Went for a lunch urban cafe on Valentine’s Day with my wife. Utterly disappointed. The restaurant was not even half occupied but server took 20 minutes for the beer. Asked for an ashtray thrice but after waiting for 45 minutes none came. During desert, they were out of vanilla ice cream but the only flavour they had was pan. Totally spoiled our Valentine’s Day lunch.

Worst stay ever.
Front desk attendants were not at all cooperative. They were consistently argumentative and rude.
Food we ordered had a hair floating on the top.
We were charged for the services that were not even availed.
Hotel staff needs to be a little more professional and courteous and considerate towards the need of their guests.

A lovely stay... Very friendly and cooperative staff. Had a wonderful experience right from the beginning, check-in to check-out. Breakfast spread was also good. Hyatt regency CHD,I visited the place for an official meeting followed by drinks and dinner.The ambience is quite good but the food was not up to the mark.I visited the same hotel at Delhi which is far beyond goodness as far as ambience and food is consorned.
