizza, with green peppers, olives, zucchini, and red onions. It was also well-prepared and presented dish, with a nice soft base and a good quantity of cheese and veggies.
We also ordered two cocktails - an Amaretto Colada, which had a nice hint of coconut rum in it and was on a slightly sweeter side as that is what my friend wanted. And I went for a Whisky Sour, which was quite sour and very strong keeping true to its name. The presentation was good as well.
Next time I'm in Goa, I'm definitely coming back to this place.
Saahil Sachdev
Nice ambience and very polite staff very chilling environment, their non-vegetarian pizza are just awesome, the veg pizza (doppio) was little bland it didn't had any taste we had to pour chilli oil to finish it
Sonali Bhardwaj
A nice restaurant with soothing Italian music unlike a lot of noisy restaurants in north Goa. Good food and service overall.
You have options to sit indoors or outdoors.
Ameya
Lovely ambience and very courteous people around. The food was delicious and especially Italian food was excellent .. A must visit during the stay in Goa!
Such a calming ambience with a happy set of people. The lit vibe and delicious food will make your evening delightful! And for sometime, you might forget you're in India. 😅

Will definitely recommend a dinner with them.

Hidden gem in north goa. The best Italian food i have had in goa and for the price they are charging it is the best value for money. Food top notch , service excellent , ambiance great.
You cant be satisfied with one vist. Pizza , Garlic breads, pastas name it at par with the best.
Mallika Changia
Very tasty pizza. Thin crust, super crispy, yummy tomato sauce and enough toppings. Best part was they made half pizza with cheese, and the other half without cheese on special request. Thank u!

As far as the interior decor goes, it's one amongst the best to amaze you. Really nice ambience.

It's not a beach side restaurant, but definitely worth a date place. It's quite a romantic date place.

Service and Staff are good. I would though not rate food the best here, it's more on the average side.

#shortreview but if you got time on your schedule do visit this place
Ambalika Banerjjee
The location of the restaurant is fantastic! We ordered for the buffalo mozzarella with served just perfectly. Some olive oil drizzle and fresh tomatoes. Absolutely delicious. We also had a cheese and ham pizza. The ham was juicy and flavourful. We also ordered the ricotta and spinach ravioli, which I though could have been less dense.

We ordered for the panna cotta which was a definite let down.

We went to this place on the valentines eve and as expected, the garden was filled up. We waited to get a seat outside but it didnt worked out. So, we had to sit indoors not much to my liking. Talking about the food, yes they score a perfect 10. I have had Italian across the globe and would rate this place at par with the best ones. The only scope of improvement is the service.
Rishabh Binani
Nestled below old trees and decked up with lights, this place is a must for couples and diners who crave authentic Italian cuisine. The staff were very cordial and polite and happily entertained all/any special requests we had. We had the Doppio Pizza and a specially requested Sphagetti with Gorgonzola Sauce. The experience and food quality were truly memorable!
Afreen Shaikh
We visited this place on a Saturday evening and it was completely crowded. It had an outdoor seating with dark lighting. We chose garlic bread, pizza polio tricolore, pasts with white sauce (don't remember the name), veg lasagne and all the desserts on the menu. The garlic bread was just four pieces of goan bread (not good at all) with some butter on it, pizza, lazagne and pasta tasted just ok. (though very different and more suitable for Indian taste buds). Desserts were good but the portion size was extremely small (especially that of pan cake with orange icecream). I rate it 3/5

Read the amazing reviews of this place on Zomato and hence visited the place to try out the Italian cuisine! The place is near Sinquerim beach, and is a cutesy romantic place to have a nice Italian meal! The decor is very contemporary, yet the place takes you to a different world altogether. A few stairs leading you the place, quirky posters on the white brick wall, some fairy light bulb string hanging overhead, and a big tree overshadowing the entire place, the entire setting gives a bollywood movie like feeling :)

It opens up only in the evening, after 4 pm, so you can visit to have evening snacks or dinner or to grab drinks (It's Goa, afterall)! We ordered a Red sauce pasta, a veg olive-jalapeno pizza, and a few drinks! Both the dishes were really tasty, had authentic Italian flavours. the pizza was wafer thin and very well cooked! The drinks looked and tasted great too!

We also wanted to order Bruschetta. Their menu explicitly mentioned that they can make it without Onion-Garlic. When we asked them to make a Bruschetta without onions, the waiter was not keen on that, and said it won't taste good! Also, we wanted a topping to be replaced with another topping, again request not taken well by the waiter.

Apart from their service, which I will rate 4/5, everything was top notch!Visit this place for the romantic ambience and authentic and flavourful Italian cuisine :)

Best Italian meal in north goa. Over a week stay in goa, I had tried many place but this place is something else. Awesome & satisfactory food. This is an authentic Italian cuisine restaurant close to Taj Aguada, sinquerium beach having mesmerising outdoor romantic candle light seating, though we shifted inside as the smoke from mosquito repellent was too much could have spoiled the entire experience.
We had Gin & tonic followed with stuffed mushroom, 12inch Doppio pizzeria & Panna cotta(dessert)
Thy served us 6 stuffed mushroom baked at perfection. Pizza was thin crust with mozzarella cheese, cherry tomatoes & fresh rocket leaves(my favourite). Panna cotta was an amazing dessert

All the dishes were great. Staff is bit unfriendly can improve on this part( may be too tired all day )
Food 4.5/5
Ambiance 4/5
Drinks 4/5
Must try, hopefully will try more dishes on my next visit to goa. Cheers team TG.

Located in the Candolim Road, this is truly a beautiful and cosy restaurant serving some authentic Italian food. Don’t miss the funny and catchy lines at the entrance. When we were here for dinner recently, we preferred for the indoor seating since the weather was little humid. Otherwise, don’t hesitate to grab a table outside to get a cool breeze.

Was really impressed with the hospitality. Each and every staff were courteous and attentive, with full knowledge about every item on the menu.

Loved the décor of the restaurant with a dim light, posters of Hollywood movies and food proverbs. The set up was perfect for a romantic dinner.

The food was truly Italian. Ordered Pollo Tricolore Pizza with loads of chicken, cheese, red & yellow pepper. The look of the pizza itself was tempting enough for us to dig into it. The crust was perfectly thin. Alfredo Chicken Pasta in white sauce was creamy and nicely made.

Overall, it was a delightful experience with the ambiance, service and food. Highly recommended.

Happy EATING!

Classic European pizzas !
The Pizzas are great. Fresh and nicely prepared.
The place is usually filled with foreign tourists mostly.
The pizzas are reasonably priced and worth it. The service is fast and staff is polite.
I really recommend this one for a classic Italian experience.

Excellent ambience, nice and light music so that you can have a decent conversation. Place has great vines and creepers that make it look verdant green. Food has lot of character and is delectable. Ryan took great care of us, was helpful in terms of selecting the dishes and seemed to know his food quite well!
We had Greek salad, fish in wine sauce and tenderloin steak. Delicious in every which way. For desert we had mango sorbet and panacotta with caramel sauce and nuts.
To sum it up, highly recommended place. Place with lots of character. Wish the team at TG the very best!!

The perfect setting for a romantic evening accompanied by someone special, with one of the most beautiful view you'll see if you happen to live in a concrete jungle, a soothing ambiance that gets even better as the sun goes down! The staff is courteous enough making sure you won't have any complaints through the evening.

The food is good, making you want to try out the whole menu which will definitely not disappoint, you can surely try the pasta there as its blached in white wine and salmon, a personal favourite for the night, everything else was also on par!

A good overall experience with a variety of alcohol and a mix of coffee, cheers!

Best Italian restaurant in Goa. The whole environment there gives you an Italian feel. I went there to celebrate my friend’s birthday. We ordered rose wine, ravioli, pizza and four different desserts. Just EVERYTHING tasted so good. It was like you can order anything from the menu and you can trust that it will taste good. They served it well. Will definitely be going there again.

Visited this place to have a good dinner with my wife. The outdoor seating option is nice with dim lights, music and greenery all around. The service is amazing. Our server made sure we were comfortable and ensured we had a great time. The food served is Italian, and boy does it taste amazing ! From the starters right up to the dessert. Everything was great. Here’s my review :

Food : 5/5
Ambience : 5/5
Taste: 5/5
Service :5/5
Value for money : 5/5:
Overall : 5/5

This is one of the places in Goa where can can spend nice quality time with your special people and have great food in the process. Keep up the great work !

Authentic Italian vibe from the restaurant. Really loved the rustic Italian ambiance that blended with the food. Had their signature pizza - Tuscan Sun which was really amazing in taste and in texture (had a beautiful crust). Their Tiramisu could have been slightly better. All in all, it was a good evening spent with my friend. I would also like to mention that the service staff were really courteous and helpful.

Probably the best Italian in Goa. An Ambience which complements the Susegado outlook of Goa, along with an Italian soul. Just go there.

We were a group of 10, and we ordered almost all the pastas, pizzas and desserts in the place. Nothing disappointed as long as the recipe was not altered.
Akash Tandon
If you are craving for Italian food in Goa then this is the place to be. A cozy family run restaurant which has a great staff running the place. We had the bruschetta, aglio olio pasta and the best Tiramisu I had.
Full points for food, staff and ambience.

Had been to this place on our recent Goa Trip. The place has an awesome vibe...The ambience invites you to make a classy conversation and dine good food.. The server was very helpful. We ordered a Jain Pizza, Salad and a soup. All of it was lip smacking. Will definitely visit again!

Very romantic place... Awesome food... Great server , forgot his name but he was from manipur.. some areas need to be polished in terms of asked for medium well steak got a medium rare.. but taste was great , good presentation, brandy sauce classy, spaghetti AOP was fantastic 100 out 100, stuffed mushrooms and crostinni al tono wonderful taste, tiramisu was had the italian feeling in it..
Overall fully satisfied
Thank you Tuscany Garden for a wonderful evening..
Yashovardhan Jhawar
Overrated. Ordered both veg and non veg options. Came in early for dinner so was expecting quick service. Starters were decent. The raviolis with tomato based sauce was good. Others were average. Took a while for them to serve ordered food. Better luck next time I guess. PS: if visiting with kids, and hungry, they can get cranky waiting for food.
Shahid Ansari
Food 4 star..service 5 star..probably the most thought of place in service.. They gave baby plates for our daughter and later on water in baby cups with a small straw..they had baby chairs too..on the food side the coffee and drinks were good but not awesome..the Brownie was also okay types..but the ambience is awesome..
Bhavesh Bhatia
This is easily the best Italian restaurant in Aguada. The ambience, the wine selection, the food - all of these come together to give you an exclusive dining experience at very affordable prices you will truly relish. If weather permits, sit outdoors for the best feel. Try their pepperoni wood fired pizzas, saffron and mushroom risotto, Irish coffee, tiramisu, ham and cheese stuffed chicken, paired with a glass of Madera rose... Lip smacking!

We were visiting and came across this place nearby to where we were staying. Chose to have dinner here and must say it was one of the best decision. As soon as you enter you realise the place has been around for a long time. It gives away an authentic Italian vibe.
We were seated inside as it was raining, the staff was very friendly. I’d give complete points for service, after a long time came across such courteous staff.
We ordered a few dishes, cheese garlic bread, veg pasta, seafood pasta and a pizza. Given that we were hungry we thought we will have to order something in addition to that but I must say the quantity was more than apt. We had to parcel a bit of the pasta back to the hotel too.

Highly recommend visiting this place whenever in Goa. I’d definitely be there the next time I’m visiting.

Food - Delicious - 5/5
Staff - Courteous/ Friendly - 5/5
Ambiance - 4/5
Value for Money - 5/5

A cosy little place on Candolim road. Serves authentic Italian food. Has a great menu of you are looking fot pizzas, calzones and pastas. One of those places where you get a bottle of wine and and spend a special evening with that Special someone. Nice staff and very beautiful ambience. In off season they only open indoors so you might miss out on the open seating. But the place is worth a visit for date.

This is one of the best authentic Italian cuisine restaurant in North Goa. Everything we ordered was really good. I would definitely go back again.

Beautiful place with amazing ambience. We had pizza which was really amazing and wine to compliment. the desserts are also really nice. The staff was very helpful and attentive. Had a great evening♥️
Akanksha Ratanpal
This restaurant is located at the main road in candolim and was a short walk from where we were staying. It has an amazing ambience and is a decent place to have a quiet and peaceful meal. We ordered butter garlic prawns and bruschetta for starters. Both the dishes were prepared beautifully and were seasoned perfectly. For the main course we had pizza margherita and spaghetti aglio olio.. The pizza was cooked just how we like it and the spaghetti was delicious as well. The cocktails that we ordered were also great. The outdoor seating was closed on the day we visited because of the rains... So I guess the experience of our meal could have been heightened by the ambience of the outdoor seating. But all in all we had a great time and would surely visit again!!
Sumeet Mohanty
There's nothing Italian about this place at all. The pastas are simply awful. If someone messes up Agli olio peppercino, what else can you expect them to cook! Really bad food in short!
Shubha
Brilliant food and drinks and the desserts were even better! Loved it. The pizzas were one of the best I have had. The pancakes with orange ice cream are a must have.
Anubhav Raikar
Candolim location.. we had been here for a Pizza dinner.. very easy to find.. on the main road.. they have seating inside on the ground floor and on a upper floor..

Ambiance: nice and warm feeling.. you can read some texts/quotes on the pillars written in Italian and English.. music - for some reason it was OFF.. but I dont mind.. they played something soothing later..

Service: a littleeee slow may be or may be not.. but didnt bother us.. the server was good to suggest and prompt..

Food: a true foodie would surely love the food here.. we ordered the Four Cheese pizza (sans Blue Cheese), Gamberi alla Diavola (Prawns dish) and Cafe Latte
the pizza reminded me of the time I had pizzas in Mexico.. so the Pizza did score full marks.. thin crust.. perfect amount of cheese.. natural taste..

The Prawns dish was good, prawns were well cooked but overall it lacked some punch or may be it missed some thickness.. or in other words, it wasnt extraordinary.. I took this dish as the pizza was Veg, so I designed my own Half pizza with Prawns :D

As the weather was cold with rains, we decided to go for Cafe Latte ( read as 3 cups for 2 😁 ).. it was very nice.. the problem here was, we stayed awake at night for a very long time.. the Coffee seeds must be of High Quality..

Suggestion for the restaurant: oh yes! please provide Chili Spiced Olive Oil with pizzas.. the one which has chilli flakes mixed in olive oil.. it gives a nice taste touch to the pizza..

Recommended: For the Pizza surely.. i would deifnitely go here again. Places like these give me a reason to stay near Candolim/Calangute belt.. another thing to mention.. they are non-profit.. you can see the prices are just right.. not inflated..

PS: please consider my rating as 4.5
Zomato has stopped 1/2 stars.. wonder whats about that.. probably Zomato's database is unable to store decimal numbers 😂

Visited: Aug 12, 2018

An impromptu visit to this place left me disappointed with the food served. The place is beautiful but the food is pretty average. Tried their Risotto, Pizza, Bruschetta, Mocktail and Pancake Everything was average. One time visit place

Nice place on the way to Candolim beach. Place is on the main road send 200mts away from the beach.

It's a small place. They serve fresh and delicious Italian food.
They outdoor and indoor sitting. we went in the evening and decided to take outdoor table.
Service was good. Tuscany Gardens is an authentic italian restaurant. Right from the moment you step into the restaurant, you get the vibe of Italy. The decor, the music, table arrangements all are made to give the Italian vibe.

We visited this place for lunch. And ordered several dishes.

Cheese Garlic Bread-
If there is one Italian Dish that we Indians absolutely love is cheese garlic bread. The garlic bread was just perfect. Crispy crust and soft inside. Perfectly buttered and seasoned with italian herbs. The mozzarella cheese on the top was just wonderful.

Bruschetta Pizza-
A thin crust pizza with zucchini, onions and other veggies as toppings. The cust was good but the pizza sauce not too great. Also it lacked seasoning.

Risotto-
One of the best authentic italian risotto I have had.

Pasta-
Pasta was served with fresh vegetables tossed with perfect seasoning and sauce. Garnished with parmesan cheese.

All in all the experience was decent. However, we felt that all the portion sizes were too small. And while some dishes impressed us alot, some were really disappointing.

Definitely one of the better restaurants in Goa. Tuscany Gardens is a great place for a candlelight dinner. The ambience is romantic and tasteful, but there is scope for improvement. Devour their pizzas and pastas, they're as authentic as it can get! I had the pesto spaghetti and cabonara - both incredibly filling and so delicious. Their tiramisu is loaded with strong coffee... not like the milky creamy stuff you get in many places.

We have been coming to TG from the past two years. The food never fails to satisfy us. The hawaiian pizza is something we really enjoy eating, the prawns cooked in tomatoes and the pomodoro are super good. The tiramisu can be a little more intense, More coffee and liqueur will make it even better. The staff is always super polite and welcoming :) lovely place with lovely service.

We visited this restaurant during our last holiday in Goa.. We just loved the place....such a romantic ambience..Service was good.. We enjoyed the old trusted virgin mojito, blue margarita, prawns- Gamberi alla Diavola, pasta-Tagliatelle al Pollo Spinachi and tiramisu. Everything was superb.. a great place :)

The staff were lovely, very attentive and willing to help. They really went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and happy during our visit. I had the pasta and my friend had pizza. It is very affordable and tasted great. Would 100% recommend visiting. It’s close by to some of the Goan landmarks and in a nice neighbourhood.

Also during my stay in India so far (I’m on week 3) we eat out every meal, this is the first restaurant that has been able to edit the menu to cater to my needs. Most places in India have a set menu and won’t change it but this restaurant made me a lovely dish.

well now if you are looking for an typical urban restaurant then this is NOT THE PLACE.
this is by far one of the best restaurants i have come across in GOA. it isjust so perfect for an evening meal under the baniyan tree...the ambience is just too good for a simple peaceful leisure with a candle light.
the food was simply amazing..lovely pizzas..the dessert are amazing. you get the authentic Tiramisu compared to the creamy stuff they call tiramisu we have here in the metros. their "The Don " is the best dessert. i remember i went again specially to have it before concluding my trip.
over all a lovely experience folks.trust me!

I am not sure for the reason for 4.2 on zomato, but ended up trying the place because of it.
As the name suggests it has open air seating, with the typical italian resturant look, of checked table cloth and rustic chairs.
We took the indoor seating as we were with a toddler.
They have a baby seat attachment for their chairs which is a plus.
But the food was, a poor attempt at being italian.
The bruchetta had as little olive oil as possible and was loaded with tomatoes, like literally 1 tomato on one bread slice. no trace of red onion, garlic or basil
The risottos were fine to go with although the sun dried tomatoes were a bit too salty.
The penne al rustica was so salty that each bite had to alternated with the mushroom and spinach risotto to actually be able to finish the entire thing.

So we visited this place during our holidays in Goa. The best and authentic Pizza in Mumbai so far is served at Pizza by the Bay and Pizza Express and if I have to consider Goa, it has to be Tuscany Gardens. The taste is amazing, the staff is polite, the ambience is good (although can be worked upon a bit ). We ordered Pollo Tricolore along with Garlic Bread. To drink, we ordered Virgin Mojito ( it was perfect so we ordered it twice) and fresh lime soda. The overall experience was perfect and I look forward to satisfy my Italian tastebud there again.

So finally we get to dine at this place. Was not aware of its functioning timing and always landed at the wrong hour. so the first thing it's open from 4pm on Mon to Thu and from 12.00 Fri Sat Sun . The place is has a very nice ambiance to it. It's got both open and closed sitting. Very green and cosy. the food is totally Italian and one of the few good places to eat this cusine on the candolem road. We Were here for Lunch . Had pizza , Garlic Bread , penne Pasta and for dessert The Don... which was really nice. I must say it was a good experience . will be visiting again .

I was here three years back, I absolutely loved the place and the food. In a period of around 3 days, we had 2 of our meals here. The Penne Picante, Spaghetti Carbonara and The Tuscan Sun pizza were really good. However, the Panna Cotta with its caramel topping was to die for.

Want to taste the best Italian food in North Goa, this is the place to be.
From the layout (open air with lots of tree and candle light sitting..) to the ambiance, to the food and flavour of Italy, this place is awesome.
Not to forget the manager Avi is a good guide to lead to on the food journey.
The beer 🍺 is simply awesome too. Had Witlinger the first time I was at this place in 2016 and have not turned back to anything else when I’m at Tuscany Garden.

The place is just ahead of kingfisher villa . It’s the best Italian food I’ve had in long time . The pizza prawns and pasta wer as authentic they can be . The word with owner regarding qaulity of food was very promising . The place is for those who want to have calm evening . Gr8 food and gr8 service.

This is the quintessential fine dine italian ristorante.
Just beside the king's villa in Candolim - Aguada road.
You will get monolithic old school charm as you enter this place. The quiet and soothing environment is best for a romantic dinner or a fine dine experience.
The place has both indoor and outdoor seating. We sat indoor as all other tables were occupied.
The ambiance is similar to an old italian architecture with dim lights and jazz music in the background.
Talking about the food - for entree we ordered -
- Funghi arrosto - mushroom in creamy sauce served with bread. The taste was good with well cooked mushrooms and the subtle taste of mozzarella.
-Garlic bread with cheese - The garlic bread had well balanced flavour of garlic and cheese. Nothing extraordinary.
for main course we ordered -
- Bufalita pizza - this was the dish of the evening for me, real authentic thin crust pizza with fresh tomatoes and mozzarella on top, it is a must try dish whenever you visit.
- Spaghetti alio e olio - This is another simple yet delectable dish that you just can't miss when you visit. The dish has perfect combination of chilly and garlic with al dente spaghetti pasta and enriched flavour of olive oil.
- Penne al rustica - It was an average dish and a bit of let down as the dish was bland with al dente penne and cheese on top.
Scope for improvement - The table we sat on was not at all for 3 person, it was too small and created problem while eating and service of the food, as well as the staff can be a bit more attentive.
Overall it was an amazing dinning experience, the prices are a bit high but the food makes up for it.
Tested and Verified- you will love it 😉
Azeem Khan

Tuscany Garden is one of the places I had waited to visit. The perfect place for Italian food. We have ordered white pasta, lasagne, cheese garlic bread, fried prawns, mashroom. The place is small and cozy. Good for couples and family outing or a fine dining.

A lovely Italian resto. With the right Italian flavours. Rare to find authenticity.

The seating arrangement is what I liked the most as one section is out open and you can enjoy the fresh air under the trees.. Feel in love withe the garden area and the placement of creepers, plants etc.. and food is super good..

The server and service staff are always happy to help with prompt suggestions, they were spot on with their suggestions.

A lovely authentic Italian place which has earned a name for itself without any noise. Located in candolim we visited this place three days on a trot while on our vacation! Totally in love with this place. It has a lovely and comfortable feel to it. The staff are extremely cordial attentive and efficient. The must have food at this place is their garlic bread with cheese, roasted potatoes, veg lasagna, Rustica and vegetable al forno. For beverages the cranberry cooler and mojito is highly recommended. Italian colada was decently good. Do end the meal with the deliciously yummy tiramisu for sure. Can’t wait to visit this place again while in goa!

Visited this place for an Italian dinner, and as expected the place serves you an authentic one. So the food menu is really new for the Indian population and hence the need for explaining the ingredients (even the type of cheese) becomes even more. I ordered vegetable al forno to start with, which tasted heavenly and was the star of the meal. Then for the main course I ordered brushetta pizza, penne pollo crema and veg tegliatelle al pollo spinachi pasta. Pizza was good with authentic thin crust. Penne in white sauce was a little bland but tasted good. But the third main course dish i.e. tegliatelle tasted quite different. It had a sharp taste, which I realized is due to the type of cheese used in the dish. Usually I like trying new items on the menu but my palate is still not used to this particular taste and so I couldn't really relish this dish. But overall dining experience was good. A little more help from the staff in deciding the menu, especially while serving Indian palates would be good.

Located in the bustling streets of Candolim, Tuscany Gardens oozes charm and peace. The romantic setup of the restaurant, and the promise of bringing a piece of Tuscany onto their plate attracts most of the foreigners.

I've been a frequent visitor to this place. A tip for first time visitors, try sitting outside - its prettier. Their lasagna's are exceptional. I've tried their beef as well as chicken ones. The pizza's are 12" and a perfect delight. Their bruschettas have fresh tomatoes covering it giving a tartish taste in your mouth. Just brilliant. The place is an extremely value for money with respect to the food. The alcohol is a little pricey as compared to its counterparts in Goa.

Walked in without a reservation and realised we were lucky because we were early!!! People went back disappointed if they didn’t have reservations. The food didn’t disappoint. Very good food in a very open warm ambience. Courteous service. A dinner well spent

Amazing Italian food, best pesto pasta and pizza.
While we always sat outside and it was wonderful, this time (as we were a big group) we sat inside, which was pleasant too.

The staff was super helpful and recommend so good dishes.

Best value for money. If you want Italian while in Goa, this is the place to eat...

The pastas were delicious! We got the raviolis and spaghetti - would definitely go back. We also got a pizza, but it was a bit average. The tiramisu was the perfect ending to a great meal.
