Great food and amazing customer service. They were on top of everything and very frequent re-fills on the bbq. Highly recommended for a high quality food and service in budget. Lunches and Dinner prices do vary and it might be a little extra for a cocktail drink.

Overall it's an amazing buffet experience to try with family and friends. Their service was a bit clumsy but the staff was helpful. They even provide you with a complimentary cake to make your birthday more merrier. They have plenty of options in their starters and main course items to die for along with one complimentary drink. Their desserts are a must try.

The starters are elaborate in numbers . The main course and the desserts are laid on the buffer table and to top it all both are un limited . The sitting is comfortable with good rush and clientele at all times . The service staff can be more effective and more effectively responsive to clients demands and this is one point of improvement to be focused on by the management.. Being placed in Elante Mall helps in making the Pirates of the Grill very accessible to all . Definitely recommended for food lovers . Keep Pirating .

We had vegetarian lunch buffet. They started with grilled snacks on the table, dimsums and pani puri were also there. One drink is included with the buffet. We had virgin mojito which was really nice. Soup had one option for vegetarian and other was non vegetarian. Lots and lots of options for main course and desserts. We were so so full. Would recommend go to this place with just a light breakfast and you will be glad.

Good place for friends to celebrate 🍾. Place is noisy but food is good. Service bit slow but staff courteous. They charge half for kids below 8 years and first drink is complimentary. Good place for food after tiring shopping sphere. Happy eating 😋

One of the satisfactory buffet restaurants in Tricity. From starters to the main course to the final destination, desserts everything was mouth-watering. Additionally, you can get drinks on request from the captain. Enjoy! 🥂

Best place in Trichy for food. The food is super tasty. The service is super fast. There are lot of varitey in food. You can get the buffet arround 850 per pax. You gonna love it. I have been to this place almost 10 times and still not bored of this place.

Food is awesome, but their waiter always deny for food which is on demand. Specially mutton, fish and in chicken leg pieces. In complementary bear is included, but they don't tell you and if you came to know then only they will provide you bear. So they are charging more, but not serving with true heart. Not all staff like this, some offer good food and services.

It's like this place is going to be my other home soon when I will get a job. Biryani, mutton and the dessert 10/10. Great job. Rest is also delicious but personally I like these 3 more.

I had such a bad experience. I like Barbeque Nation very much and every month we go there but this time we thought of going to a different place so we decided to go to pirates of grill. At the front desk I told them that today is my friend's birthday so can we get a cake they said that we will give you and when I asked the waiter who was serving us, to bring the cake he said "Sir aapko humein batana hota hai" what is this, should I tell every waiter that today is my friend's birthday so kindly bring cake at the end. Food was tasty no doubt on the taste but the service was pathetic, we usually have to wait ten minutes for the grill and when I asked the waiter ki"itna time kyon lg rha hai" he said "andar bane mein time lg rha hai" so we also thought ki "chlo tasty food hai to lgne de thoda time" the next problem was serving water bottle, we usually have to ask him 4-5 times to bring water then I again asked the waither "ki pani bhi aandhar hi bn rha hai" at last we took the water bottle from the side table and who charges water bottle prices in their buffet. And the last bad thing they did was giving the bill even when we haven't finished, we actually didn't have desert because they took 15 minutes to bring main course. The bill was presented as if they were saying "Niklo sir bohot der ho gya aapka" At last I want to say that your food was nice but your service was pathetic. I will never visit again.

Been here so so soooo many times I just love everything about the pirates. The theme, live grill, live music, snacks, everything is just on point. Would like to mention the pineapple and the crispy corns are my absolute favorite!! ❤️

I love absolutely everything about pirates of grill. One can have So many unlimited snacks that too so delicious! My favourite ones are crispy corn and grilled pineapple. The desserts were also amazing. Wide variety to choose from but my favourite remains moong dal halwa and brownie with icecream.
