This is a beautiful cafe with nice interiors serving a variety of options. This place was on my go to list from a long time as it's among the famous places to have coffee. I tried cafe frappe which costed me around ₹135 in total. The cafe frappe was thick, Strong, balanced and frothy topped with whipped cream. I had a wonderful coffee here.

Whenever i want some good and peaceful time with a cup of coffee and my book i come here. It is rarely crowded. The drinks and dishes here don’t cost much. My favourite here is there pasta and hazelnut frappe with ice cream and whipped cream. That all been said i have two major concerns 1 - parking 2 - limited menu. Parking can still be taken care off nearby but the menu is very limited and I definitely would love to see them doing something with chicken wings and drumsticks

The place was lovely . It's a small cafe with a good warmth touch . I had hazelnut coffee with mushroom brochetta and a brownie . The food was good but I loved the coffee . The service was outstanding . Very polite and hard-working staff . The price was reasonable . I had a good experience 😊

Great food! Like every food item I have tried is perfect! Really good ambience! Staff there is friendly as well. A really good place to go hangout with friends play jenga, chess and whatnot! Also don't forget to visit on weekends for live music!😅♥️♥️

The place has a nice cozy ambience and must visit for those who love some peace. Food is good. Coffee is awesome here. Service is fast and staff is also well behaved 👌

Amazing experience. Almost the whole menu is intriguing and yum. Pizzas (thin crust) and mushroom garlic breads are amazing. In drinks cafe latte qnd mojitos are the best!!

They need to work on their ventilation. Kitchen fumes inside the cafe does not make it easy to sit there. Staff is very courteous, however the food isn’t that great. Ordered a burger and it was over cooked and just plain sad.

Recently went there to have a coffee and I absolutely loved the place. I ordered a cappuccino and that made my taste buds happy ❤️ rich flavour.

Really bad experience . Disappointed with the staff behaviour. Quality of the food is very bad .. In every coffee they blend ice cream which taste more like cold coffee one u can make at home. Don’t waste you money here . This cafe not only serves best coffee but the most sumptuous Pizzas( मटन pizza was that day special), white sauce pasta and calzones. Never been turned down by this place. Taste is always on point. Would recommend to every food lover.

One of the places where the owner doesn't believe in compromising in quality. Best coffee in the tri city area. Lords veggie Pizza, kathi rolls and newly introduced cucumber cooler are worth every penny. Must visit place for food buffs. Probably the most courteous ambience in the tricity in this cafe. It’s a small cafe but with lovely atmosphere. Coffee here is great along with other eating options. Staff is very courteous. The owner takes special care of his guests. Nice seating. A must visit cafe.

Lord's is a nice cosy place to have some leisure time with your friends. Cafe attracts decent crowd , got nice interiors & provides really nice atmosphere. my first visit here was awesome, we ordered a kathi roll, 2 coffees and a red velvet cake. The roll was delicious, purely mouth watering. Coffee was good just the way I prefer. thumbs up on both of them but the red velvet cake was just love. Its the best anyone can get in Chandigarh. Highly recommend for everyone.

Cafe is a small place with minimal sitting space and outdated interiors and ambience. It is just like an another normal cafe present in the city which serves you good food, has good service and polite staff but fails to create a come back impression on the customer.

Staff is polite and soft spoken.<br/>Paneer Tikka Sandwich: Mouthwatering-ly delicious! You take a bite and then you will surely want to eat more. Please work on your portion size as the bread you use is a little on the smaller side.<br/>Veg Nuggets: A hint of garlic in every bite, crispy outside and soft inside. Well cooked nuggets with a strong and punchy chilly mayonnaise.<br/>All Arrabitta Pasta: A red sauce pasta with small chunks of well cooked tomato and red chilli paste. Served with garlic bread. It's a very nice, cozy and vibrant place to spend a lazy Saturday afternoon with friends. A great place with a great coffee. Ordered smoked chicken kathi rolls, chicken nuggets, chicken calzone and Lord's veggie pizza along with vanilla iced latte and Cappuccino. The kathi rolls were great with perfect fillings. Calzone had smoked chicken filling which was good. The veggie pizza was well loaded with toppings. The Cappuccino was perfect but didn't like the iced latte.<br/>overall a great place to eat.

Visited this place today. Ordered haselnut frappe and choco frappe, they were great. Also ordered honey chilly fries , they were also good but could have been better. Overall it was a good experience. The staff was really efficient and polite , ambience was good and the place was really peaceful with good music. I would love to go back again.

Then this is where you would love to be. Had choco mocha and cold chocolate frappe which surely was tummy filling. The right amount of sugar and chocolate makes it super devious. We also had cheese fungo pizza and veg aglio E olio pasta. The pizza is freshly prepared with vegetable,(we excluded mushroom) with extra cheese. The cheese used has different taste and is very appetising. The scrumptious pasta is one of best over here which is neither sweet not too spicy.

this place is just too perfect to sit and talk endlessly. provides a very soothing ambiance.. being a cold coffee fan, they serve some good cold coffees.. totally loved it.

This place is just too awesome. A place where you can sit for hours and have their amazing food & coffee. Lords cafe was the first one in my list where I started my food photography and the graph never went down. They are amazing with staff, decent ambience and yes my all time favourite cold coffee. So I was told that this place is a fancier, more expensive version of BnB. Fancier? Yes. More delicious food? Definitely yes. More expensive? Not at all!<br/>I had a peppy paneer pizza and a hazelnut latte while my company had a veg tikki burger. The food was hot and cooked well while the taste of hazelnut really came through in the coffee. <br/>The staff is really nice and courteous. I'd love to try this place again.

I am not regular customer but i come once in a month so today i am visit your place the decor was very nice we order for 1 cafe mocha and frappe the both drinks are well prepared and seriously i must tell you your quality was far better then any other coffee brands in city you know the exact taste of coffee and after completing the drinks we order slice of death by chocolate it was soooooooo yummy the sponge was so juiceeeeee so soft mazaa agya yaar sach mai and the service was superb specially harjeet and seema both are exilent keep it up thankssss

I have been to this cafe over the years and whenever I am back in Chandigarh it's become more like a must visit. The cafe is located in sector 16 and serves some of the best balanced coffee I have had in Chandigarh. The menu is big for a coffee shop with lots to offer. I recommend the place of you like to spend time with coffee and books or as in my case playing chess.

My bff and myself we went there cz we had some time to kill.<br/>We ordered a cake shake (earlier i chose something else from the menu which they didn't have so they suggested me to try this) and a mango shake. The cake shake was 4/5 it was quite yum! But the mango shake was a disgrace to the mangoes man! 😂 I guess they didn't even use mangoes it was some powder and the taste of milk over powered. Long story short it wasn't worth it!<br/>Then we also tried the red velvet cake (little post birthday celebration)slice which was pretty decent so ya its a 3.5/5!<br/>Then i chanced to visit this place for a friend's treat and ordered "Veg extreme toast" (if I'm not wrong that's the name) There was nothing really extreme about it 😅 I wasn't bad but the name looked more promising than what was offered! Had been quite a regular customer but what they did was annoying. They served chicken caprese salad as a recommended dish and it was awful.<br/>Returned the salad as it is with a complain and they came with an excuse about the sumac powder used in it.<br/>She said it was their best and it was the worst thing ive ever had.<br/>Then they have the courage to include that in the bill. No courtsey to customers. 👎<br/>From a happy loyal customer to never going back to that garbage dump. <br/><br/>

If you think about fine dine in, which is the cuisine that comes foremost to your mind? Most of the foodies will answer Italian. So no surprise here that I have for you a review of another pasta-pizza place. This time its Lord’s Cafe situated in a small block of the Sector 16 market. A restaurant that has been open for about half a decade and in that time has undergone dramatic changes in menu.<br/><br/>As I entered Lord’s Cafe, I was pleasantly surprised by the neat arrangement of furniture. It has hanging on its plain and tiled walls a few small paintings occupying their places well apart from each other. The management probably realised somewhere along the way that the lords, that they want to serve there, can resort to decent conversations to kill their time instead of looking at their creative walls. As it was already 7 o’clock and I was waiting for my friends, I ordered a Coccinela Frappe. I like my cold coffee strong but brownie coffees mostly are the sweetened milk with chocolate syrup thrown in and brownies in them for show. Or sometimes the brownies are blended in the coffee so blandly that you might just have added bread or even flour with the same result. After telling them my preference, although the brownie pieces were there for the look, I got a strong cold coffee that had the correct amount of sweetness content and I could even taste the brownie blended in it. Once my friend joined me, we ordered the same and adjudged it favorably. Now having more confidence in Chef, we allowed manager to order for us. Her choices – Garlic bread, a pasta, a veg pizza for all of us and a non veg pizza for me. My special instructions – Pizzas softer on the edges and toppings whatever the chef suggests. My friends are not huge fans of red sauce pasta. So we asked for white sauce disappointing just one of my friend but the lady taking the order suggested mixed mushroom sauce that hadn’t yet made its way into their menu. We readily agreed requesting her to make it creamy. Coming back to me, I have been to Europe and have tasted the Pizzas all over. So I sometime consider myself to be a sort of expert in them. Moreover I don't like spicy food much and hence it explains my love for pizzas. So here again, the pasta was creamy, the garlic bread soft and cheesy, and the pizza crispy, soft and full of mouth watering toppings with cheese in the right amount that makes the pizza a treat for the tongue as well as eyes. The quantities were good enough with 4 pieces of garlic bread, and each dish enough to serve minimum 2 people. We managed to finish all of these not minding the extra stretching of our stomach. The bill came out to be ₹ 1300, not hurting our pockets or conscience deeply considering the items we had gorged on. So I deservingly won a few words of praise from my friends. Maybe they will not take my views so lightly in the future. All things considered, Lord’s Cafe is the 1st restaurant we reviewed that got a thumbs up on all the fronts. I’ll give 4/5.

This place has changed a lot over the period of 3 years. I dropped in initially when it opened up back in 2014-15 I suppose. Today, the place now has better seating as compared to what it was before. The preparations were great. Had Al Arrabiata Pasta with Green Apple Soda.<br/><br/>The staff is really courteous and friendly. They serve nicely! A good place for casual get-togethers, work meetings and even when it comes to taking your laptop there and working during the day as the place is wifi enabled!

Heard about the shakes and this place and decided to pay a visit. Loved the thick and creamy delights on offer. The seating and décor are simple but pleasing.

Order black current shake that was not at all tasty .. dont know about the coffees but the shake was too much sweet to tolerate .. even the place to sounded boring

Chicken lover's pizza - on a thin crust find sausage chicken bits, yellow bell pepper and lots of cheese. Simply delicious!<br/>Hazelnut frappe - could have been more hazelnut-ty but still liked it.<br/>French fries - all were delicious!<br/>Ambience was decent, quite. A definitely "lets go again" kind of place to go to. Thumbs up!!

We had a get together at this place long time ago . It's situated in the market of sector 16 , idle location. It's not one of the high end cafes , just a small cozy place packed into one. Courteous staff and really nice food. Had pasta and coffee. Would surely recommend for a quick meal grab.

After long time I have finally liked a place so much. Situated in sector 16 market, it is not a very visible place if you pass by sector 16. But everything about this Cafe is amazing. <br/>Ambience- Soothing and calm<br/>Music - lively <br/>Staff- smiling and ready to help all the time<br/>Food- yummylicious <br/>My friend and me ordered a Veg white sauce pasta along with Veg Puccheria along with Cafe Latte and Green Tea.. Pasta was amazing and really good in taste. Even Puccheria was great.. I loved the Green Tea.. <br/>Even the pricing for all items are worth it and are not overpriced. <br/>Must visit place and I will be visiting the place soon again 😊

Quiet café located in sector 16 which is home to a couple of cafes in the same market. This is my favourite out of them all.<br/>It has comfortable seating and a decent menu (not as vast as other places). The service here is better than the others as well. Great place to enjoy a cup of coffee and have a conversation. It would also be a great study spot. <br/><br/>@thegreedygut on instagram

This place has been my alternative workplace for the last few months. Peaceful ambience that allows me to focus on work. Nice food and the coffee is one of the best in Tricity. Love their cappuccino. A nice value for money cafe. Recommended if you are looking for a cozy place to spend longer hours

We ordered the Irish coffee, Cappuccino, Garlic cheese toast & Veg Bosciola pasta. The pasta and the coffee were great but the garlic cheese toast was a bit of a disappointment. It was so bad that we each could only have half a toast. It sort of tasted  as if it had been cooked in ghee. Other than that; Staff: really good. Ambience: soft music, chill vibe. Best place to have those long conversations with your bestie and play scrabble :)

This perfect lit small cafe can be a great companion to all your over the coffee gup-shup. Really liked the coccinela frappe (topped with brownie sticks , ice cream blended thick cold coffee) and Eskimos love (ice cream and milk blended cold coffee). We were served with a complimentary almond Muffin topped with chocolate syrup. In sides we ordered cheese garlic toasts which were a bit to high in salt and less tossed which made them soggy in few minutes. Aglio e olio pasta is a good pick. For my next visits I would like to try the pucceria and calzone . Overall very courteous staff, nice ambience, good seating and quick service. :)

Their food is great, ambience is amazing for a good conversation as well as studying. I took off points for their service. Everytime I go, theres only 2 people working. I have to ask to get my water refilled and have my entire table loaded with dishes, until I ask someone to take them. <br/><br/>I must mention the books and boardgames they have there add a cute little touch!

Been here so many times I have lost count . Amazing place to just hang out with friends . Coffee is amazing especially Irish cappuccino for those who just love that after taste . Mint frappe for those who want to beat the heat. This is the place to spend a few lazy hours.

Lord's cafe ,located at sector 16 in Chandigarh is really a nice and happy place . The ambience is good and they have games like scrabble,chess,jenga and many others to offer .<br/><br/>The cafe ,along with good food would provide you with good music too. The coffees are really nice, pastas are average and not authentic, the soups are above average.<br/><br/>The vegetables in the burger have been stale two times out of six times. The desserts are rich and tempting.<br/><br/>The best part is that the staff is really courteous and well-mannered and are open for improvements ,if suggested. The cafe is economical as compared to other cafes in Chandigarh.<br/>Service :8/10<br/>Value for money:8/10<br/>Taste:8/10

This is a very calm place!!! And they always serve you with big smiles on their faces.. I ordered Veg Bosciola, veg pucceria and mint mojito... I really enjoyed the food here with soft music. One can sit and enjoy reading books from a small book rack they have!! It was the very first time that I tried pucceria and I must say it was worth trying!! This place does justice to the mint mojito they serve!! <br/>Their drawbacks- small place and limited menu!! <br/>But whatever they have, it is really good.

I came here to sit and read.. It was perfect. Classic English and country songs playing in the background. Good quality coffee.. reasonable prices. Friendly staff. A few good reads to offer if you have not got your own. Perfect place for that kind of outing. They offer games like monopoly etc also if u want to hang out with friends. An upgrade from thier neighbour bnb..

Nice ambience with some good music soothing to the ears. Coming on to food- i ordered cheese garlic toast, chicken sabdwich, mocha.<br/>Chicken sandwich - the bread used was too thin to get that feel of a sandwich. It was the ordinary brown bread u get at the local shops and grilled and served. <br/>Mocha was served cold and upon reheating it lost the taste. <br/>Not a very pleasant experience with the food.

This the best place in the tri-city to enjoy some peaceful time with a hint of country music . It gives you feel that you are sitting in a cozy mountains cafe built in old times.The coffee and food is an add up to the mood the place builds. Must try Irish cappuccino

Laid back place to have good coffee, play some games and have good snacks. Since it's a cafe, the 4.0 rating is especially for its coffee. Irish cappuccino is one of the best I have had till date! As far as food goes - sandwiches, pizzas everything is good. The best part is their service - I love their staff and how well informed they are about the menu.

Visited this place like few days back , had a lovely combo of Nachos Pizza along with Cold Frappe, The Service provided was very good better than the other cafes near by , The Food On the Whole was good , Frappe was delicious as well. Looking forward for another Visit Soon.

The food is just as good as it is priced. They are priced a bit lower than a better rated restaurants.<br/><br/>Gives a good feel as you enter the Cafe. They have some books to read and some games available to play. However, if you visit the place for food quality, there is a lot of scope for improvement.<br/><br/>I have tried their pizzas, coolers, pucceria and calzone. Good if you are visiting with some ordinary friend but can not be considered as a must try.

This small cafe right under my not so favorite anymore books and brew is quiet and peaceful. They serve quickly , are reasonable and have great combos which are easy on the pocket.

The bakery items on display are equally lucrative, however most of the cakes/pastries and muffins are chocolate based (so the ones who are not really into chocolate may not be pleased).<br/><br/>The staff of the place needs a special mention when it comes to safety and hospitality, so this is one such place where you can sit for hours all by yourself, reading a book and sipping on your drink, while you dont have to worry about any eve-teasers around, since they will be well handled even before you know it.<br/><br/>On a hot summer day, their coolers can refresh you inside out, one such refreshing drink is Goa Fizz, which is a concoction of all green herbs, mint and basil which rejuvenates the system within a few minutes and also acts like a metabolism stimulator.<br/><br/>So after being disappointed by the present day Books n Brew, Lords Cafe would be my new spot for a day to spend with food and books.

I just entered and have left my food aside just to write this. This place is so amazing. Tasty food, Amazing playlist, Everything is amazing about this place. Must visit for cafe lovers :)

Lord's Cafe had an amazing ambiance and amazing food. I tried the Chicken Cheese Balls and the Chicken Enchilada along with the Choco Frappe. Everything was served hot and fresh. The Choco Frappe was amazingly thick and luscious. Everything was yummy!!!

Was here with a friend for dinner. Boring menu, nothing interesting to eat. We had the "Lord's Veggie" pizza which was boring, doughy and plain uninteresting. The cappuccino ordered post the pizza was nothing to write home about. I will give it a pass.

Ambience is very good. They have a good collection of books for the readers and games for children. The food is yummy but bit expensive. Overall it's very good place for chilling out .

Its a very nice place to sit and spend sometime with your friends.. the seating is very comfortable.. They have games that you can play.. And the food is also very good.. i have tried almost everything here and could not find anything that was not tasty.. Coffees are amazing.. They have a lot of different things in their menu.. I am a fan of pucceria that they serve here.. The servers are very professional.. The prices are also very reasonable.. :)

Ambience is cool, nice and beautiful. Service is also good. Nd food is really tasty but is bit expensive, rates can be cured down a bit. But overall had a great experience being in the cafe.

It's a small place.interiors aren't too great although the seating is comfortable.ordered hazelnut cappuccino which was usual.service was good.music was sad.

With an amazing ambiance, great food and deliciously refreshing cafe, Lords Cafe has finally brought all of that with what every other cafe, CCD and Barista in the city lacks-  comfortable seating!<br/>Lord's Cafe have quite a lot of variety in their menu, and right from their pastries to the brownie (which is as good as it gets!) to the Hazelnut Cappuccino, they have definitely come near the top of my favorites list.<br/>If you are looking for a good cup of coffee with some light snacks topped up with a good dessert, then Lords Cafe is the place to go!

U should try their "Death by Chocolate" aka DBC with an ice cream scoop...its awesome... if u can recollect the experience the actors have in Cadbury's silk chocolate ad " kiss me.......ur eyes" wala...u will have that magical moment while eating it...had it once....had gone again after few days to get the same experience<br/>Staff is courteous<br/>A/C is too chilly but overall a good experience<br/>U should try ...specially DBC...."kiss me....open ur eyes...." 😊

Went to lords cafe first time. Very nice and decent place very Peaceful place. we ordered for cafe frappe, hazelnut frappe, mint frappe, about frappe it was fabulous .specially hazelnut frappe was so good that we ordered it for twice. Then we had lords veggie pizza as the name describes it was so yummy and full of vegetables, I am a true pizza lover and this was one of the best pizza I ever had . Overall experience was great . We love to visit Lords cafe again.

Okay.. So sector-16 has much more than books and brew now..with two cafes- Lord's and French press opened in d same market. Went for lunch today with a friend at Lord's cafe. The interiors are normal like the usual cafes with beautiful wall paintings. When we thought of placing d order, first thing I noticed was the Mint Frappe acc to the description it stated- Mint leaves blended with frappe and next was Fruit frappe which stated exotic fruits with frappe so we thot of giving them a try. Along with it we ordered Paneer Tikka sandwich. When the frappe arrived, the mint one had a mint leaf placed over the cream and fruit frappe had Strawberry slices placed over the cream. When we tasted them it was a normal cold coffee. There was no taste of mint or fruits in the coffee. Infact both the coffee tasted almost same. Sheer disappointment! Coming to Paneer Tikka sandwich, it had loads of ghee/refined and was served with a bowl (of teaspoon size) of coleslaw. Did not like it much. Lastly we ordered the Fiocchi Paprika pizza which looked and tasted like those ready to make pizzas which u cook at home. Nothing great abt it either. The management should really work upon the food part. The only good thing abt this place is the staff Courtesy and Money. They don't charge Service Tax and coz of that the bill seems very reasonable. Plus 0.5 for that

A very nice and quiet place to hang out. The service is a bit slow but the food tastes amazing. The calzone is amazing in taste. A must try.

great coffee.. great interiors.. 5 star presentation.. good taste.. and worth coming again and again... never a let down.. if you are bored with the other places try it... its a refreshing experience... btw the quality of coffee they use is good.. not coarse like ccd but a smooth variety.. probably sicilian or brazilian.. definitely not the nilgiri one ccd gives..

If u are bored of all the old joints of chd...this is a new one...n must try...the food is of good quality...especially the coffees have many new flavours...i wld love to rate it 5 on 5 but the cafe has a slow service which is mayb the nly thing i didnt like....

<br/>Lords Cafe---Mint Frappè ?????<br/>I'm not a coffee lover but on a recommendation had a Mint Frappe and loved it, the taste was superb and the kick it gave me rejuvenated me totally.<br/>It's been more than 10 days, I drink coffee @ Lords Cafe daily and i've sipped almost all coffees, it tastes swashbuckling and refreshes you wickedly. Recommend everyone to try it once and after that you won't sip it anywhere else.<br/>

Lords Cafe, Sector - 16<br/><br/>ORDERED:<br/>1. Spaghetti in <br/><br/>REVIEW:<br/>The first bite fills your mouth with a Ketchup-y taste. And that very moment you know that it's not an in house sauce rather a packaged one.<br/>The other thing I had an issue with was the quantity of spaghetti. The ratio of Spaghetti to Chicken was 1:2. There was a lot of chicken and hardly any pasta in comparison. Also the chicken was slightly overcooked.<br/><br/>Their staff is very polite but they took 45mins to place the order.

Nice interior , tasty mushroom corn sandwich , tasty pucceria , tasty cold Irish frappe coffee (bit more sweet) . Had a nice time there.defiantly come again

I was pretty disappointed with the coffee places in chandigarh and then I went to Lords cafe. According to me they serve the best cold coffees in the city. <br/>And the food to is amazing. I really liked their chicken drum sticks. Also the choco lava cake is a treat for the sweet tooth. <br/>

Good ambience, friendly service and fantastic cafe frappe. Worth giving it a try!! Would go back for sure for the coffee.

A new start up by a good friend and I've being seeing this place from scratch, a very dedicated work force with a much more dedicated host .good ambience and good innovation and very economical for a place in Chandigarh .<br/>Now let's come to the food very well made choco muffins and good services and yes by far the Cappuccino in town . cheers and best of luck for an amazing foodilicious time....
