Very good food, reasonably priced. Good but slightly slow service (Goa after all). Cleanliness needs to be improved.

If you’re near Cavellosim, you MUST visit Kinara! The thalis were easily the best I’ve had in Goa! We tried the Prawns thali & the Kingfish Thali.. special mention to the sol kadi. Can’t wait to be back here!!

Nice decent place. Liked the food I ordered. Nothing fancy in Atmosphere wise, but a nice restaurant to try if you need a quite one to be at.

Nice place, excellent quality food, but when we ordered drinks they were not cold, but I don't have a problem with that because they served us ice in our glasses few moments after. But the place feels like it's just jam packed, there is little space and not the best quality chairs and table but overall I'd recommend this place to someone

Great place to eat tasty food. Hotel doesn't look luxurious but good quality and taste is very good . Must try here one time if you are in this area. Price is also reasonable and better taste as compared to other hotels nearby that area. The open environment you will not get there. If you are ready to compromise but comfortness than you must try good here. We tried many other restaurants but that was the Best.

Visited Kinara bar and restaurant because a friend recommended this place. He said though it’s a small place, it serves delicious seafood. Keeping the recommendation in mind I visited Kinara to try their seafood. We ordered Masala fry mackrel, squids battery fry and jungli chicken along with cheese garlic naan. The food quantity was satisfactory and taste was good as expected. The staff is quick and spontaneous. Service is good. However the vibe at this place ain’t all that great. One would visit this place if he/she wants to have a beer and eat the regular seafood. Nothing fancy here!

Surprisingly good food. Would recommend . Do try Butter Nan and palak Paneer. Service is bit delayed. Prices are honest.. Serves drinks as well.

A small place by the road but bound to be over looked. It's nothing fancy. They serve pretty honest food which tastes good at pocket friendly prices. We called for the fish and prawn thali for a lunch and both were lip smacking. The fish slices were pretty generous and so was the portion of prawns. Everything was cooked to perfection. Do give this under rated place a try and you won't be disappointed. Oh and how can I forget the great hospitality. They also deliver all around.

What to say about this place ??

Located in way to Cavelossim - offers dining cum bar. The location is not so good also the food offerings are so unhygienic as well as the taste too.

Im sure, this will be the last visit in this place and will never try the food here again.

Once I been to this place in the middle of our meal I found all flies in the ketchup bottle.
No hygiene at all. Very disappointed with kinara in cavelossim.

A shocker in 4 years....

It was quite disappointing to find out the American chopsuey I adored so much over the years turned into something so strange. The quantity of noodles served were at par with the ones topped with a manchow soup.

Utterly shook my faith...😔
Great food. Good quantities. Very reasonable. Very prompt delivery. Butter chicken and Chichen Rara masala are very good. Egg masala also very nice.

Not a good experience at all. Things were way too slow over there.
Took n hour to serve a normal Goan fish thali
As you can see the pics... Chicken spring rolls were of tandoori roti.
Fish thali was also very average.

Nice and relaxing place to enjoy a good afternoon meal , the fish platter provided here is totally worth it for the price. The choice of fish is great. Quiet a good environment to enjoy a meal and a few drinks.

Supriya Sikka
We ordered mushroom manchurian, lemon juice, dal tadka, butter naans which were all very nice. The Chinese - Hakka noodles, veg fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and tuna salad were average.

Okay, this place is a real find. We had the tandoori pomphret, which might be some of the best fish I've ever had! Chicken xacuti, which is a dish made with coconut and ground spices, was delicious. The North Indian fare wasn't anything to write home about, but the traditional goan cuisine was amazing! Shout out to Chandan, who was waiting our table, and had fantastic recommendations based on our palate, kept up great conversation, and introduced us to solkadi!

Make sure you stop by this place if you're in Cavelossim!
Jaimon Jose
Ordered a Goan KingFish curry and Chicken as takeaway. Was shocked to find only a single fish head in the two curries. He did give a couple of mackeral fried which i had not ordered. The goan curry was no where near any of the goan curries i have tasted. The chicken curry had just bones.
Avoid if you are looking for some authentic curries.

Good service provided and the staff is very friendly they also provided home delivery which is why it's popular in the area and price is perfect for the quantity and quality that they provide

Too lazy to step out of our hotel for dinner, we decided to order food from one of the places in the area that delivered - Kinara, Bar & Restaurant.
A relatively fuss free order over a phone call and delivery within almost 30 minutes, we raced back to our room from the gates to satiate our hunger. With:

Hot & Sour Soup
Veg. Spring Rolls
Veg. Kolhapuri
Masala Kulcha
Veg. Pulav
Roasted Papad

I don't know why we were on an Indian food spree, but we couldn't seem to order much other type of food.
We started with the soup and it was absolutely perfect to clear the throat - hot, spicy, tangy and it effortlessly readied the palate for some sumptuous food.
The spring rolls were a dampener. Big big miss. It was big, soggy, chewy, stretchy and nothing like a good, crisp crunchy spring roll would be. We didn't eat most of it.
The Kolhapuri was really nice. Mildly spicy with a nice, creamy gravy. I think we over expected from the Kulcha's. They were not too good, but not too bad either. The masala stuffing in them was also quite ordinary. A simple naan/kulcha would have served the purpose better.
The Pulav was definitely the best of the lot! We ate it with the veggies, papad and some leftover black dal. Overall we were happily full. And that's what matters!

Food - 3/5
Service - 3/5
Ambience - NA (Delivery)
Value for Money - 4/5

Kinara is not too bad a place for sure - you get decent food for a good price. But with so many other great options to choose from in this locality of South Goa, restaurants and shacks alike, this place could easily be given a miss.

Let me clear two things..First, I'm a non fussy foodie and it's rare that I give any restaurant a rating below 2.5. Second, I visited this place in the rainy season around 4months back. Now let me start with the review: the ambiance and service was OK. The food I ordered was horrible! Even the beers weren't chilled! I had ordered prawns masala fry (prawns were smelly and masala was yuck), calamari batter fry (it was so rubbery and the batter lacked salt which made it a flop!) and chicken chilly fry (I felt it was average though my husband disliked this one too). After such disastrous starters we obviously asked for the Bill and decided to continue our meal elsewhere. The prawns and calamari were clearly not fresh and seemed to have been in the freezer for tooo long.. in the rainy season you can't expect seafood to be very fresh I totally understand, but even the masala was bad and no salt in batter?????

This is in close vicinity to the Holiday On and the Leela and can be a good break from the restaurants in these two 5 star resorts (if you have eaten there long enough that has monotonized your taste buds and dug deep holes inside your pockets). The food is decent, though nothing to go gaga about. The service is average, the place a bit dingy. The prices are decent (of the food and the booze, both). The portion of fish curry rice is huge and the curry was authentic xacuti, but the quality of paneer (atleast on the day we ate) was regrettably obnoxious! Overall, the quality is a fine, portion sizes good, and the prices okay. Not a place that you should go hunting about!

Best place around in the radius of 10 kms. Staff are courteous, food is good. Their cheese chilly garlic naans and chilly chicken is something u really need to look forward to. Doesn't hurt ur wallet at all. Home delivery is mostly on time
Mrinal Shinde
Ambience isn't that great. It's a cheap place. You even get cheap booze there.
But their food quantity is very good. Their cheese chilly garlic naans and and any chicken gravy are the best. So are their biryanis!
I always do a take away.

Best value for money eatery in the area. Lovely tandoori kingfish and pomfret offerings. Alcohol costs cheaper than retail rates in Mumbai. Location is a bit away from action and the place could do with some better hygiene.
