Went there to dine in on the last day of 2023. Loved every bit of it. The reasons you should visit dhaba 7 1) The ambience is friendly. 2) Interiors are fantastic 3) Portion size is superb 4) The service is quick. 5) Loved the aam panna, even if it was spine chilling cold,yet I loved it .. 6) They serve with a smile... The service guy was awsm... I have been to so many places but service boy was awsm. My kids dropped their spoons,so we kept him on his toes but he didn't lose that smile... Overall you will know the difference only when you will visit.

Went on my birthday with my family. The ambience was good. The decor was also amazing. You get that homely vibe. The staff was courteous and welcoming. They have a separate bar area which is too good. The only thing I didn’t enjoy much was food. Snacks were okayish. We ordered crispy corn, honey chilli potato and chiken sizzler which were good. But main course wasn’t not upto the mark. We ordered dal makhani and we could smell oil in it. Other dishes were also not that great in taste.

Absolutely loved it. The food was great. The decor was beautiful. The chandeliers added grace to the place. There are few seats on the truck too. Came with family for lunch. Everyone loved the food.

It's a beautiful Dhaba and has a homely vibe. The door is designed into a village theme followed by a wall filled with number plates and an old style phone. It has a truck inside it which is a huge attraction for the kids. It also has a space for offering lunch in open space. The food is tasty and is a little bit on the expensive side. I like the place as I visited for the first time, However for the photogenic people maybe they will dissatisfied. If we talk about food and beverages I had Lime ice tea & peach something with Fish & i don't remember exactly what was the name it was yummy! I liked the place personally. 🥂

Dhaba 7 is a fancy restaurant giving traditional vibes ( The village theme). Good place for family lunch / dinner. Amazing North Indian food.Recommended for friends and family for Authentic North Indian food. The food is served in traditional Indian thalis. The truck kept inside is a good attraction and adds to the traditional beauty of the place. Must try: - Dhabba Dal with Garlic naan - Kadahi paneer with Lachha prantha or butter naan - Various kebabs and starters - Platters and Biryani Good taste, finger licking food.

This location is in prime area sector 7 chandigarh. With lovely ambiance, yummylicious food and they have liquor options and last but not the least, the restaurant managers and his team. Superb interior. We went during world cup 2023, so we prefer to sit in front of the large screen. We enjoyed a lot with great service.

It goes well with its name 'Dhaba' as it's colorful & bright interiors are filled with roadside feel (Truck and quotes), shahi style cutlery, dining & ambience. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a good option to enjoy good food(Dhaba Daal and Malai Kofta), quality time & have fun with family & friends at a reasonable price. Highly recommended!! Food quality is good. Taste is good and the service is quick and great. However, one star is deducted for cleanliness. Cloth napkins were smelly and washroom was dirty, tissues thrown all over.

Best restaurant just behind the Hotel Seven. We have five person together for Dinner and it was awesome. The staff was so polite and food is delicious. Overall we can visit the place again.

Nice ambience with two types of seating. Dhabha style and fine dining style both available. Taste of the food was excellent. Although it shows good number of drinks but availability was very limited. Although when my friends ordered a certain drink, even though they didn’t have any but they made it up by getting it from outside in the next 10 minutes.

The food and the service both were at their best. Tried vegitarian dishes, Tandoori Platter, Masharum Hara pyaaj, Masala banta Shikanjabi, tadka Chaach, Dal Makhani, Paneer Makhani, Dhaba sweet dish n badaam ka halwa. All the dishes/snacks/drinks were exceptionally good. Ambiance is also refreshing. Bar is yet not operational n likely to start soon. The place deserves a second visit.

The place has been on the food map of tricity for over a year and received a lot of positive feedback. Starting with the property, you will definitely feel like you are in a Dhaba with a great ambience. Coming over to the food, they offer a wide range of kebabs and curries. For appetizers, My personal pick had to be their Amritsari Kukkad, Kala Sha Kala Kukkad, Highway Chicken tikka, Palak Paneer ki seekh and Dhaba Paneer tikka. In the mains section, they have an array of Mughlai options ranging from Handi Murg, Balti Meat and what not. Highly recommended stuff. To my surprise, they also have a massive bar section where in one can sit back and enjoy some of the traditional cocktails as well as their signature mocktails such as Kokum Banta, Kala Khatta and Aam Panna. To sum up, I would say that a slight improvement in the service would make this place reach newer heights. Overall, my food experience with Dhaba 1986 was too good. Looking forward to visit them soon.

Good place to visit with your family. Nice ambiance with nice funny pictures. The food is yummy. Order Bhatinda chicken curry , it was little spicy but yummy. Also order mix veg curry, won my heart. Rumaly roti was little cold but naan was properly cooked. Overall my experience was good.

It’s a new restaurant opened at backside of Sector 7 Chandigarh. Ambiance is good and they have divided the sitting into three different sections. Bar ( Theka ) is at ground floor. Weekend is generally full so book the table before going going there else you have to sit upstairs and ambience at the upstairs is very calm. If we talk about the food I have ordered Murg Handi and this was good, it was having a totally different taste and Roti was also good. I feel service is bit slow and it may be due to heavy rush of weekend. I would say atleast try once and I would go there again to try some different menu. It’s decorated with posters of old films and a see the wall while entering the restaurant and it gives authentic look to restaurant. Also, if we talk about the price i paid around 700 for two people dinner and I think it’s fine we are having dinner at some good restaurant. Recommended !!

I ordered paneer makhanwala, dal dhaba and subz patiala... the paneer and dal were as expected good. However the subz patiala was horrible. It was undercooked, flavourless. The quantity was also not as per the price. Highly disappointed by the experience. In COVID times the restaurant could have done better to woo the customers. I will not recommend to order from the restaurant.

This place has amazing Indian food. I missed relishing their delicious food during lockdown. Their paneer dishes are superb particularly paneer makhan masala. I also love their yellow dal tarka, veg biryani, paneer tikka... Truely treat to your taste buds... I ordered a paneer makhan masala meal for me yesterday... 5/5 on taste and portion size... And I was also happy to see that the restaurant as well as zomato take all the precautions while delivering the food... Thank you so much...

I visited with my family . I enjoyed the food and service . But the hostess was too rude and dont know how to talk to the guest but i and my family enjoyed the dal dhaba and balti meat .

Was on trip to north and our organisor arranged buffet lunch at this place... Decor and ambience was too good...full on dhaba types vibes... Had Amritsari fish.... Chicken tikka masala....dal makhni...out of the world taste...super yummy.... And ended my buffet lunch on high note with Kesari Phirni.... Can't describe that heavenly taste in words...

Well the brand is big , the management is very poor. We booked a table for 7 people in advance online & to our surprise we were guided to a hall which was not heated. At last after deliberations we were given a table on the first floor. To make the things worse beware THERE IS A MOUSETRAP below every table beware of that first before you choose a particular table. Portion size was too less , the staff was non communicative and were reluctant to serve the food on the first floor. Food tasted good but it’s not just food at all these places where you go to enjoy your food with friends, I think any other restaurants are much much better. They’ve to make sure that the staff is communicative.

It's the best, trending restaurant in Chandigarh. We were served by jagdish, he was polite and well versed with dishes. Thanks jagdish. We had 3 mocktails and snacks, all were best. Must go.

Balti meat (4/5)<br/>3. Paneer makhan maar ke (4/5)<br/>4. Dal dhaba (5/5)<br/>5. Khameeri roti (3/5)<br/>Everything was amazing and the taste was great.<br/>The presentation was also good.<br/>There are many options for food and drinks too.<br/>The ambiance was nice.<br/>The staff was nice and polite.

Tried this place some time ago. Firstly, loved the interiors of the place. It is beautiful and airy, very tastefully designed.<br/>They have amazing options in drinks to choose from- I tried their Anarkali which was packed with flavors.<br/>Their entrees are pretty good- especially the paneer and the mushroom. <br/>The main course is served with loads of ghee- dhaba style, which is really delicious.<br/>However, their desserts were pretty average and nothing to write home about.

Last night I had make a visit here with my family. The outer look of this restro is quite simple as compare to other, but when we step inside suddenly whole atmosphere is changed. There are some romantic lightning is there and some old stuff is there which is enhancing all the interior in very right maner.<br/>Especially the entrance wall where every single person love to click picture. I can say it's amazing. Furthermore, when we step in main hall there is a small truck is parked where one cam sit and click selfie over there.<br/>Let's come to the main point now, there is big hall for the bar. Moreover, the chef overthere is a known of my father, so they are taking care of us. Even of single thing they are explaining us. How's it's made, how much it will take and what are the ingredients are added. Amazing Balti Meat and Dhabe ki Roti

Had an amazing dining experience at this DHABA. The staff was very courteous and the service was prompt. Ambience earned the brownie points. Dal tadka, Paranthas and Tadka Chaas were too yummy. Highly recommend for good food with family and friends.

Tried this new beautifully built dhaba with fine seating and service. They have À la carte menu and an lunch buffet menu @ 600 per person for non veg. We tried the buffet menu. Starters were fine. In drinks we had an aam pana and fresh lime. Main course was okayish in taste but was served cold. I liked the mutton gravy over Chicken butter masala. Had only one dessert tho but was totally worth. I would suggest one time visit for sure! ☺️

Had a really wonderful experience with my family, we ordered for a quite few dishes I'd mention which we really loved were, mutton seekh for the starters and dal makhani, balti meat for the mains. Apart from food we were warm welcomed by Mr Bansi his hospitality is what will bring us back and not to forget the good food.

After few days me and my frnd visit in dhaba restaurant food was very nice specially thank for my server amit he is sugestted for me balti meat paneer makhn masala. Subz patiala both portion size was good quantity for three and four people. Ambiance was very nice. I will definetly visit again.

Been here recently with my friends. Tried at this place for the frist time. As the proverb.. **FIRST IMPRESSION IS BEST IMPRESSION**. This place impressed me in the first look. Once we entered the restaurant we had a great warm welcoming by the staffs. Then we made seated very comfortably at place where we can take a full view of the restaurant .<br/><br/>Then a staff approached us with a water preference. He took our order also. He suggested us to take the famous mutton Galouti and the paneer Tikka . As his suggestion we took that. It was mind blowing.<br/><br/>Galouti kebab was perfectly slow flamed Lucknow famous mouth melted kebab with the non veg version.<br/><br/>Paneer Tikka .. just out of this world . Such a soft cube morsels if cottage cheese .<br/><br/>Then in drink we took virgin pan mojito Dhaba famous lassi and somras.<br/><br/>Virgin pan mojito was very good in taste which was prepared with crushed ice and with the pan and fresh mint.<br/><br/>Somras was a base of vodka with raw mango syrup.<br/><br/>Lassi was very thick with added gulkand.<br/><br/>*Main course*<br/><br/>Rara gosht butter chicken amritsari kulcha and lal mirch parata.<br/><br/>Butter chicken was the best ever in town what I had a perfect blend with perfect quantity of butter and boneless chcikens.<br/><br/>Rara gosht was very good in odur and in taste which was well matched in the spice level.<br/><br/>*Desserts*<br/><br/>Dhaba meeta<br/><br/>A layered desert with the rabri vanilla ice cream and shahi tukda with mini gulab jamun on it ...<br/><br/>Overall the experience over here was very good. We left the place with a happy tummy nd me.<br/><br/>Bye PHIR MILENGE !!! ☺️☺️
