Review Cafe Jc's - Chandigarh

Came here twice in November 2023. The food was 'OKAY' (both Indian and other international cuisines), the staff was friendly, the interior decor was nice especially the outdoor seating and the music made up an amazing vibe to the whole concept - A little bit on higher price considering the food taste and portion. Overall, it was just an OKAY cafe to chill and hang out!

Amazing food quality and presentation. And great vibe with music playing around. Best to go during evening or night time. But there is shortage of parking so keep that in mind and at evening u will stuck in a long line of cars because of small street . So better solution is park little far rather then waiting 45 mins for parking. There is plenty of parking on street 5 min walk from the restaurant.

This was my second time visiting JCs. I really like that they have a wide variety of dishes on the menu and their ambience is super chic. My friend had buttermilk pancakes and enjoyed them a lot. I had their silky mushroom sandwich and I would rate it a 3/5. The cold coffee was great.

One of the best cafes in Chandigarh. It has both indoor and outdoor seating. Pet friendly. Cozy comfortable seating. Good food options. Fish, speghetti must try. Guvava punch is a good mocktail to try. The cafe is on the higher side when it comes to pricing. American platter is not worth the money.

I recently dined at Cafe JC's, and I must say, the Veggie Crisper Burger was an absolute delight! However, I also tried their Spaghetti Pasta Cafe JC's Classico, and while the flavors were good, it was unexpectedly spicy. I appreciate a hint of spice, but this dish had a bit too much heat for my taste. It might suit those who enjoy spicier fare, but it was a tad overwhelming for me. Overall, Cafe JC's offers a delightful dining experience with a wide range of options. The Veggie Crisper Burger is a must-try for burger enthusiasts, but if you're not a fan of overly spicy dishes, you might want to inquire about the spice level in their pasta dishes before ordering.

Cutest cafe in area♡...with excellent service and cosy atmosphere...the best thing was their taste which added to the glory of this place...little bit costly but everything was worth for the price..... I ordered Alfredo pasta with veg dumplings which were definitely mouthwatering.

This cafe is pet-friendly with a very decent environment. I love this cafe. Food is amazing. The decor is very nice and authentic. Must recommend to every pet lover.

Went there for Afternoon Lunch. Totally worth it. Their Cucumber Cooler is a must try. Pan Fried Noodles were also delicious. Would love to visit again whenever in vicinity.

Amazing cafe, great ambience. Nicely designed and decorated with photos, books and decor items. Highly immersed with how they followed the theme. Having both indoor and outdoor sitting. Soothing Music is played in the background. The menu is thoughtfully curated with various dishes. I tried Manchurian pizza, white sauce pasta, lime soda, hot coffee. Everything is delicious. Service is great. Surely visit few more times to taste other dishes😋. Recommended 👍

JC stands out with their excellent taste and service .Very friendly staff and excellent chefs. I like the taste of every recipe they make. JC is our most common place to celebrate. Once I found a hair in their dish and they accepted their fault and promised not to do that again. Their menu is very diverse and include everything one could possibly need like Chinese, continental, Indian. They have brilliantly used the space for sitting arrangements. Yesterday we ordered Dim-sums and coffee.The taste was superb.

Spaghetti in tomato basil sauce was too good but loaded nachos were not up to mark just little cheesy dip was spreaded all over the nachos

Good food, fab vibe! Absolutely worth a visit. It was a breezy rainy day we visited at and chose to sit outdoors. The weather absolutely complimented the tasty food. Good portion size Good taste Good staff We ordered Veg Thai Green curry + rice : was tasty, fresh, good for 2 people if ordering with a snack Tandoori non veg platter : quantity was great, taste was good , again, it can be shared by 2 people if ordering another dish. Chicken Florentine : good taste, good presentation, sufficient for 1 person Overall a good experience, will visit again for breakfast maybe . Would like to try the breakfast menu n coffee

I love JC cafe. They never give you any bad experience, and that is their speciality. I went thr after a year recently for a brunch. We ordered a breakfast meal (non veg) and a pasta in pesto with Irish coffee and refreshing watermelon drink. They served it such a a beautiful manner. Taste of pasta was so subtle (tried for the first time) and breakfast meal was so full of nutrition and taste. They served fresh watermelon juice in its own skin, made it more refreshing. Must go place in Chandigarh.

I recently visited to this outlet . They have variaties of dishes include in menu . They are specialty in eggs items. I tired egg fired rice and Dal makhani . The rice was properly cooked and me and my friend enjoyed eating long grain rice . The Dal makhani was tasty and warm . <br/>The ambiance was good . <br/>The staff corporate well and dishes are in reasonable price.<br/><br/>Will visit to soon .😊

CAFE JC'S is quite famous in chandigarh. It's the best restaurant offering amazing delicious. So i went there with my cousins and we enjoyed alot. Their staff is literate and helpful. I was just having walk on the road i found this outlet which was open and i was hungry so i decided to take away food from the outlet i ordered melting sandwiches for me and my brother it was just yum and tasty the kitchen was clean and hygenic it was great taste and amazing<br/>

This place serves everything you want and has a good ambience. Also the staff is very cordial and helpful. I went in here and ordered a cafe latte and I liked it taste. Also tried veg seekh kebab & tandoori momos and liked them too. Overall, the place is worth giving a try really. Once you come in here, you would want to come more. Do try this place.

A must must must try.<br/><br/>Tried their chilly chataka pizza, bacon pizza and veg manchurian pizza and love it! <br/>Absolutely love and recommend all three! <br/><br/>As for their caramel latte served with biscotti. I have been ordering food from Cafe JC from the last one week now, obviously i liked it thats why i kept on ordering but the one thing i noticed with them was that there was no consistency in the flavour and preparation of the food, it feels like there is a different cook making the dish everytime.<br/>The amount of chopped ginger they put in their dal, paneer and chicken is mind boggling, nobody likes picking out these condiments from their mouth whilst they are eating , that happened with me too.<br/>The picture that i have shared is from a very small serving of dal that i ate, dont even get me started how many times i had to put aside , we like the flavours but they are often crushed or minced with masala. Especially when you see ginger and cardamom ( which was the first time they put in the chicken from the last one week) , which made me think that a different person was preparing them each time.<br/>Anyway, i hope they take this into consideration, because i do love their food , but they are just missing the mark with their consistency.

i have been to this place for almost like 50 times this is the first time the food was just miserable i ordered like 6 items and everthing that came went from bad to worse i ordered mutton burger in which the patty was raw i told the waiter about it and he didnot show much of an interest as they were in hurry and wanted us to go as soon as possible even the service was soo poor you cant even imagine like they told us while eating sir hurry up. This is the last time i am visiting jc cafe as i can see after lockdown they are not able to manage this place properly and food quality has dropped tremendously. Never ever going to visit this place again.

We had such a wonderful time the other day at @cafejcs 💛 I loved the ambience.. it just seems like you are transported into a quaint fairy world! Staff was very polite and welcoming and considering the situation they had taken good hygiene measures. I tasted the Butter garlic prawns ( 😍 heavenly) .. the Chicken Florentine which had stuffed chicken served with creamy potatoes and Vegetables that I loved and last but not the least.. the steamed Dimsum basket. <br/>To be honest, the prawn preparation left a riot of flavours in my mouth and I'll be surely going back for more 💛 ps. Visited CAFÉ JC’s yesterday and was greatly surprised at the super level of hygiene and precautionary measures that they have taken. Kudos to the entire team for that. <br/>Coming to the food, everything we ordered was really good. My top favourites were the tandoori momos, butter garlic prawns and the pan-fried noodles. We finished our meal with their lip smacking apple crumble. Totally worth it! Good job team!

They really need to rethink their pizza, for the price it was really basic and the base felt like it was homemade by a 3 year old.

I ordered eggs bennedict and it looked very yummy. But the eggs were overcooked, not poached. If the egg isn't runny, it's not an authentic experience. The carrots tasted like they have gone bad. The rest was fine.

I have visited to this cafe place yesterday!<br/>As I heard ambience was really good and I have ordered Hummus with falafels nuggets, Tandoori momos and White sauce pasta! <br/>The falafel nuggets was pathetic as it was overcooked or you can say they were too hard and it was very difficult to break with the fork!<br/>When I called manager and told him about the falafels,<br/>his attitude was not good and he told me that " Falafels aise hi hote hai! itne hard hote hai shayad aapne first time order kre hai! I was shocked after this behaviour. So they should be polite with customer and should change there recipe if they are serving that kind of Falafels nuggets! <br/>Totally disappointed with the manager! <br/>Good ambience with bad behaviour is kind of no use for me!

I was denied gold privileges because i was clicking pictures with my friends here. The staff is very rude. Food quality is the worst in this city. I have been here many times. Food quality is never upto the mark. Staff is always impolite. Won’t recommend to anybody.

Apart from having great experience at the cafe I want to talk about the own, what a lady. CLASS. I remember I asked her to curate this xmas tree for me bcz earlier my coffee had heart stamp, and she happily replaced my coffee with xmas tree stamp. Gesture means alot.

I had paneer tikka, ameer wala paneer pizza and white sauce pasta. Everything was soo good. Quantity was somewhat less in paneer tikka but overall in taste it was all good. Staff was very welcoming. It was a good experience. Will visit it again someday.

I had always been aware of the place but never had the privilege to experience hospitality the way it is done at JC’s. A must visit for all the foodies in town to experience food like never before. Quality of food at its best as quoted by the owner Jannat Chadha “we only serve what we can eat”.

They didn’t let me use zomato gold there and we had to pay for the whole bill despite of having zomato gold.Their service was poor.Total waste of money.The manager was also rude.

Great vibe and nice food

Went to this place basis the listing on zomato and it was perfect to fill the hunger pangs with delicious food. <br/>Though we ordered Indian only, it was simply mouthwatering lip smacking food..from main course to dessert. The ambience also is nice, must be a nice place to eat out in evenings with the given outdoor setup.

I had so much expectations from this cafe ,but as we ordered pasta we found a cockroach inside its very hurtful and disgusting to see such an esteemed cafe to be so careless with their hygiene. i want everyone else to have a good time and health so please be careful while eating!

Disappointed by the food when I went there and tried the zomato gold offer.... has ordered a pasta and a chicken sizzler....rather had taken my cousin out for lunch who was visiting from Canada. The chicken fillet was burnt and tasted stale ... the garlic bread and fries were limp... did not have the heart to taste the pasta dish she ordered. Felt embarrassed for the choice I made to take her out to. And mind you this was my fourth or fifth visit here... but I guess the food was served keeping in mind the offer I used... I just feel if it pinches you to serve food on offer... they why should the restaurant even accept the zomato gold? And yes the server was totally disinterested.

Went with my friend and we ordered the bread of bruschetta, I loved the way it was presented and the first expression was enough to get that thing into my stomach. With that we ordered honey chilly potatoes and some fries.<br/><br/>I loved the fresh food they cook and present to you. The ambaince is just perfect with dim lamps and scented candles. Great place to be during the evenings.

Highly overrated! The servers looked disinterested. I had to make an effort to just call to place an order and then the order took ages to come. <br/>Pesto spaghetti: was done well, however cold<br/>Shake: overpriced for the taste <br/>Stuffed Cottage cheese mains: The cottage cheese was extremely hard and seemed stale , asked to replace and get a pizza <br/>Pizza: took about 30 mins to come and was cold! The base was tough to bite, toppings were sparse and overall the pizza tasted a day old. <br/>Disappointed.

The ambience of this place is lovely. It gives off such a strong European cafe vibes. The seating area is both indoor and outdoor and it's all so green everywhere with rustic furniture.<br/><br/>We ordered their paneer tikka burger and bruchetta burst with creamy mushrooms topping. Loved the bruchetta. The topping on the garlic bread was just so cheesy and delicious. The burger was huge and had a multigrain base with a good amount of filling.<br/><br/>And with zomato gold, it's such a reasonable visit in terms of price and quite worthy as well.<br/>Found the staff a bit on the indifferent side though.
