Great food and amazing customer service. They were on top of everything and very frequent re-fills on the bbq. Highly recommended for a high quality food and service in budget. Lunches and Dinner prices do vary and it might be a little extra for a cocktail drink.

Overall it's an amazing buffet experience to try with family and friends. Their service was a bit clumsy but the staff was helpful. They even provide you with a complimentary cake to make your birthday more merrier. They have plenty of options in their starters and main course items to die for along with one complimentary drink. Their desserts are a must try.

The starters are elaborate in numbers . The main course and the desserts are laid on the buffer table and to top it all both are un limited . The sitting is comfortable with good rush and clientele at all times . The service staff can be more effective and more effectively responsive to clients demands and this is one point of improvement to be focused on by the management.. Being placed in Elante Mall helps in making the Pirates of the Grill very accessible to all . Definitely recommended for food lovers . Keep Pirating .

We had vegetarian lunch buffet. They started with grilled snacks on the table, dimsums and pani puri were also there. One drink is included with the buffet. We had virgin mojito which was really nice. Soup had one option for vegetarian and other was non vegetarian. Lots and lots of options for main course and desserts. We were so so full. Would recommend go to this place with just a light breakfast and you will be glad.

Good place for friends to celebrate 🍾. Place is noisy but food is good. Service bit slow but staff courteous. They charge half for kids below 8 years and first drink is complimentary. Good place for food after tiring shopping sphere. Happy eating 😋

One of the satisfactory buffet restaurants in Tricity. From starters to the main course to the final destination, desserts everything was mouth-watering. Additionally, you can get drinks on request from the captain. Enjoy! 🥂

Best place in Trichy for food. The food is super tasty. The service is super fast. There are lot of varitey in food. You can get the buffet arround 850 per pax. You gonna love it. I have been to this place almost 10 times and still not bored of this place.

Food is awesome, but their waiter always deny for food which is on demand. Specially mutton, fish and in chicken leg pieces. In complementary bear is included, but they don't tell you and if you came to know then only they will provide you bear. So they are charging more, but not serving with true heart. Not all staff like this, some offer good food and services.

The ambience of this place is undoubtely very good. But the food was not at all good.<br/>We ordered their fire roasted veggie pizza and it was delivered to our table within 5-6 minutes after placing the order. We were really shocked by the instantly fast delivery but after seeing the pizza it was really disappointing because it looked like a earlier prepared pizza is served after microwaving. The thin crust was not at all crispy as it should be moreover the topping on the pizza also looked unfresh. The pizza was full of oil as if it was deep fried. We also ordered peanut masal but that was also not upto the mark. I really had great expectations from this place but i was really disappointed.

A very good place for party lovers. I have been here couple of times and had a wonderful time. The ambience is very modern especially the rooftop area is the best place to dine in the tricity. Well, let's go for a thorough review of the place. When the entire Chandigarh shouts, this place gives you the serenity you crave for. The ambience of the place is literally the best.<br/>Not just catching your eyes, your taste buds would also be satisfied here. The menu hold quite a range of food items, and everything tastes good.<br/>I tried the veg pizza, crispy corns, paneer tikka butter masala and dal makhani, and hands down I am completely satisfied in terms of quality as well as quality.<br/>Though I found hookah a little expensive here in comparison to other places. All in all a must-visit place. This was my third visit here and no wonder I would definitely be coming around more here.

The manager doesn't know how to deal with customers at all. We reserved our table beforehand through zomato app and requested for a table in the open area. I called to delay the booking a little and the manager rudely said I don't have a table in the open and that's it. We reached and they made us wait for 10 minutes even when the tables were free. They did not even show us where the free tables were and assumed that we would roam around to find one for us. Not even a single waiter approached us to even ask for water and hand us over the menu, we had to get up to ask for them and then after ordering the dishes we had to ask for our order time and again as the waiters were not bringing the dishes we ordered on time, we had to wait for like 25 minutes for our dishes. Even the tables that ordered after us were getting their orders before us.

Had such an amazing night yesterday.. such a great ambiance.. loved the open roof top ... And food was amazing...would surely visit again ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Presentation of food and ambience are amazing

Though this place has a heart capturing view and rooftop ambience. However, that fails when there is no one to cater you even after taking the table for good 15 minutes. A glass of water had to be asked for. In addition, the manager clearly ignored on being called to discuss about this behaviour. Don't expect much from the staff.

The manager and the chief dont know how to talk to customers and they provide us wrong food and shakes and after we complained about it they even don't admit their fault

Great Location as I was staying at Hyatt (no issue of drink and drive😁) Great ambiance and the cool weather helped a lot<br/><br/>Food was average, ordered Meat lover pizza (had only a few chunks of meat on it), Kesari Paneer Tikka was good and Dinner at last was also decent !<br/><br/>They didn't have any draught beer or any decent bottled beer too, which was disappointing, but the cocktail where nice<br/><br/>

Food was good, but the ambience was below average. Also they said that they don't serve food to each person. They just put all the plates in a pile and cutlery on the table and we had to ourselves distribute them amongst us. I would have given 3 stars considering the food tasted good, but I also saw a huge mouse climbing into the false ceiling😥

This place deserves a 5 star review but due to certain issues i have given 4 star. So we went in the evening around 4-4 30 we asked for pizza they didnt had pizza that time no sandwiches many cuisines were not available at that time may be due to the timings. We ordered mushroom tikka, tandoori brocolli, cigar rolls, potato wedges. All of them were extremely tasty. Then we ordered white sauce pasta which was nice. We ordered chilly noodles which were extremely spicy though they are meant to be spicy but it was so much spicy that it was not eatable. But everything else was fantastic. They didnt take card payment which was a turn down thankfully we were carrying cash. The ambience is too gud. Excpt for the less options of cuisines and no card payment available everything else was perfect.

The Horseshoe Bar Exchange is a beautiful rooftop place with great interiors and decor. They serve some really good food as well. Recommended.

The taste of food was really very good. But basic amenities were missing like there were so many flies inside, service was really very poor.

Ambience of this place is very soothing. Ideal place to dine in with your life partner alone. Service is average as the waiter on my table didn't notice that the earlier cutlery was used in first dish so he didn't bring in the new cutlery himself.<br/>So far as food is concerned, I ordered two dishes -<br/>Classic Butter Chicken with Garlic Naans - This dish was exactly the way it sounded, just classic. Very few restaurants can prepare this dish with such perfection.<br/>Classic Grilled Chicken - This dish tasted average. Red wine thyme sauce was not thick enough and tasted like noodle soup but the dish was cooked well.<br/>Quantity - Average. Two dishes were just enough for two people.<br/>Happy Eating.

I simply love this place. The ambience, the food everything was amazing! We have ordered nachos and beers. The way they have presented the food was too good. We even ordered a pizza which was always great taste wise. The outdoor is just so beautiful.. it’s peaceful and calm !

The place is really amazing and there are 2 options also available for sitting which I liked but when I ordered food , I found that there is Hair in food , than , I complained to the manager and person who was serving food , so he agreed that it was their fault and then he did not apologise even one time , which I thought he would do , as offering an apology is initial thing which you should do if something wrong you do !

Quite dingy and dark. The staff isn't very friendly and the food is very average. It might be because of the location that this place is bad with customer service.

We had the Tandoori Broccoli, Garlic chicken Tikka and the spinach and corn cigar rolls and loved every dish. Hate presentation of the sizzling chicken was really cool. Their service is also very prompt. Even though this place is in a mall which is mostly empty, it had some decent crowd and was almost half due to the India Pakistan match.

A great place but absolutely poorly managed. We ordered few things. They were bringing one thing at a time that too with large gaps. Even had a word with the manager, still no action was taken on the concerns. The food was also not that great. The music was so low that we had to ask the manager whether they will be playing some hippie songs. And they actually imcreased the volume after 11.30.<br/>Not that a great experience.

Ambience was apt..food was above average in taste and quantity was comparatively less.. Chicken Thai Curry rice was pathetic with no chunks of chicken in it. But it has good outdoor sitting.

Had an amazing experience. In mocktails we had summer love and orange bubbly which were superb and we ordered fire roasted pizza which was loaded with vegetables and cheese and we loved it totally. Ambience is 10/10. Service is 8/10.

5 stars for ambience superb if you can get a table on the rooftop it will be icing on the cake. Alcohol above average, food was average too tried their pasta, pizza and kebabs. Pizza and kebab were still great but pasta was quite average.

The worst staff ever. I had a voucher which i wanted to use here but the staff said that it’s their wish if they want to let me use that or not. Mr.Ajay was the rudest person i could ever encounter. I don’t know about food or anything but the behaviour is so bad that i would never want to visit this place again. I had to celebrate an occasion with my friends and they did this .

So starting from the ambience, they have so so soooo beautiful ambience, the indoor as well as outdoor sitting, both are amazing.<br/>The staff is very cooperative and polite. The service is a bit slow though. Maybe it could be due to the parties going on there. When I went there, they were having three parties simultaneously (a farewell party, a kitty party, and a birthday party I guess), so the reason of slow service could be this.<br/>Now coming to the food. We had a veg biryani and it was soooo yummylicious. I really loved it. The next thing I had was their classico Magritta pizza, which was fine. I would like to give it 3.5 out of 5 and then I had frappe, which was fine too, the taste of the coffee was not upto the mark though. But overall, I really really enjoyed their, the music was really good, would be going again soon.

I had planned a team party for 20 people. The place ,ambience and food taste was good. Gave 2 stars just because of terribly slow service and too less quantity. I had taken buffet option for 20 people, and what we get on table is 10 piece of snacks for 20 people. That was awful. Surely need to improve service. Not worth it if you are going for buffet option.

Food is average and cocktails are not good. The place is only good for music. This place can be visited with mindset of enjoying dance and loud music. Don't plan to eat over there, it's regretful. The waiters are good but only a handful to serve to whole crowd. Bar tenders are novice and for half of the items they say they can't prepare the items in menu. Don't know why they have a huge list of items when they only prepare few. Managing staff needs to learn from waiters about hospitality. The more the waiters were trying to serve better, managing staff was at its peak to do the opposite and make sure no one comes again.<br/>Owners need to pay attention on the managing staff.

What a beautiful environment and tasty food. The starters of this place were very tasty and the drink was average. But the ambience really took my heart and really a must try for chicken lovers. My favourite was chilly chicken and trust me if you try it do ensure that you can tolerate spicy food.

Well, I do not know where to start, first the staff os very rude, you can die asking them for tissue and they will not get it. Secondly, the food quality and quantity are both amazingly bad and low. As a matter of fact, an order of ours was given to the wrong table, we were billed for it and the manager showed no remorse of this mistake. I mean this place is the last you would wish to go, ruined my night. Horseshoe is a flabbergasting disappointment, unless you want your night to be a hellish experience.

Why did it take me so long to discover HorseShoe Bar? Well because till now I have always considered this as a party lounge and didnt know that it was open to regular customers too! How silly isn't it? But its better late than never, and never trying such an amazing place would have been a mistake of a lifetime!<br/><br/>A good place for hosting parties (well which I thought was its only attribute), a good place for outing with friends, an equally amazing place for family outings but most of all, an absolute heaven for dating! <br/><br/>With its amber-lighting, good music, sometimes live music too...romantic terrace seating and above all - absolute privacy amid the open courtyard! If this is not enough, then the good food is always there to top it all! The place offers a limited range of food items, but whatever it offers, it is indeed worth every penny! Rich with ingredients and prepared with finesse!<br/><br/>The only hitch in the tale is that there are times when you expect this place to be more lively but the fourth floor view of the back of almost all the buildings and a comparatively less active road gives this place a fairly gloomy vibe (this is something you encounter only when you are not looking for peace, else this is a blessing).<br/><br/>Would love to visit Horseshoe Bar again and again, and mainly during the evenings when this place looks like a Moroccan backyard!

Finding this place is a bit of a puzzle, and once you spot it, then you need to think how to get to it :P<br/><br/>The nightlife culture in Chandigarh has been gathering steam and this place is a great place to enjoy your Friday/Saturday night.<br/><br/>The rooftop ambience is good, but in winters it can become a freeze-fest, fast. Good thing they have warmers installed, although the one closest to our table was defunct.<br/>There is a dance floor, not the best you can find, but it should get the job done. The music was good, and the view from the rooftop was killer too.<br/><br/>The service is a bit slow, but the staff is courteous. The bartender brewed us a special not-on-the menu drink, on demand, as well!<br/><br/>The food was alright. Indian main course is their strong suit, appetizers, not so much. And don't by mistake, order their chai!<br/><br/>The problem was their billing. We used a Zomato Gold on our table. When they got us the bill, it was not as per the Gold policy. The manager straight up refused to rectify it, insisting that it was correct. Also, one of the mocktails was charged as a cocktail, with the hard drink tax and everything.<br/><br/>Won't be returning here for sure.

Where do I start from??? Horse shoe is one the prettiest places that I have ever been to!!!<br/>The interiors are so soothing matching the concept of English Bars!! The rooftop is the cherry on the cake!!! One just cannot stop embracing the view..!!<br/>Their drinks and food is extraordinarily amazing... The Tandoori Fruit Chat is a must must try!! Also I had one of the best Cosmopolitan in the city , they just know how to make it right!! <br/>Its a sure sure visit !! <br/>One can be here for a perfect date or a family outing as well!!

One of the bestest places ,I have visited in Chd...I celebrated my bday ,few days back and the experience was Wow...All of my friends loved the place,especially it's Open roof terrace.... The evng view is mesmerizing....The music,the yummy delicacies made it one of the memorable evngs for me,topped by the timely service of the staff...Sunil,is a very responsible person and he turned no stone unturned to make us all comfortable and happy... This place is so so so pretty. Can't get over it! Celebrated my birthday their. And it was amazing. Had an amazing time here. The ambiance of the place is really very romantic and classy at the same time!<br/>Coming onto food!<br/>We had<br/>1. Veggie pizza - which was made to perfection and was loaded with veggies<br/>2. Panner tikka butter masala - my favourite here! Totally loved it. One day i was just coming out of the pvr after watching some movie n suddenly i bumped into this place. I went inside and i was mesmerised by the beauty of the place,from that day to the day i went there- there was lots of butterflies fluttering inside me. I loved the ambiance and surprisingly food was good too😄. #yahannhigayetokahangye

What a cool place to go. This place is not going to disappoint you for sure. Eating your food on rooftop is such an amazing experience. Staff was pretty polite and cooperative.<br/>We ordered "spinach and corn cigar rolls" and they were so delicious! 😍😍😍 I mean it's just the best item there. Definitely insisting all to try that.<br/>Then pizza "veggie delight" , "onion rings" , "veg. tempura" were average.<br/>But definitely place gets 5/5<br/>..and food gets 4/5.
