Review Chaugan - Chandigarh

Peaceful, serene and awesome vibe if you want to enjoy authentic Indian Chaat especially (Aloo-Tikki). The service is also plausible. FYI aloo tikki which you can have 1- tikki chaat @80/- from their outside corner, you have to pay 120/- when you are going to have it on the table inside the restaurant, but it is absolutely Worth it as you will be getting 2-Tikki Special Chaat and moreover, the ambience, air-conditioning, and atmosphere of peace.

Chaugaan Food Court Sector 22 Chandigarh : This place is quite amazing. Every detail had been considered. The staff is incredible - knowledgeable, attentive. The interiors are stunning. The food is delicious and Specially the vegetarian food ( Daal Makhani and Garlic Naan )was amazingly good. Recommended place for lunch or dinner with family.

It is bit on the expensive side but food quality and taste are accordingly good. Though the service is bit slow nonetheless you won't be disappointed. Plent of parking is available and they all the options from chaat to full meal. We tried the tandoori platter of which my personal favourite was paneer tikka and chana kulcha which also tasted good. It is an good place if you have a nice budget and looking for some quality food in sector 22.

The food really tastes yummy. They have a chaat counter as well along with North Indian and Chinese food. Cleanliness is also good.

I tried their aloo tikki only, it's was soo good and tasty. Single plate can be shared two person and sufficient for single person . I don't know about their others things but you can must try their aloo tikki.

An old school restaurant with a comforting and nostalgic vibe. Stepping in this place feels as if a time machine has just transported you to your childhood. Music is mostly instrumental classic Bollywood. The service is a bit slow. But the food more than makes up for it. Delicious comfort food with wonderfully balanced flavours and great portion size. Reasonably priced too. Also, the chaat stall outside just adds to its charm. I have inexplicably loved this place ever since I stumbled across it.

I just visited rarely so it's really great and nice experience to visit here

The best thing there is the tandoor mud flavoured tea. For 25/- per cup. Go for it

I don't usually like restaurants but love ho gya mujhe iss jagah se , though food was okay but idk why i just loved this place

They need to improve , cause I ordered channa bhatura . The channa was not properly cooked , the quantity was less. Though u can try golgappe here , but not a place for having food . Snacks are pretty good . That's why a 3 star .

I ordered cheese noodle ...And it's was totally perfect cooked and balance spicy... totally yuumy ... And there delivery service is fast.. .

We ordered for Chola Bhatura, Mix parantha and Paneer Paratha, Sweet Lassi and Coffee<br/>Chola Bhatura was quite okay but the other items served were not even upto the mark<br/>Lassi was like some kind of lemon powder mixed in it<br/>Even the coffee was cold and tasteless<br/>Need to work more on the taste and standard of food

The staff here is extremely rude. The food is substandard. Kindly avoid if possible as the place is really pathetic and staff is totally untrained and inhospitable. There are many better options in sector 22, so avoid going here

Stopped over to have dinner , not much to write about, but ambience is something they should work on . FOOD is fine more like a Dhaba outlet.

Not because all were occupied (rather there was only one table occupied) but because there was hardly any place which was clean! Finally when somehow we found a somehow OK place to sit, we asked for the beverages that were mentioned on the menu! They didn't had it!<br/><br/>Then we finally asked for iced tea...he had to ask the owner of that so called restaurant about it...on overhearing her.."just take the used tea. brew it and add ice to it"...we preferred to leave the place!<br/><br/>And that was all about our visit! Though I have nothing much to tell, but felt it was my duty to let other people know to avoid it!
